Myself S.A Paul PGT Physics K.V No. 2 AFS Chakeri kanpur had applied for FD for Rs. 1 lakh(50 thousand each), in above Bank on 31st May 2012
outof my SB account. The money was withdrawn on same date and FD's were made and dispatched at my address but till date no certificates are recieved. Bank says that the certificates have been dispatched but no certificate is recieved.
Kindly take neccessary action at the earliest and do the needful.

    On Dated 19.03.2012 time 7.02 am trying to withdraw Rs : 100/- and 400/- but the transction was unsuccessful due to their was a minimum withdraw of Rs : 500/- but after 5 minutes and i cancelled the transction. I got an SMS of RS : 2000/- debited from my Account it is a SBI ATM Machine technical fault.But after a long follow up to Axis Bank and SBI Bank their is no response and no any kind of help from bank

    One of our customer a/c no [protected] named as Aamir Shaikh was trying to withdraw cash from SBI atm for Rs.2000/- dt 19/03/2012 time 19:02pm. There was error in the system & cust has not ben received money & get receipt contains message that SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS, but customers a/c has been debited for the same amount on same date & same timie. We have lodge complaint, iD[protected].We got revert from the CCRS dept as SBI has been rejected the same complaint as the same transaction is successful.
    As per customer concern, he has not received money. Kindly revert immidiately.Please find scan image of receipt.

      I have got a call from [protected] on[protected] as per the call it's from police control Delhi and told me that there is an arrest warrant in my name and going to provide the details to local police to arrest me. Then he gave me a no. [protected] said name Advocate Malik, i called him and he informed to deposit Rs. 5416/- in Axis Bank CC immediately and gave continuously follow-up to deposit the same to stop the warrant.

      I had taken a credit card in past and have used Rs. 10000/- against which i had made payment of Rs. 16000/- and have the receipts for the same. there is no issue for the same but how can this Banking personnel call in the name of Police and Advocate to afraid people? Kindly take an action to stop this kind of ridiculous & fake calls which can spoil the impression of our Police Department to which we have proud a lot.

      I just want to request all the consumer not to use any product of AXIS Bank and specially the Credit Card.

        I was working for axis bank washim branch for almost 1yr 5 months it has been six months to live this job i still havent received my pf amt inspite of many follow up with hr its still pending i have submitted all documnts whilr lieaving job and resubmitted when demanded by hr
        Now they are saying they want more 45 days i want compensation for it they have relied after my approaching to them
        The HR havent had courtsey to receive the call or reply to mail

          Hi,

          Having been a Priority Customer of Axis Bank, I would strongly recommend anyone from using this.

          The Relationship Managers dont care about the customer or what can be done.

          Any specific reqeusts get the same attention as that of any other customer.

          Strange but true - customer service levels aren't the relationship manager's priority.

            This is in regards to Home Loan Approval No.
            PH_LNPHG_FLOATING/771547/RAC-DELHI RAC/12 -13, Nobody is responding to
            my complaint for long time now, Bank has denied to provide the loan at last
            moment even after approving it, they even didn't refused and kept us
            on hold for very long time which lead us to pay huge plenty to builder
            because of delay in Builder Demand, Our all efforts, time and money got
            wasted that we put approving this loan and got suffering by paying extra plenty,
            so request you to look into the matter and get processing charge and
            extra plenty compensated on priority basis before I seek any Legal
            Assistance on this, AXIS bank and their services are worst in all, I
            will make sure nobody in my knowledge gets victim of Axis Bank and will
            publish this experience all public sites, Social sites and consumer form how
            AXIS bank makes fool of their consumers.

              opaque charges on saving account

              Hi,

              My account is charged during month endings in a non-transparent manner. On some months is Rs 100/- then next month is Rs 200/-. I went to my bank branch and aked them to explain their charging methods and presented to them my previous sets of complaints. to my utter surprise, he replied that my atm can be used only 3 times...

              Dear Sir,

              I have taken a home loan of Rs. 35 Lacs from AXIS BANK , RAC NOIDA for purchase of a flat in name of myself and my wife Mrs. Shilpa Sharma in Krescent Homes, Jaypee wish town , Noida.

