Fooling the customers aginst approval of credit card

I have applied for Axis bank credit card after several follow up's from axis bank credit card sales team and after listening to them that my credit card is already approved as am holding a salary account relation with them. Before applying for it, I took the suggestion of my husband who is bascially a financial person. He advised me to cross check with Axis bank team whether they will approve the card if my cibil score is "-1" as i dont hold...

Dear sir,

I had taken preapproval personal loan in axis bank nigdi branch contact no. [protected],

But excess charges applying for preapproval personal loan like 18.5% rate of interest & 1.5% processing fee rs.1300 insurance charges its.

Total preapproval personal loan amount is rs 268000 (Two lakh sixty eight thousand only) & i had received amount in my a/c is only rs. 261787 (Two lakh sixty one thousand, seven hundred & eighty seven only)

Total deduction rs. 6213.

I have check in my axis bank app for preapproval personal loan that showing only rs 499 processing fee & 15.99% rate of interest.

Please check axis app screen shot as above attachment,

Overall i am not happy with your services of axis bank nigdi,

So please my humble request to all axis team please refund my overcharges amount.

    I had applied for "creditcard" from axis preffered by the agent,
    I was informed by him that this card is life time free and not going to charges for it.
    When i am looking at the bill statement for this card,
    Its charged me joining fee and service tax for it.
    Here i have attached snapshot of "declaration - confirmation of application and acceptance of fees" whis has stamped "life time free" by your agent.

      I am writing this email with sheer frustration when i am fed with calling customer care, visiting vaishali branch (Where i hold my account); swasthya vihar, vikas marg branch (Where amount got transferred) & sending emails to all id's that are provided to me.

      For understanding please find chronology below.
      1. 8th may'16- i accidentally transferred rs 12000/- in unknown account# [protected] (Hi tech enterprises) from my account# [protected]
      2. 8th may'16- called customer care instantly, complaint no#[protected] & they asked me to send email to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com & visit branch where i hold an account.
      3. 9th may'16- i visited vaishali branch & provided them with an application for my request.
      4. 9th may'16- sent email to [protected]@axisbank.com
      5. 13th may'16- collected required documents from account holder; account# [protected] (Hi tech enterprises), attached in email.
      6. 16th may'16- visited swasthya vihar, vikas marg branch & submitted required papers with ms. Pooja vohra (Operations head) +91-[protected] & mr. Devraj mahrana (Branch head); they assured me that after approvals from cluster head amount will get credited to my account.

      I was doing required follow-up's with pooja & on 31st she informed me that all required approvals are in place & amount will get credited to my account at around 3:30 pm ist, but however i have not received any sms & call from her, again when i did follow-up with her she informed me that amount got transferred to recovery account & cannot be retrieved & i only need to contact customer to get an amount, which doesn't seems logical to me as the person has not withdrawn an amount & it's still with bank.

      So i request you, if you value your premium customer to look into this matter on priority & help to get amount credited to my account at earliest possible.

        also use current account in axis bank.

        Sir 4/6/2016 i am going to deposit money at your cash electronic
        machine. i send 90000/- thousand rs to my mother admit kailash health
        care limited .this money for opration.
        Firstly i diposit 31500 machine get 31000 and one note 500 get back
        then opsion add on money i click this and 21000/- submitt again but
        unfatunatly electercity gone and electronics machine off my payment
        52000/- in machine but not credit or get back. this money use my
        mother opration due to not credit amount hospital sift my mother ICU
        to Genral ward.today is 6 june but i have nothing get my mone.

        in futher any kind of problem in cash of my mother treatment then bank
        is liyble for this..

        i request you kindle refund my amount or credit my account..so i
        continuee treat my mother..

        in cash no sulution i get from your side then i go legally...i am
        very tension last two days.

          I adil hossain have a savings account with axis bank reclamation branch… in the month of jan'16 there was two cash withdrawals transaction from my account at an atm which was not mine … as instructed by bank, i launched an fir with the police … raised a dispute form along with fir at my branch … my case was handled by mr. Anil who avoids my calls & never calls back … its been over 5months now … what kind of service is this … never expected this from axis bank …

                My self Jagat Paul working in pvt company and having Axis bank salary account. In 2015 i have opened Dmat account with axis, but after few months i have closed it with all formalities as per axis bank. Even i have recieved below mail from axis bank that your account has been deactivated but still they are deducting annual dp charges from my account around 700 rs.
                I am regularly communicating with axis to close this matter but they are still saying that your account is active and do all formalities again. It is so embarrassing to me.
                Kindly help to sort out this.

