E in the name of deep finvest ltd moga we have already closed the above said acount in last year oct-2015 but the bank staff of moga branch has not closed in the system we have showed the closed acnowledement to the branch head we have given the revised applicaion for close account we are receiving regular sms of negtive balnces in account on daily basis kindly take some action from your side for the closure of above said account we are really very fed up for these messages kindly stop these messages as soon as possible also take some serious action against your moga staff they are not doing proper duties kindly send me reponse of this complaint on my email id

    My name pranesh Kumar C jha, my home loan already with axis bank last 7years.my loan a/C .no.PH[protected] since 2009, due to finical problem I had apply for topup loan, my request for. 3/06/2016, Reffernce no.8277545 till date not proper answer given by axis bank, I not a defolder any bank or personal, they had call in 15day ago it will be possible but rate off interest is 11.50%, that is totally wrong actually first they have told me 9.45%, now they are not responding.mr. Bhavesh, miss.khusboo Panchal, & 1 telecaller Vilas all are Play with existing clients, if I m a new customer bank provide all home loan 9.35%, but not respect for existing, I need a loan for closing my personal loan from axis bank credit card basis, now what I have to do, same thing in HDFC bank after all documents clear or approved by bank, today they give new legal documents required, mean it's will be passed after 1-2 month.pls give a proper way what I have to do????my phone no[protected]

    It's true without any Agent, all banks executive or manager, are play with a customer, i fill today after 1month HDFC bank do same thing as in Axis Bank, after loan approval, they have start new legal requirement, they know what is my urgency, now they are playing, when I had discusse with Mr. Harshit Shah he doesn't said about this legal documents now today he told me arrange all documents.what is going on in india nothing essay for a comman man, all facilities only for defolder or cheater who they how to play with bank or government policy

      I have approached the bank through my net banking account in order to apply for credit card but I got no response from the local bank branch as told by the person from the Mumbai office. I have got salary account in Axis bank and still they are behaving so irresponsibly. There complaint and grievance redressal website or link is also bluffing and says "page can not be found". I feel like cheated and taking service from an irresponsible bank.

        30th Sep. 2016:
        Tried to do an RD of 5000/- and axis bank application presented error stating, "transaction can't be completed and please try again" (something similar). This went on for four times, application used to crawl for long time and then present this error. Finally in 5th or 6th attempt I was able to do a successful transaction.

        Thought of checking by logging in again about the balance and I was surprised to see my account was deducted 5000/- EVERY TIME FOR THE FAILED TRANSACTIONS, IN SPITE OF ONLINE APPLICATION INFORMING ME TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. 20, 000/- BLOCKED DUE TO AXIS BANK FOOLISH WEBSITE.

        Called up Customer Care and explained them this issue and they said it will be fixed by technical team from backend. Followed up each and every day and Axis bank kept delaying stating "request is logged and we will get back to you at the earliest".

        09th Oct. 2016: To my surprise due date for RD arrived and ADDITIONAL 20, 000/- BLOCKED AGAIN. TOTAL 40, 000/- BLOCKED AS OF NOW.
        Solution: Customer Care asked me to VISIT NEAREST AXIS BANK BRACH AND GET RD'S CLOSE. ********** My Argument: For bu!![censored] Axis Bank application's fault and blocking my money ...I DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWHERE. THEY HAVE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ON THEIR OWN. **********

        10th Oct 2016: Still Axis Bank Customer Care is clueless about this and have not provided a solution to this issue yet.           Yesterday Dt 8/10/16 I made a payment from my debit card to jain international organization through PAYUMONEY.The amount Rs252.18 deducted 2times from my debit card .In this one transaction got failed and the second one got successed but the amount has been deducted two times. So.please refund the failed transaction amount in my account as early .Thank you and looking towards your right action.

            Hai!
            My name is Koushin Prasanna. I have raised a request for personal loan in Axis Bank (kachiguda branch). I have experienced a idiotic processing ever. My loan has been processed by Mr. Khasim and Shashikanth.
            It's been a month that I submitted all my documents and had signatures as well and still my loan dint process.
            I have been to branch over 7 -8 times by now.
            No proper guidance and assistance is available. I have been informed that I need cheque book for processing after the loan got sanctioned.
            It has took me two more weeks to raise a request for cheque book.
            Mr. Shashikanth has adviced me to update date on cheque book and submit with signatures.
            After a week I have been to branch again for status since I dint get the amount credited.
            I got to know that my loan is on hold since I have mentioned date on cheque.
            This is seriously shameless that bank employee doesn't know that cheque book should not be submitted with date.
            I seriously wonder how illiterates are hired and being paid for stupid and idiotic performance.
            Due to my experience so far, I strongly advice my friends, family, etc people! NEVER OPT FOR AXIS BANK FOR ANY SERVICES.
            Awaiting for acknowledgement on this complaint.

