Dear Sir,
I am having an account of your bank at Bangalore.
Services of your Siwan, Bihar branch is very poor. It takes full day in withdrawing money and the cashier named Lakhan is very rude. Management are also not helpful. Condition of this branch is as worst as the government bank. Our whole works become hampered.
Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

    Dear Team,

    I have done one payment on 02-Dec-2017 through my Axis bank debit card. The transaction was unsuccessful, but the amount 2250.00 was debited from my account. The amount was reversed on 22-Dec-2017 but went to lien marked. The amount is showing in Lien not showing in Available balance. I'm unable to use the money.

    I tried calling so may times and complaining about the issue. I visited the branch twice in this period to get my money back.

    It's been 6 months, I haven't got any money or response from the bank personnel. I'm suffering a lot because they are giving any assurance about when will I get my money.

    I request you take this complaint and kindly do the needful.

    I visited the branch twice, but they didn't give me any reference number.

    previously, I have sent mail to "customer.[protected]@axisbank.com". they have given one reference number "26969200" for my complaint.

    Please check with that reference so that you can get details about the issue.

      My savings bank a/c no. Is [protected] with axis bank. Tarn taran branch. On my request through sms on 19.5.17 i have recvd sms confirmation on 19.5.17 from no. 5676782 that my policy is terminated with nominee prabhjot singh. Despite of this message of termination axis bank has debited premium amt. Of rs 330 from my above said a/c. Today i met branch manager of axis bank tarn taran branch and he told me that they have no link with sms and insurance message entries so contact customer service. On contacting customer service mr. Sayyed replied that branch will handle this. Pls look into this credit rs 330 my a/c.

      There is unnecessary and extra charges in my account between 15 May to 25 May. I am salaried employee so please do the favor to wave off the amount.

      Closing balance is axis statement is 500. But when I check my account it is showing 172.

            Hi,
            My A/C No is : [protected]
            My Customer ID is :[protected]
            My Insta kit No is : 701559
            My Salary Account is pending activation for the past 1 month, I am told by the representative that it is still in processing. Upon contacting customer support from my sister-in-law's registered phone number I found out not a single information has been updated and the account is partially activated i.e; amount can be credited but not withdrawn. I don't know who else to contact to get the issue resolved and get my account activated. I can't login through the app or the website as it says invalid E-mail ID. Please help ASAP.

            I received an Insta kit for a salary
            account at my office premises by an
            Axis Bank agent. So I did not have to
            physically go and submit anything.
            Further more I handed over all the
            required documents and signed all the
            documents necessary. I have the entire
            kit with me. The account shows my
            salary has been credited but I am unable
            to utilize it.
            If there are any other information that is
            required please let me know.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    Kindly consider my complaint as an important note to the authority and reply to me with the proper proof and acceptable reason.

                    As mentioned above Rs.24, 000 has been deducted from my A/C No.[protected] without my knowledge. When i went to bank to enquire about this, the branch head behaved so rude to me and he replyed to close all my A/C from the bank and go away from there immediately. I do have 4 accounts in your bank. Approximately Rs.50, 00, 000 of transactions i do through your bank yearly. This is not the way they had to treat the customer.
                    And i am also suspecting the karnataka, Chickballapur branch head that he has deducted my amount illegally many times without my knowledge. I am going to sue him at the earliest as i am really humiliated in this regard.

I am quite shocked by the reason that you want to inform me that i am a respected customer of the bank.in my branch, i have three current accounts in the bank and six savings account t have been undertaken is thought to come almost every day in the bank's branch are familiar to everyone togetherbut even though your guard has not been treated efficiently, for which i feel very bad in myself and i am feeling humiliated by this kind of behavior, so that i want to bring that behavior to your senses so that in the future do not behave like this again

                        I am very sorry to inform you that i am a ca holder [protected], maintaining 3/4 times of the norms figure. Everything was fine. But last some days bank deducted 100+100+100+50+50 (Plus service tax) for statement and other charges. Bank employee committed for free statement. Branch manager also cheating with me. Telling lie.
                        One of my staff also looser of @ rs 5610 for 1650 aed convert. If they have no idea then why they cheating with us.
                        Finally bhimakanda branch staffs cheating with us. So solve other wise we will close our bank ac.

