In order to get a benetton bag i have deposited Rs. 20500.00 in my SB account no. [protected] in the month of February, 2016, but till date no response in the matter has shown by the banker. However a complaint has also been lodged in this regard but that goes in vain. Hope with this complaint i look forward an early response.

    Axis bank has deducted much consolidate charges where i was unable to bear pay that charges enough to maintain my minimum balance in my account . So i request to have a proper reason and make sure i would get my money as soon as possible

      Hello,

      This is to Inform you that My amount 1300/- is deducted and I called to the customer care to ask the reason.

      They gave the info that Amount is deducted for Debit Cards.
      There are 2 Debit Cards applied and the same for that amount is deducted but I have not received any SMS nor Mail for First time applied My-own Image Debit Card and again after 3 Days I applied for one more new Debit Card and I got the same that 1Rs/- is deducted after 7 days I got the card but unfortunately before activating that card I Lost the wallet in train and immediately I called to Axis Customer Care and I complained they suggested to me to block it and the same I said to block it.

      Today Morning when I logged-in to apply for Debit card, I noticed that 1300/- Is deducted.

      My Point Is:
      1) One Card I have received but not activated and it is blocked
      2) Another card I have not received the Confirmation SMS nor CARD nor Mail nor the CARD
      3) Normally for Debit card charge is less than 300/- but why 1300/-

      This is not the first time that my amount is deducting, so far around 3500/- is deducted.
      This is the reason I'm afraid of keeping the amount in account. Once the amount is Credited immediately I will take it off.
      I'm requesting you to have a check into this and refund 1300/-.

        This is in regards to unauthorized / misuse of my axis bank credit card no: [protected]. The last transaction on my credit card done yesterday dated march 14, 2016 - 22:23 hours for rs. 40, 000 at kashmir art gallery is unauthorized and not attempted by me.

        The intimation of the misuse was made by me in the next 30 mins on the banks customer helpline and the card was blocked by the bank as notified by me.

        Attached is the acknowledged copy of dispute form duly filled and signed by me along with the letter submitted by me at your axis bank, dindoshi branch next day morning on march 15 - 09:30 hours

        Have further sent the intimation via email to all necessary credit card email ids intimating the misuse. All this was done before the merchant had settled his account as was notified to me by the dindoshi branch.

        Inspite of me intimating the bank through all mediums i have received my credit card statement with this amount debited to me. The misuse was made online without me having received any otp or confirmation request which is enough of a security deviation from the bank.

        Would need your assistance in resolving and closing this without me having any liability in payment towards this misuse intimated well in advance from my side, .

            Axis Bank Limited is the third largest private bank in India. They offers internet banking services, personal banking services including accounts, cards, loans, investment options to personals, corporates and NRIs.
            So i have one savings account in axis bank.but i noticed some of the fraudulent transaction made by bank from which many of the people will not aware of it.
            i highlighted some of the transaction made in my account but not shown in my account statement . explanation of transcriptions are as below:

            1) firstly, my account balance was 460 Rs. on 18th march 2016.
            * on the same day i withdrawal 100 Rs from ATM .
            so my balance was 360 Rs.
            2)on 19th march 2016 at 10:24 pm again i went to ATM to withdrawal 300 Rs.
            but system show me that you have insufficient balance [ I mean how this can be possible without any notification of your balance deduction activity ].
            system show me that i have 160 Rs. So again i withdrawal 100 Rs.
            and my balance was 60 Rs.
            3) on 20th March 2016, i logged into axis bank online service they showed my balance as 360 Rs. & i made one transaction of that money money that transaction statement shown in my mini statement .


            So here is my question that that
            1)why bank doesn't showing all that transaction made with my account on 19th March 2016?. not even ATM withdrawal transaction .
            2)why system showed me message that i have insufficient balance ?

            I talked about this all things with customer care executive .but they answered that there is no mistake in their system. i have also call recording of that conversation .

            So issue arise with this all this thing is that bank made some anonymous transaction with their customer account & they didn't Notified us by sending SMS or by showing details in mini statement .

            this is totally fraud with customer .

                Sir,

                This month I made the paid the full payment on Mar 2 and the due date was Mar 11. In spite of that every day atleast 4 to 5 times I get this payment haarassment calls and also SMS asking to make payment. I registered a complaint with AXIS credit card customer service. Complaint number :[protected] on Mar 15. No relief. Still get this harrassment calls.

