        I have applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card through Flipkart, where is was showing No Annual Fee, No Joining Fee and Lifetime free credit card but due to technical glitch the bank have issued me the paid credit card and the same was accepted by the bank.
        "We would also like to inform you that as per the bank's record you have applied for life time free credit card through Flipkart application but received chargeable credit card." As bank stated.
        I have visited the Axis Bank Branch for the same, but didn't get solution even I have forwarded them multiple emails too but bank is claiming now that I have applied for chargeable credit card. When I visited the Axis Bank branch they said that only Flipkart can provide you the solution and when I contacted Flipkart, they are saying that only bank can provide you any solution. So I am totally stuck in their policies where I am completely helpless. They have already showed Rs.590/- in monthly statement which is not applicable. Kindly help me that what should I do now.

                    Axis Bank - Amount debited but did not receive the merchant - Google Pay issue

                    Hello Team,

                    I am Swapnil Kamble.

                    I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my HDFC BANK ACCOUNT and money is not credited into merchant's account. I have checked all the payment proof of debited amount it was debited from my bank.

                      Dear sir, my home loan account number PHR[protected] on month of nov 2021 they increase my EMI tenure i enquiry with loan center ambattur branch they explain u not yet submit construction proof so we increase interest rate 7.6% to 10.5% i ask as per RBI rules three years given for plot plus construction loan but you revised 18 months how its possible . they replied its RBI rules they talk rudely . with out my request letter how they increase my EMI tenure if its rules i can pay extra emi for that revised rate of interest . so please take necessary steps to reduce my EMI tenure and if its RBI rules increase my EMI .From nov- 2021 to till date immediately

                        Im account holder of axis bank limited. bank has un necessary issue debit card without my intention and deducted annual charges.
                        axis bank has issue Three (3) debit card i i respect of my a/c no [protected] and 3 times annual charges deducted in consolidate manner form last five (5) year, when query raised by me to branch, bank said we cannot do anything for charges call to customer care and customer care not connected.

                        1st card no 4173 XXXX XXXX 3426
                        2nd card no 4691 XXXX XXXX 4308
                        3rd card no 6522 XXXX XXXX 2223

                        3rd card is regular used by me and valid upto march 2023.
                        1st and 2nd card is unknown to me and neither received by me and nor activate and used by me.

                        recently deducted debit card charges Rs 354 on 26 march 2022 i.r.o 2nd card no 4691 XXXX XXXX 4308 and
                        deducted debit card charges Rs 236 on 10 march 2022 i.r.o 3rd card no 6522 XXXX XXXX 2223

                        im requested to please reverse the charges of 1st and 2nd debit cards out of 3 above mentioned.

                          Let my inform you that your recovery agents are harassing and abusing me and my contacts for credit card settlement which is against the law as per the legal and law sections they cannot abuse and cannot harass but still they are doing so.. I have recorded all their calls where in they are abusing and representing Axis Bank and submitting a complaint at a police station and in consumer civil...

                          i already had a call but they said they cant do anything and i must visit the branch, i am an employee and cant visit the bank on working days.

                          If its a fraud i will not be responsible

                          Also i suppose you are also Customer support only talking to me on the behalf of Axis bank

                              Hello, recently I am getting a lot of calls from axis bank regarding flipkart credit card, apparently the person who used it has not paid the due. The name of the person is something syyed when I told them it's not me and that to stop calling me they say my number is system generated number. I told them to stop calling but they keep calling everytime and they are bullying us. It's my number i have been using it for years, I don't own any credit card, I don't have a job, I am a house wife.

                                    During first Covid wave in 2020, I lost my job and my salary stopped coming in my salary account in Axis Bank. After that I was unemployed for almost 2 years and my father became seriously sick. I was preoccupied at home and forgot all about this Axis Bank salary Account. I got re-employed this month, March 2022, and my present company has salary account in Axis Bank. Axis Bank operations executive Kapil told me that they can't open a new account and the old one only will run. Also the charges of Rs.250 are inevitable. Once my present salary comes, they will deduct this amount. For a waiver, he said I should go to the branch where my old account was opened. That's in Noida, too far off for me. This is ridiculous. They are so adamant about their charges. Although I got a message once during the last two years that they were going to convert my account into a zero balance savings account, that didn't happen. Instead Kapil (Axis Bank) advised me that Rs.250 is such a small amount; hardly something that I should crib about so much. For me, Rs.250 is hard-earned money, so it is important enough for me to protest about it and ask for a waiver of the same. Kindly get this done.