              My power home loan account no. is
              PHR[protected] and customer ID is [protected]

              JayPee wish town Noida is charging interest of amount Rs. 12657.55 on account of delayed payment of Rs 35 Lacs received by Jaypee from Axis Bank as disbursal of home loan amount.

              Jaypee has refused to waive off this interest.

              As regards the liability to pay this amount, the same lies squarely on Axis Bank, as they delayed payment of Rs. 35 Lacs to Jaypee; the due date fro which was 28 Jan. ,2012 but they deposited the cheque only on 08.02.2012.

              Jaypee OFFICE HAS said that the cheque no. 944009 dated 30.01.2012 of Rs. 35.00 Lacs dated was received by them only on 08.02.2012 and as a result, a penal interest of Rs. 12657.55 has been levied. They have refused to waive off this interest.

              This cheque of Rs. 35.00 Lacs was to be paid by AxiS Bank directly to Jaypee and as such Axis Bank is responsible for the delay and hence should pay up the amount of Rs. 12657.55 to Jaypee.

              More shockingly, AXIX Bank has charged a sum of Rs. 11340/- from me on account of interest on advance disbursals which I understand is the interest for the period 30.01.2012 to 09.02.2012 and was paid by me vide cheque no. 208082.

              Thus, I have suffered a double penalty for no fault of mine. The fault lies squarely with AXIS BANK.

              In these circumstances, AXIS BANK SHOULD either pay Rs. 12657.55 to Jaypee or refund Rs. 11340/- to me.

                    Hi,

                    This is let all the consumers know that AXIS Bank is one of the worst bank to operate. They unnecessarily charge for no fault of customer and easily get away. i spend almost 6 months trying to get answer for the deduction done to my account but no response from any of them including supervisors.

                    I finally pre-closed my loan account. As i was talking to my colleagues yesterday i learnt they have also faced similar issues with AXIS Bank and is unable to get response.

                    They give hundred and one promises before they sell their product and then customer has to chase them up once they sell.

                      Home loan reference no. PHR[protected]

                      Worst service ever faced in my life.
                      I recommend any public/government bank far better than Axis Bank service.

                      Every Month there is a harassment call for not paying EMI,though given ECS Mandate form signed thrice.
                      For the past 7 months,I am paying EMI through Cash or Cheque.

                      This makes my credit history worst.

                        I applied for a personal loan in mid June and after some round of verification, Axis Bank says the loan has been approved (mind it!) and and on 27th June I signed the agreement and gave 24 post dated cheques to the Gachibowli Barnch and they said I will get the loan within couple of days. After 7-10 days of waiting to hear back from them, I started calling the DSA/DSE Suresh but he doesn't even bother to pickup the cal. When I visited the the bank then they are saying the process is still not done because of some permanent address related issues. How come they give this kind of foolish reasons after they say the loan is approved and take cheques. Now, after a long wait, Suresh is saying they have couriered the draft on Monday (I don't believe this guy actually) and NOT received the draft yet. I don't know how many days I need to wait for a BlueDart (as per Suresh) delivery.

                        If this is the service when you are selling a new product, I can guess what kind of service I can get once loan is disbursed (not sure though it will happen or not).

                        One thing for sure, I had a feeling that only ICICI is big **** but they are not alone. I will at least close my 5 year old Axis savings account for sure just for my mental satisfaction.

                          Three out of six ECS refunds received. Three more ECS refunds are awaited.

                          Contacted Mhada enquirey : MHADA Asked me to contact Axis bank where application was submitted.
                          Contacted Axis Bank Pimpri Office : Bank asked me to write to customer care.
                          Mailed to Axis customer care : It has asked me to sepak to customer care online and speak to MHADA.
                          Spoken to customer care online support Asked to contact Again to Mhada Office.

                          So it seems going in loop and till date no refund received.

                            I have applied for personal loan in the Local branch Udaipur. Have provided all the documents requested by the local branch and also requested that this is very urgent and please do not give any excuse after submitting all the documents. They committed to process the loan in seven working days, inspite o[censored]rgency I have agreed and assured by the axis bank that It will get process as per commitment.I have waited for seven days and was continuously trying to get the details if my loan is under process or not but never gets the feedback. The people does not have atticate to talk also. Now when I lost my patience on them, then they are giving me such stupid excuses that my documents are not complete.

