Hi Team,

I got a call from axis executive. Her name is Nidhi[protected] from 0015 Green Park Delhi branch. She told me that my Flipkart axis credit card has been upgraded to neo credit card which will charge rs. 250+taxes from me as a joining amount.
Instead o[censored]pgrade axis Bank issued a new card which is Neo card.

I told her that my postal address is not updated with my account . So she said me that I'll provide her the recent address and she will update the address from her end send that card to new address.
Ref Number:- 701014

However the card was sent to my old address and I didn't receive it.
Instead o[censored]pgrade the card, a new card was issued. this i came to know when I was notified for the bill amount of rs.295/-.
I want to block this card now as I am not owning the card but I have paid amount of 295/-

Query:- As I have already paid amount of rs.295/- for the card which I'm not owning. How can I get back that amount?

Note:- Please ask your executives not to misguide the customers.

    Axis Bank Officials Mr. Rahul (Mob.[protected]) & Ms. Vibha (Mob.[protected]), have take Rs. 11, 000/- from us in October 2021 for opening our company's current account but did not opened the same. After that we had asked them for repayment of our money so they have provided us a demand draft for the same amount in favour of some other company not in favour of our company. After that we asked them to repay our amount in cash in lieu of DD as the DD was of no use for us so they had taken DD back and promised us to repay our money within contemporaneous 1-2 days. But from October 2021 till yet we have not received a single penny. We are following us on almost daily basis but they are just astraying us by making excuses like 'tomorrow you will get the money or today you will get the money and they are just fooling us around. Kindly, help us getting out money back.

      Dear Team,
      Please note on Monday I was travelling from airport to home in morning 8:00 am with my family. Four members from.recovery team has covered me in front of my car and started threatning me and they sit in my car and talled me to follow his car. And they take me to the office without saying anything. And they were so abusive with me and I have to give my car to them without taking any action at that point of time. I was not having any information that my two EMI's were pending. Not even received a single information or notice from the department. Also the emi's which were pending is from covid time and due to loss of job in covid period was not able to pay the emi. Due to which you have already charged us the interest and which we are ready to pay. But now when we visit your axis house in Noida 128 they were so ill mannered staff who sits there and they were misbehaving with me and my wife. When we were talking to one person all foilur of them speaking in between and all of them were very rude. They don't know how to speak with the customer. If you people are hiring staff like them definatly no one will like to visit your axis bank ever.

      We were their to give the balance money and they end up all the things in pushing and abusing in the axis house.

      Firstly no one can take our car in the middle of the road and secondly when we are their in the bank to clear all our dues and you staff is too too tooo tooo rude with us which is not acceptable at all.

      Not even a single person i have cmae accross whom I can speak.

      I have visited yesterday and today as well and I met with 4 different person and all of them were saying something different.

      And the last person who call himself a manager over there he told us that you have to visit the court and you have to bring a releving letter from court.

      But can you tell me why should I visit a court when I have done nothing wrong. And why should I waste my daily time in payimg your dues. I have never seen such activity with any other bank.

      This is not acceptable with a reputed bank.

      I hope you take this case as serious as it is.

        I took loan of 200000/- in 2018, i paid few emi on time But due to job loss and covid i was not able to pay then last week bank ask me for settlment and told me to pay 90000 on or before 20 feb 2022 then i said i have just started new job and cannot pay 90000 together i said i can pay 10000 per month as my salary is only 20000 but they denied for same and started harresing me and abusing me and debt collector comes to my office and home after i dening them to come to my work place and its my new job then also executive came i am really stresed and harresed by them alot Ms. Ankita - [protected] / [protected] & Mr. Mohammed - [protected] ...then today 23 Feb 2022 i went to axis bank andheri to speak to Ashlesha Madam ( executive u sent me settlment email) but i was told that she doesnot comes to office and then i asked for her number but they denied to give the same i asked them to give me in writting that she is not coming to office and cannot provide her number but they denied me. The i called ankita again and told her but they are really harrsing and nor bringing mutual solution to this as i am ready to settle but in emi as full amount not possible for me to pay. i am feeling like abused, harresed and sorry to say but they doing extortion...Please Help for the same.

