I deposited Rs 94, 000.00 through Axis Bank ATM Machine on Dec 12th 2021 which got successfully credited.
I made another deposit on Rs 24, 200.00 on same day, however ‘Money got stuck in ATM Machine’ and it stopped working.
I raised a complaint and they credited only Rs 19, 100.00 they were short of Rs 5100.00
I raised a dispute on Dec 15th 2021 that I’m yet to receive additional Rs 5100.00, dispute # - SAK[protected] with TLF 1199. However they rejected the dispute.
I made level 2 dispute with supervisor, dispute# - SAK[protected]. This was rejected too.
I’m very disappointed and upset with how Axis Bank handled my issue.
Vendor who fixed the ATM machine apparently confirmed there was only Rs 19, 100.00 and against my claim of Rs 24, 200.00. Even if it’s done in front of camera, it’s impossible to validate number given my vendor is accurate.
I know how much I have deposited. Honestly after speaking to numerous customer service, Supervisor and my complaints getting rejected. I have given up, though Rs 5100 is huge for me personally. I’ve heard quite a few negative remarks about the Bank from my friends and family that back can be deceptive, abusive to non- literate person. This time in facing the fire.I just want world to know about my incident. I will soon close my account with Axis Bank.

Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, as per SR number SAK[protected], deposit for record no. 1199 is a successful transaction and amount has already been credited in customer account on transaction date and no error has been identified hence the case rejected. Regards, Team Axis Bank
