I named Mahesh receiving the Calls from Axis Bank Credit Card Department Of Raniganj Office stating that
am dafaulter of Card Payment, But infact i dont have any Axis Bank Credit Card. The lady called me was Riya from Raniganj Axis Bank Office, she was too rude on the call and not even confirmed that she is speaking to right person. even i had called to Phone banking of the bank and enquired about the same....

I have submitted dda application no. 1115772 in Axis bank new railway road,gurgaon on 23.12.2010. I have not received my dda refund till date. these people are unable to answer the DDA refund cases,how to track wheer to go,whom to contact ,no one picks the call,no one attends and guides how one would get the refund from axis,no on picks call in GK 1 branch neither any of the branch contact numbers are updated on their website.

I made a payment to snapdeal.com from my axis bank netbanking account on 5th may .The amount got deducted from Axis bank account but the payment failed . This happened twice .
The snapshots of the transactions that were made are attached for reference .The refunds of the failed payments should be processed back into my account ASAP...
