Hi,

I opted a home loan from Axis bank in August 2016.
Initially, I was been said that the EMI will be deducted from ICICI bank account(for which they collected all the KYC docs). During the sanction of home loan, I was been offered a free Axis bank saving account for which no annual charges will be applied and can be used as normal account with maintaining zero balance.

Complaints are:
1. Repayment was changed automatically from ICICI to Axis bank with out my notice. and, they are asking me to raise a request to change it back to ICICI by paying Rs.600/-.
2. The offer provided by Axis bank to have a zero balance account has been charged an annual fee of Rs. 250/- with out prior notice (which was confirmed that there will not be any annual charges during opening of the account).

Can you please get this sorted. Bank is looting customers by raising these small amounts every time.

Arranging the EMI's for each month is a big pain for the customers and on top of it, if the bank starts claiming for unsaid charges, the customers life will surely going to be hell.

Please do the needful here.

    My account was opened with the scheme as sbspl and the facility of maintaining zero balance was provided when the account was opened, but after some time the scheme was changed to sbezy and minimum balance charges are applying by the back now which are showing in lien balance.
    How any bank can change the scheme of account without mt prior written consent.

      I have tried to get response from my branch (jp nagar) about my overseas online transactions problem on[protected].
      It took more than a week time to get response after lots of emails, phone calls and short messages.
      They don't care anything about customer satisfaction.
      Whenever i warned them that "i will complain them in the internet" they had responded. what a shame!

      I have all email conversations recorded (one sided).

          I have a savings account in Axis bank having account number [protected]having customer ID[protected]and I hereby inform you by writing this credit card dispute letter that unnecessary late fees payment has charged to me by your bank accounting department. Till date it is my best record that I had made all my credit card bill payments on or before the due date give by Axis Bank but bank accounting statement have been showing again & again late fees payment with interest has charged every month to me. But for this month I had made payment on 3rd of September, 2016 which is 4 days prior to the given due date. This amount is unnecessarily and without my permission is deducted from my account thus I humble request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible. Kindly note my credit card expired on dec-2015 but as on date bank collected payment from me like active credit card. Bank ceased my account on nov-2015 and transfer all balance of credit card amount to my salary bank account so I cannot made credit card online payment directly to bank. While login to bank account I have received a message we don’t have any credit card with us. Bank shows 2 liabilities on behalf of my name one lien amount to bank account & second credit card liability. Credit card limit only 60000 but bank as on date collected from me Rs.251313.70. After expiry of credit card issuing by your bank with the above mentioned no I have again encountered an error I am kind of fed up with these frequent mistakes this is very serious matter & i have given final warning that should not be happen again I hope bank will take this complaint very serious and take urgent step to solve it immediately. If I paid whole payment then again this month statement why again raise to me it has to stopped to raise credit card statement & balance transfer to my account as a lien balance. Attached as on date lien balance & closed statement also. Being a worthy client of the bank I request to rectify the error at earliest. Credit card due shows Rs.2120.26 & lien amount shows Rs.805. Request you to kindly clear my cibil report also. I would never pay Rs.2120.26 my whole last month necessary from monthly funds deducted by bank can I do suicide without money. I am attaching bank statement for your perusal, and I hope that you can sort this matter out as quickly as possible. My whole edge reward points also blocked by bank. Kindly look into this matter.

            On 16th Sept. 2016, we have given complete set of documents for opening of three current accounts in the names of 1.Dwarakadhish Realtors Pvt Ltd, 2. Kanahiya Infrastructure Pvt Ltd 3 Spring Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, with your shop No.6, Community Centre, New Friends colony branch New Delhi .110025. Till 27th Sept. we were updated that the account opening is still under process.

            As on date date we do not know what is the status of above accounts, whether opened or not, nor have received any communication from the branch in this regard.

            During this period we had checked up the status and whatever additional documents required were given immediately.

            All above what is being pointed show the state of services extended at the level of opening of accounts, can we expect further services at this level only?

              Yesterday (3rd oct 2016) i had tried to recharge my dth (Videocon) service through the axis mobile application. Twice i tried for the recharge, every time i received the message after buffering for a long time that the transactions were unsuccessful but the balance of rs. 690 (I. E. Rs. 345/- each time) was deducted from my account. I also enquired from the customer care of videocon dth and found that my dth service was not recharged. This type of service is not expected from a reputed bank like axis & moreover i am a loyal customer with the bank from last 9 years i. E. 2007 onwards. Hope not to be disappointed and expect the amount of rs. 690/- to be refunded back to me within 5 working days as per confirmed by axis bank customer service executive mr. Satish (Called to [protected], today morning i. E. 4th oct 2016).