          I was offered an Axis Flipkart credit despite of having my zone credit card. I was contacted by the agent and was advised to apply for the new credit card accordingly I have done that under the guidance of the agent. I have received the card and was trying to using at the store it says it is having in sufficient balance, I contacted customer regarding this and was informed that both the cards has same limit all together. As a result it is basically not at useful in that way for me. but in the mobile application it shows a two different card and having two different limits now. How far is this correct? Please advise and get this sorted as I should get separate limit in the card.

            My mobile number is already registered. When i do a payment on Flipkart by credit card but i can't get otp for payment and i get a message of 'your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions'.
            I have already called customer care 8-9 times, everytime they are saying different reasons i.e. indirectly they are ignoring and doing formalities, and lastly they say to wait for an hour but still same problem.
            I have also visited the nearest branch but they told me to contact customer care.
            I don't understand, whats going on.

                  I have been using axis bank since 2018, and I have taken a credit card back way back to 2019, I always pay my due on time, but unfortunately I lost my job, and unable to pay 25000 rupees, for which axis bank has put my account into negative balance, but the due balance was 30k and within 2 days they made it 60k appx.

                  Earlier my credit card was axis flipkart card and one day customer care has call me and said my credit card has got increased in credit limit of 50000, so I agreed with them then after they sent me the same card axis flipkart card.

                  And I have 2 credit card but limit is same of 25000,
                  So I have to pay now additional charges for total limit of 25000 for 2 cards
                  and more over they have never delivered card to me.

                  now my account is showing negative balance of Rs.66, 992.46/- I'm surprised how can they do that.

                  I have made last payment on January 2022. and I told them I will pay my dues only after when they exempt that additional card which I have to pay for no reason.

                  There fraudulent act make me to loose my savings during my worst hour of having no job.

                    I deposited Rs 94, 000.00 through Axis Bank ATM Machine on Dec 12th 2021 which got successfully credited.
                    I made another deposit on Rs 24, 200.00 on same day, however ‘Money got stuck in ATM Machine’ and it stopped working.
                    I raised a complaint and they credited only Rs 19, 100.00 they were short of Rs 5100.00
                    I raised a dispute on Dec 15th 2021 that I’m yet to receive additional Rs 5100.00, dispute # - SAK[protected] with TLF 1199. However they rejected the dispute.
                    I made level 2 dispute with supervisor, dispute# - SAK[protected]. This was rejected too.
                    I’m very disappointed and upset with how Axis Bank handled my issue.
                    Vendor who fixed the ATM machine apparently confirmed there was only Rs 19, 100.00 and against my claim of Rs 24, 200.00. Even if it’s done in front of camera, it’s impossible to validate number given my vendor is accurate.

                    I know how much I have deposited. Honestly after speaking to numerous customer service, Supervisor and my complaints getting rejected. I have given up, though Rs 5100 is huge for me personally. I’ve heard quite a few negative remarks about the Bank from my friends and family that back can be deceptive, abusive to non- literate person. This time in facing the fire.I just want world to know about my incident. I will soon close my account with Axis Bank.

                            Hi I am weitting this for second time last time you didnt taken any action about my complain. I am getting calls from your recovery& througg whatsapp for minimun payment.The same people are calling me as i complain regarding them.I am not staying in that address.I already my new residence address by visiting bank.but not able to update in credit card because my credit is blocked.After i informed also they are visiting my home old adress where my old mom & dad is staying there.They are misbehaving them i have all the call records whatsapp msgs. Last time i didnt get any resoulation.the same people are visiting because i complain against them. went to bank Bank manager told me to send the mail.They are using abusive and unprofessional language and asking me to repay the amount of loan. However i already paid the 6k amount requested by the one of there team member and i do have a call recording as well. But there collection team agents are not ready to listen to that recording and threatening me to pay the amount. I paid the loan amount but it seems like How the uneducated people has joined in axis.Please do the needfull as i am scared of getting there calls visiting my old address. This is something embarassing and harmful for me and my family members.Pleas i this if I will not get any response from here i will visit police station and court because i dont have any other option.

