Loan Recovery Agent Harrasing and Torturing my Dad Mentally
My Family took an Education for me in the year 2017, worth around INR 6, 85, 000 Loan number : ELR[protected], Customer Number :[protected], My passing year was 2020, Due to the Covid, I was not Placed in any college and moreover my mom got retired the same year in feb'20. From the Year 2017 we was continuously paying our EMI's. Due to my Mom retirement and i also was unemployed, My family till then continued to pay the EMI's from their life savings from year 2020 to 2021. My family life savings got exhausted and we were not able to pay the EMI's from September'21.. From the last 6 month we were not able to pay our EMI's due to the financial condition going on and covid imacted us a lot financially as well as mentally. Last month Some Harendar Singh Loan recovery agent contacted us saying that he is ready for the settlement for INR 4, 50, 000. Initially we agreed when we start to ask for money from our relatives, Selling some of our assets. We were not able to arrange that much amount, So we clearly told us that we are unable to pay this much amount. we can pay max upto 3.8 - 3.9 Lakh INR(Around 4 lakhs). Since the time we told him this he is constantly harrasing my father, Abusing him, Saying cuss words to him, Today my father was crying because of him . He was also saying things like i would send police and arrest you, I will ruin your life . Abusing so Badly, Talking in a very rude manner. My father has a BP high Problem and he is also a senior citizen, If something happens to me father i would be telling that he would be the one responsible for constantly harrasing, abusing my father. We are not Denying to pay the amount, We are eve Ready for the settlement but the money he is asking we dont have that much. We can arrange max to max of 4 lakh. and even arranging for 4 lakh we are borrowing money from maret family friends and relatives and selling some of our asstes . such that we can get free of the loan and can live tension free.
