Today my account got debit frozen. No intimation or anything. After few declined online payments I called customer service to learn this.

I specifically checked with the person who helped me open the account about a larger deposit that I might be receiving and they said it would be perfectly fine.

Really worried as how long it would take and what I should do. Customer service has no answer and they are asking me to go to bank. I am traveling right now. I need to solve this while I am in travel.

    I am holding saving account in Thiruvallur branch Tamil nadu, From axis bank employee came to my shop given POS Machine told me month ₹600 charges used for 3 months yesterday iopened current account so staff taken old machine given new POS in current account number now isurrendered old pos they charged for ₹ 15, 000. Kindly look the issue. I need to deposit amount for EMI.

      Hi there.

      It is really frustrating. Axis bank is showing so many things but no show. I have submitted the documents for opening salary account. It is almost 1 month but the account is not activated yet.

      I am trying to contact axis bank but no one is there to take a complain and resolve the issue.

      Now i think god only can help.

        Dear Sir,
        I am saving account holder in axis bank and account No. is [protected]. There was ECS mendate for premium payment of my Kotak Insurence Policy for Rs. 60000/- I have already made the payment of premium online. Even then the charges for ECS were deducted by axis bank on 18/2/2017 and thereafter 18/3/2017 a total sum of Rs. 350/- and Rs. 52.50 as tax were deducted at each instance as such total Rs. 805/- were deducted illegally. You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and refund the deducted amount in the account. I shall be thankful to you.

          I hold a Axis bank savings account with Kolkata - Rajarhat Branch. I was outside India for 2-3 years due to which my account got deactivated. Recently a week and half before visited the branch and requested to re-activate my account and I am willing to use it. I also let them know that I need to login to my internet banking and so register my mobile number. The complaint was duly taken. My account got activated after 2-3 days. However, I am still struggling to access my internet banking as I am not getting OTPs on my mobile number. I have registered my phone number at the axis bank atm and am able to use axis bank app in phone. I have called a lot of times to the customer care but they tend to give me vague replies. I have also called the branch more than 10 times in a week but they behave in a highly unprofessional way. How can I get my netsecure activated since the bank is obviously not helping at all.

            Hi... My name is bhupendra sharma. I m working in reliance alwar (Rajasthan) wright now as a team leader. My simply small story. I discuss with my friend. I want personal loan he says me suggest you can apply personal loan via "axis bank"it is good service
            But real story is very diffrent mean. I was apply personal loan before almost 2 month but my personal loan not declaired till today (02/06/2017). Your axis bank personal loan team is very lendy. Very caree less no fooloup bank side n courrier side.
            My loan amt declaired 1.46 lakh as date on (09/06/2017) but still we r daily facing issue is my bank account noy taken p. L amount your bank side
            My case is approvel msg here your bank side

            "congratulations! Your personal loan application vide app id 6422690 is sanctioned for rs.146000."

            Pls... Confirm what is your bank personal loan "tat" for your information i know your "tat" time is maximum 7 days but no responsable your executive mrs. Sonal chaturvedi. She is very to very care less lady. Some before days i call many time but not pick n no revert/call back. Than was send message but they did not take a revert response n revert msg.
            I m regular basis on folloup. I was talk seniour person but they have also same commitment
            Before 3 days they have commitment today your 1.46 lakh amt.in reversel in bank account
            1 think about your courrier service the documenta dispatch time 4-5 days
            Very lendy n very fast courier service.
            I don't understand what do think. You know think i m fool. It will personal your compney trust. Bydve i m first customer i m first service tame your side but this diffrent think service is very-very-very baddly
            If you dont able to tale the money pls... Confirm n take return my xrox copies. I was think no mail your compney you trust me i m very harmfull thts why i will flash this msg

              Hello,

              I'm holding a personal account with axis bank. I made purchase with ECOM PUR/Amazon Seller/Bangalore on last 10th May 2017 and as a refund they initiated the same on 12th of May 2017. As the money wasn't credited back to my account I filed a disputed a complain and filled card holder dispute form with reference number 31307144.

              After that I'm still waiting for the reply from your end. Tried to mail the bank but didn't receive any reply.

              Now please help me on this.

                I have opened a current a/c no- [protected] in your branch on 08.01.2016. Your employee
                Mr. Santosh has requested to take swapping machine at time of opening current a/c and tell us many benefit and told me it is free. The machine was not any used for me. After some months, I had surrendered the machine and found that bank has deducted many amount in my account because of less minimum balance.

