    I had written to Axis bank in Jan'17 requesting them to increase my EMI amounts and after lot of efforts got it changed and got the outstanding statement with the revised payment schedule. On 10th Feb'17 my EMI was due and the same was not deducted from my account. I wrote mails to [protected]@axisbank.com to which i got a confirmation that my EMI will get deducted till 22nd Feb'17. I again wrote to them stating that i am getting daily 4 to 5 calls stating that my credit score will be affected if i don't make payment for no fault of mine as i have already instructed Axis to deduct my EMI and i have also submitted all the required documents. I also informed call centre guys that it is Axis bank's fault that they have not deducted my EMI amount. For this i got mail from [protected]@axisbank.com writing to me that i should patiently wait till 22nd Feb'17. From 10th Feb'17 to 22nd Feb i was harrassed 4 to 5 times daily for my outstanding payment to which i answered them that it is not my fault and they have to go and deduct the amount from my HDFC bank account.

    When even after 22nd Feb 17, my payment did not get deducted, i again wrote to loans @axisbank.com stating that i am daily getting calls from Axis on my EMI payment for which i got no revert. I wrote to CEO desk about the pathetic service of Axis bank and still am not getting any response. On 23rd Feb'17 luckily the EMI got deducted, but still i am getting calls from Axis call centre stating that my EMI is pending. I have been writing mails to CEO desk but no response to my mails. Now i have lost hopes and don't know who to complain if i am not getting answers from the highest level as well. Today 24th Feb'17 also just some time back i got a call from Axis on paying off my Outstanding which is already deducted from my account. How pathetic the systems can be i just wonder, as Customer Ops / Collection team are not aware of the customer mails and complaints and keep on harassing them for payments.

    Could some one help me in this case as now i have highlighted the issue to the highest level but still am not getting any response.

      Hi,

      In the month of November I got my Axis bank Credit card with no welcome kit, Only a paper and credit card in the month month of Dec I set a credit card PIN and before setting a PIN I got my first statement I never used the card. In the month of February without my notice Axis bank debited Inr 4000/- reason Card protection is activated.

      Without my knowledge the amount got deducted no sms nothing.
      I never opt for the card protection plan
      I want my money back.

        I tried to add money to my PayTM, Rs.3025 the amount got deducted from my account but the money was not added to my PayTM wallet. The Paytm support told me that they have confirmed with you guys that there has been no transaction done. It has been more than 24 hours, I have already sent an email to you guys, so far haven't heard from you guys. Could you please look into this matter?

          My loan has been sanctioned and my App Id is 6006469. From last two weeks I am waiting for disbursement even I got the message that Disbursement has been initiated but it has not been disbursed. I talked to representative but he only telling that today it will be disbursed from last 2 weeks. I have submitted all the documents and signed the agreement. This is worst quality of service Axis bank giving. I have sent a mail to grievances redressal but I did not get any reply. Please do the needful for the same.

            Dear axis bank I really disappointed with your system...every day I m getting more the three calls for free credit cards and 1000 time I repteated my reply I Don't required I requsted to your executive don't give me unwated calls for this because people can be busy they don't have time to chaton this but still I m getting these all calls this is total rabbis I have others bank account also but they never give us unwated calls like axis bank.

                Today, i went to atm in jamalpur chownk, ludhiana.

                I entered the amount inr 10, 000. But the atm machine didn't generated the money. The atm was cash less.
                And i have not received the required amount. But in return i have got a confirmation message on my phone about the withdrawl.

                  NODAL TEAM has not responded to my complaint mail it's been 6days.from past 5years.
                  This is to bring to your notice that you people have auto debited almost 6000 Rs from my savings account without prior intimation and without my permissio nobody has given any rights to Axis bank to manipulate money handling from saving account it's a theft.
                  I happen to call axis this morning to clarify the same I for a surprise they say that I have an outstanding paint due on my credit card which is not true as is have cleared all my dues with the bank and I no longer use Axis credit card from past 3-4months.I have the same proof on my Axis app .I have attached the screen shot for your reference and also would like you to listen to to help audio that I have sent as the lady from credit card team has been extremely rude to me. I want my 6000Rs back reverted to my savings account at any given cost you guys cannot penalise me for something which is not my fault .I will take it up to media with the recordings and with my Mobile app record where it shows zero outstanding and mainly no where on my statement it shows AXIS has auto debited and manipulated 6000 in my savings account which was to be reflecting as per protocol. Would be great if my money is reverted back at the earliest . I have approached you 11lot of hopes as none of your agents from support team sounds helpful to me.Oys a huge amount the bank has tried to manipulate I have lost trust with axis Bank I am scared to even keep 1rupee on my savings account because of this mishandling now as I noticed I am fighting for my money back god knows how many times I have been fooled .

                      I had applied for savings account in Axis Bank Branch (Saket-New Delhi) on 9th Feb 2017. But its been around 15 days account has not open. Even amount 10, 500 Rs has been deducted from my bank account through the cheque which i have gave while applying for the account.

