        Hi,

        I have a salary account for Axis bank. Rs.885 was deducted from my axis bank account. Please initiate a refund axis bank. It's very illogical to deduct a consumer bank account without any prior information.
        I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

          I am Writing this email in regard to an issue related to my Axis Bank Neo Credit Card, my name is Aamina Ataullah Parihar, credit card number ending with 5592 IFSC code of branch UTI0000778, Debit card ends with 6711 A/C no [protected]

          I've sent an email complaining about this issue to the branch manager, please find the attached copy of the email sent. Their response didn't help me nor they addressed my concern very well.

          To summarize, 19, 561INR is put on hold from Axis Bank saving account because of two months credit card non payment, I spoke to multiple Bank officers in this regard they advised me to pay minimum due amount to lift lien from my saving account, my salary was put on hold further payment to deposit in ban was very defficult to arrange so took a loan from friend and paid the minimum due amount immediately on 21st April and confirmed with MULTIPLE bank's customer care officer's about when will my 19, 561INR reflect back into my account, to which ALL confirmed that it will happen in 2 working days, I have the phone recordings of the multiple conversations with the Banks official for reference .
          On 25th April I spoke to the bank's officials and they told that the amount is not reflected back yet because my card is blocked, bank never told me that at any stage, that my card is blocked, bank never issued me any notices, reminders, warning s demanding payments and i never refuse to pay my dues, earlier when I spoke to the bank officials they had clearly directed me to pay minimum due amount and bank will release your withhold amount, now I have to clear the entire due in order to get back money back which is on hold. THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT CONVEYED TO ME BY BANKS OTHER OFFICIALS AT ALL when I made the payment, I would like to bring into your notice that a bunch of representatives on 25th April even confirmed with me that the amount is RELEASED and transferred me to another department's line for further query, they instructed me to raise a request for the same and assured me AGAIN I will receive my amount after that.
          This is highly unprofessional and at will act done by the the bank a matter of big concern if your BANK OFFICIALS ARE MISLEADING CUSTOMER ABOUT PAYMENT and forcefully doing extortion, this should not be happen like that. They all are misusing their Post bank's officials must be accountable to it's customer .
          I paid the minimum due which was supposed to be paid by May 5th 2022, I've cleared my current dues, I agree I've missed previous payment but now I am not a defaulter in terms of payment anymore and BY NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION I WAS INFORMED ABOUT MY CARD BEING BLOCKED, NOT EVEN ON THE AXIS BANK APP which I use regularly
          The amount 19, 561INR is the salary which I had requested in advance from my employer and I need that money for my family to celebrate upcoming Eid Festival on 3rd May.
          I request Axis bank to release my 19, 561INR ASAP, I've been misled and misguided by Axis Banks, Bank's officials has put me and my family in great stress and humalition and our Eid festival s happyness is going to turn in ... I've paid what is REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY 5TH MAY 2022 ALREADY.

              Recently on 03.04.2022 around 5. P.M I faced an Unauthorised transaction of Rs.14850/- from my Flipkart Axis Credit Card and t I have not received any messages relating to the transaction and same came to my knowledge on 07.4.2022 when I checked my statement in Axis Bank application the 4 transactions which were showing for the amount of Rs.14850/- are debited for FLIPKART PAYMENTS BANGALORE, later I immediately reported to the bank officials and reported the Incident they blocked my card and ensured to conduct an investigation within 60 days.

              Meantime I also reported to the Flipkart team but they not respond and refused to give any information and called again to Axis customer care for reporting to the Police station but they clearly stated not required to approach.

              Thereafter, they emailed me that they are not liable to refund or waive off the amount and if not satisfied with their reply instructed me to report to the Nodal officer, when I forward the incident report to the Nodal officer after a week they replied the following email

              Kindly note that the customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, registration data and other verification information, Axis Bank is not liable for loss or damage if any, arising from the customer’s failure to comply with the terms of service.

              and now they are directed to approach the Banking Ombudsman and report to police authorities, now its turned into a headache and time consuming for me anyhow I have to fight against this so decided to take this incident further by reporting to the ombudsman and Cybercrime police in Bangalore.

                  I have never agreed for membership in one assist. They registered on their own. When first time my money was deducted i ignored it by thinking it’s a one time thing. But now again my money is deducted. I don’t want their services and how can you just agree to membership without my consent. I want my refund back asap. Previous one too as i never agreed for it. Very unsatisfying services from axis bank. I would like to delink my account from axis bank if such problem persists.

                    Hi Team,

                    I engaged with Axis Bank from last 6 Years but nowadays I have been frustrated 🥴 with the customer service of Axis Bank over phone call as well as in branch.

