    In September I requested for block and replacement of debit card. till date nobody is responding customer care just keeps playing "Badhti ka naam zindagi hai" oh really?

    This is such non sense goin on. I called credit card department they finally transferred my call and to my surprise I got to know they have delivered but nobody has received. how in the world they call you so many times for credit card payment but not even single call for delivery of my debit card that too I have paid 200 rupees from my account.

          Please consider this message as an escalation against the service of Axis Bank. I travelled to US and when I was coming back on 18th Nov, my multi currency card was blocked, it showed all transactions "cancelled" during the period 18-20 Nov. I had to pay in cash everywhere and I had a big trouble as my cash in hand was limited. But after my return, I received notification about reduction due to those transactions on 21st November when I was already in India. I placed an inquiry at your customer care and got to know that my date of birth and mother's maiden name were not matching!! How can it happen when I did transaction from the same card till 17th Nov? I would like to know (1) Why the card was blocked before my travel ended? (2) Why was my card fed by wrong information while I filled in a long form for getting this card? Will you please respond?

            The ATM Service of Axis Bank is completely inaccessible from 9th November 2016 at Fulia Branch & Santipur, Dakghor More Axis ATM Center.

            The Branch of Fulia is giving only 5000/- sometimes 10000/- by cheque till now where as RBI Guideline is 24000/- in a week & no limit on daily.

            Businessman of Fulia (mahajon) are getting cash by backdoor on Fulia Branch.

            Problem not resolved, it's a fraud, I just submitted complain, The ATM of main branch is not working, atm of santipur is not working from 9th november, after demonetization. the atm service was not active for a second till now. cash withdrawal is not 24000/- for all people, all the cash is going to mahajon by backdoor. it's disgusting, I will close my account. Go to Hell Axis!!

              Axis bank employees misbehaves us number of times we are standing in cash withdrawal queue in our home branch but unable to take cash. Employees Name are as follows Ms. Ankita and Mr. Deepak Valecha, when we contact with branch head he unable to take any action on this. They are providing the money their personals from cash deposit window or cash withdrawal window without queue. Common man as we are not getting money without pan card or Aadhar card, while they providing money to their personals without any id proof beyond the limit of cash, it means they are corrupt.

                I went into bank 5 am morning and i was standing
                till bank open, then bank open 9:30 am i was
                standing first in the que, cash came at bank in
                front of me, then i go inside in the bank and they
                said no cash. They distribute tokens to us and my token no is 7, I attached the same.

                I am not happy with this Branch,
                Pls do the needful as i don't have cash for me petty expenses.

                  Actually I am having axis bank debit card I have booked movie tickets on book my show on using debit card so I correctly followed the instructions by using the card after that transaction was cancelled and then in my axis bank account was debited RS 90 next I had done the phone balance recharge by using the axis debit card after the transaction was cancelled of RS 100 ..so I was depressed by this ..so take any action to credit my money in my account

                      Hi,
                      I have raised a concern with the axis bank for not crediting the refund amount of 1750/- to my account against cancellation of ticket. the details are as below,
                      Ticket booked on : 18th October 2016
                      Amount : 1950+taxes = 2047/- rs
                      PNR : [protected]
                      Ticket cancelled on : 10th November 2016
                      Amount to be refunded including cancellation charges levied by irctc : 1750/- rs

                      Even after submitting all the proofs about the transaction, the bank has not yet processed my refund. Every time I am being asked with the same set of questions. The status in irctc site is "Refunded to bank" on 12th November 2016.

                      Kindly help me resolving this issue. Thanks.

                        Dear Sir, My name is Sanjit Jaipilley and I availed loan of 3 Lacs from Axis Bank and tenure of the repayment was 4 years.I paid my EMIs regularly for 1 year after which suddenly because of loss of employment I couldn't pay further installments. I am still without job and running from pilar to post to get the job and make both ends meet.However I have very clear intentions to repay the loan or settle it if possible.But present circumstances are not allowing me to take any step.

                        I am continuously getting calls from Axis Bank Mumbai to repay or settle loan. It has become matter of mental harassment on daily basis. These people are continuously threatening to take legal action against me.While taking loan I had provided my friends reference. They have even gone to such an extent where they visited my friends’s family and threatened them for arrest warrant. Now this was the last straw for me. This has taken away my and my family’s peace of mind.
                        I am also unable to concentrate on my interview and interview preparation. Please help me to resolve this problem.

