    I have submitted the account closure form in the bank numerous times but my account has not been closed yet and every time i get a message of low balance. Its very frustrating for a customer who is staying away from the home bank to try to contact the bank every time and also submitting the forms.

          Sir, i am SHIHAS BABU, i have a axis nri account in axis bank, kazhakuttom branch ( kerala, india) branch.. i tranfer 10, 000 indian money as NEFT to icici account via axis mobile application on[protected].. but in that account cash once credited and that time that money automaticaly debited from that icici account... due to wrong name entered... but i did not got my money in my axis bank account back.. kindly check that and, take this as ma request... i am attaching that screenshot also in thse..             Hi., I had transferred Rs.5, 000 on 30th Sept 2015 to the beneficiary from my account.The amount was not credited to the beneficiary. UTR No:AXIR[protected]... I have discussed with our Axis Bank people who was unable to clear this issue and wasted our time without responding to customer. They were sent a receipt saying that the Amount is credited to beneficiary bank. But when I checked with beneficiary bank also, it was not yet credited. Nobody will respond if you complaint in Branch as well as through Email in Netbanking...Still the issue is running and I am struggling to get it back.

                Axis bank has charged interest of Rs. 60 for defaulting in payment where as i have not used my card for the month of Dec. Upon, inquiring, i was told that 0.99 is still outstanding for which the interest has been levied. How can a customer pay 0.99 when the online service charge itself is Rs. 5/- for making payments.

                    My credit card number[protected]/6857 . I have paid ₹ 96.00 in May and requested to close the card but the card was not closed then as later in September I came to know that ₹100 was charged for paying in cash at branch . Again I gave 2 letter to axis bank branch in Kolkata (R N Mukherjee branch ) for the closure of the same but was not done as ₹100 cash collection charges with interest ascalated to 1200 something I said to the branch people to close it this time and provide me stamped receiving of my closure letter and I will pay the amount immediately. But branch people said that we can't provide anything in writing . Now this amount has further increased to 2411.00 which was generated on 10 December 2015 but unfortunately reached me on 4th January 2016 don't know the reason of delay but I made a payment of 3000/- on 23 rd December and since have visited the branch 5 times to at least give me something in writing that my card is closed now but all in vain .the people sitting that credit card department say that they are only authorize to collect the payment and cannot give any assurance that the card is closed . Mr Biplab in axis bank (RN Mukherjee ) I did talk to phone banking people some Mr Ali . But all in vain Eventually I have an account in axis bank branch with above 70000/- AMB and 30000/- for current and saving a/c respectively This has destroyed my Cibil also which was otherwise good enough . These people are not providing me with receiving of my closure letter .why ? What should I do

                      I had some outstanding balance on my credit card which they imposed as lien on my salary account. For past so many month I have been without cash even though I am the only earning member they kept sucking all my salary leaving me broke. Finally a deputy manager fro. Chennai Paris branch contacted me being so nice as if he understands all my problem like my brother (super fake) and told me u pay 42500 to settle where all my money is still with the axis bank under lien I any how arranged cash and settled ( have written agreement and payment proof) and paid the guy nishtar Ahmed so called deputy manager of Paris brance in chennai told me he will take out the lien and even now that don't happen and that so called caring deputy manager of Paris branch is not picking up my phone since the work is done . I am going to wait for 3 more days and straight away go to consumer court and file the case as I have all proof

                        Dear sir, i have axis bank credit card. On 17th nov 2015, 3 transactions was made as fraud amounting rs. 33, 000/-. I raise a complaint against this 3 transactions. But axis bank reject my complaint. Axis bank said that transactions are done in secured environment. But i have a query regarding this. 1) i don't have any username and password. 2) 3 transactions made against 1 otp (frauder was using otp) please help in case. I am in very trouble

                          Refer Customer ID[protected] ADITYA RAJ BEHERA, SB A/C NO.-[protected] opened as minor a/c, on attaining majority, all required documents are submitted with AXIS BANK, ANGUL, ODISHA on 03.10.2015. My son, ADITYA RAJ, has visited concerned branch twice to meet formalities. KYC documents like AADHAR Card, School Certificate, My Bank Passbook, College I. Card where date of birth is written and photo etc. All are submitted with required application for ATM Card to the bank. He has visited two times, I have visited 4 times for the purpose to get the minor account converted to MAJOR ACCOUNT and ATM CARD there on to facilitate his hostel expenses .But to my utter surprise the account has not been converted to a MAJOR one till date . After more than 86 days I have visited the bank branch again to enquire about the fate of that account. But the dealing person replied me "SPECIMEN SIGNATURE IS NOT MATCHING'. Immediately I asked with anger if signature is not matching why you have not asked my son when he has visited 2 times before . Neither you have intimated on it, though I am a benefits customer of AXIS BANK. On my request when signature IMAGE is checked it was NICELY MATCHING .But to the people of AXIS BANK it was not ! Sorry to state that I have 3 accounts ( one is my salary account, one RD account attached to it and the minor account of my son . By this disgusting attitude of AXIS BANK people and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICING and HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMERS by AXIS BANK ANGUL I may think over to close all my accounts, IF THE NOTED MINOR ACCOUNT IS NOT CONVERTED TO MAJOR ONE AND ATM CARD IS NOT ISSUED TO ME . It is imminent that CUSTOMER SERVICING is very poor in AXIS BANK, ANGUL BRANCH.

