Dear,

I have purchased a smartphone from Flipkart by paying through my credit card and also converted it in to EMI through axis Bank Mobile application.But I didn't understand how it's debiting emi amount from my account.please find attached screenshot of credit card's control centre option..it shows that in every month emi amount is debited from my account twicely with each EMI pricipal, each EMI interest and each GST.how is this possible..pls explain and get rid off me from this issue...and I need my money return that already debited from my account twicely unauthorised.

    Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/scg.Visa.Pos.Dt 250522. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in a hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using a salary account what is the use of it, and why do you guys charge me for using a debit card. The restaurant or supermarket or wherever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using the card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage, and why the hell is you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sorts of service charges, atm usage charges, quarterly charges, etc from use without fail, including all these charges this hidden changer.

    If this is your process alert us through SMS u will be charged a certain amount since you swiped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for SMS right what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay the loan or cc bill you guys keep on making right why can't do this?

    I need a proper response for this and I need my money back till now which is debited.

      I did do any transaction in google but from my account many times amount debited i complained in my branch also but no use i lost my amount nearly 90, 000+ amount, plz help me to refund me axis bank is unsucre. This is going on nearly one year urbranch works r not good this transaction did ask me any otp i never seen chatting bank like this i like close my account for this unsafe bank axis

        I have completed the payment on 24th May 2022 around 9 pm for Aiims paramedical final registration but it is still showing that the payment is incomplete. Now 48 hours have passed and today i.e 27th may is the last day to complete the final registration.
        Pls guide me ASAP.

          I have paid all my credit card outstanding in December. and at that time bank employee said that i will receive my NOC within 1 month. but I still didn't get NOC from your side. When I call customer care for NOC they are saying they don't have any record of my credit card. Whenever I visit the branch they don't reply and say they can't do anything about this and I have to talk to the customer care. My cibil score is affected due to the NOC. I'm still getting a credit card outstanding on my cibil.
          Kindly tell me where I can get my NOC.

                I apply for home loan in in Jan 2022 and disbursed loan 15 march 2021 ..when i apply for home loan that time submitted documents for home loan subsidy in Chinchwad axis bank home loan department .After 2 months contact to bank for clap id but loan officer Chinchwad axis bank reply that clap id SMS come on your mobile or Mail id .after than many time asked for clap id but same reply given and also submitted 2 time my Aadhar.

                  My account has been blocked due to the duplicate customer id mentioned in the mail trail. I have submitted the account closing from Chinar Park branch Kolkata. But still the merging hasn’t happened yet. I am not able to access my account from last one week. People in the branch are saying needful will be done by Customer services and customer service are saying will be done by branch poeple.

                    This complaint is regarding cashback calculation issue for the month of May, 2022 statement. On May 16, 2022, I have received the E-statement of my credit card via email with the calculation of cashback earning for each transaction done from April 14, 2022 to May 13, 2022, which should be adjusted in June 2022 statement. The problem is specifically on the first transaction of the statement of May, 2022, done on April 14, 2022 of the amount Rs. 15718. This transaction was done on flipkart.com website. As per the rules and regulation, each and every transaction greater than Rs. 100 done on flipkart.com, must be entitled 5% unlimited cashback. So, the cashback earning on the transaction of Rs. 15178 done on April 14, 2022 on flipkart.com must be 5% of Rs. 15718 i.e., Rs. 785. But on the statement of May, 2022, the amount of cashback earning on the same transaction is showing only Rs. 235, which is only 1.5% of 15718 as well as Rs. 550 less (Rs.785 – Rs.235) than the actual cashback amount. However, I complained before the team of Principle Nodal Officer of Axis Bank on May 16, 2022. But May 23, 2022, they told all cashback earning calculation are correct and wanted from me to specify the transaction. It is clear that they did not even read and understand my problem as well as did not open any attachment file for supporting my statement. It is too much unfortunate and is the clear case of monetary fraudulent activity and mental harassment on behalf of Axis bank. I need immediate resolution and a correct statement copy of cashback earning calculation of May 2022. The conversation email, Transaction receipt and an unencrypted copy of May 2022 statement (first transaction marked by yellow marker) are attached herewith.

