Pf settlement of ex employee

I am an ex employee of Axis Bank in the name of Saumya Rikhi (emp ID-127601). I was discharged from my duties on 24.01.2022. I had submitted a request for linking my Aadhar to my UAN and correction of name from Saumya Rikhi to Saumya Khetarpal to Axis Bank CO Mumbai and the same was forwarded by them to EPFO Bandra on 09.02.2022. The same has not been updated by them till date and I am continuously getting reminders from Axis Bank HR team...

I had company provided forex card from Axis Bank. They could not renew as policies changed, & our company was fed up dealing with complaints. I tried to refund my money in euros and pounds which was more that Rs 50000. However as promised they did not consider the exchanges rates on the day, instead they refunded with buying rate that was never mentioned when I went personally to the bank. Literally 4-5 Rs of difference per euro and per pound. This is a horrible experience and no one from Axis bank -Jayanagar 4th T block branch Bengaluru wants to take responsibility. they say its system generated. Literally[protected] Rs loss for me.     I held 2 cards with Axis Bank.
    Card ending - 0758 - Credit Limit: Rs. 4, 70, 000/-
    Card ending 6819 - Credit Limit: Rs. 3, 90, 000/-

    Both cards had separate limits as demonstrated by usage of my cards, the statements and the app where it clearly shows Available credit limit.

    I applied for Magnus credit card and got it with a credit limit of Rs. 4, 70, 000/-.
    However, when I tried to swipe it for a large transaction, it was declined, stating that there is no limit. I checked on the app and it shows limit of Rs. 4, 69, 700/-.

    When I call customer care, standing at the swipe machine at the shop, I am told that the limit is a TOTAL limit of Rs. 4, 70, 000/- across all three cards now.

    This was not informed to be by anyone at Axis Bank. Nor was it mentioned in the app where till date it shows separate credit limits and separate available credit limits.
    This is also against my 2 cards earlier where there was a completely SEPARATE limit amongst the two cards.

    So this change was not brought to my attention.

    Therefore, due to this embarrassment I faced of having my card declined, and the non informing of changes in credit limit to me and the app and customer service not being in sync, I want to cancel my 3 credit cards numbers ending:
    0758, 6819 and 9793.

    Moreover, I applied for Axis Bank Magnus Card recently and was given card ending 9793. I am disputing the charges of the joining fees and WILL NOT be paying the joining fees as I do not want to keep any Axis Bank card after this behaviour of the bank.

    Moreover, I informed the bank of this on 1st March 2022, well before the 10th March Due date of the statement of this card. The service request numbers are 72286310, 72286321, 72286331.
    Till date, I have not received any call from Axis bank to discuss the issue inspite of calling on 7th March, 8th March and 10th March as well.

    So in conclusion, I do not want a relationship with Axis Bank. I am not paying the joining fees of Magnus credit card.

        Dear team,
        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number last 4 digit is 4147. I want to do settlement.
        Total outstanding is 73000 including all intrest, I am ready to settlement in 20000.

        This is to inform you that I cannot pay of full amount of outstanding, as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months.

        Kindly send settlement letter I will pay only maximum 20k amount because I have no job righ now..

              I had raised complaint regarding wrong debit of emi from my account, now got a reply from bank that, they have not received confirmation from Amazon and they are asking me to contact Amazon, I have already raised complaint in Amazon and got confirmation email that my emi is cancelled from their end, both the parties are swinging me to and fro, each party says contact the other, kindly help

                I had applied to close my account in july 2018 to mr yousuf jameel(axis bank manager 000544).1st march2022 1lakh rupees transaction credited bydefault in this account through upi by me.on 3rd march i came to know my account was not close and transfer it in another axis bank branch.my account deducted 83034.68 rupess from it in the name of charges.it is the bank's fault and give it in the charges.please help me.

                  I had received my flipkart axis bank credit card almost a month ago, following a week after i received my flipkart 500 gift voucher link as it was mentioned in joining bonus. First the link was not working i attached screenshots and emailed them then they told that they have sent the link again, but i didn't received it. I emailed them again and they sent the gift code to a wrong number.
                  This is the 5th time i have emailed them and the issue is still not resolved.

                    My Name P Rama Krishna Reddy from Hyderabad. I was having Current AC belongs to my Company in Axis Bank Champapet.

                    Axis Bank is one the worest Bank I ever seen. They got 100s of signatures while opening and then lavied 10 verities of Charges without Customer Notice. While Closing also we had a worest experience and they looted Rs.10000 on the name Bank Closing & Balance non-maintainance charges. I dont recommend Axis Bank for any kind of Saving & Current Account. It too worest.

He had said that the offer is going on on your Flipkart Axis credit card, under which your processing fee plus gst will not be charged.                               Kindly check my details because without taking any loan from axis Bank they tell me you have lien amount with clear that amount we cannot close your account and when I was going to my home branch they taking all action required for account closed but today she called me and tell me you need to pay lien amount for that you need to go another branch..what is this ..your service is not good... really disappointed i want close my account from your bank.

                                I paid property tax on e Nagar Palika, Govt. of MP web portal, Payment was processed through Axis Bank Easypay. I made the payment by UPI mode, Amount Rs 1966 got debited from my bank account, I have not got any receipt or proof of payment. The property tax of amount Rs 1966 is still showing due.

                                  I applied for Gold Loan around Jan'22 end and received approx Rs 56000 in my account. After a week, when I went to Axis SahakaranagarBranch Bangalore, I met Bharathi M N ([protected]), who issued the Loan amount, to request her to deposit Rs10000 against my loan. To my surprise she asked me for Welcome card ( I don't remember receiving it) and on request, she gave me my Loan account number with one digit less. [protected]. I am highly apprehensive of my Gold and mental health with this fishy experience. I need clarification and specifics .

                                  Hi, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Regret the delay in reply. We understand that you visited the branch and asked for partial deposit of cash amounted 10000, then later you were asked for the closure of gold loan process. so our staff Ms Bharathi asked you GDR copy so you got misunderstood about closure and partial payment and Ms Bharathi given a correct loan account number. Further, we understand that Branch Official contacted you and clarified about the gold account number process and resolved. Regards, Team Axis Bank.
                                  The Loan account number I agree, is correct. But I don't understand the closure request. Who said, I was there for closure. And how can I, coz they said at the time of application that the tenure of loan is for a year. Kindly explain why is the closure request in the picture ? I was there for partial payment of Rs 10000. Period.

                                  I need an apology from Bharathi for the confusion. I never asked for closure. I don't accept your explanation in that regard .

                                    Cust id[protected] .Hello, i am trying to contact Axis bank to request to enable my internet banking login id due i cant maintain my balance they always tell me to do it online and when ever i try it it shows an error the service is not available. Secondly there customer care offered me a debit card upgrade which doesn't have much diffrence compared to my current card they are going to charge 700rs for that my.. Now i request for them to close my account but no response.. the problem is i am currently residing aboard and i cant visit the branch. And also they arent able to change my mobile no..

                                      I have been writing to axis bank since last month to cancel EMI, which they are debited wrongly, I visited thier nearest branch, without understanding my problem they sent me to their credit card office, I visited their only find out they deal with credit card after waiting for 45min they sent me back with nodal officer mail id, I have written chain of mails to nodal officer, principal nodal officer only to receive automated mails mostly and a reply from so called PNO stating that, they acknowledge the problem and refunded 118rs against 3, 307.69, again I wrote a mail with, proper document showing I don't have ongoing EMI and bank statement since then no reply just automated emails and again this month on 4/3/2022, they have deducted 3, 307.69rs, adding upto 6, 615.38rs, I'm requesting you to help me with this
