    When try online transactions axis bank page show "Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank. "
    But mobile no & email allready registered with axis bank. But still now faceing problem. Please slove problem.

          In the span of 6 months my fasttag was blacklisted two times. The first time it happened the bank asked for the RC and fasttag pic through email. Now the same thing has happened again and despite e-mailing them it is still not resolved. I have to pay double toll at the toll plaza till it is resolved. Ideally bank should be fined in such scenarios but since there is no strict regulation the customer has to bear the pain.

            Your executive Subham Kumari was extremely rude and unwilling to listen at all. When asked, she just stated that the customer cannot open bank account and unilaterally cancelled the entire procedure of "opening a saving account"!!

                I have a salary a/c in axis bank trivandrum branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (2nd april 2022) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

                    My self Radhika Vayyasi and I am an account holder in Axis Bank and 8th April 2022, Around 12:30PM 9, 999/rs deducted from my bank account through and without my notice or any alerts, its frustrating for me that my hard earned money being stolen by some one without my notice, I have raised a complaint with Axis Bank(Complaint Number: [protected]).
                    I want my money back, with lot of pain I am writing here.

I had an on going personal loan going with axis bank. on 5th of every month ecs get debited for emi form axis account. this month i.e. April 22 also got deducted on same day.                         Credit Card Invalid Credentials Error

                        Firstly i applied for a credit card around 18 days ago which was easy but after the dispatch of the card there was no way of tracking it. I didn’t receive any tracking Id nor the app showed any info regarding the card or it’s delivery but anyhow i received my card 2-3 days ago for which i have been trying to set the pin but with no achievement.                         I was using Axis Bank credit card but had late payments and the amount was paid in full by November 2020 however they paid an extra amount towards my bill a credit of Rs 66 already paid extra but was marked as Settled towards my credit report and was not getting any loans sanctioned n the ones which r getting sanctioned were of much higher interest which I came to know by end of March 2022 was flagged the reason that I was marked settled towards my Axis credit card I wrote to their nodal and all teams a vague answer came back that need to pay Rs 3000 for cibil masking amount I told i don’t mind but they have not given any payment link or how to make the payment. Dumb people isn’t it ..

                        They have also given me an ultimatum pay by 30 April 2022 written back on 02 April 2022 but when I wrote them back thrice till date no answer from them. Are they operating diligently or ethically I have my doubts also have asked them to get back to me via call as I speak 5 languages if they don’t understand English happy to help.

                        Just tired of them and want to close the issue ASAP.

                          Unable to perform transactions on my Axis bank credit card. It says "Axis bank doesn't have my mobile number" thus I am not receiving any OTP.I have called the customer care 8 times in the last 4 days but no resolution. I have 2 cards and an account with Axis and all my details are updated. I even went to two axis bank branch and they couldn't help. I tried verified by Visa Axis bank even there the card is not getting authenticated. Every time I call the customer care I get a response "please wait for 3 hours and your issue will be solved". It has been more than 72 hours and yet no solution. Please look into it otherwise I will have to return the card.
