I have been writing to axis bank since last month to cancel EMI, which they are debited wrongly, I visited thier nearest branch, without understanding my problem they sent me to their credit card office, I visited their only find out they deal with credit card after waiting for 45min they sent me back with nodal officer mail id, I have written chain of mails to nodal officer, principal nodal officer only to receive automated mails mostly and a reply from so called PNO stating that, they acknowledge the problem and refunded 118rs against 3, 307.69, again I wrote a mail with, proper document showing I don't have ongoing EMI and bank statement since then no reply just automated emails and again this month on 4/3/2022, they have deducted 3, 307.69rs, adding upto 6, 615.38rs, I'm requesting you to help me with this
