i have account of axis bank SB A/C ([protected]) NAME: KATHIRVEL. i saw the my statement in unnecessary charge for consolitad charge by amount of RS.553 and tax of RS.80.Why the charging amount of account please details given below.i having pasting 3 years of not maintined minimum balance but i am maintined the minimum bLnce january month and still now. so kindly resolve this problem.

      I'm having a/c no- [protected] with name of PRAYAG VERMA. my a/c has been deducted on 02 feb 17 Rs.2052/-. Why this amount deducted i don't know. i have complaint two times via email and once visit to bank brach- rajendra nagar (c.g.) but still i haven't got any reply by bank.
      I just want to know why this deduction. Bcoz I had not done this transaction.

      how many times i will send email and follow up for this small amount...???

      kindly resolve the problem asap.

        I opened my Account for loan however no one informed me about the charges for not maintaining 10000rs in savings account & I called customer services earlier to closed the account &they said they can't close account over the phone or online so u have to visit or send a letter to branch, so I send a letter to model town branch but they haven't close the Account so I called customer service again an they to go to branch and now branch is saying we can't close the Account until u wll 1400rs. Please take an action against this bank

          I am Lata Bhoyar... Someone Gave my number as a office number and now A girl calling from Axis bank number [protected] continuesly and harresing me. She did call me 10 times today around 1 o'clock and said that she will take police warrent on me ... What the hell is that? I am going to make warrent agenst axis bank for such calls ... Around past 6 months people kept calling saying someone gave my no as office number and he didnot paid loan . Is this my problem? When i said i have no idea abt it no on took my signature or my documents . without having any role in this how could someone call and speak in rough tone with me like this???? Bank dont take any docments while giving loan ??? Go and trouble him who did it not me ... And take action against that girl otherwise i will... i should get call for apology from that girl

            Axis Bank blocked customer ID

            My mother's customer ID was blocked by Axis Bank Fort Mumbai branch 6 months ago.
            In last 6 months, in spite of dozens of contacts to find out why the ID was blocked, bank employees are not telling us the reason.
            They keep giving different answers and keep wasting time and donot tell how we can get customer ID unblocked. We approached senior official but no outcome .
            It is getting very frustrating.. Please advice how...

            Hi,

            This is Arindam Ghosh, in the month of september I opened a joint account with my mother in Axis bank (Senior Privilege Savings Account). Without any notifications or my consent they have allotted two debit cards. Immediately when the money got deducted I contacted the customer relation person with whom I dealt with for this account opening. She said once u receive the card then come to branch. I went there & after the discussion with her & the sales guy who took all the documents from my home during the time of account opening, they said okay we r blocking your card & it'll get reversed, after that they have given excuses of demonetization that we r running busy get us little bit of time & we'll credit the amount deducted for that card.

            Then I made twice complaint in customer care when I followed up with them then they said after some days it'll get reversed but when it doesn't happen till the end of december then again I have lodged another complaint then after few days when I took the follow up with the customer care they said that branch people are claiming that you had signed in the form where you wanted the additional card, which a very absurd thing because to open an account sign is required it doesn't mean that I wanted an additional card.

            Lastly, when the matter casually get to know to branch manager he said once it get deducted it can't be refunded because printing cost is there, next time it won't get deducted as if it's a small thing because the amount 230 rs which has been deducted it's belong to us & the sales guy is a big liar sitting over there just said the whole lie to his branch manager that I'm willing to take additional card but don't want to pay it. Don't know how many more fools he made with his sweet coated word during the time of account opening. I don't know about other employees but that lady, branch manager and the sales guy they are just spoiling the name of Axis Bank.

            Mouth publicity is bigger marketing tool, so after getting this kind of services I'm sure that I'll going to tell my known people that please do not go to axis bank anywhere in India.

            Now, I want the resolution of the 230 amount which has been wrongly debited from my account for the additional debit card.