                Is there a way to lodge a formal complaint ?

                  I satya kolisetty, writing this complaint with deep pain and agony, for not getting a proper redressal for my request/complaint and pain for unnecessarily charging amounts on my credit card.

                  For the statement period of 19/01 to 18/02 my credit bill for credit card num 4514 **** **** 6413 is inr62239 which is supposed to be paid on or before 09th march.

                  For which i have made a internet payment of inr 37000 and inr 25000 emi conversion, which rounded to inr62000 and when i see my bill feb bill i'm like clueless for the debit interest charges made levied on my bill of inr 3750 as debit interest charges and 550 for service tax on the same for not fully paying the january bill.

                  Just for the inr 239 unpaid amount(For the january bill), debit int + service tax of inr 4350 is levied on me. Which is not at all fare.

                  Later on i came to know that even if 100 rupees is unpaid the interest will be calculated on the whole bill amount.Adding to that the customer service executive advised me lodge a request and has raised a request on behalf of me to the account head, this is made thrice from last month.

                  All the time i'm requesting executives to raise a complaint and executives giving me a assurance saying it will get reversed sir no worries and just aft 2 days when i call them, they are saying the same word -sorry sir the request has been declined.

                  Kindly request you to please reverse the debit interest charge and service tax which is 4350 and help me out.

                    I am an Axis bank Account Holder (ac no: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), jubilee hills, hyderabad. My account has been debited with 70 INR twice (140 INR) and 9897 INR (Total amount – 10037 INR) on[protected]. From the total amount of 10037 INR, 140 INR has been reverted back to my amount, while the remaining amount of 9898 INR still remains in dispute. I came to know of this fraud transaction as I got phone and email...

                    I am not using my credit card [no [protected] [old], [protected] [new] from last SIX month and verbally opted for a settlement as they are charging Debit interest and other irrelevant charges and to close the card. I was said to pay Rs 24, 6000/- and I did it by cash and cheque. But still they are harassing me by repeated phone calls asking more money.

                        As you can read the subject line of this email you would have a rough idea about the problems I am facing past 12 MONTHS.

                        I received my credit card in Feb 2015.
                        I use my credit card to shop on flipkart and i had opted for paying emi every month.
                        I get a sms that my credit card is used on some CHINESE website.
                        I realised that there is some fraud and i registered a complaint.
                        It has been 12 months still i have not got any resolution.
                        I have emailed to nodal department.
                        I received a complaint number...dats ittt...nothing further...
                        I have all the emails and supporting documents which states that i have used my credit card only for 10000 Rs and out of that i have already paid[protected] Rs.

                        On 10th March 15, 753 Rs have been suddenly debited from my acoount.

                        THE DEDUCTION WAS DONE WITHOUT INFORMING ME
                        THE AMOUNT DOES NOT REFLECTS IN MY STATEMENT
                        I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY SMS REGARDING THIS.
                        ALL TE ABOVE STATEMENT MEANS AXIS BANK STOLE MONEY FROM ME...
                        I am facing lot of problems past 12 months with axis bank and i have made enough complaints from my side. You cannot debit money from a customers account without informing him.
                        This is stealing.

                        A satisfied customer tells 100 people whereas a unsatisfied customer tells 10000 people.

                        I am tired of complaining to each and every department. I request you to personally look into the matter and sort it out.

                        You being a Customer Service Head would be in a position to solve my loonnnggg lasting issues.

                        I request you to please help me to get back my 15000 which the bank has stolen. Please dont forward to nodal department because any department of Axis bank does not have the courtesy to revert mails and solve the issue. I just get a complain number and then nothing is done

                        Please find below the email dates and complaint numbers that i have sent to all the respective departments.

                        For all the above complaints i have not received a single reply.

                        Today I finally got a reply from credit card department and they are still asking me to pay the money which i havent used.

                        I am seriously fedup and tired of being polite whereas the bank is burning a huge hole in my pocket.

                        PS: Even the CEO of the bank did not helped me. I hope atleast you would understand the pain of a customer who made the biggest mistake of his life by opening an Axis Bank Account.

