I want to know as to how I can reverse these transactions. Subsequently my debit card has been blocked by me.

    Even after several visits to the bank branch at Trichy, I am not able to operate it.

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      This to inform you that I had deposited fee (for month of May 2016) of my daughter Andaleeb Zehra, a student of class 4 A on 08/05/2016 through Axis Bank payment portal (copy of successful fund transfer attached Copy.
      Later I got to know from school authorities that fee for the said month has not been credited. When I checked my account statement it showed hat the fee (4400/-) has been credited to the account of some Raghav Global School, I had brought this to your kind notice and was assured that the matter will be taken case - off. today again I got a call from the school asking for fee deposition.
      Kindly look into the matter as I have already deposited the fee and through proper process. How it got credited to some other account is a mystery to me.

        Continuously charging for Demat account even though not using the account for 3.5 years. And axis bank people are not at all closing the demat account even though I visited the nearest branch many times for closing the demat account.

        Without my knowledge only Demat account is opened and continuously applying charges on me. Even I did not do a single transaction axis bank people are asking me to pay the charges. I have raised complaint to axis bank but they are not at all responding properly.

        I Would like to inform you that today i go axis bank narol branch for cash withdrawal in my saving bank account but they give me short cash and manager and cashier do rude behavior with me and use ruff language so i m very disappointed for same and thought to go in consumer care and try to take legally action for same.

          Lien amount & consolidated charges

          Before 31st of December'16 my account is on -ve balance(lien charges) of 16722 against the credit card payment and on 30th salary is credited in my account. So, the amount Rs. 16722 is automatically debited. But its not credited in my credit card. Its almost 2 months and still Axis bank doesn't resolve the query and 20/02 they put again lien amount of 1240 Rs....

          As per my knowledge, Other bank's are not debiting more than 200rs ( i also using SBI and HDFC Bank ) But you are debiting moe than 1000 rupees .

                I'm having a/c no- [protected] with name of PRAYAG VERMA. my a/c has been deducted on 02 feb 17 Rs.2052/-. Why this amount deducted i don't know. i have complaint two times via email and once visit to bank brach- rajendra nagar (c.g.) but still i haven't got any reply by bank.
                I just want to know why this deduction. Bcoz I had not done this transaction.

                how many times i will send email and follow up for this small amount...???

                  I opened my Account for loan however no one informed me about the charges for not maintaining 10000rs in savings account & I called customer services earlier to closed the account &they said they can't close account over the phone or online so u have to visit or send a letter to branch, so I send a letter to model town branch but they haven't close the Account so I called customer service again an they to go to branch and now branch is saying we can't close the Account until u wll 1400rs. Please take an action against this bank

                    I am Lata Bhoyar... Someone Gave my number as a office number and now A girl calling from Axis bank number [protected] continuesly and harresing me. She did call me 10 times today around 1 o'clock and said that she will take police warrent on me ... What the hell is that? I am going to make warrent agenst axis bank for such calls ... Around past 6 months people kept calling saying someone gave my no as office number and he didnot paid loan . Is this my problem? When i said i have no idea abt it no on took my signature or my documents . without having any role in this how could someone call and speak in rough tone with me like this???? Bank dont take any docments while giving loan ??? Go and trouble him who did it not me ... And take action against that girl otherwise i will... i should get call for apology from that girl

                      My mother's customer ID was blocked by Axis Bank Fort Mumbai branch 6 months ago.
                      In last 6 months, in spite of dozens of contacts to find out why the ID was blocked, bank employees are not telling us the reason.
                      They keep giving different answers and keep wasting time and donot tell how we can get customer ID unblocked. We approached senior official but no outcome .
                      It is getting very frustrating.. Please advice how we can we find out why ID was blocked and how we can get the ID unblocked ?
                      We are hearing scary things about corruption and bribery in Axis Bank employees.

