Dear Sir/Madam,

I SRINIVAS GUTTI, have applied for Home Loan and the same got sanctioned and the Loan A/c No: PH[protected], but no amounts has released yet.

Surprisingly there is a transaction that shows "Inward Clg Chq:17901 Return Chrg" for an amount INR 394.00. Can Axis Bank explain why and what this is for? I know one thing this cheque is named to "Axis Bank Power Home Loan".

Even I didn't received any statement of monthly deductions which are going to happen from my account.

First thing is that without any disbursement of amount how can you AXIX Bank people start putting the cheques? And I gave blank cheques as we don't have any information how much amount is going to be disbursed in the first month. So how can I know that Axis Bank is going to place my cheque in such a date with such an amount.

When I try to contact the Customer Care - Home Loans Section : 66905600/01/02/03 or[protected] there is no one to answer to my question rather they transfer my call to some one and am keep on waiting.

But I contacted the Axis Bank Customer Care they mentioned cheque for an amount of Rs.12689/- has presented on 26th May 2008 and the same was returned since insufficient funds. How can they present a cheque without any intimation or letter or notice.

So I request Axis Bank should give clarity on this issue, as this is first time in my life of 10 years service a cheque is bounced/returned.

This is very serious concern for me.

I deposited 80, 000/= as prepayment of my home loan, they did not adjust it since june, on their saying i have also send an email to them with a request to adjust the amout as repayment to my pricipal amount. Customer care service of Axis Bank is worst among other banks in this aspect, no proper response from my parent branch asaf ali road, delhi on this, though i have communicated to their officials 15 times since i deposted teh amount. I had contacted the parent branch once in a week with response that it would be adjusted and you will receive the letter in 2-3 days. Its customer care never provide complaint no. to my complaint, every time new person comes on phone and say no request is put up from your side in this respect. I found this bank is not prepared to handle home loan cases, every time you need to contact to your parent branch for any clarification on your loan, you cant get clarification from the nearest branch as their branches are not networked here in delhi.
Please login to RBI website and file a complaint against them. RBI has full authority and they are very prompt dealing with these cases. Also, share your experience.

This is to inform your that the co-applicant Dr.Vandana Bhambari is no more. she expired on 09/12/09. kindly intemates the further protocol required to claim insurance, which we have taken at the time of loan.

    I had applied for Credit Card & got a card. But till date in absence of any necessity I have not even broken the seal of envelop.
    But today I received a bill No.[protected] of credit card no.[protected] for Rs. 1292.14. I am shocked that how this figure/bill arrived.
    If this is your bank's policy to exploit to customer, I am feared o[censored]sing Axis bank facilities.

      In the month of March 2008 one employee of Axis Bank named Neha called me and offered for a credit card. She send me one agent with form. I filled it properly and submitted all the documents.

      Till now i couldnt get any credit card. In the mean time i tried to contact her several times, she told me that inqury is going on. Presently her number is not working.

      Kindly do the needful.

        Hello

        This is regarding credit card complain. I have submitted my all required documents for credit card that you required for the same as on dated 5th April 2008 and your agent (Marketing executive i.e. Prashant [protected]) submit my documents. As per him we have received golden credit card with in 20 days it means 25th is last date.
        TAT is over But till date we have not received my credit card inspite of this your executive not able to pick the calls not call back I am getting fed up for regular follow up.

        After this 14th May we have received SMS from Axis bank (your credit card application VISA Silver with ref # 1368338 has been decline)

        After received SMS I have make a calls N number of time to prashant but he is handicapped for find the reason.

        This is my first experience with your bank and credit card also. I am sorry to say but this is really bad experience in my life.
        It is requested to you thoughtfully kindly activate my card ASAP if you are not able to do this please give me valid reason.

        Dear Sir / Madam,


        With reference to the above subject I Ajit Anil Ghag wants to lock a compliant of you franchise's person of Shivam, Sujata of Axis Bank (Contact No - [protected])

        This is for the reason of mental harassment of my wife Poonam Ajit Ghag at during office hours. The persons called in each and every department of my wife’s office for enquiry.

        Instead of my several request of official letter of settlement amount of my credit card nobody replied on it neither I received any official letter since last more than one year.

        But they are continuously keep calling at my landline nos for the money. Now they are started calling at my wife’s office.


        On Saturday 2nd June there was a call from one lady name “Sujata”, she told like I am a robber & stold some money from Axis Bank…….


        Is the kind of language you use with your customer ???????? Is this a way of your business ???

