Dear team,

Axis card charged me annual fee for the card no ending with 8331, which is not using from one year.
They sent me a new platinum card no ending with 2052 and said that old card will not work after using this new card. I accepted the new platinum card and using it from last 10 months. In my recent statement they charged me annual fee for old card.
I contacted customer care people today i. E. 06 - july - 2015 and they are very reckless regarding my query and disconnecting call after putting me on hold for several minutes. I tried 5 times continuously and every time they did same to me.

Please accept my complaint and expecting earlier resolution.

    Hi, I have applied for a home loan balance transfer from HDFC to Axis bank in the month on March 2015. I have submitted all the relevant documents which were required & i have got a sanction letter on 16th May 2015. Later on it was communicated that my disbursement will happened in 2-3 days which didn't happened & some more documents were asked from me. i have given those documents also buy that time it was june started, now i am being following up with the executive & his senior but no one is attending my calls nor anyone of them have any courtesy to send a SMS. They have charged processing fees plus 2 more cheques were given to them.. am afraid that there should not be any misuse from my documents which i have submitted. I applied for new debit card with same facility as my old card by your ivr service.           On 15/05/2015 I opened an ac/ no.[protected] at Hatkeshwar branch Ahmedabad, and deposited a chq for Rs170000/- for preparation a of FDR but till date they not opened my fdr a/c so i on 03/07/2015 i submitted application for the closure of my said a/c. The officer Mr.Ankit and Mr.Mehul promised that i will communicate with you latest by tomorrow i.e on 04/07/15 . Today i telephoned again but they replied me that Mr.Ankit is not available. So sir till how many days i have to wait because of their negligence i incurred interest loss. They are not even close my account and repay my sum. Mrs.Peena Kothari 04/04/20154

              I deposited a cheque inside Mylapore branch, Chennai on Wednesday 24/6/15 5:00pm. I get a call on Wednesday 1/7/15 5:00pm (6 working days as opposed to depositing day+1) saying it is rejected and i can collect my cheque back ! That was audacious. When I rushed to the branch, to top this, i was asked to provide an id proof with a letter that it is my cheque - atrocious demand and very insulting. Reason: Name on cheque must be spelt as in account. In my cheque the 2nd name was shortened as initial - 1st name spelt exactly. Ridiculous - how do you expect everyone to spell your 2nd name etc. exactly. There are far too many people who use a middle name also that even close friends may not know, leave alone creditors and why should they? So far and even today all banks except Axis probably accept cheques which bear initials and name. This is the practice abroad also - people use initials as well. My other private banks still accept cheque with initials. Agree you have your own rules to follow - but we the clients need to know that in advance - these cannot be surprises. Bank website that 'appears' to be so open does not allow a complaint to be lodged - server rejected connection and page does not open after answering questions. Wow. Finally managed to lodge a Complaint today (#[protected] through phone banking. After narrating the story for about 15 minutes, they ask you to verify your account details and you end up repeating the story to another person. By this time, one may be tired and the steam lost ! Good tricking Axis bank. I refused. Will your bank wait for so many days and not penalize your creditor for such a delay? Bank should credit interest to my account for holding this back the amount. I had to juggle my finances and way out to complete the transaction that i could have normally done using that fund through netbanking, but for this ridiculous incident. This is not what one expects from a bank, though. Very sad and highly unprofessional banking.

                i aggarwal m ashokumar id no[protected] had made fd of 1 lakh rupee from willigdon branch kochi, i have salary account with axis bank, but till now i have not recevied fd recepit due non recepit paper or no time with staff to take print out, this is really bad srvice, and wastage of time by bank spceillay employee name fahin, please see into this matter, branch service is very poor, no time to explain about mlti currecy card, they tell check on net, no time for freign exchange, service and courtesy is very bad, my phone no -[protected] and email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                  I Durvijay S/O Sh. R.M.Yadav having a/c no [protected] with Axis Bank Karol Bagh branch. I was abducted/kidnapped by Rajesh, Rajiv, Yakoob, Prakash, Zuber, Vipin at around 11.30 am on 07/03/2015 with my new Skoda Rapid car from Surakhpur Road Najafgarh. (Complaint FIR enclosed). I was forcibly taken to a secluded place somewhere in Greater Noida. At gunpoint I was forced to sign cheque nos 396554 to[protected] cheques). I was later released by the abductors at around 8.30 pm the same day. A complaint in this regard was filed with Najafgarh Police Station (copy enclosed). Matter was brought to the notice of nearest Axis bank branch in Najafgarh on 09/03/2015 morning T 12.30 am who promptly posted the STOP PAYMENT of cheques along with reason on their website. But in connivance with Branch Manager Mr. Rajiv Walia and un named staff members of Axis Bank Tri Nagar branch, the Memo Register entry for one out of these 21 cheques bearing no 396571 is shown as the cheque was presented on 02/03/2015 - which is not at all possible as this cheque was with me up to Evening of 07/03/2015. I had visited Axis Bank Tri Nagar several times to provide me CCTV footage between 1/3/2015 and 5/4/2015 as I am very very sure that this cheque was presented in the month of April and not march. Inspire of several visits and various calls to Branch Manager Mr .Rajiv Walia nothing has been done. Even the BM refused to give me a receiving of my written complaint. (Copy enclosed).                     My self kalpesh patel, i have good image of axis bank, on that basis i opened four different account during five year but i have bad experience regarding new debit card issue.

