Axis Bank unauthorized charge tips/scg/ mcc

Without my permission some amount is getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/19.02.22... .This is a salary account and what is the benefit o[censored]sing this account for transaction, why you people are charge me for G pay based transactions. you are already charging a lot of service charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc.It is a hard earn money i dont want to give up single penny out of it...

Is mentioned in the statement like " PTL/SCG.VISA.POS. " and the deduction is done for the month of January, means i swiped my card in Jan and now you are charging for that in the month of May, are you serious ???

whats the point o[censored]sing debit card if bank will charge to use it ?

in the month of Feb there were 2 deductions for using my debit card, i am attaching both the screenshots

I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

      My flipkart axis bank credit card is approved on 8th march for some days it is not delivered I connect with the axis support team they provide me consignment number for the credit card that I do not received by Indian post the credit card consignment is not delivered and went somewhere else and after somedays it shows delivered on the indian post tracking portal. When I contacted to the Indian post they said that the consignment is returned to the source due to insufficient address.
      After this whole thing happened I connect with axis customer support and provide them my proper communication address 5 time every time they said that it will be delivered, your address is now updated.
      But nothing is happened I also connect with the Nodal and the principal nodal officer by mail but they also unable to resolve the query only provide me details of the consignment that is to be delivered by 28 april 2022 and every time I mailed them the same thing is repeated.

      Now my joining fees is imposed with hout giving my credit card. They are still no able to track where the care is.

      Kindly look into this matter and close my credit card account permanently I do not want any service from you and will not pay the joining fees also as your customer care said you do not have to pay this.

        I apply for home loan in in January 2021 and disbursed loan april 2021 ..when i apply for home loan that time submitted documents for home loan subciddy in bharuch axis bank home loan department .After 2 months contact to bank for clap id but loan officer bharuch axis bank reply that clap id sms come on your mobile or Mail id .after than many time asked for clap id but same reply given and also submitted 2 time my aadhar card for subciddy claim.
        May 2022 axis bank bharuch call me that your documents for subciddy not submitted by you so submitted documents because nhb portal colse soon so i again new documents for subciddy loan submitted ...
        Still my clap id not generate and also complain against axis bank nodal officer but they say you not submitted docents timely soand portal is close now so again portal if start you eligible for subciddy.
        I already submitted my documents but loan officer not submit my documents in timely thats not my mistake .
        Please sir submit my complain agains axis bank bharuch to not submitted my document timely and i am not able to get subciddy because of mistake by bank .

          Hey Credit Team,
          Axis Bank credit Card

          I am writing this with regards bil payment to my Axis Bank credit card ending with 3671.

          I wish to inform you that I cannot pay the outstanding amount as me & my family has fallen under hard time in recent years and facing severe financial crisis. But I wish to go for settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. Now I am jobless since last 1 ½ year .

          I am not able to pay my debts and looking for a fovour from your side. I am seeking for a 75% discoount on my current credit balance i.e. approx 92, 000.00. If bank agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues as per settlement letter. More than 20% to 25% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

          I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

          Please let me know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation.

            I have an savings account of axis bank no. [protected], in branch ANANTNAG customer I’d[protected]
            Due to poor service and high maintenance charges I decided to close that account, I have submitted the closer form along with required documents in the month of April, that time branch manager was trying to convince me for not closing of account but I did nt change my mood to close my account after that he told me to give 2 days for processing, after 20 days last week he was again informed to close thn he told with in 2 more days your account will be closed, today I checked my account through app there was a deduction for consolidating charges, I am now fed of these people, please ask them to close my account ASAP, as this is like harassment for me now

                    Axis bank offered me a credit card. Verification completed..till now i didn't receive the card but axis bank sent me the statement of credit card showing due bill for joining fees and gst...but card not delivered till the date .neither i have card details nor card..how can i pay bill without any details..they should make sure before statement generates either customer got card or not..no mail id available to contact axis bank..no contact number connecting to axis bank customer service..totally rubbing service

                        I use AXIS BANK Credit card for nearly 4 years.
                        I pay my bill at a regular time.