        I want you to take the necessary action against all the persons mentioned above.

            i got a car loan on the name of my wife Mrs Madhvi pathak amounting 2lac on dated 01 may 08.i have sub mitted 50 PDC amounting 4266/- each, but till date neither i got acknowledgement of my PDC nor any sort of correspondence. two months passed but no one even contacted us. pls do needful.

              I applied for a Uti bank credit card received in 2007..around the month of may ( card no:[protected]..)and they charged me 250 as joining fee. I have Paid and cleared all the statement balances (Rs-171450.on 24/07/2007). The problem i got with this card([protected]) was this card did not have the CVV number, so as per your customer care's instruction i sent the card back to Mumbai off, for which they sent a replacement card ([protected] on 06/10/2007.) and that month they charged me again Rs 250 as card fee.Actually the card which they send 2nd is an replacement card for the previous card which did not have a CVV number and is not my mistake and is clearly ur fault.so how can u charge me for that.
              Then i lost the second second card([protected]). which u sent as replacement and i blocked the same.after which i did not receive any card.but got only the statements for card number ([protected]). which i did not receive.
              I told all these to the customer care which they told they will check and revert back..and also the card has been put on hold..since they are looking into the issue and will be sent once everything settles down..but every month they started charging me late payment fee..and got multiplied..and i called many times but got the same reply...then i spoke to your senior executive..who spoke positively and said that all my problems will be solved and he will revert all the credits..once that's done the card will be sent..but nothing got changed but got only the statements..
              Then recently i came to know that you have started detecting money from my personal axis bank a/c...
              Amount detected from my A/c :

              30/01/[protected] Rs 1163.73..
              14/05/[protected]Rs 697.20..

              again got a statement to pay Rs----- 980.25..i have also paid this amt..i don't have the card and have not kept any balance of purchases on the previous cards..so for your mistake of replacing a card without CVV number i have already paid nearly Rs---1861.00...still u keep charging and not looking at my problem...i have also been to the bank to see some person regarding this but they said the only way is to talk to the customer care..i don't know how i will get a solution for this...?? i feel hectic to explain again and again to your customer care.i fell much disturbed, worried by the way you respond..that's why i have sent such a long detailed mail..i also use other banks cards but have never faced such a problem.

                we are a company which is selling jewelery. i have recently installed a credit card machine of axis bank which took huge effort to install the machine thinking that axis bank is a good bank. but in may when i has swiped a card of one of my customer of ge money the payment was delayed. secondly when we went to bank to ask the reason the person sitting there in customer relations named surendra shakhawat misbehaved and did not have any reason for the payment not to be credited into the account. then next day he call the company up and tels us that the machine has been de-activated and the payment will not be credited into the account until and unless the machine is not returned to bank. the reasons were not disclosed to us why this account was been de activated. as we have also been caring an icici machine and we dident have any complains from them. it is so surprising that a bank chain like axis bank"s name is been spoiled by its staff and the reason"s are not been disclosed by the bank to its customer.

                I also had some thing similar problem. I had the problem with the card machine and machine help desk people or the Axis bank customer service people are ready to take responsibility to change the machine or give a proper answer to us. I asked the customer service department to give a responsible person in bangalore who can take care of this problem...they said nobody is there and gave couple of machine help desk peoples numbers and non of those numbers are valid...still the story did not end...its been 5 days now...I am loosing all my credit card customers.

                Now you dont have to worry about that A PSU Bank namely Union Bank of India launched their owned Credit Card Machine with the facility that A merchant will get the Machine without having a current a/c with UBI.

                  Hi,
                  I had applied for a Housing Loan from UTI Bank (Branch address Lords Building, Kolkata – 700071) of amount 10 Lacs in March 2006. With the application they have taken all my property documents like the original agreement paper with the promoter, all original receipts of the booking amount and more than 20 post dated cheaques. They had received a sanction latter on March-8-2006, Approval Number UTI Bank PH/03-06/DIRRB/RJ/11/RAC-Kolkata/05-06. But they had not disbursed the amount as the promoter did not have proper municipal sanction paper that time. Then I had requested them to return me my documents. But for last more than 2 years I am waiting for my documents, I am doing follow-up with them on continuous basis. Now they are saying the file is missing.

