Refund of rs.549/- was initiated by amazon seller but the the money has still not been credited to my account. The charge auth code is #[protected]-027689.

There shouldn't be a delay of more than 4 days after the refund has been initiated by the seller. However, 4 days have already exceeded and the money has still not been credited to my account.

    I need to change my address of credit card. As per customer care i updated it using app but still credit card address is not changed. Also fill the form for address change but nearby bank refuses to take that document.

    Please assist it is already expired.

    Please do the needful as i have 10k outstanding amount which needs to pay.

      My bank account was opened using my voter id as address proof which had the wrong last name. I got my voter id corrected and went to the bank to correct my last name. They asked me for a pan card copy and asked me to show the original so i did. They said it will be done in 7 days i called them again and again but no one is responding now. Its been more than 3 months.

          I've two loans with axis bank from arc patiala, loan against property (Lpr[protected] and personal loan (Ppr[protected].
          Representatives mr. Lal singh is dealing with me regarding my property loan, he don't have manners to talk with customer, he uses very rough language with me. I've recorded conversations with mr. Lal singh, please suggest me for this problem.

            Please be noted that your executives are harassing me over a credit card due on my husband's card and i am not even a guarantor nor referenced neither a co-applicant. Your executives ms. Meenakshi/mr. Ruchi calling from +91-[protected] is calling me and my office colleagues and harassing them. They are so rude and impolite. They even to dare to threaten me, abuse me and my colleagues. This is causing me loss of reputation and respect. You are immediately requested to take appropriate actions and make them stop disturbing me and my colleagues. I never expected that a professional and reputed bank like yours will employ such rude and mannerless executives. At the time of sanctioning credit card to my husband, your bank must have checked his credibility etc. Please immediately resolve this issue and take strict actions against them. Thank you

              I visited the ooty branch axis bank in order to make a pre payment of my loan. I was informed that i could make a pre payment through a cheque from another branch, so i took a cheque with me and went to the ooty branch. The branch employees didnt know anything about it and called some other office who said i cant and when i argued and said yo can she asked me i can speak to the branch manager. When i explained the problem to the bank manager he started raising his voice and shouting at me. Who the hell is he to shout at me? Out of nowhere he started yelling like i was the one at fault, i told him i will record this conversation and file a complaint. I kept asking why he had to raise his voice, he then kept quiet and called someone again and asked me to write the cheque. This is just unacceptable behaviour by the branch manager, considering his sever lack of knowledge and extreme impoliteness. Axis branch preaches to its customers about being polite when their own employee lack it. Going to close the salary account and will explain this to my company and make sure they never have any future associations with this bank.

                  Dear team,
                  This is regarding the delay in processing my personal loan.
                  I had an emergency for money and so i have reached the one of the personal executive, all the documents have been submitted on 6th of june. And per the promise it should take 3 working days. But its not been done yet, i haven't even get the verification call yet and i tried reaching them many times but no response. I had to go to mutiple axis branches to catch hold of them. Finally i catch hold one of the representative and as per them file login took place on june8th and the complete process may takes an another 3 to 4 working days. I really couldn't understand why this # delay, irresponsible behavior of the representative.

                  I would like to bring it your notice and let u you improve customer satisfaction. Also i want this delay to be invistigated and fill those gaps.

                      Newly credit card issued by axis bank card no - [protected] but they have registered wrong mobile no [protected] instead of [protected] we have visited multiple axis bank branch but they unable to resolve the problem.

                      Axis bank is really making me to run their branches and unable to resolve the issue even customer care of axis bank is not helpful, and the agent who have registered the wrong mobile number isn't picking up the call or attending the call. This is how axis bank is treating me. Please look forward to the complaint because it will effect in cibil ratings and i have a very good cibil ratings in other banks.

                      Requested to please cancel the above mentioned card immediately.

                      I would like to block this credit card [protected] registered in the
                      Name of chavi nagar.

                      I'm getting lot of fake calls regarding credit card. Firstly one of your agent name neha has provided the wrong information while generating this card. She has given wrong registered mobile number and secondly she is also attending to the phone call due to which i'm facing lot of problems.

                      Secondly, lots of fake calls are coming to me from these two numbers

                      Please look into the matter which is getting serious day by day.

                      This shows how poor axis bank service is.

                        My cc no [protected] i received an offer from axis bank on march 23rd 2017 that the charges levied on my cc are waived off provided i clear the due amount on or before 30th march 2017. Accordingly i requested by brother to pay the said amount of rs. 108719.11 to axis bank cc and he paid the same on 30th march, 2017. And later on 08.04.2017 my brother want to send some money to my account in yes bank of rs. 12000 but in hurry he transferred the same to my axis cc account.

