I paid property tax on e Nagar Palika, Govt. of MP web portal, Payment was processed through Axis Bank Easypay. I made the payment by UPI mode, Amount Rs 1966 got debited from my bank account, I have not got any receipt or proof of payment. The property tax of amount Rs 1966 is still showing due.

    I applied for Gold Loan around Jan'22 end and received approx Rs 56000 in my account. After a week, when I went to Axis SahakaranagarBranch Bangalore, I met Bharathi M N ([protected]), who issued the Loan amount, to request her to deposit Rs10000 against my loan. To my surprise she asked me for Welcome card ( I don't remember receiving it) and on request, she gave me my Loan account number with one digit less. [protected]. I am highly apprehensive of my Gold and mental health with this fishy experience. I need clarification and specifics .

    Hi, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Regret the delay in reply. We understand that you visited the branch and asked for partial deposit of cash amounted 10000, then later you were asked for the closure of gold loan process. so our staff Ms Bharathi asked you GDR copy so you got misunderstood about closure and partial payment and Ms Bharathi given a correct loan account number. Further, we understand that Branch Official contacted you and clarified about the gold account number process and resolved. Regards, Team Axis Bank.
    The Loan account number I agree, is correct. But I don't understand the closure request. Who said, I was there for closure. And how can I, coz they said at the time of application that the tenure of loan is for a year. Kindly explain why is the closure request in the picture ? I was there for partial payment of Rs 10000. Period.

      Cust id[protected] .Hello, i am trying to contact Axis bank to request to enable my internet banking login id due i cant maintain my balance they always tell me to do it online and when ever i try it it shows an error the service is not available. Secondly there customer care offered me a debit card upgrade which doesn't have much diffrence compared to my current card they are going to charge 700rs for that my.. Now i request for them to close my account but no response.. the problem is i am currently residing aboard and i cant visit the branch. And also they arent able to change my mobile no..

        I have been writing to axis bank since last month to cancel EMI, which they are debited wrongly, I visited thier nearest branch, without understanding my problem they sent me to their credit card office, I visited their only find out they deal with credit card after waiting for 45min they sent me back with nodal officer mail id, I have written chain of mails to nodal officer, principal nodal officer only to receive automated mails mostly and a reply from so called PNO stating that, they acknowledge the problem and refunded 118rs against 3, 307.69, again I wrote a mail with, proper document showing I don't have ongoing EMI and bank statement since then no reply just automated emails and again this month on 4/3/2022, they have deducted 3, 307.69rs, adding upto 6, 615.38rs, I'm requesting you to help me with this

          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

          I have a running personal loan with Axis Bank last 4 digit 9132 and couple of month back I have requested bank for restructuring and moratorium regarding and presented by inability to pay the EMI.

          Since last 3 days they scheduled collection agent visit at home. And it's ladies employee threatening to come at home with legal team and leave only after collection. Called several times and saying you have pay any how else tomorrow our team will be there.

          Even saying you have to arrange some amount and some we will pay from our end due to our closing you may return it to couple of day later.

          Sir, I have already raised concern regarding payment and bank not ready listen.

          Please help and advice bank to behave in good manner. It's very bad experience with Axis Bank.

            As already mention the bank that due to jobless and shortage of fund not in condition to pay the EMI of two personal loan :-
            ● Loan A/c no. PPR[protected]

            so I request to the bank that please give me one week time as I am regularly doing the payment till last month but there agent MR. KHATRI +[protected] not having any knowledge that he can't reveal the loan detail to third person so he misbehave and lied that my phone is not reachable so its request please take immediate action on him and till that he must not visit to my home or else I am going to take action on bank

              I had a salary account in Axis bank in 2019 and i left the job but am using that account regularly and my account balance was 3k approx till yesterday but today suddenly my account balance shows -25698.19 the amount is going negative without any information which is against RBI rules. So Please waive off the neagtive balance to continue the account.

                      Application is not working in my phone. Everytime it shows your account has been terminated. Whenever I call axis support everytime reply is your account is active now you can continue after this call. But after call whenever I try to login it says same message.

                              This is in continuation with my message regarding the not working of my FORX card in fact it worked only once . I have checked on website and it all OK .
                              I am sorry to say that I have trusted the Axis Bank more than required, and now I am paying for it.
                              Sooner than later, I will transfer my bank account to better service provider here or anywhere else .
                              Please let me know the procedure for
                              1 To close the bank account, remotely.
                              2 Getting it transferred out of Rawatbhata, remotely .

                                  My Axis Credit Card is not working.
                                  The error message being shown is "Your Mobile Number is not updated with us for online transactions"

                                  I tried all the different methods like
                                  Axis Mobile - Services & Support - Services - Update Mobile Number

                                  Set the pin using the Mobile App, Readjusted the domestic transactions limits.

                                  I contacted the customer care centre twice and which didn't resolve my issue.

                                  Please resolve this issue ASAP

                                      I've jobless and hence salary is not credited since 8months but my account is still salary account and axis bank is charging me 100 rupees per month. This is ridiculous cz after 3months of no salary, the account should be saving account. I've also received sms but still it's showing slaary account. I've tried reaching branch and they are not helping me. Customer support not helping me. This is stressful for me to pay this much money without any reason. And now my account showws lean and it's not getting clearing from one month even after adding funds to it.