                              Hi my name is mony sachdeva, my father is having a bank account with axis bank mukherjee Nagar.There is a cashier named aman and he is so biased.my father's he is in hospital, I came to the branch to get 5000rs cash.i gave him self check of 5000rs. After that I submitted my aadhar card..and from 50 minutes I was waiting for him.he is not able to give cash...very bad customer service..go for icici bank..they are not understanding the word emergency...very bad bank and bad people.

                                Axis bank loan number PPR[protected] paid and sent to Axis agent Abdul rahman and dinesh, . and they are sying loan is not recieved. but loan is paid in axis bank webiste got the reciept. After paid and accepted hours visting home by axis agent is not good. Already raised case with RBI Ombudsman and spoke with lawyer . But these kind of bank actiivites must close.

                                    Hi sir I have received legal notice mail from axis bank regarding my dues of personal loan. But just to inform you sir I am paying my emi regularly on time but the only matter is I am not paying through axis bank account I am using different account to pay my emi because axis bank account which I was using at the time of taking loan is salary accounts and after loosing job due to covid that accounts is not in use. But even paying my emi on time they charging me for not paying through axis bank account 450 around every month and also charging interest on this due they have deducted INR 8284.19 from my account even informing many times on phone call that why you are charging me bounce charges if I am paying my emi on time they only say you are not paying through axis bank. I have mailed them also after my amount get deducted to correct that but there was no response so I have adjusted my deducted amount on last emi now they are sending me legal notice mail. Sir please help me on this matter from my side I have already paid my full payment.

                                      Loan Recovery Agent Harrasing and Torturing my Dad Mentally

                                      My Family took an Education for me in the year 2017, worth around INR 6, 85, 000 Loan number : ELR[protected], Customer Number :[protected], My passing year was 2020, Due to the Covid, I was not Placed in any college and moreover my mom got retired the same year in feb'20. From the Year 2017 we was continuously paying our EMI's. Due to my Mom retirement and i also was unemployed, My family till then continued to pay the EMI's from their life savings from year 2020 to 2021. My family life savings got exhausted and we were not able to pay the EMI's from September'21.. From the last 6 month we were not able to pay our EMI's due to the financial condition going on and covid imacted us a lot financially as well as mentally. Last month Some Harendar Singh Loan recovery agent contacted us saying that he is ready for the settlement for INR 4, 50, 000. Initially we agreed when we start to ask for money from our relatives, Selling some of our assets. We were not able to arrange that much amount, So we clearly told us that we are unable to pay this much amount. we can pay max upto 3.8 - 3.9 Lakh INR(Around 4 lakhs). Since the time we told him this he is constantly harrasing my father, Abusing him, Saying cuss words to him, Today my father was crying because of him . He was also saying things like i would send police and arrest you, I will ruin your life . Abusing so Badly, Talking in a very rude manner. My father has a BP high Problem and he is also a senior citizen, If something happens to me father i would be telling that he would be the one responsible for constantly harrasing, abusing my father. We are not Denying to pay the amount, We are eve Ready for the settlement but the money he is asking we dont have that much. We can arrange max to max of 4 lakh. and even arranging for 4 lakh we are borrowing money from maret family friends and relatives and selling some of our asstes . such that we can get free of the loan and can live tension free.

                                        I had a credit card with Axis Bank, and I opted for settlement in November 2020. But Axis Bank's representative did not give me the clearance letter. He said I will receive it later. But I have not received it. When I checked with him, he said he left Axis bank and requested me to contact Axis bank directly. I have been contacted by many Axis Bank representatives, but no one resolved my issue.

                                        I am still getting a lot of calls, emails and messages to clear my dues. Every month one or the other person calls me asking for the payment. I told them I already settled my card and I wanted a clearance letter. They are only concerned about the payments, but they are not bothered about the clearance letter.
