This is Jayashree K. V., an old customer of Axis Bank.
I had taken loan on purchasing site in Bangalore in November 2013, Loan # PHR[protected], Customer ID[protected].

The property was in joint with me and my husband. Unfortunately in April 2015, my husband expired due to massive heart failure. Ever since then I have paid part payment of around 13 lakh. Later I got the property khata completely transferred in my name.

I have also taken legal heir certificate issued by the government of Karnataka. Per the certificate, only me and my daughter are the legal heirs.

In January, I applied for the home construction loan in Axis Bank as my previous experience was good. Mr. Sathish Bharadwaj (Phone number [protected]) handled my case. I had given all the property documents, ID proof, salary certificate, etc.

On March 27, Mr. Sathish Bharadwaj, informs me to get a release deed from my mother in law on the property. When I denied, he told that the processing fee of Rs 11615 will be refunded.

I met his manager, Mr. Ganata Bhargava Reddy (Phone number [protected]/[protected]) who confirms through an email that the processing fee will be refunded and waiting for Business Head approval.

I want Axis Bank either to process my loan or return my processing fee.

    I am having sb account no.[protected] with sbi, hyderabad main branch (Ifsc - sbin0000847). I used atm card of the said bank in axis bank atm located in gandhinagar, hyderabad - axis atm no. Spcn0085 on 19.4.2017 evening around 6.10 pm for rs.5000/-. Transaction (No.[protected] was successful but cash got sucked into the machine, be i could take. Thus, i could not take cash. Second time, when i used the atm for rs.5000/- was successful (Txn no.[protected] and i could draw cash. However, my account was debited twice with rs.5000/- whereas i could withdraw cash only once. As such, i request for restoring rs.5000/- back to my sb account.

      Sir
      I have opened a current a/c in agra rd. Aligarh branch. four months ago, &apply for edc machine. Bank representative detail all charges of maintenance and rent. After month my a/c debited hike of rent&maintenance charges. And without my concern provide debit card and deduct charges 575rs.
      When card shall be returned at branch. But charged not return.
      Pls. Solve my complaint as soon as possible.

        My above mentioned salary account running since last 14 years and at a time about 200 accounts were opened and at the time of opening of the account it was assured that the debit card and cheque book will be provided free of cost and not charges for the same shall be levied. This is the first time my account has been debited Rs. 142-00 towards debit card charged. Pl. look in to the matter and reverse the debited amount immediately and reply.

          I have been using axis bank credit card from the past two years and have been paying the credit bills on time once the Bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my Bank. But there is something wrong that I don't understand. Please justify the issue. In 11th Jan 2017 I have purchase a shoe online from Snapdeal.com (e-commerce) was Rs. 2650. The amount paid by Axis bank Credit Card and converted into 6month EMI, On 15th Jan 17 I've received the product which was miss match so I cancelled the order and return the product to Snapdeal.com. On 16th jan 17 the merchant (Snapdeal.com) has return the whole amount (Rs.2650) to the Axis Bank Credit Card. And I am forget to tell the bank that order has been cancelled. Thereafter as early i said i never checked my statement details as i trust the Bank, this month i checked the statement and i found that I have paid 2 EMI Feb and March for the same so i contacted to customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory. Why i am paying additional charges which has been already paid to The Axis Bank credit Card by the merchant. I am attaching the all statements. Please help me to figure out this.

            I have received a call on 11-Aprl-2017 at 11:10am from mobile. No. [protected] in the name of axis bank executive. He was having much relevant information regarding my credit card. He asked me about OTP no. For activating my credit card. But after end of call INR 8405 was deducted from my account at bagfulshoping_EPay. I called him again but he told me that it will automatically return after 72 hours. But still I am not sure if my money will come back or not. Please guide me what to do next and help me to hold that transaction as soon as possible.

              I am mahendran. S i have taken credit card from axis bank. Due to some problem i have not paid the due. The amount become 50k above which i have not used that much. They added interest more. My current situation i am not able to pay the credit card. I am getting torture from credit card collection agent.

                Mine s a salary account and i see 2 times amount deducted from my account. I dialed customer care and no one is ready to assist on my refund. Gave dp operations email id, wrote email thrice. Still amount not refunded.

