I just wanted to know why the hell this was not informed to customer even though its a system generated work. For other things you people send a mail/message/courier then why the hell for lein amount hold the mail or system generated message was not sent.

Is this is a professional way to behave with the customer. Also why the savings back account was touched as you people say credit card department is different & savings back...

my self charanjeet this side from chandigarh. As earlier i was using axis bank credit card for which due to some financial issues i have setteled my account. As stil i am facing some financial issues but now i just request you to please erase setteled from my account for which i shall be vry thankful to you.

Sir mere bhai ka accident ho gaya 23 10 2015 ko atm me insurance tha 5 lakh ka bank me total documents jama kar die 3 12 2015 ko aur wo fir axis bank cr avenew baranch kolkata 700009 wo phir new india life insurance ko 3 2 2016 ko all documents bheja md shakir hussain account no [protected] hai aur atm no [protected] hai jis me free accidental insurance tha abhi tak kuch riply nahi aaya hai sir pls thanks...

On 02/09/2014 when i was traveling in train i was got the sms from bank that some transaction was executed on my card. i have immediately call up the bank and get the card card block . But the mean time three transaction was executed . Then after i have completed all the procedure to file the complaint and submission of dispute form with bank which required. Accordingly the bank has given me temporary credit of rs. 15000/- approx. but out...

I would like to inform you that as per axis bank taking personal loan but still right now no document providing like final emi paper & process document medical claim also taking but no document after six month completed every month taking emi.

I have been using axis bank credit card for more than 3 years but for the last 4 months i am not receiving my statement but whenever i made a request they are telling it declined. So, I don't know what are the charges they are putting. They are telling that courier is sent, somebody received but they are not ready to send the duplicate statement. Nowadays they are giving headache to customer, and not responding properly....

My name is rinesh mathew, customer of axis bank, mobile number, [protected], took home loan from axis bank kottaym Kerala branch, the lone manager shyin has cheated me, he has told me to give processes fee as cheque, and the told it's very urgent so to pay processes fee as DD, and he will be returning the cheque, but after take DD, he did not return the cheque, and processing he deducted two times, one month over till now I din get my money...

I have Paid my credit card bill before deadline and it in the statement clearly shows my payment is received by Axis bank on 6th 2016 whereas the due date is 8th. Please provide an explanation as to why I am charged the late payment fee and interest when I have made the payment on time. please advise the reason for declining my request[protected].

I am Asish Kumar Mondal. My A/C No is [protected]. I want to transfer my savings account from Ahmedabad to Kolkata. My nearest Axis Bank branch is Shyamnagar, IFSC Code is UTIB0001488. This branch staff said he don't transfer my account .
So please transfer my A/C as soon as possible....

I received my salary 61, 000 /- on 6th Jan 2016 in My Axis bank Account :[protected] which is on lien for credit card payment, credit card department said the settlement amount of Rs 40, 000/- . I asked to deduct the amount directly from bank and release remaining amount as I can not withdraw or transfer amount from this account.

they are saying they received payment on 29th Jan 2016, my question is when my account is on...

I was transferring money through Axis Bank app and due to it's technical glitch, my amount was debited twice. The customer care is not responding properly to transfer my money back. Every time I call, they make me waste about half an hour and cut the call from their end without any confirmation. Ridiculous bank and their services. Now, I'm worried about my 24, 500 which is lost from my account....

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 240116. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. Why Axis bank converting salary account in to savings account if there is no any transaction for more than 3 months in that salary account.

Those are all system automated set up manually by the humans they know to change the salary account in to savings account and why can't they close the salary account if there is no any transaction for more than 3 months.