                        Axis bank most of the time delays generating bills, sometimes not receiving Email or SMS, even on-axis portal unable to found a bill on a time.

                        I complain many times to axis bank regarding delayed bill generation and alert.

                        Even purchase using CC Card. they are an add some hidden charges on purchage. Is it ok, But not to receive these hidden charges transaction detail on SMS or email during purchase?

                        So, If we calculate all transaction alert that is received on email/SMS and the actual bill amount are diffrent. It is theft or illegal activity to mismatch transactions.

                        One day I received many transaction decline messages at midnight nearly 3:00 PM and continues recived messages.

                        I try to call on customer care. thy are not giving proper answers, even I try to a different way to contact but not success. after many try I able call. and I explain everything related to the CC transaction message-related issues and request to Block my card. I want to block the card and do not want to continue with AXIS. due to many difficulties as per explain above,

                        But they told me we block you Credit card on a temporery basis. You have to Unblock CC for 1 day. and request for a Block CC.

                        I feel an inconvenience. Because, if i unblock my CC for a 1-day and this time possibly theft on my CC card. So, I will not move for an Unblock cc card.

                        for this month bills are generated and maybe delay generated and or alert on SMS. so I was a delay for some 3 to 6 days for payment. when I got a bill I saw in a bill a delayed payment charge Rs.600 (Now they want more then Rs 5500). so I call to customer care about why giving charges due to your issue with late bill generation.

                        And when I received the bill I try to pay but I am not able to success to pay my bill due to inconvenient AXIS bill payment services.

                        So, I decided I only pay my actual bill, and will not pay fraud bill charges. So on the same day anyhow I pay my actual bill.

                        then after, I stop to using the axis card. but received a message from the axis for a bill paid for nearly 2 years. even continuously received SMS, Email, call and call from the agency. For 2 years my bill from Rs 10 thousand to Rs 20 thousand. and i pay regularly. you check my history. Why I am not paying Rs.600 fraud axis bank charges? If do not want to pay then do not pay the full bill amount. Not only RS.600. but I pay my actual bill even i will not continue from this month.

                        AXIS Bank evading his responsibility just told to customer 'SORRY FOR A INCONVINET SERVICE'. Why the same thing not doing customer to the bank using this sentence 'SORRY FOR A INCONVINET SERVICE' to the bank. like a delayed payment...etc. people also right to give penalty charges to banks due to delays or any issue related to bank services. same they are giving me RS.600 delay charges for their fault.

                        Many times mail, is discussed but there is no solution from an axis bank harassment, theft, and fraud.

                        Just recently I received a call from an AXIS bank PNO regarding my complaint and ask me for a meeting and discussion. So I agree to meet on Thursday/Friday. but not decide when to meet and timing.

                        So on Thursday, I call the same person for a meeting location and the time may be at 9:30 AM. But they rudely talk me this is not a bank time, you can call me after 10 AM. (I do not want to meet what they want and I am ready to meet.)

                        So, AXIS bank call, SMS, email at any time even in night midnight m], early morning. And I am not called to this person at 9:30 am for a meet? and on-call they are not proper behavior.

                            I was paying my municipal tax through
                            web portal "https://imcindore.mp.gov.in/"
                            Through axis bank easy pay gateway and choose UPI and payment deducted through my paytm payments bank but axis bank easy pay showed this page can't be displayed and then showed transaction failed but the amount is deducted . Please initiate the refund

                                    I have been writting to them since 23 days regarding my savings account Lien . They are only saying Lien is coz o[censored]nauthorised payment in Credit card and they make the Lien of double the amount of that as I have 2 account in Axis Bank so they marked both accounts Lien and make the amount double as well . When I chat or call them they keep transferring to retail banking and credit card department they keep on pushing on each other but never give solution . My name is Yogesh

                                      Initially at the time of corporate account opening Axis bank agent told its zero balance for 1 year. After 3 months bank started deducting amount of Rs.100 /- every month. Shared documents to close that account but they are not closing and saying various reasons.