                          Due to my wife operation, i could not pay my home loan pending emi s rs.1, 06, 000/- as i said previously 10th march'16, due to this unavoidable circumstances i will pay my pending emis on or before 31st march'16.                             I made transaction which refunded back by company for unsuccessful transaction. Despite that Axis bank charging amount from me every month. They are so shameless that they went ahead in complaining to police for not paying. They are greedy and the worst bank. Nvr take credit card facility from them

                              I have renewed my Debit card. but unable to generate PIN for that. it is almost 6 months and I have called almost 20 times to customer care and local branch. but still issue is not resolved. I filed complaint twice to customer care as well as in Branch. but getting same response that card is active and try it on ATM. I tried almost every Axis ATM I found on my way to home but still not working. It is frustrating. My complaint number is 20913511. Sometimes your customer care agent told to hang on and then cut your phone. I visited to local branch for new card but they are asking me for rs 572 for new card. I have already paid for my renewed card. why should I pay now?

                                    My home loan a/c no is PHR[protected] And I have register request for providing list of documents and foreclosure statement in respect to said account vide request no- 7551671 and 7551475 respectively approx 10 days ago but till date there are no response from axis bank. Hence it is requested to look the matter.

                                      I Henrich, Axis bank A/c holder, A/cNo.[protected]. With axis bank since past 6 months unable to release my salary because of lien issue and i have got touch with bank and customer service. I spoke with David(Customer Service) on February 28, 2016 with refNo. 25302439, he gave the reference of Mr.Abhilash and Martin who is manager in branch axis bank parrys. As per Mr. David from the customer service. I went to bank on February 29, 2016 at around 11.00 AM and met the Manager Mr.Abhilash and he directed me to meet Mr. Kishore Murali in collection agency at Parrys branch(Chennai). I met Mr. Kishore on the same day at 11.30 AM and discussed regard negative balance salary account due to lien issue, He ask me to pay minimum payment of 15, 000/-. I told him i need to get back to home and get the money. Later, I informed i have only 10, 000/- as cash so if i can deposit to my a/cNo.. He said no need to deposit in salary a/c and said he will sent a collection agent to my address to collect the cash. The agent came and collected the money at around 1.30 PM. The collection agency cardNo. 2796 and my receiptNo. 1061583 and made the payment of 10, 000/- towards my credit cardNo. [protected]. Later i contact and i spoke with Mr. Kishore and inform the same. My salary was credited on February 29, 2016 but salary a/c was in negative balance. So i contacted Mr. Kishore again and he ask me to meet in the branch on next day, so i went to meet Mr. Kishore he said inorder to release my account i need to pay another 20, 000/- in cash for the credit card, he assured me that he will release my account from lien with in 24 hours if the payment of 20, 000/- made. So, I arranged the money and checked if i want to deposit the bank or pay in cash but he said he will send a collection agent to receive payment and the agent came on March 05, 2016 and received the payment with the receiptNo. 1061535 for the amount 20, 000/- as per the assurances and i made call Mr. Kishore to say the payment about that made. He asked me to contact Mr. Mahendren who is in lien department and also i received a confirmation mail regarding the release in my account on March 04, 2016. Checked my account but still it shows in negative balance so i contaced Mr. Kishore and he assured to release my account within 24 hours. Since then, i was in regular touch with bank since March 01, 2016 to till today but never recevied any proper response from Mr. Kishore or anybody from the bank, i am in the stage of mental depression and still try to contact Mr. Kishore but he responsed negatively against the bank and against me. Therefore, i would like to bring to your concern of my issue. I hope atleast this mail would bring to your notice about this issue where i was completely co-operative with the bank where as the bank have cheated as i feel that why Mr. Abhilash denied taking my issue any seriousness and directed me to the collection department. I hope you can understand to stayed without 2 months salary out of town. Please help me to release my account and salary.

                                      Hi Henrich,

                                      Even i'm still suffering the same with Axis Bank. Best possible way to get rid of this is to forget about the amount you lost, i know this doesnt sound soothing, infact this sound ridiculous. But still u feel tired of roaming place to place and will feel wexed up expalining the situation to every one..., but still it gives you no penny.
                                      So the best thing is change your account from axis to any other with the help of your Employee HR Partner in the office .

                                      And dont even try callin customer service executives, thats literally waste of time and money. they simply ask you to lodge a complaint or either they will say they raised a complaint to head office for you and will ask you to call back after 2-4 working days to know the status, And the answer when u call back again would be request has been declined please raise a complaint again. And believe me this cycle goes on.