                        My statement is reflecting the credit of rs. 12000 and accordingly i have been following up with customer care people for the refund of 12000. They promised to send back the amount to my account and every time citing some technical reasons postponed the same for more than a month. Finally 2 days before when again i contacted the they told that the refund is not possible as there were some reversal of charges in the account

                        It i a clear breach of trust as i paid the entire due amount as per their proposal in time and they also acknowledged the excess credit in the subsequent statement. Now denying the refund is a clear cheating.

                              I have applied for a online my zone credit card on 23rd june 2017. Got a message saying thanks for applying credit card and got a application number to track the application but i am unable to track that application after 10 days and more. After that got a verification call on 5th june 2017 but till date 10th june 2017 i did not get any message/mail that the verification was successful or not. I have contact the customer care nearly 5 time or more but did not get any good response. I got very poor service from axis bank and till now did not get my credit card. At the same time i got my hdfc credit card with in 5 days.

                                  Greetings for the day.

                                  My name is luvnesh kumar verma i have been a customer of axis bank since a very long time but have never noticed such a behavior from an axis bank employee.

                                  Let me tell you what happened today around 1 in the afternoon i went to the axis loan department because i have a personal loan running under my name and the emi of the loan gets deducted from my saving account which use to be a salary account but few months earlier i was getting a lot of deduction on the account so i stopped using the account but then the account started to attract fees on it so i gave a request to close the account after that i reached the loan office new road dehradun i told the lady the same story so she said i can swap the ac for ecs by providing 4 cheques for the emi and a cancel cheque and a cheque for clearing the dues i agreed to which she never told me that i dont have to put dates on the cheque and i only had a few cheques left so i put dates on the cheques then she said these cheques are now wasted as we require undated cheques i asked to see the manager she called someone name sumit saxena claiming to be the manager but his id didn't say on it that he was a manager any which ways he was not even competent to be a manager he was not able to speak in english at all ok that's not my problem but then we explained him the same situation now here is the part i have problem about this guy started to talk in an abusive rude tone was not ready to listen to a customer was not looking for a solution he was in a cloud i am a manager and the guy sitting next to him is nothing i was so embarrassed not only that i was humiliated in front of a person who came with me this guy sumit saxena harassed me mentally i am now so disturbed i cannot even explain

                                  Here at axis bank you say customer is the priority but you manager sumit saxena made me feel like customer is nothing it was not about my issues it was about the way he was talking to me that abusive tone he had i am not gonna stop here i am gonna drag him to court for mental harassment and using his power inadequately serious is this how your manger is supposed to treat a customer as he is a piece of # i am sorry for my language but there is no other word to describe how much he humiliated me he not only shouted on me in an angry tone but in an abusive tone i was still talking to him but as per this guy sumit saxena i was not even there.

                                  I ll be speaking to my attorney regarding the harassment and humiliation i have gone through this is not a way to deal with a customer.

                                  I need an answer is this kind of behavior acceptable as per the authorities at axis bank. If yes i am glad i am getting rid of axis bank from my life forever.

                                    I currently hold my salary account in axis bank. Day before yesterday i got an sms from the bank that said a demat account has been opened
                                    Against the said account. I never even asked for any kind
                                    Of demat account to be created against my name in the first place. This is a no-frills salary account and i wish to retain it expressly for the purpose it
                                    Was meant to fulfill when it was created.
                                    On e-mailing 'dp. [protected]@axisbank' i get instructions that i need to visit "any of our nearest branch offering demat services" and submit a form to close that ridiculous demat account, something that i had never even requested for to begin with. This is infuriating. Does your bank think that it's customers have plenty of spare time to while away running to it's branches to settle issues that never should have arisen in the first place? I have had my salary accounts in ing, hdfc and sbi before and never had to face this kind of trouble.

                                      This happened last year when we i was not able to maintain the axis bank current account for few months, as our partners had parted their ways and i was the only one remaining in the company. After few months i deposited a cheque of 17000. They deducted 4499 as service tax and consolidated charges for the account.
                                      I don't even know what it was. While i was looking back to the same account today they had added a lean of -6000. I am not sure again why.in this reference, i have talked to their client representative and he also told me that nothing will happen. I am not able to connect to their customer care as they have not yet updated my number despite filling the form 100 times.
                                      I don't know what these private banks are trying to do with their clients. They are fooling and misusing them. The money they are charging is hard earned and i want every penny of it to be returned,

                                        When i made complaint just now on my credit card nbr *3526, immediately i have receiving many calls from the number[protected] and asking me to speak in hindi and enquired details of my debit card number but i was given wrong number.
                                        I don't why you people are giving scope to fraudsters by displaying such complaints.
                                        If you could have provided emails id's then we would have registered complaints through such emails.
                                        This is your responsibility if any mischief / fraud is occurred i am no way no way concerned and you have held whole responsibility.

                                        Sir SHOP CLUES refunded my money to bank on 1 june 2017 but till now they did not credited it to my credit card account SHOPCLUES gave me tranction id also but bank coustomer care staff refuse to identify my amount through that trancaction kindly help i am attaching SHOPCLUES e mail they are not behaving professionally and harnessing me
