I am Subhajit Chakraborty working for HSBC Data Processing Unit (Bangalore) applied for a Personal loan from Axis bank ltd for an amount of Rs. 5lakhs from Jayanagar 4t block branch, SonaTowers. This is to inform you the executive who processed my Loan named Swetha had collected six security cheques before even the loan was approved neither she provided any acknowledgement for the receipt of Application Form. My loan was declined, and the reason given by the executive Swetha, she told me my Cibil score is 606 whereas instantly I purchased the CIBIL Score where it is reflecting as 757. But when I showed my CIBIL Score they came up with new point stating my credit score as per internal policy is low. Questions: 1. How can the executive Swetha collect SIX Security Cheques before even the Loan is sanctioned? 2. What is internal credit score? Please find the attached Credit Score as per Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited and the Six cheques which was collected by the Loan executive (Swetha). I want a compensation of damaged cheques and a receipt of acknowledgement that my documents will not be miss used. Kindly look into the matter because Axis bank is not helping at all on the above matter after several complaints. Thanks & regards, Subhajit Chakraborty.

          Hi This is with regards to my failed transaction at SBI ATM located at DLF Phase 3 at 22:11 and 22:13 hrs for 1500 INR and 1200 INR respectively. Both the transactions resulted in "Connection timed out" and a receipt saying the same was received.However the amount of 1500 + 1200 was deducted from my account for both the transactions. I had lodged a complaint to Axis Bank customer care next day morning, Complaint reference[protected] Account details : [protected] Card numbre : [protected] Please look into the same and expedite this.             Sir/Mam, I (Anita) have my personal Women.s saving account in yours Axis bank at Dugri Road Ludhiana (Punjab) Branch.My Account no. is [protected]. Im not satisfy your.s branch service. First i want to change my Women.s account to Normal account. But they didn.t do. Then i want to close my this account. But again they had taken more than 2 months, but still i didn.t get my account closed. Also just i got my this account statement. In statement there was balance of Rs.611.80. But when i went to get this balance, i didn.t get this.My account is showing nil balance. How this is possible. In statement, balance shows, but in bank nil. This is poor service of this bank.                 Dear sir, on dated 10/10/2013 my friend deposited my IT RETURN cheque on axis bank Bhagalpur (bihar) branch on my account . but the cheque validity date is expired . and dated 10/10/2013 that cheque amount 2010 rupees coming in my accout and same day bank withdraw that amount from my account due to cheque date is expire . but till date neither my cheque is returned nor any information givern to me by any means . thats why i am unable to take return from IT department of my money. i am personnaly contact with bhagalpur branch they say your cheque is sending to gurgaon branch then i contact to gurgaon branc they say your cheque is send to jammu branch. when i contact to jammu branch they say your cheque is not coming in this branch . due to this type of system of axis bank i hrassh badly .my account no is [protected] .                         I had applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application. The application reference number is 3513160. I had done the online payment of registration of Rs.100150/- through Axis bank net-banking on 25.09.2014 through Axis Bank account no. [protected] in the name o[censored]rmila Mittal. The address of Axis bank branch is GK-II, Delhi and having IFSC Code no. UTIB0000268. I had provided the same account details for refund of money as well.                             Sir/Madam We Ekadantha Group which is locating in Trivandrum had started an Current Account in Kowdiar Branch for taking a Swapping Machine, Mr Subash Executive in Killipallam Branch make us to take the Account, Nov17th we had given the documents and 10000 cash to him, Account opened on Dec1st but as still we didn't received the Swapping Machine. Mr Ajeesh Manager for Kowdiar given promises from Dec1st onwards to allocating the machine, not happened as still and very sad to say that now not picking our phones, Kindly help us to solve this issue as we are running Baskin Robbins outlet.                                   Hi Team, I have axis bank A/C in Hyderabad they provided me a credit card, however I'm not using this credit card for this card they told me to pay annual free 300 Rs. For this credit card I didn't purchase even one rule also. Now I've open new axis bank A/C in Bangalore after few days they told we will provide you new life time freecredit card without annual charges also you no need to pay previous card annual amount, we are going to cancel that card ( Hyderabad credit card). Now they didn't my cancel my old credit card they have auto debited my credit card amount The amount has been reached more than 2000 Rs can you plead take action on this Credit card number [protected] Name reddy chaithanya

                                    I applied for a loan of amt Rs 3lacs and get sanctioned 7 Days back sir.Till now i didnt get the amount credited sir.today i got sms like " emi of rs7294 acc PPR[protected] is due on 5-01-15 .Pl do necessary to get money credited to my account at sbi.Also i got sms that I have tp pay EMI by 5th january, 2015.I am getting anxiety and fear.

                                      Dear Sir ATM at Lakhubhai Chowk, Kalvibid, Bhavnagar, Gujarat has not been functioning properly since last 1 year. Following are the problems being faced frequently by customers, 1. The transaction slip/statement cannot be obtained many times. 2. Mini statement cannot be obtained many times. I tried to get this on 2nd Jan at 7pm and it could not be obtained. 3. ATM is non operational frequently and we have to travel far off to other ATM. Above problems are faced regularly in this Axis ATM and either it needs replacement or through repair. With new conditions now that charges will be taken for certain transaction's of other bank ATM, it has become important that Axis Bank ATM is maintained perfectly.