                        Branch manager argument with us and saying lie. Cheating with me. also my staff loosed Rs. 5610 for false commitment of branch manager. said maximum diff will be 20p for AED currency purchase and sale. but my staff purchase @19.80 and returned @ 16.40 . so he is huge looser . If BM have no knowledge then why did this type of cheating

                            I am maintaining two accounts with axis bank. The bank keep changing rules about charges on minimum balance, previously it was quarterly and suddenly changed to monthly. My relationship manager informed me it is required to maintain on customer id level.

                            But on 20-may-2017 i have noticed a debit of inr 350 + 52.50 in my account number ending with 9023 though i am having sufficient balance at customer id level."

                              I am very sorry to inform you that i had deposited a cheque of rupees 52512/- issued by ballia post master in my name in my account at axis bank purulia on 13/5/2017 but still this is not credited in my account. No body is ready to take any responsibility or give any reason of this abnormal delay.

                              I m posted in purulia so it was deposited there.

                              Please do the needful and inform us accordingly.

                                got call from no.8974571288. and he sking me my bank bank detail card no, ccv no. i think he is fake. bank wont allow to provide such detail to anyone.. issue not resolved.

                                  This is regarding the refund of rs. 32149/- for your 'google pixel (Quite black, 32 gb)' order with order id od[protected] was initiated by flipkart on 17 may 2017.
                                  And it should have been credited to my axis bank credit card within 26 may 2017, as per standard banking procedures. But the amount is not credited in my account.

                                  Below are the details provided by flipkart to confirm that the refund has been successful and they told to contact with bank, i contact to bank customer care several time but nothing is going on.
                                  There is some problem going on bank end. Please resolve issue on priority as i need my money back due to some urgency

                                  As 12 days over and amount did not credited in my account. Please resolve the issue on priority.

                                    On 25/05/2017 there was fraudulent transactions in a/c for rs.31000 (Four transactios rs 10000, rs 10000, rs 10000 and rs1000). On 27/05/2017 i got that my account is exhausted and only rs 398 left in my account. Immediately i took bank statement and seen the fraudulent transactions at three locations in new delhi (Ghk nagar, guruharkishan and paschim vihar atms). I immediately talked to axis bank customer care officer and blocked my atm. At that time i was residing at haridwar. I lodge a police complain at haridwar. I have trusted the bank and deposited my hard earned money to bank but this happened. How we can trust the banking systems. Only i can pray and request to help me get back my hard earned money as soon as possible.

                                    On 5th of june I received Rs 10000 back on my account of total fraudulent was Rs 31000.But I have not received any phone call from company(Axis Bank).When I approached the bank they are not replying anything only I was to take some time.                                       I have made imps transaction on 28th May 2017 for the amount rs.200000 from my Axis account to Panjab national bank loan account. Reference id is[protected]. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. I have urgent requirement of money for medical emergency I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                                      I also contacted axis bank customer care, but no use still now. They keep telling that I have to wait for 5 days. I do not have that much time to wait. I have already waited for 24 hrs. Again I request you guys please get it resolved. Because of your poor Technology I can't make risk in my family's health.

                                      My humble request is make refund immediately for failed IMPS transaction. IMPS is for urgency if you keep money 2 or 3 days. Then it will be affecting customers like anything.

                                        Today i have received a call from Pranjali from Pune office and the way she has talked to me was very rude. i understand that i have not made any payment for my personal loan from past three months and i will be paying on 2nd of june, but the lady was very rude to me and she has also contacted my company HR for the same.

                                        I have not provided any alternative number of my HR, And for this i will going to Consumer Forum.

                                        I have been a customer of axis bank from past 3-4 years and this is the way you treat your customers, after my loan and everything completes i will be revoking my axis account and will not have neither i will recommend axis bank services to anybody.

                                        Due to some tragedy in my family i was unable to pay my dues but this is not the way you treat your customers and calling in their company's number.

                                        Rest i will see what consumer forum will do.

                                        I request you if you can help me in this rest i will take care as well.
