The branch of your bank in rohtak munjal complex, Delhi road is denying the old currency to make challan of mdu and because of the last date of submitting of form I have to arrange new currency. You don't know what I had been gone through. E-slip no:[protected]. They can generate black currency due to this. My life's worst experience of banks is with you. And this isn't only my issue many others have same issues.

    this is vijay kumar a axis bank account holder, a/c no [protected] ( nre account )
    i have changed my registered mb no thru the atm after that i m getting only transaction alerts but i am not getting any netsecure code on my mb no +91-[protected], i have confirmed net secure code is going to my old mb no +91-[protected] which is no more my mb no and on internet banking page also showing my old mb no so i requested to change my registered new mb no +91-[protected] in my nearest branch as gangoowala ( branch code -2000 ), from the last 13 days i m going to branch but bank staff not entertaining at all dear sir i know the present situation of bank so i am completely coperating with bank staff as from the last 13 days i m continuously going in bank for this, for your information this not the single job for me, every day i cant spend in bank as they are not ready to help . every day they give new excuse. behaviour of your most of the bank staff of branch gangoowala is completely root as i believe
    as u know i cant do any internet banking without netsecure code and it is compromise with safety of account .

    on email conversation with your customer service u are saying my mb no have changed for net secure code and u are advicing me to contact with service provider . my mb no till now is not changed for netsecure code and still my old no showing in internet banking page in personnel detail
    plz find the attach screenshot for your reference

    again i request to help to solve the problem or advice me i[censored] cant solve the problem as i have seen axis bank customer service and bank staff of branch code ( 2000 ) not interested at all now i am fully frustrated with your service and your staff . on telephony conversation with customer service giving me the special kind of information that is very difficult to understand me as per that my accounts nre and nro have linked with one id n nro account login id is the master id in which as per that my both account will show n when i m login with nro account id showing only one account detail i request u not to try the unnecessary change without advice n confirming me in my account

      My self kuldeep kumar summi holding a current account in the name of nirankari jewellers in bhagal branch surat. Complaint against ketan patel for not corporate with customer i have collected some amount from the clients in meerut so i have to deposit in abulane main branch i have talk there with neelam she operate the branch even she also have no sense how to talk with customer she was so rood with me. I have requested to ketan patel pls email to abulane branch for my company kyc he told me i will not send tell to them they will email me means both of them has not corporate with me. There branch i'd is 177 & other is 1683

          I am salinder singh
          I went bank to withdraw money by cheque of amount 24000, (Which is a limit recommended by the rbi from axis bank), branch mohan ke uttar, distt ferozpur, punjab, but they refuse to pay and told that get it cash from another brach of axis bank... While i m having my account with this branch of mohan ke uttar... There is marriage of my daughter in 10 days and i need the money very urgently to get some arrangements for the marriage, intead of listening my problem, they misbehave with me and said me that they will close my account and make me the draft for the balance i have in my account, i m worried that if they will do so... Then where should i go, how i will do the arrangements for marriage of my daughter... Maybe i should have to take some serious steps in my life... I request you to please make system to make me payment.

            And a current a/c no. also. my a/c no.[protected]
            I have a settled the sale on 18.11.2016 by bach no 001001 amt is 33500.00
            That amount is not reflected in my statement as on 21.11.16.
            I tried ur tollfree no [protected]/[protected] more than 100 times but getting busy.
            Kindly do the needful as early as possible also arrange roll for edc

            You can block your debit card by simply sending an SMS 'BLOCKCARD<space>last four digits of debit card number to 5676782 or 919717000002. Alternatively, you can send an SMS to 5676782 from your registered mobile number, i.e. BLOCK XXXX (last 4 digits of your credit card number).

              Iam Vinesh working in Bangalore . I have submitted my documents for creating a salary account one month back. Still now i didnt get my account activated. 3 weeks back i got my account number and 1 and half week back i got my kit . My company deposited my 10 days salary to my account and i couldnt take it as the account is not active. I have given all my documents to one of your staff Mr. Molai who is dealing with this from your sadashivnagar branch, Bangalore. I am not interested to continue with your service so please make a arrangement to withdraw my money.
              Such a worst experience i had with a bank.

              50 days gone my cheque was not receive my communication address and permanent address i continusly contact axis bank branch and customer care but they are not take any action to send back my cheque. Pls solve my problem because my cheque after 30 november it has completed three months and no value of my cheque after 30 november 2016

                The peoples are stand in a que since morning nd branch manager saying that they don't have money in budge budge branch kolkata 700137 nd every day they are giving only ten thousand to every people they are giving tocken to every one means total tocken are 100.                 I am regularly debited certain amount I don't know for what reason. The statement says "TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 121116" . I have not made any such transaction still it gets debited. I don't know how anyone can debit me without my knowledge. Last transaction that I has done is at petrol pump of 300 rupees.

                If you have not received OTP, you can click on “Regenerate OTP” to receive fresh OTP through an auto call back on your registered mobile number. However, please note that a delay at your network service provider's end could also result in a delay in receiving an OTP.

                  This is the [censored]iest bank running in our country...They are the biggest thug ever in these field...almost every customers are having problem with the charges they deduct as "CONSOLIDATED" charges. LAST MONTH I USED THERE [censored] CARD LESS THAN FIVE TIME IN THEIR THIRD CLASS ATM MACHINES...THEN ALSO THIS BUGGERS HAS DEDUCTED HARD EARNED MONEY OF MINE AND LAKHS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING HARD TO EARN THEIR MONEY. RBI SHOULD SCAN THIS BANK ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS. OPENING MY SALARY ACCOUNT IN THIS DEGRADED BANK IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF LIFE.

                    Not only this time every time i am suffering with this axis bank
                    Very worst banking services.!

                      Credit statement link is not working

                      -after submitting details i got this message..
                      "no data has been returned for the mentioned details"

                      Customer care people just saying that, we are working on it. The are working on this issue from the last 2 months? Surprising or either fooling us....

                        This happened in several time while my account is in axis bank.

                          Deposit e-challan of rs.129955 on 15:11:2016 against grn[protected] vide bank ref no wb[protected]. but, still today credit not pass out to the respected concern. so that i am unable to register my flat. the e-challan was valid up to 18:11:16. i visited the base branch but they refused me and stated that it is the matter of head branch.

                              I got a message this evening saying that 356.34INR is been deducted from my account its I have only used my card 1 time this month and i do not understand why without a notification u people deduct these huge amount from peoples account its our hard earned money if we withdraw money u charge if we do not u still charge this is too much. DO not remove unwanted scheme to extract hard earned money from people, i need my money to be transferred and need the answer why do u deducted this amount.

                                I got my EDC machine installed 10 days back. From the day 1, daily evening it s not working. No response If i call to the customer care. Some how i found a contact person who work for installing these edc machines but daily same response from him. Server down. I will be having business in the evening time, customers are leaving as the EDC machine not working. Very poor service.

                                    This is to update you that i am operating card swipe machine TID:18372871 Axis Bank Asha Rani name

                                    Total INR 87891 transaction happened via Swipe Machine from 24th Oct 2017 to 8th Jan 2018. However only INR 27839 transacted in bank account. Would like to understand why the differential INR 60052 not paid yet and when I will be able to get this payment. Resolve it on priority else I will left with no option but to report it to higher authorities at Axis. Please expedite it, needed money badly.