                          This was my 3rd experince with banking sector, where the representative confirms something and finally confirmation on agreement will be different while availing a loan.
                          A representative from axis bank had called me for a PL and i had a need of 8lakhs, where she explained me abt the part, pre-closer and no processing fee thinks and also a confirmation of 11.49% interest rate for PL without BT, after submitting all the document and follow-up for 2 weeks, they approved the loan for 7.7lakhs with an interest of 11.99% which was not fear initially, but due to commitment i had forced me to go with 11.99% and 1% PF.
                          then a person came to me with an agreement showing clearly 12.49%, here some persons came into pic to compromise for 12.49% forcefully and made a agreement with 5 cheques.
                          and the day came for disbursment and nothing was happening, suddenly i got a missed call from vamsi(sales person) of axis bank, i called him back and asked for the disbursment, he replied with a surprise saying that the interest rate was wrongly printing as 12.49% and the actually was 12.99%.finally after huge arguments, he agreed that he made a mistake taking an agreement of 12.49% from me and offered me of waiving off the 1% PF on this PL, which i couldnt able take it anymore and asked for a cancellation, he simply replied he doesnt care of the customer and said OK for cancellation also.i really dont understand what if the same thing happen to him a such critical situation and if people take advantage of neccessity.

                            After multiple requests both in person and over email to change my registered phone number, multiple phone banking officers misled me to believe that it's going to be updated in 5 working days and after a month later are telling me that US numbers cannot be used and they cannot use my alternate India number either. They also told me that I will have to come in person to Axis bank to submit another request. I live in US, so that essentially means my funds are locked for the next 2 years until I visit India. This is not acceptable and plain wrong. Very disappointed in the useless service rendered by axis bank

                              I have sb account with axis in raja annamalai puram branch. Last monday (10/10/2016) i received a message in my mobile that a sum of rs.7000/- has been debited, immediately i got in a conversation with customer care executive of axis bank and raised complaint as i have not withdrew the money. I was told that the money has been taken from an atm in gumidipoondi, i registered the complaint & also requested to block my debit card immediately.

                              I have also registered a complaint with tamil nadu police for the same.

                              No action from axis bank as well as the police.

                                This is to bring your kind notice that I Mr. Kalyan Subhra Satpathi having an Axis Bank SB account no.- [protected] since long. As an existing customer I got a pre-approved loan offer on used /new car at your end and accordingly I have given all the required documents for process further on the same.

                                However, after verifying my profile my loan application got approved on 10.02.2017 amounting Rs 3, 60, 000.00 and the same has been disbursed to your channel partner M/s Vaishno Motors account on 17.02.2017.

                                But unfortunately, instant of transfer my approved loan amount to my preferred dealer where I have purchased my car, the amount goes to other dealer account (M/s Vaishno Motors) which your executive called as channel partner of Axis Bank.

                                I am really disappointed and sorry to draw your kind attention that due to some personal ego / internal problem between your Channel partner (M/s Vaishno Motors) and My dealer (M/s First Choice) your customers, means me, put in deep trouble, neither I have received my car not receive any cooperation from anyone. As both the Dealer standing on same line and in between unnecessary harassed your customer since last 4 days.I have tried lot to convinced both of them, not only that I am moving / knocking both the dealer door for their cooperation and support as a poor beggar but I failed to do the same. Even I had discussed several times with your local executive, SR Sales Manager Mr. Avijit and others officials for justice but I have not heard any positive response from their end nor resolve my issue by them.

                                I am totally frustrated and feeling very bad about your service and response received by your local officials. In my life I have gather very bad experience about Axis Bank and wanted to came out from this situation without losing any further time.

                                Anyway, I have no other alternative left in my hand but I have decided that I don’t want to take the car loan anymore from your end. Kindly stop the further process on my loan account no UCR[protected] at an earliest and do the needful action at your end, so that in future no body can’t harassed like me.

                                  Every time you are deducted high consolidated DP charges from my account, for check bounce and other charges..

                                  This month INR4450 deducted, Last few months also deducted many times..

                                  I have other banks they also deducted the amounts not like Axis,

                                  Many times i m contacted CC, but there is no stisfied ans from them...

                                  Finally i have decided if they are not consider my request..

                                  i quit from Axis..

                                  I have recharged on (15.02.2017) the Airtel Prepaid mobile no. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 130.
                                  The amount was debited from my axis bank account but no recharge was done.
                                  Please contact on my no.[protected] at 10:30 am. And kindly resolve it on urgent basis and please refund my balance as soon as possible.

                                    We applied for a savings bank account on 17/01/2017in Akra Fatak branch(code1926). We see many people who applied after me, their account is activated except my account remain inactivated. Even cause is unknown to the bank official. So, either refund my money which I already deposited(40000/-) or make the account activated with in 24 hours.