I always get a call stating some representative will come to collect the documents but no one does.in fact ur bank representatives don't even have the courtesy to call back.                   Dear sir /madam

                  I am writing this letter with lots of frustration. I wanted to open a saving account with axis bank. So i visited the axis bank (Perambur branch) i found a sales person (Mr. Prabu) and he told me that he can help me to open an account.
                  He called me the next day and said come to the branch so we can open an account for you. I was so happy i visited the bank with my documents to open an account.
                  Sales person (Mr prabhu) explained me about the account and he said you can pay cash or cheque and he told me to pay rs 12000 since it’s a 10000 min balance account.
                  I signed a cheque and provided with all my proof. The person at the bank told me it will take 2 working days to get activated. I was waiting like a stupid for the account to open.
                  After 2- 3 days i got a call from the sales person (Mr prabhu) saying that the account will not open since the cheque which i provided was an old cheque and it wil take more than a week for axis bank to process.
                  I really don’t understand the cheque which i provided was from hdfcbank and i used that cheque for all purpose. Now the person asked me to come and deposit the cash to make the process faster.
                  I rejected that i cant make a cash payment so he made me wait and it took more than a week. Later when i called him one fine day asking why my account was not opened.
                  The sales person replied so i am so sorry i submitted the wrong proof and that’s why the account is not opened. He told me please do not call anyone i will take care and make the account active.
                  I visited the perambur branch again and i asked why is my account not opened. Here come a new person called (Mr vignesh) with a high voice saying (Your account is opened and you never attened my call) i said no its not opened i called the customer care support. After few minutes i called the customer care and they said its open on july 21st which i haven’t opened any account. When i call axis bank customer care support they say that the account is opened on a another name (Jaya raj) which is really wrong. The sales person has submitted the wrong documents and the axis bank branch keep playing a game with me. I am going file a case for keeping my money and making me run around.
                  I need my money back or i don’t need your account again. Iam going to post this on the social media about submitting wrong documents and freezing my account

                    The above mentioned address ATM display screen is completely cracked and went inside and was tied with ZIP lock tag. Also the AIR Conditioning is not working. Its been months that am not seeing any improvement, . I wonder what the heck does the bank is doing without replacing it. Once if some one tried to to break it and loot the money, then comes the bank blaming about the COPS...

                      I got the message that my debit card is blocked so i called axis bank coustomer care. The representatvie told me that i have only block the card from my number. I told her that i have not block my card, why will i block my card but she told in the system it was written had i had block the card, she told me to visit near axis bank to activate the card. I went in wakad, pune branch and fill the form to start the card, but still the card is not working... What service does axis bank is giving. Firstly anyone can block anyones card, wow so great no sercuity. Secondly after complaining in branch and going throught process your problem will not be solved... If still your have something for your coustomer... Please slove my issue

                      I had submit the form for account closing of acc. No. [protected] to my home branch Hadapsar on 17/9/2016, then visit the branch 2 times. But concern employee Prem Verma not doing anything and also not answering properly.please look in this matter. And close my above mentioned account.

                        This is amit sharma from amritsar I try withdrawal money by using atm machine on friday evening on 30th September 2016 money is deducted from my account but I didn't received cash at atm I try to contact complai t service of axis bank by telephone on ur number [protected] but noone pick the call anyway next morning I already informed to RM at axis bank who deals at axis bank so kindly credit the amount in my account and as per law i[censored] dont credit back deducted amount within 7 days bank have to pay 100 rupee per day as penalty so choice is ur revert quick thnks

                          Now a days the banks are allowing some free atm transactions I tink it is 5 for same bank atm and 2 other atm but the axis bank atms are not working for more than three trials and then they are deducting 11 to 15 rupees against tp.visa.pos dt and earning crores of rupees. The looting public systems of banks shall be stopped otherwise don't encourage public to use banks and soft transactions

                          Hai, So many Axis bank ATMs are not dispensing money, just showing 'could not dispense money at this movement'. After trying 2 or 3 times we are going to draw money from non axis bank atms where we can draw 10000 per attempt hence we have to draw 2 times. Here your machine is not able to work then why are you counting the number of free chances used by the customer in same bank and non axis bank transactions. It is simply compelling the customer to waste all free transactions at one time and forcefully deducting money from each customer right from the second transaction. Even if we use debit cards at shopping and petrol also there is a compulsory deduction of money. This is happening every month. More over we are feeling ashamed in front of people having so much money in the account we could not eat in small hotels, we could not attend an emergency need. All these are corporate tactics to loot small amounts of money from millions of consumers will fetch billions of profits. If it is going like this it is better to use hard cash then banks will get empty in the first week of month only.

                            I have applied for a top-up loan of 12 lakhs and transfer of home loan from icici bank to axis bank of 2.45 lakhs around 15 april 2016. Since then the process is on. I wrote a long mail describing the frustration that i have been subjected to the branch head (Bandra reclamation) of axis bank marking a copy to mr. Sangram and mr. Ayush morarka from your kalina loan servicing office. On 29th august 2016.

