I am writing this email with sheer frustration when i am fed with calling customer care, visiting vaishali branch (Where i hold my account); swasthya vihar, vikas marg branch (Where amount got transferred) & sending emails to all id's that are provided to me.
For understanding please find chronology below.
1. 8th may'16- i accidentally transferred rs 12000/- in unknown account# [protected] (Hi tech enterprises) from my account# [protected]
2. 8th may'16- called customer care instantly, complaint no#[protected] & they asked me to send email to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com & visit branch where i hold an account.
3. 9th may'16- i visited vaishali branch & provided them with an application for my request.
4. 9th may'16- sent email to [protected]@axisbank.com
5. 13th may'16- collected required documents from account holder; account# [protected] (Hi tech enterprises), attached in email.
6. 16th may'16- visited swasthya vihar, vikas marg branch & submitted required papers with ms. Pooja vohra (Operations head) +91-[protected] & mr. Devraj mahrana (Branch head); they assured me that after approvals from cluster head amount will get credited to my account.
I was doing required follow-up's with pooja & on 31st she informed me that all required approvals are in place & amount will get credited to my account at around 3:30 pm ist, but however i have not received any sms & call from her, again when i did follow-up with her she informed me that amount got transferred to recovery account & cannot be retrieved & i only need to contact customer to get an amount, which doesn't seems logical to me as the person has not withdrawn an amount & it's still with bank.
So i request you, if you value your premium customer to look into this matter on priority & help to get amount credited to my account at earliest possible.