                            Iam holding credit card of axis bank for the past 8 years. Axis bank raise bill through mail to me. In the month of august 2015, i made some amount in advance to keep the balance. axis bank did not raised bill of august 2015. In the absence of bill i could not make payment. next month axis bank raised bill with late fee charges, to which i objected but made the payment excluding late fee charges. my request was shown as under consideration. but next month exceeding limit charges along with late fee charges were shown in my statement. i then asked the bank to give details of transactions made and paid the amount excluding exceeding limit charges and late fee charges.and asked bank to either reverse referred charges or cancel card and issue NOC. I stpped using their card.The bank initially agreed to look into the matter but for the past four month are pressurizing me to make exceeding limit and late fee charges. I am requesting them to please give details of any pending transaction made against said card for making payment, to which there is no reply but charges are again shown as pending and amount is increasing every month. I am not using there card at all now and asking again and again to cancel card and issue NOC. I have documentary evidence to justify above referred complaint.                               Hi i have a salary account with Axis Bank. the time when i was working in that organization, axis bank offered me a credit card saying that there will a one time free at the time of taking the card and after that they wont be any maintenance charges. After leaving the job i used the bank account for a while as i used the credit card, after few days i clear the dues in my card and my salary account balance was Rs32 something after few days Axis bank charge me RS250 for Credit card annual fee, i called the bank and informed them the whole thing, the told me that the charges will be waived offf, But it was not done after few month again they charged me insterest for not paying the money and now they send me a statement to pay Rs 1401.somthing. i called the bank a girl recieved the call she spoke to me very badly, i felt at that monent that axis bank is a Thief they just informed wrong thing to the customer and take money later. i dint paid the amount, kindly Suggest me what need to be done as i dont wanna pay a single ruppee as i was being misguided by the bank employee.

Axis Bank to service of your are requested, Lal Ghati Bhopal Branch staff is not a respectable behavior per customers. Your banking services is not right for us. The branch manager Mr. Vijay Singh was insulted me. And the indecency of depositing money into your bank was just.But after his behavior in a defamation case on them and your bank can do.You penalize them for this abusive behavior.                                   On 4.1.2016 I approached Kly Branch for payment of application fees throgh GRIPS with a Challan and a cheque of Rs 250/- drawn on the same branch. The challan and the cheque was received by a lady officer and I was asked to come on the next day for e-challan receipt. The receipt was handed over to me on 5.1.2016 thereby making one day's delay in filing the online application. Further the e-challan receipt was printed on a throwaway paper-the front page contained the payment particulars and the back page contained certain figures penned through and the same cannot be produced before a Govt authority. For the same type of payment SBI Kly responded immediately and the receipt was given within half an hour on the same day. I donot know why axis bank took the matter casually.                                     I am Rohit and I am very disappoint from complain resolution service of axis bank. I have recharged my uninor number through net banking but some how my Rechrge not done successfully but my axis bank account (Acc no: 912*********477) deducted by 160 rs. on 28, Sep. I have complained by phone call 2-3 times and also complained manually @ Axis bank branch (Bapunagar-Ahmedabad) but steel I dont get my 160 Rs back in my Account. I never seen this type of poor service. Very very disappointed from Axis bank. Thanks!! +91 [protected]

                                    they only want you to charge your phone so that they can charge you.

                                      I have opened a savings a/c dated[protected] From Shyamnagar, North 24 Pgs Branch and after several time waste they able to open my a/c on[protected] night and till today 5-1-2016, , I am still waiting for Cheque book, Atm card and other details This is really worst service that I have with axix where as other bank open a/c within few minute I have complained to Nodal office many times but they are doing nothing but wasting Customer time and few un productive employee doing this

                                        Axis bank customer service is really pathetic. There were a series of repeat transactions on 2 nd Jan and when I called to block my card immediately the call centre agent told me that there is a server issue and because of which the repeat transactions have taken place. The call centre agent told me not to block the card and promised that the problem is at his end and will be resolved by themselves . Now when I checked the balance credit I realised that the repeat transactions are not reversed. I call the call centre and she said that she can't help me in this regard I had to write a mail !! Then went do you have a call centre !! The call centre agent also said that they don't call back ..How ridiculous !! I've paid money to get this credit card and I am subjected to this kind of horrible Treatment in axis bank. My interaction id in call centre is[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue and call me back !!
