      My name is Vinod M. Nashirabadkar.I live in Pune, Maharashtra.
      I was having a Credit card of Axis bank which expired on 03/16 & after that i didn't applied for the renewal of credit card. I used to get messages for the renewal of it but i ignored it as i was not interested in taking new credit card . I went to Axis Bank for this issue but Bankers said "call customer care, we cannot do anything" .
      I tried calling customer care but, nothing solved. And yesterday 05/03/16 I got a message that my credit card is dispatched & will be delivered to me in 72 hrs. by blue Dart couriers .
      I have changed my address, & the Credit card will be dispatched to my old address.I don't want that Credit Card, I want to cancel it. If any problem happens with my account, or if anyone else uses my account money with that credit card .The Axis Bank will be completely responsible for it.

        I had taken a loan from Axis bank of Rs 27.5 lacs and was informed that they would open a zero balance account for my monthly EMI. I got a call from Axis bank representative that i have to maintain Rs 1 lac for my saving account with Axis bank. Also, i was never informed that i have to pay 2% charges of loan amount for mortgage intimation form. They directly credited an amount of Rs 5600 to my loan account. I didn't receive any call or email informing me about this.
        I called contact centre to check about this but the agent was clueless about the procedure and when i asked to speak with the supervisor she never transferred the call.
        The whole banking experience of Axis bank is worst and Deepika Padukone should stop endorsing it.

          I am Laxman Bapu karande from Nashik maharashtra l have taken car loan from axis bank main branch Nashik but unfortunately my car total loss in accident FIR is registered at tembhurni police station solapur district so I want loan foreclose this is done in insurance claim not in my savings but axis bank charge 35 thousands extra penalty so I want penalty charge will not charge in my accident case I was go to axis bank main branch but they didn't accept my cheque they tell me only that your complaint is sent to review from last month so please help me

            Greeting for the Day.

            As i am using Axis bank credit card, i found there is one dispute transaction happen to the merchant MOBIKWIK for the amount 2000/-.

            per the bank they need to send OTP and transaction confirmation message to my registered mobile but it is not happen this case. This is because i raised compliant to Axis bank support team to cancel the transaction based on the authorization code which axis bank sent to merchant.

            But they are saying we will investigate and let you know. Here my question to the bank, As a customer i am requesting to cancel the transaction why they need to do the investigation i am not understanding.

            Please help me on this issue and it will help to other who are suffering the same.

                Dear Sir,
                I am a customer of Axis bank my Customer id[protected].
                I found irregularities in my credit card bill and ask few clarification but may be 2 weeks passed no clarification from the bank side.
                Axis bank deducted Rs 63473/- from my account with out my consent and again put lien on around 17835/- .
                My question is I never said I will not pay the amount but was seeking the clarification on my queries. If you check my account there is not showing any credit card details against me but as per the bank they have issued a new credit card to me but I did not receive that so I asked to provide me the receipt of delivery 15 days past no reply from bank
                Even I am not aware what is my pending balance against my credit, Some time I receive mail total due is 63000/, some time 78000/ some time 81000/.
                I am a teacher but I really sad to say this is really a bad experience from a recognized bank.
                Even I requested them that as RBI rules says a consumer can be allowed to pay in installments to all dues. but bank does not listen to that
                now even I don't know how much money Bank is going to deduct I am totally in confused state even I am afraid of this that when salary would be credited this month that also bank may put on lien.
                So my sincere request please look into this issue and please provide me the solution.
                I just need a clear picture. If possible please provide me all the clarification I asked to customer care.

                      I raised complaint earlier and they said they will credit back the assured amount.
                      I just now received the mail saying processing fee is 2%.
                      Again I am highlighting this, whatever the axis team executives who discussed with me during discussion was 1.25%, but without any fore information and communication they have deducted 2% as processing fee. Why they are hiding these details. This is cheating the customer and it is against their trust with Axis team.

                      This is very disappointing.

                        Please find below details for complain.

                        Insurance Company - Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd.

                        Date of Issue - 28/01/2015
                        Claim No - [protected]

                        My car Nissan Terrano with no MH02DG9463 had an Accident on Highway on date 27/12/2015.
                        As inspected by Nissan Work shop, car came under Total Loss Category.
                        So, I claimed for the same.
                        But after repeated delays from Axis Bank and Tata AIG Insurance in the end they gave me the letter on 28/01/16 rejecting the claim.
                        It stated that you have not reported previous claim during taking the policy and thus policy would stand forfeited.


