I am Writing this email in regard to an issue related to my Axis Bank Neo Credit Card, my name is Aamina Ataullah Parihar, credit card number ending with 5592 IFSC code of branch UTI0000778, Debit card ends with 6711 A/C no [protected]
I've sent an email complaining about this issue to the branch manager, please find the attached copy of the email sent. Their response didn't help me nor they addressed my concern very well.
To summarize, 19, 561INR is put on hold from Axis Bank saving account because of two months credit card non payment, I spoke to multiple Bank officers in this regard they advised me to pay minimum due amount to lift lien from my saving account, my salary was put on hold further payment to deposit in ban was very defficult to arrange so took a loan from friend and paid the minimum due amount immediately on 21st April and confirmed with MULTIPLE bank's customer care officer's about when will my 19, 561INR reflect back into my account, to which ALL confirmed that it will happen in 2 working days, I have the phone recordings of the multiple conversations with the Banks official for reference .
On 25th April I spoke to the bank's officials and they told that the amount is not reflected back yet because my card is blocked, bank never told me that at any stage, that my card is blocked, bank never issued me any notices, reminders, warning s demanding payments and i never refuse to pay my dues, earlier when I spoke to the bank officials they had clearly directed me to pay minimum due amount and bank will release your withhold amount, now I have to clear the entire due in order to get back money back which is on hold. THIS INFORMATION WAS NOT CONVEYED TO ME BY BANKS OTHER OFFICIALS AT ALL when I made the payment, I would like to bring into your notice that a bunch of representatives on 25th April even confirmed with me that the amount is RELEASED and transferred me to another department's line for further query, they instructed me to raise a request for the same and assured me AGAIN I will receive my amount after that.
This is highly unprofessional and at will act done by the the bank a matter of big concern if your BANK OFFICIALS ARE MISLEADING CUSTOMER ABOUT PAYMENT and forcefully doing extortion, this should not be happen like that. They all are misusing their Post bank's officials must be accountable to it's customer .
I paid the minimum due which was supposed to be paid by May 5th 2022, I've cleared my current dues, I agree I've missed previous payment but now I am not a defaulter in terms of payment anymore and BY NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION I WAS INFORMED ABOUT MY CARD BEING BLOCKED, NOT EVEN ON THE AXIS BANK APP which I use regularly
The amount 19, 561INR is the salary which I had requested in advance from my employer and I need that money for my family to celebrate upcoming Eid Festival on 3rd May.
I request Axis bank to release my 19, 561INR ASAP, I've been misled and misguided by Axis Banks, Bank's officials has put me and my family in great stress and humalition and our Eid festival s happyness is going to turn in ... I've paid what is REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY 5TH MAY 2022 ALREADY.