                            On 30th august 2016, i received a return mail from one mr. Gaurav singh with a promise that the processing would be done within six working days. I waited for it and then on 16th or 17th september 2016 i visited the reclamation branch and had the branch head to call kalina. Finally, i received the home loan closure cheque on 20th september 2016. I promptly submitted the cheque to icici bank and retrived the documents and submitted the same to axis bank on 29th september 2016. (Loan application id. 4623743)

                            Now i am told that the top-up loan validation process will be done. The office is calling to collect the documents. They are not even sure as to what documents have to be collected as each calls with a different list. And i am told that the process would take 7-8 working days.

                            Today, it is 2nd october 2017, i think axis can wait for some more days because on 15th october 2016 this ordeal would have completed full six months.

                            I just can't understand the fact that even after taking six months the process of document collection and validation is not over. When you call this loan service "axis bank asset power" do you promise this type of service and speed.

                            Next time when any of your customer desperately needs funds to meet a personal crisis, and decides to apply for asset power loan, please do suggest him in advance that he should apply for it 7-9 months in advance. Because we are axis bank and we take our own time.

                            Keep it up. Your service standards grounds me... Makes me nostalgic of indian ways... Any crap that you give the customer, he has to accept it with grace.

                              I have received credit Card statement of period[protected] to[protected], showing total payment of Rs. 7, 550-40, in Transactions Details, transaction of dt. 20/08/2016, of Rs. 760=00, is not don by me, and same is wrong, so verify the same and give me details of said transaction. More over total if Transactions is all so not match. so give me clear details of each transactions.

                                    I'm Chandrama Das and I was selected for Axis Bank as Back Office Executive but I cancelled the job and requested money refund that I paid for the interview and training total ₹ 9175/-. I was told that I would get my money between 25 Sept, 2016-30 Sept, 2016. but I haven't got my money yet. I tried to contact the contact person Mr. Roshan Desai, but he didn't receive my phone. I'm very worried about my money refund.

                                    I emailed an application requesting my money refund on 29 August 2016, but nobody contacted me for my money refund. I also attached my money transfer slips. but seems nobody wishes to refund my refundable money as it is mentioned in my training letter and confirmation letter. Even the customer care girl Miss Riya Singh didn't give me Anuj Malhotra's contact number.

                                    I am getting the same calls from Mr.Akash & Mr. Anuj Malhotra Mobile No .[protected] for back office jobs in ICICI Bank .They asking me to pay Rs.1500 to get an call letter for interview .They also said that i will get this money refund back on joining to ICICI Bank .

                                    We should complaint against these people as the are making fools to poor and job needy people .
                                    I got a reply from shinejobs and I was told that I would get my money refunded within 10 days, before deewali. so I would like to declare my complaints as resolved for the time being. thanks.

                                      I am having saving account in axis bank sola road ahmedabad by name narmadaben k patel.i was having fix deposit of rs 131099 from 9/9/2014 to 9/9/2016 .when i close this fd on 9/9/2016 they have given me 1426 rs less in my account.when i ask they inform me they have deducted rs 1426 as tds for year[protected] in four quarter, they have not given intimation to me for deduction of tds.the ask me regarding submition of form 15H then i have given him zerox copy of 15H which was submitted in april 2015 duly acknowledge by bank.now they are telling to revise it return to me. for refund of tds.i meet manager of bank branch he tried to revise my it return by taking my it password .some proffesinal person has revise my it return as per guide line by bank manager.but he has shown my incom more without consulting me, i approch again manager but i am not satisfied with the answer of manager. manager has not taken my grievance in writing though i request .he has revise my it return.but i am not satisfied. pl look into the matter and do the needful for me. thank you

                                        Dear Axis ATM associate,
                                        I want to bring this to your notice that in one of your ATM Centers located infront of BDM School, Wardha, Vidarbha, the guard was sleeping at 08:26 Hrs today i.e. 01 Oct 16. And the ATM wasn't free for making isolated and personal transactions. This is not the first time I have found this kind of irresponsible and casual attitude. 2 months back i.e. in Aug 2016 (first week) I went to the same ATM at 07:00 hrs where I was astonished to find a man in early twenties sleeping there in the Air conditioned room. When I went he got up and left the ATM room and was gone. For sure he wasn't the guard of that machine that time. I told this to the local main branch head who said that it is to be told to ATM managing staff, perhaps which is beyond my approach.

                                        I'm notifying this as an alert citizen of the country in the midst of predictable national insecurity. This type of indiscipline has to be completely stopped else I will be compelled to bring this to focus of people through air.
