My customer id is[protected]. I have given requisition for change of my base account for my credit card three times. The necessary change is not effected till date. Every time the reason given is details not correct. Please note that every time I have confirmed with the concerned executive that the details are correct. To my surprise every time the answer for not effecting change is details given not correct. To day I have given my requisition for the third time after confirming that details are correct. Now I hope my change is effected. I also do not understand why there is no communication from bank's side ? I have to approach again and again. I hope somebody takes the above feedback positively.       Hi, I am very much upset with the services provided by the Loan department sector 34 Chandigarh. They sanctioned my loan and we sign the sanction letter but later on they are saying please change the plot we can't disburse the loan against this plot. Colony is approved by govt. and proper documents has been submmited and legal and technical is also good to go. If they can't disburse the home loan against that property, why they should have taken the case and even charge processing fee also along with stamp paper fee.         My name is Suresh Thevan, holding account (Customer ID[protected] in Axis Bank Kochi Branch. I am currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. So I had the following requirements. 1. I wanted to change my normal account to NRO account and replace the profile mobile number and Net Secure number with my overseas number ([protected]). 2. Open an NRE account and add my overseas number as Net Secure number. After a long follow up of almost six months, I got my new account opened. I was happy when I got the following. 1. Existing account changed to NRO account. 2. New NRE account opened with my overseas number ([protected]). But even after getting all this, I am not able to do anything from my both account. 1. Existing account Net Secure number has not changed. Because of this I am not able to do any transaction in my NRO account. 2. Even after updating mobile number in new NRE account I am not receiving any message. I tried two three times and waited for 10-15 Minutes, even after that I did not receive any SMS at all. 3. Again when I received my ATM kit i noticed my email id is updated wrongly as [protected]@rediffmail.com which is wrong. My correnct email Id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. All my communication emails are from this email only. Now I am not receiving any email alert, not receiving any SMS... nothing.. Even I am trying to follow up, nobody even cares at least to respond the email. Thanks for making customers happy with these kind of services. Now I am trying to follow up by email and phone calls nobody is responding even after so many emails. And also the executives are disconnecting phone calls as soon as they identify my Id. Now I am not able to use any of my money in my account. After all this I wanted to transfer all the money and close my account in axis bank. But even for that email I didnt get any response.           Hello, My account is now frozen (credit frozen). Reason as per them is minimum balance not maintained. 1. My account is Savings account i.e., It can hold zero balance. I can see online Account Type is shown as 'Savings' but Customer Care is claiming that it's Salary Account hence can't maintain zero balance. 2. Without issuing me warning that MY MINIMUM ACCOUNT BALANCE IS NOT MAINTAINED THEY STARTED DEDUCTING CONSOLIDATED CHARGES' 3. I am out of country. They are taking this as benefit and keep on deducting charges from account. Despite of submitting online form for un-freezing credit with scanned copy of valid ID and address proof they aren't activating my account 4. Since my credit is freeze I cannot go and deposit money so that my account minimum balance is maintained. 5. The worst customer care of Axis Bank is not responding with any solution. PLEASE PROVIDE ME SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE. What will happen to my account once it gets to ZERO? Bank is eating my money despite of my eagerness to activate account. But since BANK want to eat whole money it is not helping me with the solution I don't understand whether BANK has never faced this type of scenario or it's there strategy?

