Dear Sir,

I am Raj Bahadur Gupta and having salary account in Axis Bank. my account no is [protected], today bank has been debited 1050+189 from my salary account without any information me, I request to you please refund my debited money from bank what ever has been debited from my account,
I kept balance in my account for EMI because tomorrow is EMI date. now i checked my account but there is no money available in my account, then i was shocked where has gone my money.

i request to you please refund my money. if bank will not refund then i will complain in RBI.

      I have a a/c in axis bank Purulia branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them. Today (4th april 2022) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.         Hello Team, i have requested 1 month ago to get flipkart axis credit card but it has not been delivered to me and return back to bank mentioning some useless reason, after that i called bank to cancel the card since they were unable to deliver on time to me. I have raised cancellation request 20 days back but still i see card is not cancelled yet and its visible in my axis bank app credit card section and now some amount mentioned with due date. I am not going to pay anything since i m using the card since its not delivered to me. Make sure to cancel the card asap.

              This is my ATM terminal ID and I am owner of premises.

              I have raised multiple complaints against atm maintainace and behaviour of Hitachi payment service field officer and relationship manager
              No one responding me neither Hitachi vendor nor relationship manager.


              Mr. Vinyle wakodikar Hitachi RM ( Mumbai) block my calls and messages not responding me neighther resolve my queries since last 15 days

              Mr. Pravin Salunkhe Hitachi channel manager ( pune) is responsible person of this site but he always ignore issues and owner queries spoke bad word and ignore site. Many issues not resolve by him by last 5 years but he is not getting serious about that .
              I have raised many complaints regarding maintaining site against Mr pravin salunkhe Hitachi (pune) but not taking strict action against Mr pravin till today.
              (All format evidence available that i can show you any time since dated 2018)

              Humble request to you sir please take strict action
              Against Mr pravin salunkhe and Mr vinyle Wakodikar Hitachi Rm early as possible.

              Since last 15 days this site like a darkout place and all infrastructure are not maintain well .
              Always there is light issues and cleaning issues.

                  I had a credit card in axis card limit 30000/- due to some personal issue and covid i cant pay the amount for 6months after they said your card has overdue charges you should pay 58, 000 or take settlement of 25, 000 but i refused to take settlement paid fully because it shouldnt affect my cibil report i paid the amount on 2020, Feb. After paying i was trying to take PL after 6 months but all my applications got rejected so that time i came...

                  I have been cheated with credit cards.
                  I ordered a flipkart axis bank credit card 2 months back. I got a welcome kit with the card. The steps mentioned in the welcome kit were all outdated and non-functional. SMS did not work and CALL also did not work. I kept trying for days.

                  Then somehow I got hold of their chat support system today. They told me that 1590.50 amount is overdue without me makign a single DAMN payment!!!

                  Thsi is unfair. They have the right ot charge me IF and only if they provide functional ways to activate the card. The steps were purposefully unclear and I was made to pay.

                  I request that this be addressed properly.

                  I haven't activated my flipkart axisbank credit card but still it says payment overdue...In the mean time I received some fake calls in the name of axis bank...My phone number [protected]

                    I have not been paid for four months and have borrowed money from friends to make do. I was looking forward to getting my payment but it was returned to incorrect BIC code provided by Axis Bank.
                    I have been trying in vain and with a lot of frustration to get across to customer care but the IVR and BOT have been trained to perfection to run circles around the customers literally and waste time.
                    Horrible experience guaranteed everytime consistently, true to form for an Indian company.

                            Cpp service charge applied to credit card without any information

                            Hello myself Deepa I was using axis Bank credit card since 2018. I was genuinely paid all used amount in credit card and I know my bill due is paid on oct-2019 at that time bill due was 0 paise. The very next day credit card bill amount was 1699 I have not used that amount so I refuse to pay that bill and I was not aware about how that bill amount is suddenly incresed from 0 to 1699. I enquired in my nearby brach I didn't get any proper response....

                            Hi,
                            I have paid all dues but still Axis Bank customer care calling for dues payment.

                            In Feb - March 2022 they are not able to trace my payment, when CCE call me for this then i have provide them all payment details.

                            That he agree but when i get Statement on 15th then they charged me late fees. which is not my fault.

                            But i have paid only actual amount.

                            After that they are regulary calling for dues but on every month i was paying full amount.

                            After 3 -4 request for this, they are not able to resolve.

                            Now i want to claim on court for all unwanted call because of these call i really disturb in my office also.

                            Please do the needful for the same.

                            I want to claim appx 10Lack on Axis Bank.

                                  Giving a error of "Mobile number not resgistered with bank" error when using online. Had several complaints, mobile number is registered, card online usage is activated, still issue.
                                  Also cannot login to app/website with customer id or mobile number. Gives error everytime.