                      Axis bank fort Mumbai branch blocked mother's customer ID 6 months ago.
                      In spite constant efforts to know the reason ..the employees have not given the cause of ID block and the method how we can get it unblocked.
                      We are very unhappy with the customer service and treatment of customers like me.
                      All we need is the reason for ID block and what we need to do to get ID unblocked.

                      OMG...How can my deceased mother call you morons from heaven ? Its 8 months since she passed away and I am registered nominee of her trying to get funds transferred.
                      You bankers need to read section 45ZA, 45ZB of Banking regulation Act, RBI rules 20.1.2 and your own banks
                      customer booklet section 8.8.1 where you make false promises to transfer deceased accountholder's funds to registered nominee. Sad..your banking license survived in Dec.2016.

                        Hi,

                        This is Arindam Ghosh, in the month of september I opened a joint account with my mother in Axis bank (Senior Privilege Savings Account). Without any notifications or my consent they have allotted two debit cards. Immediately when the money got deducted I contacted the customer relation person with whom I dealt with for this account opening. She said once u receive the card then come to branch. I went there & after the discussion with her & the sales guy who took all the documents from my home during the time of account opening, they said okay we r blocking your card & it'll get reversed, after that they have given excuses of demonetization that we r running busy get us little bit of time & we'll credit the amount deducted for that card.

                        Then I made twice complaint in customer care when I followed up with them then they said after some days it'll get reversed but when it doesn't happen till the end of december then again I have lodged another complaint then after few days when I took the follow up with the customer care they said that branch people are claiming that you had signed in the form where you wanted the additional card, which a very absurd thing because to open an account sign is required it doesn't mean that I wanted an additional card.

                        Lastly, when the matter casually get to know to branch manager he said once it get deducted it can't be refunded because printing cost is there, next time it won't get deducted as if it's a small thing because the amount 230 rs which has been deducted it's belong to us & the sales guy is a big liar sitting over there just said the whole lie to his branch manager that I'm willing to take additional card but don't want to pay it. Don't know how many more fools he made with his sweet coated word during the time of account opening. I don't know about other employees but that lady, branch manager and the sales guy they are just spoiling the name of Axis Bank.

                        Mouth publicity is bigger marketing tool, so after getting this kind of services I'm sure that I'll going to tell my known people that please do not go to axis bank anywhere in India.

                        Now, I want the resolution of the 230 amount which has been wrongly debited from my account for the additional debit card.

                          I had tried to book two tickets from Ahmadabad JN (ADI) to Mumbai Central (BCT) dated on 13/02/2017, but due to some reason tickets were not booked and amount of total 643.04 Rs. was deducted from my axis bank savings account.

                            I am getting calls from [protected] on the behalf of Axis Bank from Credit Card Department. The executive calling from this number is saying that someone have given my number as reference number for his credit card. Now I don't know that person personally, so if he is not paying his bills how I am responsible for this. So axis bank should drag that guy to court if he is not paying. I have been bothered so much by axis bank.
                            The executive girl was so much irritating and she does not know how to speak. She tried to abuse me on phone and she said that I have to pay the money because I am the reference person. So they should first check data for the references before issuing the credit cards.
                            Please ask them not to bother me anymore and get the money from the same person whom they have given the credit card.

                                  I have applied for current account in last month. Sales person Mr.Nilesh has taken all documents from me and he said only ST2 and all proprietor ID prof is enough for open the current account and he deposited the cheque and after 15 days he is said shop act is necessary for account opening. It is really disappointing thing that bank is taking so much time .also sales person was not ready to answer the call.he must has complete knowledge for it. because of that i could not make any transaction and my clients payment was stucked.                                     Iam a salaried employe my salary was creditng in axis account my account number is [protected] my take home salary was 17900 my colleagues are getting card those who are having less salary than me but for me problem is coming I don't know the proper reason once I called to the customer care they giving reason the documents were miss matching bocz iam giving proper documents that bank persons asked.
