      Application is not working in my phone. Everytime it shows your account has been terminated. Whenever I call axis support everytime reply is your account is active now you can continue after this call. But after call whenever I try to login it says same message.

        Refer to My CIBIL files indicating that there was a Personal loan for Rs.2, 500/- with an Ac No DPAFC[protected]A sanctioned on 05/12/2021. But I didn't borrow from Axis Bank. Therefore, please correct the same and notify CIBIL as well.Please deactivate account.

              This is in continuation with my message regarding the not working of my FORX card in fact it worked only once . I have checked on website and it all OK .
              I am sorry to say that I have trusted the Axis Bank more than required, and now I am paying for it.
              Sooner than later, I will transfer my bank account to better service provider here or anywhere else .
              Please let me know the procedure for
              1 To close the bank account, remotely.
              2 Getting it transferred out of Rawatbhata, remotely .

                  My Axis Credit Card is not working.
                  The error message being shown is "Your Mobile Number is not updated with us for online transactions"

                  I tried all the different methods like
                  Axis Mobile - Services & Support - Services - Update Mobile Number

                  Set the pin using the Mobile App, Readjusted the domestic transactions limits.

                  I contacted the customer care centre twice and which didn't resolve my issue.

                  Please resolve this issue ASAP

                      I've jobless and hence salary is not credited since 8months but my account is still salary account and axis bank is charging me 100 rupees per month. This is ridiculous cz after 3months of no salary, the account should be saving account. I've also received sms but still it's showing slaary account. I've tried reaching branch and they are not helping me. Customer support not helping me. This is stressful for me to pay this much money without any reason. And now my account showws lean and it's not getting clearing from one month even after adding funds to it.

                        I have a Axis bluechip fund - Regular growth with Folio number[protected] for which ECS is deducted on 1ST of every month.
                        I have purchased it from ICICI direct.

                        In feb, the ECS was presented on 31ST Jan to ICICI bank . Due to insufficient balance, it was presented on 1st Feb and the SIP amount of Rs2000 was deducted.

                        Still, ICICI bank deducted Rs 590 on 4th feb.

                        Kindly revert on [protected] as to why the ecs was presented on 31st Jan and who will refund Rs 590 ? As per RBI rule, ECS is to be presented on the stipulated date.

                          This is happening with me second time, because of covid circumstances i lost my job and not working from a long time. 1st i asked for a settlement and they agreed on 40, 000/- but after 2 days i got a settlement letter of 60, 000/-. Then again someone called at my in-laws house and their neighbor and saying this person stole money and run away. again i asked for the settlement amount of 40, 000/- but again they have sent me a letter of 60, 000/-. my family receiving calls from many numbers, i got a call from[protected] Named Amit Chaudhary, he clearly denied that no one called and i asked for 60, 000/- settlement amount which is completely false allegation against me. below are the numbers my in-laws receiving calls. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I do have some chats that he mentally harassment me to call my all the family member and threaten them until i pay 60, 000/- and the other hand the lady who sent me the settlement letter not responding to calls. her name is Manisha Bhandari her number is +91 [protected] her branch address is Axis Bank Limited I Axis House I Plot No. I-14, Tower - T2, 2nd Floor, Jaypee Greens Internal Rd, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304. Are anyone from the bank are allowed to call anyone from my friends and family's and harass them? Are anyone from axis denied that they are not from the bank after harassing my family? Are anyone allowed to make such calls and use the bad language? I am willing to pay 40, 000/- which i promised and confirmed by the with the person who called me on WhatsApp from [protected] named Pratik Walia.

                            Charge Penal interest without any reason

                              Axis bank payment advise and email can be used for cyber crime. Recently we received payment advise with our company name as beneficiary, but the account number was bogus. This account number is not that obvious as it is marked with xxxx. Upon receiving this mail we initially thought that payment has been made as our company name was clearly mentioned as benefeciary. But on close inspection we noted it has a bogus account number. We trusted this email advise because it comes from axis bank email id, with names mentioning reserve bank of india. We nearly delivery a huge amount of consigment trusting to a "client"these payment advise. The client keep arguing that payment has been made. Finally the payment was reversed to the original account

                                Loan type they mentioned "other"

                                The information reads type of loan 'other' vide loan number [protected] from AXIS BANK and status as Written off for Rs.NIL/- and the loan amount is also NIL. I had never taken any loan /credit card from AXIS BANK and had it written off/defaulted.

                                I have written to cibil customer care also about this and have not received any reply yet. I would like to take this up with consumer court if I don't receive an update.