            Thank you for the response but as the matter quite got faded and didn't find any way out for the resolution, I misplaced the reference no which I got from the customer care but the details about the branch and the persons who were involved in this matter are as follows:

              I had tried to book two tickets from Ahmadabad JN (ADI) to Mumbai Central (BCT) dated on 13/02/2017, but due to some reason tickets were not booked and amount of total 643.04 Rs. was deducted from my axis bank savings account.

              still today I have not received my refund into my account, so it is my humble request to you to take necessary steps to refund the amount.

                I am getting calls from [protected] on the behalf of Axis Bank from Credit Card Department. The executive calling from this number is saying that someone have given my number as reference number for his credit card. Now I don't know that person personally, so if he is not paying his bills how I am responsible for this. So axis bank should drag that guy to court if he is not paying. I have been bothered so much by axis bank.
                The executive girl was so much irritating and she does not know how to speak. She tried to abuse me on phone and she said that I have to pay the money because I am the reference person. So they should first check data for the references before issuing the credit cards.
                Please ask them not to bother me anymore and get the money from the same person whom they have given the credit card.

Sales person Mr.Nilesh has taken all documents from me and he said only ST2 and all proprietor ID prof is enough for open the current account and he deposited the cheque and after 15 days he is said shop act is necessary for account opening.                             I am an employee of Purpleframe Technologies, Bangalore. I was asked to open an account in Sahakarnagar branch, bangalore. Your agent came and collected all the details with my signature. It has been more than a month and my account has not been activated yet. The branch doesnt respond to calls. I had to travel 30kms to visit the branch during my office hours. They didnt have any answer. Your bank asked my company to process the salary in this new salary account while it wasnt even active. How the hell do I get my money? This is a big inconvenience for me and lethargic work on the part of your employees. Worst banking experience ever.

                                I open the account for first advantage company in white field for salary account but I am not working that company at present, my account no [protected].continues for my personal, suddenly bank freeze my account with out any notice to me.I requesting reopen my account as soon as possible.So kindly needful.

                                I am writing this complaint after long waiting for getting a response from Axis bank help desk however still my issue is not resolved yet, hence coming to the point I have a old account with axis bank which is in debit freeze condition since few months the account has a negative balance and not in use however i wanted it to be closed as i have another account with axis bank hence i visited the Branch they advised me to fill KYC form which i have filled same day, bank staff said it will get unfreeze within 2-3 days but 12 days have passed but my account is not active yet. I contacted Branch staffs many times but the ask me to wait and they doesn't have any proper response.
                                I will be highly thankful.

Bt now time enki service itni ghtiya hogyi hai. 4 time debit card use krne k vad chye apne pytm se ja fir kisi v tra online money add ki ho ose v count krte hai 4 transfer m . Oske vad account hi ferozen ho jata hai . Person kitni v emergency m ho j totally account service jab tak next month nhi start hota off rakhti hai na person online transfer kr skta hai na hi online banking . Agar limit se jada time debit card use hota hai to paise extra charge krlene chyie pr axis bank ki es vjha se person ko kitni problem ho rahi hai ..

                                  On Feb 4 th 2017 I transferred 3 times fund to an other account, result transaction failure but money got debited from my account. Then 5 th Feb again transferred fund, result transaction failure and money got debited.and again on 7th Feb same transaction failure but money got debite. Till now already 10 days passed and money not credited or reversed. And when I gave complain to customer care, each time they are registering newly complain...

                                  I have deposited takeover cheque amount Rs 275536 of HDFC bank pay in draft against my outstanding loan amount Rs 272551

                                  eventhough feb 2017 EMI Rs11855 has been deducted in my saving account.

                                  2. Rs 10230 has been credited in my account on13.2.17 but Remaining Rs 2985 has not net cleared ( Rs[protected] = 2985)
                                  please look into the matter and same to be credit in my saving account

                                  even though Feb 2017 EMI deducted in my saving account

                                  I can't understand how the EMI has been deducted in my saving account
                                  please close the loan account and balance amount to be credited in my saving account

                                    I have received one Fake call from the mobile number [protected] and asking for the credit card details by saying you have received 4900 cash back from the card.

                                    I have then eqnuired in the customer card there were no cash back due on the bank.

                                    Can you please do immediate action on the quoted number above as it can be disaster for others card holders.