                        During signing the policy as an Agent Axis Bank in a hurry they sent us the policy without confirming any information for policy terms and conditions, as my old policy was expiring by that day itself and they wrongly submitted the form
                        I have shown the previous policy paper to the person of Axis Bank while taking the Policy and also he submitted incorrect policy number of my previous Insurer i.e. Bharti Axa General Insurance Company Limited.
                        Correct Policy number 89007424
                        Incorrect Policy number submitted by Axis bank 59007424
                        (As per details given by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd.)
                        I have given Hard copy and also mailed the Policy documents of my previous Insurer.
                        As an agent it is his duty to guide me about Policy and to inform me that you should add report papers of previous claim but he didn’t.

                        And further there was no notice or information given to me about not reporting the previous claim and no intimation was give to revise or to forfeit the policy or about providing incorrect Policy number of previous Insurer
                        There was enough time i.e. from 27/01/15 to 28/01/16 almost a year for them to inform me for this error but no steps were taken by both Axis bank and Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd.
                        When I am demanding for claim at that time they are informing that your policy is forfeit.
                        This is no way justice.

                        I have also paid the Premium amount of Rs.21833 on 27/01/15 after signing the Policy on same date.
                        So now I am left with no way, due to Axis Bank as an agent for Tata AIG Insurance Company.
                        I want the claim Amount as i have paid the Premium.

                        You are not admitting your mistake for providing wrong policy number to TATA AIG and asking to talk with them only !!

                        As an Agent you must help me out but you are not taking any action.
                        Than why are you working as an agent for TATA AIG and misguiding us (customers)
                        due to your mistake I m not getting the claim amount of Rs.900000 which is too big for me !!!

                            This is with reference to my recent bills that are unpaid due to your lack of investigation.

                            Of the recent bill that shows payment of more than 3000/- Rs, I’ve only made transactions of 500/- and 170+/- at Big Bazar and Burger King respectively.

                            You state that I’ve made a ATM withdrawal of 1500/- on 4 January 2016. When I’m completely aware of the charges for doing ATM withdrawal with Credit Card (CC), how would I do this unwanted txn. I completely deny that I haven’t done this txn for what you are now incurring charges for it.

                            I’ve raised complaint with the customer care and also on their advise I’ve filled a Dispute Form in Axis bank branch at Kamani (Kurla) – 70. The lady Mrs Fernandes took the form filled by me and said that she’ll contact me herself. It’s been almost a month and I’ve not received any call from her or from you customer care. You people are just worried and interested about incurring unwanted charges and levying the wrong ATM txn on me.

                            You’ll see, since I’ve this CC, I’ve paid all my bills in time. On seeing this wrong bill, I’ve not made the payment for it yet, as I don’t want to pay the unwanted.

                            Please do the investigation at your earliest, It’s you system error about the ATM withdrawal. Please get back to me at your earliest on my registered and this email address too. I’m now available at this email ID for now. Once I’ve your positive response, I’ll make the payment only for the txns made by me. Please don’t get me faulter in Cibil record.

                            I want to be your customer for longer as I could, but it’s now very frustrating that you are levying an incorrect txn on me and lacking behind with investigation. Because of which my CIBIL record is at stake.

                                Have contacted Axis bank in August 2015 to fix the issue of my new mastercard OTP being sent to outdated phone number AND email address. Apart from being a severe security threat, this causes severe inconvenience as a customer.

                                As of 2013, my details on the bank's portal which has been verified by the customer care agent is correctly updated. The agents are clueless and have no idea on how to deal with an customer who critically needs to use their debit card (putting them on hold for twenty minutes is not one of the ways)

                                  Managers are trying to fool customers with the facilities which are either not providing by company or they don't want us to use.

                                  Moreover, after reminding again and again they are not listening to customers and making excuse every time.

                                  Axis changed its name from UTI bank to Axis bank but facilities are same that old one.

                                    On 20/2/16 after withdraw money from axis bank i have noticed while going through balance enquiry, money has deducted..since the place where i stay SBI ATM is very rare. so, i often prefer axis bank because advertising in television of axis bank is worth. i never notice my money is deducting, its been few day i noticed, but i think may be my mistake then later on i have been noting down in my notebook then i realized that its really deducting money, deducting not 10, 15 Rs but 114.86 Rs thats really bad. hope to comeup with good and appropriate reply.

                                      Taken Auto Loan in Dec15, a/c AUR[protected], 1st & 2nd installment debit in my a/c on 15.01.16 & 15.02.16
                                      But till date not updated my loan account and every time call to me for payment;

                                      ur local branch file is not submit the right auto loan code;
                                      plz correct the loan account code so that customer is not face the problem.

                                        After renewd my credit card not given to me at my requisted addresss.
                                        and currently this card is reveresed by bank and not giving to me.
                                        i have given 3 CRF forms to bank but till he is not provded me.