                          I had visited thrice to Moodbidri branch axis bank to know more about General Insurance provisions.

                          But none of them were able to explain the process. It was so pathetic service

                          I had never seen Operation head in the branch so far.. Even though, he was at branch once, he was acting as Dam..

                            The branch of your bank in rohtak munjal complex, Delhi road is denying the old currency to make challan of mdu and because of the last date of submitting of form I have to arrange new currency. And this isn't only my issue many others have same issues.

                              i have changed my registered mb no thru the atm after that i m getting only transaction alerts but i am not getting any netsecure code on my mb no +91-[protected], i have confirmed net secure code is going to my old mb no +91-[protected] which is no more my mb no and on internet banking page also showing my old mb no so i requested to change my registered new mb no +91-[protected] in my nearest branch as gangoowala ( branch code -2000 ), from the last 13 days i m going to branch but bank staff not entertaining at all dear sir i know the present situation of bank so i am completely coperating with bank staff as from the last 13 days i m continuously going in bank for this, for your information this not the single job for me, every day i cant spend in bank as they are not ready to help . every day they give new excuse. behaviour of your most of the bank staff of branch gangoowala is completely root as i believe
                              as u know i cant do any internet banking without netsecure code and it is compromise with safety of account .

                              on email conversation with your customer service u are saying my mb no have changed for net secure code and u are advicing me to contact with service provider . my mb no till now is not changed for netsecure code and still my old no showing in internet banking page in personnel detail
                              plz find the attach screenshot for your reference

                              again i request to help to solve the problem or advice me i[censored] cant solve the problem as i have seen axis bank customer service and bank staff of branch code ( 2000 ) not interested at all now i am fully frustrated with your service and your staff . on telephony conversation with customer service giving me the special kind of information that is very difficult to understand me as per that my accounts nre and nro have linked with one id n nro account login id is the master id in which as per that my both account will show n when i m login with nro account id showing only one account detail i request u not to try the unnecessary change without advice n confirming me in my account

Complaint against ketan patel for not corporate with customer i have collected some amount from the clients in meerut so i have to deposit in abulane main branch i have talk there with neelam she operate the branch even she also have no sense how to talk with customer she was so rood with me.                                   I want to change my debite card pin number because when i used my old pin number than show me incorrect pin number so there for i wanna change my debite card pin number and my old registerd mobile number in your branch that i want to change this because right now i use other mobile number so thatsway i want to change my mobile number and right now i have this contect number [protected] and regiaterd it...

                                    I went bank to withdraw money by cheque of amount 24000, (Which is a limit recommended by the rbi from axis bank), branch mohan ke uttar, distt ferozpur, punjab, but they refuse to pay and told that get it cash from another brach of axis bank... While i m having my account with this branch of mohan ke uttar... There is marriage of my daughter in 10 days and i need the money very urgently to get some arrangements for the marriage, intead of listening my problem, they misbehave with me and said me that they will close my account and make me the draft for the balance i have in my account, i m worried that if they will do so... Then where should i go, how i will do the arrangements for marriage of my daughter... Maybe i should have to take some serious steps in my life... I request you to please make system to make me payment.

                                      You can block your debit card by simply sending an SMS 'BLOCKCARD<space>last four digits of debit card number to 5676782 or 919717000002. Alternatively, you can send an SMS to 5676782 from your registered mobile number, i.e. BLOCK XXXX (last 4 digits of your credit card number).

                                        Iam Vinesh working in Bangalore . I have submitted my documents for creating a salary account one month back. Still now i didnt get my account activated. 3 weeks back i got my account number and 1 and half week back i got my kit . My company deposited my 10 days salary to my account and i couldnt take it as the account is not active. I have given all my documents to one of your staff Mr. Molai who is dealing with this from your sadashivnagar branch, Bangalore. I am not interested to continue with your service so please make a arrangement to withdraw my money.
                                        Such a worst experience i had with a bank.

                                        50 days gone my cheque was not receive my communication address and permanent address i continusly contact axis bank branch and customer care but they are not take any action to send back my cheque. Pls solve my problem because my cheque after 30 november it has completed three months and no value of my cheque after 30 november 2016
