I have been using axis bank credit card from the past one and half year and have been paying the credit bills on time once the bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my bank. But this month some how i happened to check my statement and i was shocked to see some extra amount added in my current month statement.in the month of march 2017 credit card bill they added amount which is already paid in the month of december 2016. So the current statement generated includes the bill of december 2016 which is already paid and the bill of march. I even called the customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory.
Not at all satisfied with the banking services of axis bank. Attached is the statement copy. Please do the needful

I have been using axis bank credit card from the past two years and have been paying the credit bills on time once the Bill is raised for the month but i never checked my statement details as i trust my Bank. But there is something wrong that I don't understand. Please justify the issue. In 11th Jan 2017 I have purchase a shoe online from Snapdeal.com (e-commerce) was Rs. 2650. The amount paid by Axis bank Credit Card and converted into 6month EMI, On 15th Jan 17 I've received the product which was miss match so I cancelled the order and return the product to Snapdeal.com. On 16th jan 17 the merchant (Snapdeal.com) return the whole amount (Rs.2650) to the Axis Bank Credit Card. And I forget to tell the bank that order has been cancelled. Thereafter as early i said i never checked my statement details as i trust the Bank, this month i checked the statement and i found that I have paid 2 EMI Feb and March for the same so i contacted to customer care regarding this aspect and their response to it is not satisfactory. Why i am paying additional charges which has been already credited to The Axis Bank credit Card by the merchant. I am attaching the all statements. Please help me to figure out this.

      I have state that my salary account no.[protected] was open at 0 balance by axis bank prince tower residency road jodhpur ifc utib0000057 transaction was continue even after my retirement in april 2015 and average balance was made 3500 to 5000 till march 2017.in march i contact to bank they advise me to increase the balance up-to more than 10000 i did this same from april, my account are transfer to saving account in jan 2017 without prior intimation of t&c and also without my consent and proposed heavy charges on march onward for further detail is given below.

          I had scheduled my two neft of 3259/ & 16743/- to process on 2nd jan, but i received sms from axis (2jan) that it is failed and please re-initiate.

          So i did it again (Two neft) on 3rd morning. Later i received sms that 4 nefts are processed. Almost 40k deducted in place of 20k. So i raised a complaint[protected] with axis, they agreed it was due to technical error & they will look into it.
          Its been 3 months now but no response yet even after multiple followups.

            Dear Team,

            I visited the bank at around 5:15 pm today. They showed me that bank is closed after 3:30 pm. I requested them to at least check my petty issue of refund not processed as i am not getting any support from the call center. Instead of helping me out he literally shouted at me as if what blunder have i done. They call center executives are not supportive neither the on field employees.

                I'm writing this mail regarding the fuel surcharge levied on the debit card transactions.

                We, the people of india, supported the demonetization move inorder to curb the black money. After this we have received the set back for the amount of times the money we can withdraw or deposit in the bank got restricted, which was sold as moving towards the lesscash to cashless society.

                Now, the more we depend on the plastic money, credit and debit cards, there is lot of surcharge levied on the transaction and it is up to the tune of 2.5% in some of the cards. This is clear cut case of daylight robbery by banks. If we had unlimited transactions like previously i could have paid the money by withdrawing from the atm nearby.

                I request you to talk to the banks and remove the surcharge on fuel for card transactions and reverse the amount cut by banks from jan 01, 2017 till date.

                Hopefully we will receive a positive response.

                      I salil sarma a customer of your br.- katwa in burdwan district with a current a/c. A/c no [protected]. I went to bank on 12/04/2017 to close my account. Balance shown in negative figure. They told to deposite rs 1060 in first time. I deposited. Again told to deposite rs 300. I deposited that amount. But till not close my account and today shown negative balance. Kindly take an action to close my account as soon as possible. Don't delay.

                          My refund of rs.249 is not been processed by the bank, amazon has refunded me on 5th April and till now no refund is been seen on my account.
                          I want to open bsbda account in your bank. But your executives are not opening it saying there is no scheme of zero balance account. If you want to open account you have to maintain minimum 10000 balance. But on your website it is given that you can open bsbda account.what to do.

                            I got a call from sales executive from axis bank in oct 16 . She asked me to deposit 20 k and promised me to deliver benetton bag in 90 days. When i made deposit, they refused to offer and after 6 months denied about such offer. They gave me a complaint no 30098596 for which no action is taken yet and when i call they talk to me rudely.

                            I C.Prem Kumar From Tirupati. Yesterday (26/02/2019) I receive one message at early morning 2 19 am that my credit card is used. But I am not used the credit. So bank automatically block my card..thanks for that, so I request you to please resolve this credit card fraud case at earliest, I am total upset with this transcation.                               I also have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in Noida 16 branch, I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but they are not telling me why they are deducting this amount. They are deducting these kind of amount from last 1 year on schedule basis.
                              I am going to close the account asap and will take this forward to higher authorities of RBI.

                                Consolidate charges were deducted from my account when I complained in branch regarding this branch manager gave me a shocking reply "We cannot explain why Consolidate charges were deducted" how ever I asked her if she cannot explain why are they advertising about customer service again a brilliant reply "Mind your language Sir" REALLY???? also when I told her that I will launch a legal complaint against same she told me do it what you can do

                                I have registered a NC regarding this in local police station will also take it forward to RBI

                                After I came back home I called up axis customer care and a supervisor help me completely in this my question is if customer care can help me why can't the branch

                                I didn't open my account through customer care

                                  I am M.Gowrishankar. I am an account holder of your bank for the fast 2 years and have always maintained high deposits. With current account number A/c:[protected].I had applied for personal loan for your bank. (ie, Axis bank ramakrishna road Salem branch).but the loan is not approved for one.I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff . But now they are saying that the loan cannot be approved for the reason only applicable for salaried persons.now I am working in private sector.my salary is issued in hand .now I am giving my contact cirtificate and salary slip .now I'm appling for personal loan .I want 3 to 4 lacks.

                                    On 16.09.2016 at 9:21 AM, I received messages on my phone that my account has been debited of Rs. 52, 887.4/- total with five ATM withdrawal transactions. That I immediately informed my bank officials of this unauthorized & fraudulent ATM withdrawal from my account. I have got my ATM card blocked for time being and made a complaint with AXIS Bank bearing no. 24980588 at about 10:00 AM on 16.09.2016. and Since 16th Sep 2016 i am continuously following up with Axis bank bt could not getting any postive revert. every time i got a mail that your request Is under process and every time they will share the new complain no.