                    I want to forceclose all my EMIs of Credit Card and Partpayment of Personal Loan. And for the same I am trying my best to connect with them over phone call and each and every time I have to wait more than 15 minutes to connect with bank representative for my concern. After that he/she will put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes again & again to check the final closure details. And finally after long wait I have been told that there is some issue with banking System to close my EMIs. Sometimes my call disconnect automatically and after long wait when I again connected with them then I have to explain the each and everything again & again.

                    But I want to know that how can be system interruption in effect continuously for such services from last 20 days.

                    Please provide your support to take appropriate action on my above mentioned complaint as now I am fed-up with the services of Axis Bank and want to end the banking relationship with them.

                          Unnecessary debit card issue and deduct annual charges

                          Im(manoj kumar) account holder of axis bank limited. bank has unnecessary issue debit card without my intention and deducted annual charges.
                          axis bank has issue Two (2) debit card in respect of my a/c no [protected] and 2 times annual charges deducted. when query raised by me to branch, bank said we cannot do anything for charges call to customer care and customer care said visit to nearest branch.

                              I am Kaustubh Kadam resident in Virar, i wanted to take your attention for a harassment happening from AXIS bank Debt collector for the repayment of my Credit Card . i admit that it has been a long period of time that i haven't been able to repay my debt as i a was homeless and jobless for 3 years that we all went through Pandemic but i was willing to do a settlement but they wont allow me to do it and constantly calling me even after telling them a specific time that i will do the settlement
                              They are harassing me by discussing my account with the neighbors and insulting me on the phone constantly cursing and abusing me on the phone also visiting my home and using foul language towards my parents .
                              I am getting harassments and threat calls from these numbers - [protected] and there are multiple people calling with the same number one of them was a woman named Riya Gupta and Raj Gaikwad
                              They are constantly Threating that they will come and defame and insult me and my family in front of the whole Society, they call me everyday and humiliate me by saying "Teri maa ki chut jhaatu, aukad na paisa kyu lete h tumloag udhar ghar pe aaunga to teri maa chod dunga kaat dalunga " and there was more profanity but i dont want to disturb the reader who is viewing this
                              and when i called the grievances department of axis bank they straight away declined taking any action and complaint against them this incident happened on 27/04/2022

                              I hope that this complaint would help me finding justice with the sort of actions i faced from the banking institution

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                                On March 30 I did a transaction of ₹239 at 00:18:31 and received a SMS from the bank that my available credit limit of ₹370.5,
                                But next day after 24 hours when I checked my account through the Axis app it showed remaining balance in negative with an Overlimit charge of 500 + 90₹ GST I contacted the bank right away, about this but they said it's Bank policy nothing can be done even I showed them the email I got from bank after my last transaction that the limit was still available.
                                I asked the bank executive that why didn't I received a warning message to ignore transactions if this could have happened
                                So they said that this not bank policy to send you warning SMS, they didn't even send any sms regarding the Charging of overlimit fee.

                                  It looks like..bank fooling around.
                                  They deducted 1768.49 rs on (04/march/2022) from my
                                  saving account with out any prior notice or explanation. may be payment deduction is related to credit card annual charges.
                                  but i didn't even generate my pin number or activated.In addition to that customer support executive told me the annual charge is only 250 INR and even that amount will be cash back on first payment.so for one year it will be free .

                                  please refund my sweat ammount (1768.49)as soon as possible.

                                    I complain against the axis bank credit card department. They are holding me a credit card with the wrong information. and this is the second card, and they told me that this card is life time free card and it's marge with my 1st paid credit card and no needed any joining fees. But when I got this card its a paid card and also need to pay to join fees and I also talk to their customer care, they told me that I need to pay only 100 Rs and then my problem will solve, and I pay this amount, But last 3 months my bill is increasing day by day. and last Saturday 23.04.2022 I talk to the customer care again and they told me once again need to pay 153 and then it will solve. But today also I talk, but it's not solved yet. I need help.

                                      I got a call from an associate for credit card. I asked him to apply for a neo credit card, instead he applied for vistara platinum. I received a message of approval after 4 days which said Vistara card request approved. Since then I have been calling him but he is not picking up my call. The card was delivered at my address but I did not receive it as it was wrongly applied by the associate. When I connected with the customer support some of them said that they are not sure if I will have to pay the membership amount of Rs.1770. My concern is how am I liable to pay this amount when this request was not created by me, neither I have received the card nor I have activated it.
                                      I raised multiple cancellation requests 1st April onwards everybody said we have registered your compalin but my complain was actually registered on 21 April 2022, earlier everybody was making fool out of me. And bank needs 15 days to solve any issue and I know this time also the same thing will happen, no solution. Now I am getting messages daily to pay 1170 as membership amount for something that i have not applied for.
