Two bankers cheque 003635, 3629 dated 05/10/16 & 06/10/16, were issued in the name of the D.F.O Betul by Axis bank betul, MP.the cheques were misplaced( stolen\returned unofficially).
The same cheques were revalidated in Feb 17 & were resubmitted by the same party in my office as payment of some other dues. The Branch manager of Betul was requested to provide the copy of application received by the bank for revalidation. The Branch manager refused orally to hand over the copy of the same and misbehaved that is not desirable.Bankers cheque was payable to the D.F.O Betul & without my consent it surprising how could it reach the bank for revalidation. Probably, it seems one of my staffs and the party are handing gloves each other.
Request you to provide me the application received by the bank for revalidation of the bankers cheque and take stern action against the Branch manager for not providing the application and misbehaving in the issue.

    This email is with regards to the Personal loan availed through AXIS Bank dated 4TH MARCH 2017 with Customer id :[protected].
    It is with deep regret i state that i was misinformed by your executives and the information was hidden during the application stage.
    Initially their was a deduction is processing fee which was surprise to me as that was never discussed during the enrollment process. Due to time constraint, i could not cancel the process as i needed the money quickly and already spent enough time to it and unfortunately their was not turning back. Moreover, few days are the disbursement of the amount, i received a mail from HDFC life along with a pdf attachment with a premium amount which i didn't have any clue about.I could not
    take up the issue as i was very busy with my own personal and professional commitments.
    A few days later, i received a hard copy of the same receipt from HDFC life which helped me recall the issue and i asked the executive and she said she will get back to me on this which never happened.I followed up again on Monday, 03/04 and she said this is an insurance premium which is a mandate, however, this was never disclosed to me during the sign up process else i would have

    never enrolled with AXIS as i was getting better offers in the market.It is extremely disappointing to see a brand as yours misguides and fools customers trust.However, i am thankful pre and post this i will never ever involve myself with AXIS ever.

    I STRONGLY DEMAND THE PREMIUM AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO HDFC LIFE BE WAIVED OFF AS THIS INFORMATION WAS NEVER PROVIDED TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE.

    I hope all employees are not the same and if that's the case, i can guarantee you i will reach the highest possible level of escalations even outside AXIS environment, if needed.

          Axis bank Customer care is not taking a complaint for Failed money transfer.

          Money transfer failed on 31st Mar 2017

          First time I called customer care on 1 Apr 2017, they told that i need to wait 2 to 4 days for failed transactions. But still i didn't receive the money back/transfer success.

          Second time i called Axis bank Customer care on 3 Apr 2017. they are not ready to give a complaint id for my compliant even it tooks 4 days.

          Very disappointed on Axis bank customer services.

            Sir I am using two card of your bank my complaint about card 5859 I pay the bill amount before 3 or 4 day before bill date after calling your constumer care but ur again atuo cut from my account I complaint in your customer care about my payment aprox 19000 you return aprox 13000 and you return aprox 6000 I again complaint about that you customer said that they return in 5 days but they did return so I blocked both cards. Sir please send my call recording which you are recorded for quality test I want to see that how much your maintaining your quality? And tell that what again your taking against my complaints. Cr

              Find attach error screen shot regarding internet banking.
              I have meet may times in bank vastral branch, still no result.

              I can not money transfer through debit card.

              I have start net banking through customer id, plz see that my customer id is not assign with my saving account no. how can use this id.

              no statement or balance through this net banking,

              from banker said that all is well with account as per system, so why not possible this type problem.

              I am facing this problem since 5 months,

              now plz resolve this issue or stop my account.

                I sayeed ahmed, running a small business of computer selling and servicing.
                Its been almost 15 days that i have filled and submit document for opening a current account in axis bank of govandi branch. There is one guy called Asif, promise me to open my account in 5 working days. After one week when I asked about delay, he told that it is march ending, that is why its delay. After 15 days when I try to call him, he just ignore my call so I called him from landline number and then he told that his senior will come to my place for verification and then only he will decide that i am eligible or not for the account. When I went to get return back my documents as I dont want to open account in their branch for worst service, he given me excuses that my documents is in other branch and it will take 1 or 2 days to get my documents back. At last want to tell worst than worst service of axis bank.

                    I have submit the cheque requisition at the 1st week of March'17. Now at 3.4.17 i m still unable to get my cheque book. Right at this moment I m unable to do any transaction. I have asked to the branch concerned person to look after the matter but they misbehave with me and says now it will take another 10 days to issue new book.

                        I had already sent a mail to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com about my refund issue.

                        I had purchase some goods from amazon but product was not proper so i had return the product. Payment was done from my axis debit card. When i return the product amazon had initiated my refund. 1 refund was initiated on 17th march amount-2648/- & 2 refund was initiated on 23rd march amount-3198/- still i had not received my refund.

                        I had sent to mail to file a charge dispute as per amazon discussed But still my issue is not resolved.

                        Hope i can get a solution on this.

                          Axis bank customer care email id is an eyewash. very unprofessional in reverting to complaints. The silence is buying time as its only costing the customer and not the bank.

                          I have availed a loan that fluctuates its interest rate based on the market rate / RBI/ GDR.
                          But it keeps increasing at all instance but never decreases. However, when i complained, once it was reduced but i had to pay a heavy fine for this change and was ensured that such reminders are not required from then on.
                          However, now again. Even after 5 months since the interest rates have been slashed by all banks and the RBI, my bank AXIS still have not changed my interest percentage. I have been sending reminders after reminders and the bank officials are unethically buying time than providing a proper reply.