                  They have already taken the processing charge from me and also lost my entire important confidential document. When they are taking any confidential document from a customer they should have the responsibility to keep it safely. I am suffering a huge loss due to this. And as I don’t have original papers I could not apply for loan from other banks also.
                  Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible so that I can get back my documents as soon as possible.

                    i have a credit card of axis bank on which against the bill of feb, 08 i made a paynent but due to any reason bank not recovered the the same cheque in due time then after making many calls to costomercare executive they suggested that make the stop payment of cheque and your billing date is about to come your bill will not be charged extra regarding the payment vide complainet id no. 178013, 179565 and then after in the bill of marchg they suggested to make the only amount of due not the extra charge and they will reverse the extra charges against the bill .till then to today i am in continious contact with them and every time thei suggested that the amount will be charged would be reversed via several complainet id no.
                    203430(sunil), 212470(abhejeet, mahipal, 27march), sunil(1april), 220674(mahipal ), (abhishek7 april)07-maymahipal), mayur manager (9th may)

                    now they are saying the amount can't be reversed and charging on that amount blindly.

                    pls thak this issue as priority and solve the matter as soon as possible otherwise i will file a formal complaint in consumercourt and in rbi complaint desk too.

                    so pls do the neeful as soon as possible and oblised me.

                      The Incident on 29/03/2008 when i use this card on khber service station, moti bagh-II, Ring Road, New Delhi for payment of filling full tank on my Bike -PULSAR 150 (TANK CAPACITY 18 LTR) the ptotal bill is 750/= then i gave my GOLD Axis card to the petrol pump executive he swap one time & bill came 750/- then after 20 days statement came Rs.2304/- I shoked when statement shows Rs.750/- shows 3 times on same date, then i call customer care to mumbai then he lodge the complaint & he said we are sending you the Dispute form & I fill Dispute form & return the same By trackon courrier on 18/04/2008 but till date NO Response from Axis Bank then I Re-Call him for dispute case He told we are sending your statement plz. pay on time the refuses all charges & harresing me to pay bill at ones. One of my friend told me go to "MYRIGHTS9TO9.COM & file case against him then I Register with that company & his Legal Advocates sending Legal notice to AXIS BANK CARD MUMBAI HEAD OFFICE.

                        I am holding a Home Loan account with Axis Bank.
                        The Loan EMIs are deducted from my Account via Cheques every month.
                        On 21st April 2008, my Cheque could not be cleared due to
                        lack of funds in my Bank Account.
                        On 6th May, an Executive (from AXIS Bank) visited my factory (after prior telephonic consent)
                        to recieve the due amount. I paid him the amount in Cash and obtained the reciept for the payment.
                        On 15th May, the previously uncleared Cheque was presented by AXIS Bank to my Bank and was cleared for the already paid amount (in Cash on 6th May).

                        This totals up to 2 payments for one month (April 2008) against my Home Loan from AXIS Bank.

                        This is really surprizing that AXIS can produce the same uncleared Cheque again inspite of recieving the specified month's EMI payment by Cash.

                        I requested AXIS Bank Customer Care to look into this matter and revert back urgently with the reason of
                        the Double Payment Clearance by such a reputed Bank like AXIS.
                        Still waiting, but no reply so far.
                        What if they present another cheque for the May payment??

                          I'm sharing my experience with Axis bank credit card, i got this card when it was UTI bank, in between i did not receive the bills on time and i was told that there are delays since the system is getting transitioned to Axis bank. Mean time i got late fees with the bill. Durin this time i shifted to a new location and requested for an address change, it took 2 month for Axis to process and send the bill with late fees. When i sent a mail to the customer care, they informed that i should pay the outstanding amount and the whole thing will be reversed, then i made the payment and now they are refusing to reverse.So people kindly refrain from applying for Axis bank credit cards...

                          Axis Bank — Fraud Billing

                          Dear Sir,
                          This is in reference to the credit card [protected], I had called to at the helpline number given on the statement received on 27/11/07 to check what the previous balance of Rs. 0.65 means and the Payment due date says immediate, the call was answered by Mr. Rakesh Kashikar who refused to help then the matter was escalated to Mr. Sativel (supervisor) he was also unable to solve the query, then to Mr. Inderjit Singh (Team Leader) who then escalated the call to Mr. Navin Jain (floor Manager),he was also unable to resolve the query and was very rude and raised his voice on call as well, he said you need to make the payments on the account as per the charges raised with immediate effect. I had asked him to give me the reference number for the call he refused for the same also refused to register a complaint against the previous persons I have spoken with, the duration of this call was for 1 hour 45 minutesthe call was made at 10:00PM on 28/11/07. I had asked to arrange for a call back to explain the charges raised and also arrange for a correct statement he refused for the same and disconnected the call.