                      Without my permission or any kind of prior intimatation, Axis Bank is charging or rather looting my money from my account under "TIPS/SCG/NON MCC/23.05.22/Uphold".

                      As per my conversation with you I need to bring to your attention my experience as an Axis Bank customer.

                      My name is Mr.Pravin Rajendra Dhalgader residing at A/p- Ujalaiwadi, Sahitya colony, Airport Road, Kolhapur 416004, Maharashtra had availed of an Axis Bank Personal loan just 5 year ago. My loan number is PPR[protected]. I have been paying for the past all dues and now in the month of 17 may close the loan and interested to make necessary payments as I am out of Job in this current economic slowdown. I have written letters to state the same.
                      Now i was clear all dues including interest but they denied to give me No objection certificate NOC and my banking lean and stuck amount. when they recover they promise to give me NOC & my banking amount nut now they used another language "jo karna hai wo karo hum nahi denge " thats why i am complaining below agency
                      I somehow missed instalment. That's when pandamic crisis (corona).
                      Even after informing the caller of the situation, the calls did not end and at times were threatening in nature.

                      These recovery henchmen calls anytime on phone, mobile, irrespective you are sleeping in early morning or late night. I ruined her mental and physical health both because of horror of Axis Bank recovery agents. Today I am suffering from much health related tensions including insomnia because of Axis Bank torture for the agony caused to her.
                      This is a serious concern, I have been harassed by these people of Axis bank (ARMEKA FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PVT LTD
                      B23 B, YASH, RAGHVILAS SOCIETY, KHARADI, NR ATITHI HOTEL
                      PUNE Agency of Axis Bank). The Name of the executive is Mr. Bhairav. His fraudulent mobile number is [protected] & [protected]. Infact he refused to show his identity proof and any contact information related to him. One of the numbers that he gave is an incorrect number [protected].He also refused to give his supervisor's number.
                      Some illegal acts done by Mr.Bhairav.
                      1.Shouted at my Sister and gave her mental torture.
                      2.Used foul and raw languages
                      3.Gave threats and was very abusive.
                      4.Taunted and tried to humiliate.
                      5.Done some indecent act.
                      6.He was adamant and said that he will come at home to disturb till the time we do not pay him.
                      7.He was very rude and harsh and kept on shouting- even though she (my sister) said him.
                      1. "Jab tumhari paise wapas karne ki aukaat nahi hai to fir loan kyun lete ho"
                      2. "Ya to payment kar de, warna bahut tarike hain bank ke paas paise lene ke"
                      3. "Ek o tu payment nahi kar raha hai, aur upar se pooch rahi hai ki identity card dikha".
                      4. "' Agar tumne paise nahi diye to hum gharwalo ko pareshan karenge.
                      These are not the only statements that the bank executive used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behaviour and language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian Penal Code.
                      I am filing a case in this Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum Delhi and had appealed this court to make Axis Bank and their recovery officer (collection agency- ARMEKA FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PVT LTD
                      B23 B, YASH, RAGHVILAS SOCIETY, KHARADI, NR ATITHI HOTEL
                      PUNE- Mr.Bhairavh (Bhairav-The recovery agent) mentioned above and agents involved compensating her for peace and happiness. I am also filing a case in Banking Ombudsman site www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org
                      I am attaching a said rules released from RBI so that consumers can get awareness where to go if they are facing same traumatic tensions or experiences due to financial institutes. An appeal is also be made to President of India and PIL should also be filed in Court about the Financial Institutes or Banks like Axis (collection agency- ARMEKA FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS PVT LTD
                      B23 B, YASH, RAGHVILAS SOCIETY, KHARADI, NR ATITHI HOTEL
                      PUNE - Mr.Bhairav (bhairav-The recovery agent) who misuses power of Section 138, 420, 406 on innocent clients. As because loans are taken by peoples to improve self quality of life and not to spoil own career. Circumstances at all time do never remain the same.
                      However during the course of loans, paying EMI - Business, health, and services can cease or pause, Natural disasters, casualties, diseases, accident, incidents, profit and losses are beyond human controls and bank should understand it. Wise bankers should not consider every client as cheat or slave. During such situation if the client fells, Bank should cooperate and not traumatize and humiliate their customers. During such destiny laid stages, if the bank could not support the hospitalized client (loan taker) on ventilators at least it should also not try to pull the tubes of oxygen.
                      In all fairness, Axis Bank should have at least checked our credit worthiness before going on this harassment and hounding 'rampage' till we had no option but to carry out our own investigation and point out the problem your Bank.