              I did transaction of 3000 yesterday arround 14.25 in HCl technologies ltd surya saphire bangalore hdfc atm.i did not get money due to some atm issue.but money deducted from my account.still it is not credited to my account.i tried to reach customer care no body is recieveing my call.such a bad service i never saw in my life.please help.this is the msg which i recieved.

                Your one branch is situated at hari nagar. Today, i was went for cash withdrawal through cheque. They demanded id proof. That time, i had only id card of delhi university sol i gave to him but they said it is not vaild because this id had date[protected] sir, i said it is my sol du id card. I am doing bcom and this is valid for three years but they said it is not valid sir, i want to ask question from you how it is not valid

                I made my credit card payment on 12-09-16 through my debit card in ATM. The amount got debited from my A/c but not credited in my card. I have continuously made complaint regarding this but no reply from bank authorities. My 3 complaint no.s regarding this are 24997638 on 16-09-16, 25303255 on 30-09-16 and 13554716 on 4-10-16 through my mail.

                  On 25th November 2008 axis bank collection centre located at CTC 770, f.p. 226/3, second floor, bakre avenue, bhandarkar road, pune - 411004, phone no.[protected]/35/36 /40636666&[protected]
                  Issued a letter to me in the matter of foreclosure of axis bank personal loan no. [protected], as per the letter, the bank asked me an amount of Rs. 55000 towards full and final settlement of the loan against all the dues standing on account of the personal loan.

                  I was told that the loan will be closed after this settlement.

                  Also have sent this settlement letter number of times before to axis bank and there advocates who keep sending me notices.

                  But the same is still not closed in axis bank records and they have also reported the same in cibil. I am not at all in a position a pay a single rupee as i am earning only hand to mouth.

                  I am attaching the settlement letter and cash receipts for your ready reference.

                  Please inform axis bank to close the loan and clear my cibil report.

                    Hi,

                    I am having an account with this bank since 2001. It was a salary account.
                    In 2006 the monthly salary stopped coming into the account.
                    Then the account was upgraded to prime plus savings account instead of easy access savings account.
                    Ideally when you don't get salary in your salary account for more than 30 days, it gets upgraded to easy access savings account. As i had a fd for my account till 2016 april, no non-maintenance of minimum balance penalty was levied on the account. After i withdrew the fd, penalty was imposed on the account and then i realized that the account up-gradation done was incorrect.

                    For resolving this problem, i am following up with the bank since one month. Below is the series of incidences that happened.

                    1. I visited nearest branch to enquirer why these charges are deducted, they told me go to home branch, they can't help here. I stay in chennai and home branch is bareilly so that is obviously not possible.

                    2. I called customer care, they gave me the same response.

                    3. I again called customer care and they gave me 3 numbers of bareilly branch, none of them were reachable.

                    4. I logged a complaint which was auto closed with even providing a solution. I called your toll free number and got the response branch is saying they did not modify account code.

                    5. I again escalated the matter and escalation team got back to me with reply, the branch code is prime plus since inception of account and it was never a salary account and why am i inquiring for an account after 8 years of account code change.

                    6. I again called customer care and got the number of home branch manager and he told me that yes it was a salary account and branch code was changed to prime plus savings account instead of easy access keeping in view the high balance in my account. This does not sound convening to me.
                    How can they decide what is customer's requirement. The procedure says when you don't get salary in your salary account for more than 30 days, it gets upgraded to easy access savings account. Then why was it a exception in my case and that too without my consent.