                          I have used this card for the first time and as per me there is no brought forward amount on the bill, also the excess charges raised on the bill other then the original transactions done by me are incorrect, hence there will be no payments made to this statement dated 15/10/2007 - 15/11/2007 till the time I receive the correct charges in black and white and compensated for the monies and time I have wasted on the call. I dispute the payments and poor customer services provided

                          my card and this is free credit card. why i got like that message plz revert me back ASAP.

                          Axis Bank — credit card fraud

                          sir i am having a jewellery shop in mumbai .On 16th of nov 2008 i had accepted a credit card of icici bank amounting rs 115300 on my edc machine of axis bank.I did the settlement with the bank on the same time n gave the jewellery to the customer.Till today i have not received the payment.On enquring i came to know tht it was a fraud card n also i was told tht i will not receive the payment.As per the bank rules i had taken all the precautionary measures such as the identity proof of the customer, verified the signature of the customer with the original id proof, the charge slip copy of the bank.Till today i have not received any feedback in writing from the bank regarding my payment.so i want to know is there any way to claim my money from the bank.Pls reply

                          Credit Card — AXIS BANK FRAUD

                          Hello I use AXIS BANK credit card [protected] Gold card and am using this from couple of years. Earlier i had silver card but later they upgraded to gold card when i asked them to cancel my card. Way back in september 2009i had a complaint registered with axis bank regarding the interest charge which was incorrect and since then they are just charging my card but when am escalating it to customer service agents, they dont resolve the issue and they dont respond correctly infact provide wrong information to the customer(thats me). Since then i stopped the payments towards axis bank, waiting for a reply from them but nobody will respond. I wrote an email to grievance cell and they also dont respond, if they respond they say pay the amount thats it. But nobody will gimme clarity on it. I started getting calls from collection agents and they started visiting my house with an indecent behaviour. Every body comes and say we will give u settlement option but i dont want settlement. When i explained the problem they say we will come back to u with solution and thats it. I would never see that person's face again. This is been happening from months, meanwhile this AXIS BANK reported in CIBIL about my records. It was showed under negative. Its Axis bank's mistake for not finding the solution, instead reported negatively in cibil. When i contact axis bank for the same again they say the same thing pay the amount and so as interest charges and late payment charges everything was increasing but till date no solution.. In november 09 two of the collection agents came to my place and they opened my gate and came inside without ringing the bell and when i opened the door, they demand on me. when i told them that i want a solution for this. they forcibly came in my house when nobody was there at my home, and when i told them that i will complain to police as they were not showing any of their identifications, they said do whatever u want. We want money else we will not move from here..When i was calling thi CBI dept they left my place immediately by saying if i dont pay the bill they would kill me.. This is what is AXIS BANK' service and the kind of collection tactics used by them..In between i was moving to london and i emailed them saying that am moving off and i want a solution but again the same settlement option so i informed them that i would not need settlement as this will spoil my records in cibil but still they said nothing. Now when i emailed the grievance cell and the highest escalation dept in AXIS BANK they are not bothered about the kind of behaviour shown by their collection agents but they say pay the complete amount.. Interest and late payments they made it for around 10000rs but still they do nothing..I gave them an option where in instead of going for settlement, i told them that reverse the interest charges and i will pay the rest credit limit, but they are not ready to do so.. So am not paying even a penny to axis bank rather am escalating this to womens protection cell of hyd and RBI too to get better service and support as well as resolution. Never choose AXIS BANK as its one of the biggest fraudulent company in india..Am from banking industry. I work for hsbc - hyd but we dont penalize the customers this way for the payments. I work as an Manager for hsbc so i know how this industry works, so let me see as per which banking policy is AXIS BANK right..
                          some month before i taken a credit card thourgh AXIS BANK, bittan market branch, bhopal. (m.p.) my card no. is [protected] avail facility for purchase a some item than axis bank sent a statement to me &mention a intrest first day but at the time of providing a card his commitment is intrest will be charged after 45 days taken a credit. than i contact to branch but they not reply properly & also contact to custmoer care center they given a complaint no. 383610 but that time they are not inform any solution.

                            I have got a meal coupon from Accenture, Mumbai and presently in Delhi. Can I use this coupon in delhi.

                            I have written several mails to Axis bank ppl, but haven't got any replies.

                            I have got pin number 3247 for my personal saving account number [protected] which is not correct in corresponding and ATM card is rejected on doing operation.

                            I am having my debit card and pin number, when i access my card then it shows pin no. is wrong .So kindly issue a new pin no. as soon as possible. I am facing lot of Problem.