                            As a loyal customer from past two years, I have first time applied for the loan and got such a disgusting services. I am totally disheartened and will try not be a part of Axis Bank ever.

                            A word of mouth really works a lot...............

                              I am a customer at Axis Bank Dehradun , in past 2 month I am not able to access my account due to net banking related matter after customer care support finally I approached to the branch and fill the desired format at branch required to get necessary inputs brom bank for net banking but I am noticing a strange approch of employee as they are just pretending to help but past 25 day's I could not det the inputs from bank every time when I contact branch get a fresh promise but these promise without action will not help me out from my issue and I am unable to make the pending vital transactions from my account .
                              Kindly look into this and extend your necessary support in this matter .

                              Axis Bank Personal Banking forces the user to use a obsolete version of Java. This is extremely dangerous as Java recomends usage of the latest version for security reasons. Therefore, Axis Bank is deliberately exposing customers unauthorized access to their bank accounts. I am an Axis Bank customer Account number[protected] and have emailed Axis Bank customer care many times to rectify this issue but they do not even bother to respond.

                              Axis Bank should not understand that none of the new browsers like IE 9, Firefox 6, Chrome work with Java 6 update 21 and customers like me have immense difficulty in accessing their accounts. I have to borrow one of my employee's XP computer to access my account.

                              I am having a saving bank account at Axis Bank , after transferring my account from Rishikesh to Dehradun I could not access my account in bank I complained and got new log in ID and password those password and log in ID couldn't work further I approached to the bank for this matter I was told to contact customer care further I was advised to submit a request in Bank for online PIN generation that too I submitted in bank but in last 15 day's no response and mail from bank . I am disappointed with such lethargic service as this process is taking last two month what bank is claiming the professional service which is in fact very poor .
                              Bank has to improve the customise service ...
                              Last one and half month no action taken by Bank even the PIN delivery charges debited from the account which I never got physically or as on date enclosing a account detail showing the debit from account ?

Sahil sir ne mere sare document liye aur use final kiya tha maine unse pehle hi kha tha ki mujhe net banking bhi sath ke sath apply kar do unhone kha ki sath ki sath hi apply kar dete hai jab aapko welcome kit milegi tab apka account aur net banking sath hi chal jayegi lekin jab mujhe aaj 6 april ko welcome kit mili to usme debit card nahi recieve hua to maine costmer care se baat ki to unhone kaha ki aapki taraf se debit card apply nahi kiya hoga isiliye aapka debit card nahi aaya to sir bina debit card ke net banking kaise chalau aap hi bata dijiye 20 din ho gaye mujhe account ke pichhe bhagte hue batao aab main kya karu ye sab SAHIL SIR KI GALTI HAI agar sath ke sath net banking nahi chalani thi to pehle hi finaal kar dete main account hi na apply karta. ya to mujhe 7 or 8 aprial tak debit card issue hota hai to thik hai nahi to aap mere account band kar dijiye mai kisi aur bank main account open karva loonga thank you

                                Hi,

                                This is a complaint which I want to address about Axis bank services. I lost my debit card on 08Apr2012 and I request for a replacement card on 16 Apr 2012 at Noida-63 branch. I got my debit card only after around 1 month and that too after so much follow ups and going to my branch office at Noida-16 personally and till that day I am still waiting for my ATM pin. Its being 2 and half months now and I still didn't get my ATM pin. I have called customer care and below are my request numbers.
                                On 24th may : 6378254
                                on 31 may : 6401094

                                Every time they said that the pin was not delivered because of address issue. I have given my office address for communications and i received all my important mails and courier at this address except for Axis bank(debit cards and pin).


                                I also fill up the grievance form 2 times(3631449 and 3616125) given at Axis bank site but my problem isn't resolved yet.
                                I don't know what to do now as I can not use my ATM card for my own money and I have to take the money from my friends for my survival.