                        Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/19.02.22... .This is a salary account and what is the benefit o[censored]sing this account for transaction, why you people are charge me for G pay based transactions. you are already charging a lot of service charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc.It is a hard earn money i dont want to give up single penny out of it...

                        Is mentioned in the statement like " PTL/SCG.VISA.POS. " and the deduction is done for the month of January, means i swiped my card in Jan and now you are charging for that in the month of May, are you serious ???

                        whats the point o[censored]sing debit card if bank will charge to use it ?

                        in the month of Feb there were 2 deductions for using my debit card, i am attaching both the screenshots

                            My flipkart axis bank credit card is approved on 8th march for some days it is not delivered I connect with the axis support team they provide me consignment number for the credit card that I do not received by Indian post the credit card consignment is not delivered and went somewhere else and after somedays it shows delivered on the indian post tracking portal. When I contacted to the Indian post they said that the consignment is returned to the source due to insufficient address.
                            After this whole thing happened I connect with axis customer support and provide them my proper communication address 5 time every time they said that it will be delivered, your address is now updated.
                            But nothing is happened I also connect with the Nodal and the principal nodal officer by mail but they also unable to resolve the query only provide me details of the consignment that is to be delivered by 28 april 2022 and every time I mailed them the same thing is repeated.

                            Now my joining fees is imposed with hout giving my credit card. They are still no able to track where the care is.

                            Kindly look into this matter and close my credit card account permanently I do not want any service from you and will not pay the joining fees also as your customer care said you do not have to pay this.

                              May 2022 axis bank bharuch call me that your documents for subciddy not submitted by you so submitted documents because nhb portal colse soon so i again new documents for subciddy loan submitted ...
                              Still my clap id not generate and also complain against axis bank nodal officer but they say you not submitted docents timely soand portal is close now so again portal if start you eligible for subciddy.
                              I already submitted my documents but loan officer not submit my documents in timely thats not my mistake .
                              Please sir submit my complain agains axis bank bharuch to not submitted my document timely and i am not able to get subciddy because of mistake by bank .

                                Axis Bank credit Card

                                I am writing this with regards bil payment to my Axis Bank credit card ending with 3671.

                                I wish to inform you that I cannot pay the outstanding amount as me & my family has fallen under hard time in recent years and facing severe financial crisis. But I wish to go for settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. Now I am jobless since last 1 ½ year .

                                I am not able to pay my debts and looking for a fovour from your side. I am seeking for a 75% discoount on my current credit balance i.e. approx 92, 000.00. If bank agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues as per settlement letter. More than 20% to 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                                Please let me know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

                                  Address: Axis bank branch ANANTNAG , Jammu and Kashmir 192101

                                  I have an savings account of axis bank no. [protected], in branch ANANTNAG customer I’d[protected]
                                  Due to poor service and high maintenance charges I decided to close that account, I have submitted the closer form along with required documents in the month of April, that time branch manager was trying to convince me for not closing of account but I did nt change my mood to close my account after that he told me to give 2 days for processing, after 20 days last week he was again informed to close thn he told with in 2 more days your account will be closed, today I checked my account through app there was a deduction for consolidating charges, I am now fed of these people, please ask them to close my account ASAP, as this is like harassment for me now