                Currently i have dmat account with religare securities.

                  I am siva raman from chennai. I am working in a reputed company and holding a axis bank salary account no.[protected]. I got a pre-approved loan in axis bank a/c in the year 2014 for rs.60000/-. I regularly pay the emi. Recently i applied for a topup against my personal loan through axis bank customer care. On 24th may 2016, i called customer care executive said that i eligible for a top up of rs.2, 50, 0000/- and they took my request and promised me that axis bank executive will call you with all require details and guide you. On 25th may 2016 an executive name ms. Megala, from axis securities and sales, t. Nagar, chennai, called me and said what are the required details to be submitted. She asked me shall i send the executive to collect my document. I said her, i am coming personally to the branch. On 26th may 2016, i visited axis securities and sales, and submitted all the documents to her. She asked me how much topup i want, i said i require 1, 00, 000/- and i also said, customer care executive said, i am eligible for 2.5lacs so i need only a lakh, she forced me to go for 2 lakhs, but i am not interested.

                  Ms. Megala, saw my documents and payslips and calculated something and said, you emi will be rs.2520/- for 60months for a lakh loan and the interest is 18%. I asked, i need it for only 36months and asked to calculate the emi for 36 months, but she denied that my loan application will be rejected if they do so. I clearly said them, i need only a lakh for 36months emi, you please submit as i said and left from there, she asked me to call on saturday regarding the status. She doesn’t provide me a acknowledgement slip or a barcode no in the application, i saw a barcode no.In the application. On saturday 28th may 2016, i called her several times but she didn’t pick my call. On monday 30th may 2016, i called her and asked for the status, she asked me to wait till evening to know the status. Mean while i had a doubt whether she submitted my application, so called the axis customer care, the associate said there is no application submitted for the loan topup and asked me the application or barcode number. I called ms. Megala for the application number, but she questioned me raising her voice, why you called to the customer care?. I just wrote a complaint email to axis bank on monday as there are two blank cheques have been submitted, so please take required action to ensure that my documents are submitted.

                  On 1st june 2016, i called axis customer care again regarding my email complaint as not been acknowledged and i didn’t get any reply from your side. Customer care associate gave some useless reason for not acknowledging the email, even though reading my email she asked for my loan application number again starting from the beginning. I called now also (2nd june 2016 1:48pm) to the axis customer care for the status, the executive said he is unable to provide any details and need to contact the agent or local loan center.

                  I am telling this story because, everybody think before submitted your document to an agent, better go the direct bank branches. Note down your application number ask for the acknowledgement. Get all the details of your application. There is no transparent service provided in axis bank. They just keeping everything themselves. Better not to submit your loan applications in axis securities and sales, t. Nagar, chennai, they are frauds in this business.

                  My email should be acknowledged. Reply email should be received. Bank should have been notified my status regarding my loan application through email or by sms with reason for rejection. There is not transparency in loan submission. All depend upon agents. Axis bank depending on there agent, agent depending on there commission, so they seek a person to charge to more interest to submit the document.

                  Punaiku yaar mani katradhu?

                  I am reaching this complaint center, atleast to get a official reply from axis bank, that my loan application got rejected and my cheques are in safe hands and voided.

                  Thanks for reading my experience. Customers should be aware in this world.

                    Extremely Poor Service . Communication was a big issue with the folks working there. It was an extremely excruciating and painful to deal with the people working there. Finally got the home loan taken care of ..
                    Now we are struggling for the past 9 months to get access to the home loan account. We have tried several ( at least 10 times in the past 6 months) to get our Savings A/C linked to the home loan account but we are still no where with it.
                    I would strongly recommend people to avoid this bank at all cost.