            Hi, My DMAT client id : 1730042 has been debited an amount of Rs.732 INR as maintenance charges in the month of Apr 2015. I have given a complaint(Complaint number :[protected] regarding this and there has been very little response off late. The response from your executive was like amount will be refunded from madhapur branch hyd, but I have not received any response.               sir, I AM A GOVT. EMPLOYEE. MY SALARY ACCOUNT IS WITH AXIS BANK LAW GARDEN BRANCH AHMEDABAD. I HAVE WITHDRAWN FROM THE SAME BRANCH ATM A RS. 3000/- ON 5-5-2015 BUT WITHIN TWO MINITES MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED RS.3000/- + 30, 000/- AND MY BALANCE REMAINS ONLY RS.251/- MY TOTAL SALARY HAS BEEN LOST. HOW CAN I SURVIVE MY FAMILY FOR THE MONTH? I HAVE FILED COMPLAIN IN THE CONCERNED BRANCH ON 7-5-2015 BUT NO ANSWER IS GIVING TO ME. IF MY LOST MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED I WILL HAVE TO FILE F.I.R.                 Further to the below text which I mailed on 3/5/15 to bank regarding joint account. No action has been taken by bank even after one week of the compliant. On 4/5/15 i again submit the required document to bank on demand and bank representative give assurance to resolve the issue within 2-3 days. I just want to know how much time bank require to resolve the matter. "I have account in Jamnagar branch and submitted all the necessary documents required for the joint account on 19/11/2014. Many times I asked to bank representative for the confirmation of joint account but got same answer ?it is under process and will be complete within two three days?. I really surprised for such sluggish service and ignorance of customer request by a reputed bank. Even after 5 month if axis bank is not able to process valid customer request then it becomes a question mark about bank service. I apply for the joint account in some another bank on same day and was processed within one week. I hope for the positive action will be taken by bank immediately."                   My Self Davinder Singh, I had been same problem as consolidate charge without any notificaiton. When i asked they are saying we charged you for the Demat account and for the deactivation i gave application last year as well but they charged again . My friends, my email id is davinder.[protected]@hotmail.co.uk . I am going to file a case against this beggar bank . If they need beg they can ask directly and we indian always try to help . If any of my friend wanna with me please email me . photo proof will update later and will show in the court, i am not in the city ..

                        I Joined To axis bank by my Company which is Mumbai based so they open account in mumbai i was working in chennai, after 3 week i get first axis bank kit, in which i get a atm card not a debit card which is written on top of card i dont know the difference, and in the welcome sheet my mobile number and email id is wrong, so i went to nearest branch i passed my address proof and updation slip, they told with in 2 days i will be updated, no no still it not updated in the middle i went 3 times, later they inform my proo[censored]pdated not this . are they joking . i was thinking what a social dumb technology they use. then yesterday 4/7/2015 i receive a atm 4 digit security key, i was eager to change my number using atm machine when i enter the 4 digit key it replies my key was wrong.. i cant reply the atm machine it was from axis bank. i will say from my experience axis one of the worst of all india's bank domain. poooooooooooooor

                          I have a salary/savings account since April 2014. I had applied for a new ATM debit card in Nov 2014 at HSR Layout branch in Bangalore and had not received the card in 2 weeks. Then I called customer care and registered a complaint for that and was told that I will receive update in 10 days. After 10 days I called again for update and the tele-executive said that the complaint was registered incorrectly. So she registered a complaint for a bad complaint over an application. After some days I wrote to the regional manager as well as the zonal manager asking their explanation over such poor service, hoping that this time I should get my ATM card. It has been six months now and have not heard anything from their side. Their poor service does not end here only. I have at times faced issues in the middle making payments and logging in to net banking. My customer id[protected] and only hope that I get my card until I have an account with them.

                            Dear Branch head, I am very sorry to say that service of axis bank is so poor. This is the worst experience i am geeting from any private bank. I have visited to your swastha Vihar, Delhi Branch on 27th april 2015 for reissuing the debit card as the existing card was not readable in the ATMs. The New Insta debit card was issued to me on 29th april 2015 and was committed that it will get linked to my account within two days but till 5th may it is not been linked to my account number due to which all my transaction are stopped. I am complaining the same issue with your customer care but didnt get any response from there also. It is to remind you that no one is that much free that he/she would be visiting to your branch again and again.Hopping that it would be resolved by tomorrow.                             It has been over a month i have opened my new salary account in axis bank and my debit card is not working yet. I have submitted my documents again to the bank agent as requested but still they haven't managed to get my card working. This is causing me a lot of inconvenience i would request you to solve the problem ASAP. I did not excepted this type of service form axis bank VERY DISAPPOINTED .

                              This is regarding the payment which i have made on 30 March 2015. The same day the amount was deducted from my ICICI account and credited to Axis bank. also this transaction is appeared on my statement and the outstanding balance was transferred successfully on the due date. But surprisingly, when i got the statement this month the Interest & charges were applied approx 1000 Rs. These charges are totally wrong because i have made a payment of full amount on same day and it is clearly reflected in axis bank statement. Could you please help and reverse the amount.                                 Hello, I would like to bring this to your notice that I am being charged on credit card. I was not at all interested to take the credit card however the bank officials constantly calls me to take credit card. After giving offer stating that this card is completely free and no documents is required. They clearly stated that no joining fees and no annual charges as it is an offer. Later on they send the statement with the charges. Request you to kindly look into this as I am not using the credit card and I want to submit it right away.

                                    Hi, I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, mumbai. I want to inform that they are deducting 730 Rs. in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.
