From my credit card account someone took 9 K without my knowledge. I informed the bank then and there itself, but the bank is supporting the fraudster and released the money and now threatening me to pay the amount.

    Dear sir

    As I am mazhar shaid propertior of welcome organic manure katpadi. I need to open a current account in axis bank vellore branch. I have given the the details and I'd proof on Monday 29 Feb 2016.

    Till now I did not receive any account number when I asked the employe in axis bank vellore they tell that In our side all clear plz wait for the account number. I want to know the exact status of the account why it is delay and how many day to create the current account.

    If its delay I will not get the order from my buyer. Please make it fast.

          Hi I have received the Axis Bank credit card and I haven't generated a pin for it.Unfortunately within a week I lost the card .I have called up the customer care and placed a request to block the card and close the account .Today I get a message with the credit card statement. Why should I pay the bill when I haven't used the card .Ur customer care says it's joining fee and can be waived of if a make purchases within 45 days ..when I hardly had the card for a week how can I make a purchase and it's already blocked and closed .Why should I pay the bill .Please revert back

                As per standard instruction my emi 4256 should deduct with in 5th of every month ( includes 5th date) but today 10th my emi deducted and including penal charges which 4829 which is rubbish. Please revert that deducted extra amount to my Axis sb account ASAP

                  Greetings of the day.

                  Myself Tanweer Ahmed from kolkata and I have taken a personal loan from axis bank earlier my ECS was good on 10th of every month my ecs was deducting on time to time basis but now from last two months its not getting deduct on time and bank is sending me a letter and messages to pay bounce charges.

                  Kindly look into this matter as its hampering my CIBIL (credit score).

                  Please find the attached pics for references as my account is already funded with the amount then why should I pay tha bounce charges.

                    The company I worked with many years back had given me Travel currency card with Axis bank in 2006 for traveling to United Kingdom. I want to close this Travel Currency card account.

                    The Travel currency card customer care exchanged emails with me in and said they can close it by visiting any Axis Bank branch with Notarized copy of my Passport and authorization letter assigned to my family member to do the formality on my behalf, because I am out of India.

                    I sent my brother required documents. He went to the main Axis Bank branch on Ferguson College Road, Pune, (MICR Code:[protected], IFSC Code:UTIB0000037, Contact Nos:[protected] for closing the account. But the main branch is saying they cannot close the account because they want the details of the agent who opened my Travel card!!! This is in direct CONTRADICTION of what the Axis bank customer service emailed me. Moreover, when my brother said that my sister doesn't know the agent who opened the card and the company she worked for has closed many years back, the bank officer replied - He cannot do anything and it is not his problem that I cannot get the agent information because the office I worked for has closed. That is outright INDIFFERENT behavior, which is not expected from a bank officer. They are expected to provide solutions and close the issue and not be INDIFFERENT.

                    Also this seems like a monumental hurdle for a simple task such as opening or closing bank accounts. I don't know the details of the agent opening the card as he was not directly involved with me. The company I was working for closed in May 2010. And as such there is no HR personnel of that company who can help me either with agent information.

                    I don't know how to close my travel currency card account.
                    They are going to charge inactivity fees if account is not closed. I want to close it but can Axis bank help their customers please

                    My complaint got resolved on Mar 28th 2016. I am writing this update for helping other Travel currency card users. Since last year 2015 Axis bank has introduced a new rule that inactivity fees on the Travel currency card account will be levied a fine per annum. To avoid this fine please close your travel currency card account as soon as you believe you are not going to use it anymore. Go to an Axis Bank branch where they deal in Travel currency cards and apply for closure by signing a closure form(needs information like account no, customer id, atm card no., signature) along with your identification documents eg. Passport and Travel currency ATM/Debit card which needs to be submitted for destroying at the time of closing. If your Travel currency card is a corporate card, then you need a NOC letter from the card issuing company saying that they do not object to its closing. Try to get agent information from the company, who helped the company to open the Travel currency account. I was out of country so I gave authorization letter to my brother to do the formality. The branch my brother visited were asking him for this agent information, I don't know why. I didn't have that information as my company had already shut down its business I could not get that information from any HR personnel in the old office. Because of this I had trouble closing it. Many emails and calls to customer care didn't work either. At last the nodal office of Axis bank helped in this matter. I emailed them all the supporting documents from the email account which was registered with the internet banking of Travel currency card. They finally closed the account after verifying my identity. An important note - Not all Axis bank branches in a city deal with Travel currency cards, only some branches are equipped to deal with Travel currency formalities. So telephone their branch before going and ask whether they deal with travel currency cards, to save a trip.

                        HI, I have updated my PAN details through Axis Banks online website. System Said Details are updated successfully, Still PAN details were not updated. Contacted Axis bank through phone call as well as email, getting only new reference numbers to follow but not a updation. Other thing to notice is if even a simple thing like PAN card detail update is not working then what kind of security is site is providing. Please have a note that followed steps were accurate. As being a computer engineer i think there is a major flaw in their website that requires attention.

                                  My name is Vinod M. Nashirabadkar.I live in Pune, Maharashtra.
                                  I was having a Credit card of Axis bank which expired on 03/16 & after that i didn't applied for the renewal of credit card. I used to get messages for the renewal of it but i ignored it as i was not interested in taking new credit card . I went to Axis Bank for this issue but Bankers said "call customer care, we cannot do anything" .
                                  I tried calling customer care but, nothing solved. And yesterday 05/03/16 I got a message that my credit card is dispatched & will be delivered to me in 72 hrs. by blue Dart couriers .
                                  I have changed my address, & the Credit card will be dispatched to my old address.I don't want that Credit Card, I want to cancel it. If any problem happens with my account, or if anyone else uses my account money with that credit card .The Axis Bank will be completely responsible for it.

                                    I had taken a loan from Axis bank of Rs 27.5 lacs and was informed that they would open a zero balance account for my monthly EMI. I got a call from Axis bank representative that i have to maintain Rs 1 lac for my saving account with Axis bank. Also, i was never informed that i have to pay 2% charges of loan amount for mortgage intimation form. They directly credited an amount of Rs 5600 to my loan account. I didn't receive any call or email informing me about this.
                                    I called contact centre to check about this but the agent was clueless about the procedure and when i asked to speak with the supervisor she never transferred the call.
                                    The whole banking experience of Axis bank is worst and Deepika Padukone should stop endorsing it.

                                      I am Laxman Bapu karande from Nashik maharashtra l have taken car loan from axis bank main branch Nashik but unfortunately my car total loss in accident FIR is registered at tembhurni police station solapur district so I want loan foreclose this is done in insurance claim not in my savings but axis bank charge 35 thousands extra penalty so I want penalty charge will not charge in my accident case I was go to axis bank main branch but they didn't accept my cheque they tell me only that your complaint is sent to review from last month so please help me