                      I had requested and scheduled a meeting for a sales representative meeting twice but I did not even received a call from their end. Moreover, the disturbing part is that there is no proper channel or medium to complain against them. No reply from the loan department over mail, the general banking mail reply was to contact Loan dept only. Unable to post a complaint on the Online query page (link-https://www.axisbank.com/logaquery/logaquery.aspx) The captcha is not processing only even after trying to process oper 20 times.

                      All this is happening even while I am having a corporate salary account with Axis bank for last 1 year.

                      I had to finally post here in the hope that they can introspect and improve their services in this area.

                        I would like to question to the authorities of AXIS BANK that is this the way to talk to a customer? I have been associated with this bank since more than 4 years now, with my savings and credit accounts . And today when I called to the service to enquire about something the guy named " Hussain" at the other was shouting and arguing and talking to me as if he is my boss? I raised a request for closure of my axis credit card on 13th April 2017, paid complete payment of 27000 with excess amount of 3000. The foreclosure of emi fees was deducted and 1024 was credited to my account on 18th April 2017. Then today I again got a statement of payment for 820 Rs . I called to ask why am I receiving this when my credit card is closed . The guy asked following questions ---

                        Who asked you to make late payment ?
                        Why did you make 27k payment ?
                        Why did you do extra payment ?
                        Who are you ?

                        And this was his tone which I just can not bear !! I asked to please transfer to your team lead then he kept on call for long hold and ultimately disconnected ?

                        Who gave them this right to disconnect and who gave them this right to talk to a regular customer like this ?

                                  I am associated with axis bank by way of s b a/c bearing no.[protected] with your aurangabad (Maharashtra) branch since last 13 years.
                                  I have given all family member's account with axis bank. I have opened an account in the name of shreedevi murlidhar varier bearing a/c no.[protected] who is my daughter. She is a student & don't have any income. I proposed this account for making the payment related to her studies. My sincere request is that axis bank should not debit any charges from this account as she is a student & she don't have any income. She is depositing some money by way of savings from her pocket money. As per the guidelines of rbi there is no need of keeping rs.10000/- as the minimum balance, then also i kept rs.10000/- in her account to avoid any charges. I shocked to know that you have debited rs 198.49 in the previous month & rs.201/- in this month by way o[censored]nnecessary & objectionable charges. I am totally disagree with this debits. You should not charge her except the sms charges for the intimations. You are requested to please reverse the total debits other than sms charges. If you want this debits from us, you may debit the same to my account no.[protected]. I have given a lot of business to you, but you have given me a good gift by way of debiting. Taking consider my long relation ship, i am expecting the waive of this type of debits or financial burden.

                                  Secondly, i have opened the account in the name of my son, who is less than 15 years bearing no. [protected]. I will continue these accounts after they acquire some money after studies.

                                  I hope, you will definitely consider my request reverse all the charges from my daughter's account [protected] and oblige

                                    I have been using axis bank credit card from the past one and half year and have been paying the credit bills on time once the bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my bank. But this month some how i happened to check my statement and i was shocked to see some extra amount added in my current month statement.in the month of march 2017 credit card bill they added amount which is already paid in the month of december 2016. So the current statement generated includes the bill of december 2016 which is already paid and the bill of march. I even called the customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory.
                                    Not at all satisfied with the banking services of axis bank. Attached is the statement copy. Please do the needful

                                    I have been using axis bank credit card from the past two years and have been paying the credit bills on time once the Bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my Bank. But there is something wrong that I don't understand. Please justify the issue. In 11th Jan 2017 I have purchase a shoe online from Snapdeal.com (e-commerce) was Rs. 2650. The amount paid by Axis bank Credit Card and converted into 6month EMI, On 15th Jan 17 I've received the product which was miss match so I cancelled the order and return the product to Snapdeal.com. On 16th jan 17 the merchant (Snapdeal.com) return the whole amount (Rs.2650) to the Axis Bank Credit Card. And I forget to tell the bank that order has been cancelled. Thereafter as early i said i never checked my statement details as i trust the Bank, this month i checked the statement and i found that I have paid 2 EMI Feb and March for the same so i contacted to customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory. Why i am paying additional charges which has been already credited to The Axis Bank credit Card by the merchant. I am attaching the all statements. Please help me to figure out this.