                        We are Having enough amount in our SBBDA A/c which we deposited 2lak for the same DD to do at santhi nagar branch that time they taken amount in one receipt but, we given request form for DD amount of 195K, along with PAN no. on 30th May 2016 first 2 hours net work problem they said, then my Account won't have limit of this amount DD per day so that they canceled the DD process given back the request form, by the time i lost my half day, and as per my commitment if i am not submit this DD 31May 2016, my site allot because of payment mode delays i may miss the allocation form the society site, since i have my amount in my A/C also, because of Axis bank made trouble i am unable reach my commitment, if face any lose in this process till my site allotment it because of Axis bank so, Axis bank as to do need full ASAP for my commitment, if need i will attach the canceled DD and detail for reference,

                          During initialization of my salary account i have given a application form for dmat account saying that it is absolutely free until activation of this account by the bank employee and i believed that statement and signed on that application form.
                          But i never activated any dmat account and now on 21st may 2016 my salary account got deduced rs.744.25 with out any prior notice under the name of "consolidated dp charges". This absolute cheating the customer, i never expected this kind of behavior from reputed bank like axis bank.


                          Please take necessary action against them so that they wont repeat to any other customer and make sure that my amount will be refunded back to my account.

                              I siddharth meshram had applied for bt (Rs. 12 lacs) and top up (Rs 10 lacs) on 1st wk. Of march16 in your axis bank, pune branch. I submitted all necessary document to axis bank executive and given all the informative details about mine.
                              From the day 1 axis bank guy has committed me that he will do all the process in a week time.
                              Now it has been 2 month process not yet done.
                              He had not responded to my queries nicely, was not attending my calls, and was rude in his taking and behavior. I was not satisfy with the way of his work.
                              I withdraw all my papers due to such a pathetic and improper communication from axis bank.
                              Regarding the processing fee they are saying that to put request to customer care as you are withdrawing the file.
                              If axis bank is not capable of providing good facility please stop harassing people like this.
                              Should arrange productive resource which help us to provide good services..

                                I had an axis bank [protected] before 3 years. I had cleared all outstanding amount and stopped using this credit card (Please refer june2014. Pdf). Now, in april 2015 axis bank issued new credit card [protected] and i did not receive this card. Courier company had destroyed this credit card as per axis bank records. Bank charged me 112/- rupees for this new credit card and after one year with interest this amount is 8, 300/- rupees as on 27th may 2016. (Please refer apr2015. Pdf)

                                I did not receive this card and bank records also says the same. I have met your officer at pride house, pune center and he gave me below statements

                                Please clear my outstanding amount of the credit card and clear cibil records.

                                I have already shared my concern to [protected]@axisbank.com but didn't get any reply. Can you please have a look into this case and advice me about next step I should take?

                                Basically, bank is asking for charges of a credit card which I didn't reqeuest nor I received it or used it. Bank itself destroyed that card and now asking me 8k.

                                I am really helpless and frustrated. Don't what should I do? Why should I pay charges in this case? Should I consult any higher authority?

                                Please help me out.

                                This complaint is for settlement which I had to register because Axis Bank left me no other choice. Bank is adding a lot charges 112 amount has became 8300 now. Do I have any other option than settling?? My card is blocked now. So, cant request refund.

                                I don't know why I am paying this much. Bank didn't call me regarding renewal charges until charges became 8k which were initially only 112 rupees. I haven't even got this credit card. This is really unfair to charge me 8k. Atleast bank should have told me about these charges earlier.

                                It's like bank waited just to increase the amount. Please sir close my credit card. I had paid all charges of credit card before renewal.

                                Bank is just looting me :(
                                Complain to to the banking Ombudsman, to resolve the fraud.

                                  This is kr sourav singh from patna/bihar. I have opened new salary account by our company arinna lifesciences since two month ago. My salary has been credited in my account but i am unable to withdrow my salary. And when ever i am calling in branch office they people are manipulating me, like asking of different kind of document and i have send all kind of document which was needed the name of the contact person mr. Ashish khurana ([protected]) and mr. Vishal branch-vejalpur, ahmedabad 38005. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I am very shocked with the service and behavior of the world class axis bank.

                                      I was issued a credit card by axis bank on 3.10.2016 with a forwarding letter signed by some rajiv anand, group executive & head, retail banking. On receipt i found that my name, address has wrongly printed on it. Thereafter i made several correspondences. I failed to activate the card as my date of birth, also recorded wrong.Inspite of that bank unscrupulously deducted activation charge rs (1374) from my account. Time and again over phone and through mails also i opted to get the card cancelled. It was also assured through sms that the activation charge will be refunded to me. But till date it has not been resolved by axis bank. Till date bank is sending me monthly credit card statement. It is embarrassing. I want to draw the attention of higher authority through your end.