                    My debit card lost before three month so i blocked my debit card then issue request to given axis bank ltd, bapunagar branch, ahmedabad. She (Nikita. Pradhan) told me your cardwill be provide within week. But after ten days i follwed for debit cardthen she repplied your document was missed so please give a your document again so she will issue debit card within week. I provided my document by mail after mail i followed after week then she repplied i was not get your mail so plese forward again, again i was forward mail and ensure of document then she repllied i wiil provide debit card within two daysafter three days i called you then she repplied you have other account so i will not provide debit card.

                    After this communication i raised complain to your protal and given complain no:15966549, but i not get any possitive responce to me.

                    On that basis your bank is corporate bank???
                    Really i happy your service???

                    Please resolve my problem immidiately.

I cheked my balance from axis bank atm at rajeev gandhi chowk old faridabad at 3:15pm on 30/06/2015.Then i came out n move to office way after that i got another message at 3:27pm rs. 10, 000 has been debited from my account . I checked only balance over there nothing else. I had applyed in hdfc bank also.Plz resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                              sir, I polagani yedukondalu, a/c no:[protected], working as Asst.Engineer in APSPDCL, Machilipatnam. Now recently i applied for personal loan on dt:22..6.2015.at machilipatnam branch in krishna district. But on 28.06.2015 the bank representatives told that the loan was rejected due to dual PAN cards. Actually I had only one PAN card i.e. BCNPP0759B .                                 Axis bank pallavaram staff is mannerless! I have a current account in pallavaram branch axis bank i have this account for more than 7 years i gave my pan card xerox but till now its not activated and i am not getting message alerts too... I spoke to customer care axis bank they never took my query and told me to visit branch...6 7 times i visited axis bank pallavaram branch i met anantha narayanan who is not capable for his designation when ever i met he will speak like an illiterate and he knows no manners to answer my query...He will not respond any1 and he behave like an ias doing favour for us he never ever botherd(1s i recorded his behaviour in my mobile can sent to head office if needed)to update my pan and he insit me to call customer care...And customer care will tell me to visit branch...Even an un reputed banks doing job properly i wasted my 7 years transaction in this branch i am so fed up... Current account: name : miss u no.[protected] mob. [protected]

                                  Whomsoever it concern, I had applied for housing loan in April 2015 with all my documents submitted in time.tour technical is worst means it seems they don't have any knowledge like what loan mean to middle class people till date I have not received any info regarding my loan.the builder had also submitted all his papaera what was asked from him well in time.but after 2and half months he gets call for some more papers.is this joke or what .my 2 other friends had also applied through same virar branch for loan they were also pissed of with the bank working style I don't know what kind of impression you are in or attitude. On top of that branch manager says he doesn't know about it is he dump sitting on that chair or making just seat hot or laying eggs.I have given my commission account back which has been given as its the fault form your side not mine so I want my money backjust by name bank doesn't becone good your work is pathetic.

                                    I am dr harshesh dave from ankleshwar. I am holding priority account.
                                    I had applied for demat joint account in ur bank with d name of anjani m dave and harsheshkumar m dave.
                                    After about 20 days they had come to us for d issue of xerox copy of pan card. They had told us that face of candidate is not seen properly on xerox copy (They should see it before the form submission)
                                    After that finally they had open d demat account after another 5 days. . Nd the big issue is they had opened an account on d name of anjani m dave only. . . I have not received a single documents but they have deducted 999 rs from my account. . .
                                    I want my money back nd i want to close this dmat account. . .

                                      On 13/6/2015 axis bank debited rs.171 without any prior information.When i call to axis customer care they are said rs.30 and Rs.15 are sms alert whatever they are sending after withdraw money from atm center.I said k then why you are debited Rs.171 on that date.A customer care executive named Mr.Karanraj said that is for 1 year you are used Axis bank Debit card.This is annual charge o[censored]sing axis bank debit card.Then I ask why you peoples are not inform this charges previously and without inform me anything you debited money he said pls hold on line for a time and put mute and i hold for sometime but no response so i cut the call and no one is call me again. Regarding this money debiting my friend calls the customer care center they are said the same story but they are not accepting to refund my money back.

                                        Hello, I am Sampa Bhowmick. In June 2014, my father who is nearly 70 years old opened a Senior Citizen account to avail the higher interest rates on FD. In this account (no. [protected]) he put my mother and me as joint holder. So, I went to the Nimta (Kolkata) branch with my father. They took all documents from me with signed on them. After few months we informed by Axis Bank's some person that I am not included as joint holder as the person who took my documents left the organization without submitting them while I gave all the documents personally by visiting the branch. November 2014 my mother passed away. So my father wanted to include my name again. They showed various reasons for not doing so. My father submitted all his documents including 15H. Yet surprisingly he noticed that Rs.985 had been deducted from his account. While asking the Operation Manager he got the information that it was not submitted by that same Axis employee. This May (2015) I went with my father (who had gone through a by-pass surgery) to know the matter. The Operation Manager showed us how the old employee was wrong and how he would do everything right. So, we decided to open an account jointly (me and my father). Account no. is [protected]. Now today (23rd June 2015) my father went with my sister and surprisingly informed again by some Axis Employee that my account was barred as in my document (driving licence) expiry date was not mentioned. But that is clearly there. My driving licence expires on 18/12/2028. The most unprofessional bank I have seen in my whole life who has no humanity background even for a senior citizen who is eventually their customer.
