On 16.01.2017 at 10.00 hrs, I made withdrawal of Rs.4000/- in Axis Bank ATM ID No.CWAC00604 (record No.3569) in Secretariat campus. I got a receipt stating that “Transaction declined 072” but the amount debited from my account. I used my debit card to withdraw a sum of 4000/- and 2000/- on 21st January 2017 from Mumbai people's cooperative bank, Fort branch ATM, But the money didn't come out of the ATM. The money was deducted from my account and had still not been refunded. Please look into it and get the money refunded into my account.

My name is Anurag Gupta. I am using Axis bank Credit card since2012. Bank is charging interest on whole the amount after Due date even if I pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already return to the bank. This happening in every statement. The bank is saying if even a penny of due amount is left to pay within due date then the interest will be charge for whole the amount....

I have not received amount but received a ATM slip which is showing withdrawal Rs10000.00.
Complaint made with Axis bank Durg, but neither my account credited nor received any response till date....

on 9th of January. She calimed to be from Axis bank and said she would help me with the entire process of loan. She farried back and forth for alsmot 2 weeks and said

I have opened a account with axis bank branch kalyan sukha district bhatinda panjab about two months ago. branch gives me a welcome kit which shows account no. and gives me a debit card also but after two months account is not activated. after several queries to branch and head office they are not giving me any satisfactory responce please interfear and give me any satisfactory responce even positive or negative...

Today I got four messages relevant to hidden debit card usage charges with reference TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT XXXXXX.
Why Axis bank took these charges for the Transactions that I did in December-2016.
