Sir, i have transfer an amount of rs 1000/- through axis bank but my account got debited but till now i have not credited. i try to contact with the helpline no [protected] but all the time either anyone of the executive give some slammed excuse. Again i have to call where it take my time morethan 1 hour. No one is there to solve my issue. I have call several time. Kindly do the needful....

I am an account in City Center Gwalior Branch, A/C No [protected]. Till date i am not taken any loan or not giving guarantee to any one for any loan, but regularly your customer care center/ loan recovery team calling me for 5-6 time for recovery of loan.

I was using net banking for shopping in bigbusket and my transaction was unsuccessful twice and money got deducted both the time from account. After 1 week money got credited for one transection only i haven't received the money for the other transection yet. Today when i went to axis bank, the working hour is 3.30 and i went at 3.25 so i was at the right time still they said the time is up and we can not accept your request of depositing my money

I had transferred Rs.1000 on 24.01.2017 to the Canara Bank[protected]. But the phone number which I had given for this account, that is been considered as a/c number.. When such a/c number is not existing Why they have not re-funded my amount?? There is no response from if I call Customer Care.. Response is poor...

I have Indian overseas Bank account No.[protected] in Secretariat, Chennai-9. On 16.01.2017 at 10.00 hrs, I made withdrawal of Rs.4000/- in Axis Bank ATM ID No.CWAC00604 (record No.3569) in Secretariat campus. I used my debit card to withdraw a sum of 4000/- and 2000/- on 21st January 2017 from Mumbai people's cooperative bank, Fort branch ATM, But the money didn't come out of the ATM. The money was deducted from my account and had still not been refunded. Please look into it and get the money refunded into my account.