                      My father has made a transaction of rs1900 on 3/10/16.but the transaction failed and he got a slip from merchant that transaction has declined.but the amount already charged from bank and 3 working days also passed but my father did not get refund yet.the customer executives are also misguiding me .                         The reason behind writing this application is to inform you that i have done a policy last month at axis bank dharmagarh (Kalahandi), odisha but due to some personal reason and financial problem i want to cancelled by policy no[protected] in free look period. I was apply for cancellation at axisbank, dharmagarh since last 5days. But they are cheating with me and mentally harrased. They advised to complain in irda and told me helpless. I was calling to maxlife costumer services vide refno[protected] and advised me to mail to you for cancellation. I receive the bond ondt. 27.09.16.

                        So kindly request you to cancelled my policy[protected] in free look period.

                              My name is sathya pandi.i will account maintained in axis bank at last 1 year.my account no is [protected] prime account in ramanathapuram branch Tamil Nadu.my business is self employed in my home town.first i will meet in branch credit card section staff.he will ask my proof and last year IT papers.i will submitted.but after he will not given to proper answer to me.my account statement is well transaction.so why they will doing like this..i don't know.i will suffered&Un satisfied in this matter.so last decision is i will closed in my account.so kindly taken my complaint and give me a proper answer...

                                Hi,

                                I opted a home loan from Axis bank in August 2016.
                                Initially, I was been said that the EMI will be deducted from ICICI bank account(for which they collected all the KYC docs). During the sanction of home loan, I was been offered a free Axis bank saving account for which no annual charges will be applied and can be used as normal account with maintaining zero balance.

                                Complaints are:
                                1. Repayment was changed automatically from ICICI to Axis bank with out my notice. and, they are asking me to raise a request to change it back to ICICI by paying Rs.600/-.
                                2. The offer provided by Axis bank to have a zero balance account has been charged an annual fee of Rs. 250/- with out prior notice (which was confirmed that there will not be any annual charges during opening of the account).

                                Can you please get this sorted. Bank is looting customers by raising these small amounts every time.

                                Arranging the EMI's for each month is a big pain for the customers and on top of it, if the bank starts claiming for unsaid charges, the customers life will surely going to be hell.

                                Please do the needful here.

                                  My account was opened with the scheme as sbspl and the facility of maintaining zero balance was provided when the account was opened, but after some time the scheme was changed to sbezy and minimum balance charges are applying by the back now which are showing in lien balance.
                                  How any bank can change the scheme of account without mt prior written consent.

                                    I have tried to get response from my branch (jp nagar) about my overseas online transactions problem on[protected].
                                    It took more than a week time to get response after lots of emails, phone calls and short messages.
                                    They don't care anything about customer satisfaction.
                                    Whenever i warned them that "i will complain them in the internet" they had responded. what a shame!

                                    I have all email conversations recorded (one sided).

                                        I have a savings account in Axis bank having account number [protected]having customer ID[protected]and I hereby inform you by writing this credit card dispute letter that unnecessary late fees payment has charged to me by your bank accounting department. Till date it is my best record that I had made all my credit card bill payments on or before the due date give by Axis Bank but bank accounting statement have been showing again & again late fees payment with interest has charged every month to me. But for this month I had made payment on 3rd of September, 2016 which is 4 days prior to the given due date. This amount is unnecessarily and without my permission is deducted from my account thus I humble request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Kindly note my credit card expired on dec-2015 but as on date bank collected payment from me like active credit card. Bank ceased my account on nov-2015 and transfer all balance of credit card amount to my salary bank account so I cannot made credit card online payment directly to bank. While login to bank account I have received a message we don’t have any credit card with us. Bank shows 2 liabilities on behalf of my name one lien amount to bank account & second credit card liability. Credit card limit only 60000 but bank as on date collected from me Rs.251313.70. After expiry of credit card issuing by your bank with the above mentioned no I have again encountered an error I am kind of fed up with these frequent mistakes this is very serious matter & i have given final warning that should not be happen again I hope bank will take this complaint very serious and take urgent step to solve it immediately. If I paid whole payment then again this month statement why again raise to me it has to stopped to raise credit card statement & balance transfer to my account as a lien balance. Attached as on date lien balance & closed statement also. Being a worthy client of the bank I request to rectify the error at earliest. Credit card due shows Rs.2120.26 & lien amount shows Rs.805. Request you to kindly clear my cibil report also. I would never pay Rs.2120.26 my whole last month necessary from monthly funds deducted by bank can I do suicide without money. I am attaching bank statement for your perusal, and I hope that you can sort this matter out as quickly as possible. My whole edge reward points also blocked by bank. Kindly look into this matter.