                          At my cost as a customer.

                          Very sad and unfortunate.

                            When I had contact Axis Bank they the time for reversal is 120 days. The amount is not small and I need the money for my US Trip. Kindly look into the matter and see that the amount is credited to my account immediately.

                              Respected Sir/Ma'am,

                              Subject-In Relation To A Big Monetary Fraud In My Bank Account Before Demonetization

                              This is to inform you that I, Shyam Bihari Tiwari from Varanasi UP. I have a savings bank account in Axis Bank, Chowk, Varanasi branch that was opened on Date 18 Jan 2016 by Neeraj Pandey.

                              To check whether the gas subsidy was deposited in the afore mentioned account, I had applied for the Passbook, Cheque Book and ATM card, out of which I could only receive the passbook on urgent basis. After its updation I found out that Rs. 14, 00, 000 lakh have been anonymously credited and then debited from my bank account. This sum of money was not deposited by either me or my family and even after immense inquiry. I could hardly manage to retrieve any information regarding this transaction. It seems that I am being drawn into a conspiracy for which I am seeking help.

                              I had already complained against such a forgery on PMOs website. When I checked my complaint’s status on the website, I found the following statuses on the corresponding dates.

                              1. 10th of January 2017-Compliant was transferred to Mr. S.V. Patil, RBI official.
                              2. 17th of February 2017-Complaint was transferred to Mr. Tapas Dutta, Vice President of Axis Bank.
                              3. 22nd of February 2017-Complaint was taken back (with my fake credentials).

                              The complaint was deceitfully taken back with fake letters and my counterfeited signature and credentials, with no information to me (who is the actual complainant). Those who can coordinate a fraudulent financial scam, it is very easy for them to fake credentials to be attached with a forged letter closing the matter. Such a monetary scam is well planned by Axis Bank’s Branch Manager Dheerendra Pratap Singh and Bank Clerk Neeraj Pandey, and by their conspiracy, such illicit transaction.

                              Along with this conspiracy, they must be involved in many illegal transactions before the demonetization and during the period of demonetization. If such money is confiscated, then big sums of black money can be deposited in the Revenue Department of India.

                              I feel really helpless and hopeless because they use my credentials like Aadhar number, digital signature, Pan card details etc. to act in my name to close the complaint and I have no proofs against them. I have alredy sent 4 to 5 times email mail and call to Axis Bank Nodal Officer but, not got any response.

                                I have submitted closure form to axis bank kormangala branch in month of october, they ensure me account will be closed with in 7 working days, now i tried to reach bank exucutive they are not responding even after several mails no response.

                                Now i m getting mails that please fill your account to avoid some charges .

                                Already they have deducted some amount and today again i got message that your account balance is - negative 1208 rs

                                  This is with reference to my loan account number PHR[protected]. There are a few issues/ complaints with respect to processing of this Home Loan Transfer from SBI which I would like to highlight and seek proper redressal with corrective steps and refund of my excess charged money by Axis Bank.

                                  I mentioned initially to Mr. Amit Kumar (person who was in touch with me from Axis Bank for Loan process) that I am looking for a home loan transfer from SBI to Axis Bank due to lower rate of interest and I want this loan for 8 years. I was told at that time that your loan is sanctioned for 15 years however, you may take the disbursement and he will get the duration reduced from 15 years to 8 years before first EMI hits the bank. However, now the person is reluctant to get that done and is asking me to contact customer care for the same.
                                  I mentioned to the above person that I already have a property insurance issued by SBI General and I will get it transferred in favor of Axis Bank once I get the NOC from SBI. However, I have been issued a new policy by Axis Bank and charged me around INR 3-INR 4 thousand rupees without my confirmation.
                                  I was told that the disbursement will be paid to SBI within one day so that I do not unnecessarily get charged double interest from both the banks. However, again to my surprise the loan was disbursed on 09th Mar and was paid to SBI on 15th Mar. For this period i have been charged interest by both the banks i.e. Axis Bank and SBI. On my enquiry no one bothered.
                                  I am still awaiting for my relation ship manager details.
                                  I have not been given internet access to this account. I tried registering online on axis bank site but it is not accepting the customer ID i have been issued. I raised a query with Home Loan department and even received SR number with assurance that I will get internet access within 4 days, however, I am still not able to log in. Customer care numbers do not work. have been trying to have status update since last 3-4 days but the number is not connecting.

                                  The dealing persons are Mr. Amit Kumar - [protected] and his Manager Mr. Virendra - [protected].

                                  I have even discussed the above issues with Mr. Virendra but he has also not been of any help. Not even a single email is responded by Mr. Virendra.

                                  Would request you to kindly take the above on records and give me suitable relief at the earliest.

                                    Hi, i am Dilip kumar from bangalore, karnataka. On 01 Apr 2017 i went to your axis bank atm to withdraw my money. I actually withdraw 10.000 but i only got 6, 000 of 500 and 100 notes but i didnt get 4000 but from my account it got deducted 10, 000. When i got a less amount i asked security, but he told may be there is no 2000 notes thats the reason you got less amount. But whatever my money got deducted for no reason and am unhappy with the axis bank ATN service.

                                        24x7 customer withdrow money emergency perpose so he again abusive and said after 10 clock enter the atm asper rbi guidelines atm means all time money but its insult me and prrof is atm camera security person abusive not only me every customer so kindly solf this uneducated behaviour...