                There is no any my fault, the less minimum balance due to deduction of charges of swapping machine.
                You are requested to refund the charges which bank has deducted from Jan 2016 to April 2017.

                  There is noice pollution (i.e emergency alarm ringing) from 8.00 PM to 2.00 AM regularly at Axis Bank ATM at 585, Kongunadu Complex, Opp. to Uzhavar Sandhai, Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore-641 005 from past three days. We told about this with ATM security and also with ATM cash filling persons.

                    Hi team,

                    I must complaint against auneducated employees of axis bank for constantly harassing me on my contact number ([protected]) for the past 12 days. Let me tell you i have no relations with axis bank in any manner. How come every day i am receiving 6-7 calls looking for some kiran kumar?? Everyday i am clarifying on the same issue. Are aixs people so technologically challenged and uneducated that they cannot figure out their own loopholes?? They must update their database with relevant and accurate information rather than burdening unrelated people with their technical goo[censored]ps. These are the names and numbers of the employees constantly calling me:-

                    1. Mahalakshmi :- this woman is so incorrigible that she fails to understand my point and told me that since this is the contact number provided by that man we will keep on calling you, we don't have a choice!! Really axis bank is so helpless!!
                    2. Satish

                    Please take the necessary measures so that they stop disturbing me.

                      This is inform you that i applied hosing loan renovation purpose for the month of november 2016 with your on of the executive geethesh kumar
                      In mangalore bunts hostel branch, i given all documents and 15000 rupees
                      Then he said your loan sanction it will credit within 2days but not credited, every day am asking he saying tomorrow, tomorrow like that till[protected], then ask bank manger number he given one number, i called that number ask query he said every thing ok, but i have little confused the voice is same geethesh and manger, suddenly i called your branch and verified i shocked that time, that lady said your loan already sanctioned but documents not submitted your validity expaird, that time i realized that guy making fool last 7 months suddenly i visited your branch and talked mangaer he said same thing that lady said, actually my area is 57km far from your bank thats its not possible, then manager called that guy and everything he agreed. Am recovered amount and documents, am lost my 7 months and your trust. This hole this you can see your executes miss using
                      Your company name what purpose he behave like that poor people. Why are keeping executives like that, company losing the reputation and customers trust. This my own opinion. Same may be done others

                      I have joint account No ...58970611 with your 1973 branch. Without our written instruction how one lakh has been deducted on 25/5/17., which is illegal. Apart from my complain online it has not been resolved. This is no doubt bank's deficiency of service?

I have a request for name change.15 days ago i already applied for it but the branch head is not processing my request as i am not taking the max life policy. He is pressurising me to take the policy. When i refuse to take the policy. He said that bank has stopped taking any name change request.
                              I humbly request u to plz take action on it.
                              Bcz this type of pressurising is not for customer welfare.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I am having an account of your bank at Bangalore.
                                Services of your Siwan, Bihar branch is very poor. It takes full day in withdrawing money and the cashier named Lakhan is very rude. Management are also not helpful. Condition of this branch is as worst as the government bank. Our whole works become hampered.
                                Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I have done one payment on 02-Dec-2017 through my Axis bank debit card. The transaction was unsuccessful, but the amount 2250.00 was debited from my account. The amount was reversed on 22-Dec-2017 but went to lien marked. The amount is showing in Lien not showing in Available balance. I'm unable to use the money.

                                  I tried calling so may times and complaining about the issue. I visited the branch twice in this period to get my money back.

                                  It's been 6 months, I haven't got any money or response from the bank personnel. I'm suffering a lot because they are giving any assurance about when will I get my money.

                                  I request you take this complaint and kindly do the needful.

                                    My savings bank a/c no. Is [protected] with axis bank. Tarn taran branch. On my request through sms on 19.5.17 i have recvd sms confirmation on 19.5.17 from no. 5676782 that my policy is terminated with nominee prabhjot singh. Despite of this message of termination axis bank has debited premium amt. Of rs 330 from my above said a/c. Today i met branch manager of axis bank tarn taran branch and he told me that they have no link with sms and insurance message entries so contact customer service. On contacting customer service mr. Sayyed replied that branch will handle this. Pls look into this credit rs 330 my a/c.