                                I know that instead of this complaint my problem wont be resolved soon or may be never but I am writing it only to notify higher authority of Axis bank and other people about their services. I have no other option left except to close this salaried a/c and open a new a/c to some new bank(hope they dont have services like this bank). Also I will address this issue to my company officials too so that they can know that how their employees are suffering for their own money.

                                Hope this complaint will save other people from Axis bank trap and help other customers to resolve their problems.

                                  I WAS VISITED ON 28/3/2012 AT AXIS BANK, MP NAGAR BRANCH, BHOPAL & ENQUIRE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BALANCE & ISSUED THE CHEQUES ACCORDIND TO BALANCE AVAILABLE. AS MY ACCOUNTS ARE NOT IN OPERATION SINCE LONG TIME , I ASK THE BANK EXECUTIVE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT STATUS ( ACTIVE OR DE- ACTIVE), AFTER GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM HER THAT THE ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE I ISSUED CHEQUES FOR LIC POLICY & REPAYMENT OF HOUSING LOAN TO GETTING THE TAX BENEFIT, BEFORE ISSUING THE CHEQUE I RE-CONFIRM FROM BANK EXECUTIVE AS THE CHEQUES ARE IMPORTANT, SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE CHEQUES WERE PASSED.

                                  AFTER ONE MONTH I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM UNION BANK ( FROM WHERE I AM GETTING HOUSING LOAN) THAT THE CHEQUES WHICH WAS DEPOSITED BY ME FOR RE-PAYMENT OF HOUSING LOAN WERE BOUNCED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT BALANCE. I WAS SHOCKED & RUSH TO AXIS BANK. WHEN ENQUIRE ABOUT DISOWNERED CHEQUE, SHE TOLD ME THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS DORMENT.

                                  TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CORRRESPONDANCE FROM BANK & DUE NEGLIGENCE OF BANK I AM NOT ABLE TO GET THE TAX BENEFIT.

                                  YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TAKE NECESSORY ACTION REGARDING THE SAME,

                                    I wanted to open saving bank A/C with axis bank for the same i provided all required documents for KYC on 14.06.12 it has already been almost 15 days i still have nether got my A/C number nor a welcome kit. I was promised by the executives that it would take take hardly 7 days to get welcome kit but i am still waiting for my A/C number & welcome kit when i call to their toll free number and speak to the customer care associates they simply say sorry and tell me to call after two hrs as the system is down i have been calling to their call center but i am yet to get any favorable response

                                      I am an army officer presently serving in Nashik applied for housing loan of Rs 10 lac in axis bank, Kumari Talkies, RK Plaza, T Nagar, Rajhmundry. I had applied for the same loan in the month of Apr 1st week but so far there has been no response from their office. On asking the present status, they are always coming up with the excuse that it is under process. After a long wait and frustration, somewhere on 25 or 26 May 2012, when I asked the concerned loan executive, he said the sanction of loan is not possible because you are serving in Nashik and there is no RAC bank within the radius of 60 kms from your office and residence and hence we are unable to verify your residential and office address. When I asked them strongly that, 'if such a hindrance was there you shouldn't have accepted the documents of loan initially, why have you taken so much of time to come up with the reason for not sanctioning. it is ridiculous that Axis bank, Rajhmundry is unable to verify the office and residential address of govt officer serving anywhere in india'. I gave them each and every document what they asked for alongwith the cheque in advance for processing fee.

                                      After this incident, the executive suddenly called me and said your documents are correct and complete in every manner and is likely to be sanctioned now as we have located one RAC bank nearby your location. Again they asked for self attested latest pay slip and a copy of bank statement. I had submitted that also. Whereas, they have not shown interest in sanctioning the loan so far. Now, when, I am asking the reasons for delay, the executive is always assuring me that it will be sanctioned within 3 or 4 days and giving contradictory statements and replies. On the other hand he is telling my agent who helped me in purchasing the plot in suvarnabhoomi venture that, the sanction of loan is not possible as he is serving in Nashik. They have wasted my time and money as well. Had they told me initially that the above loan cannot be sanctioned as you are serving in Nashik, I would have had looked for some other source. This bank may have to compensate my time and money if loan is not sanctioned end of the day.
