Dear Sir,
I Syed Javed Naeem is a customer of Axis Bank,Vashi Branch,account no.[protected].
I had used my debit card today at 5:47 am, in the atm of jankalyan nagar,malad,west,after I took my cash and slip,I forgot to take my card back,after few minutes when I went back to the atm,the security guard over told me,that it must have got captured in the machine,I called the customer care,who blocked the card and asked me to call the ,the banking dept.after 9'o clock,to get the status of the card,which I did,there customer care executive told me that it will reach to the nearest Axis bank branch,but when I called the Malad S V road branch,they told me to contact home branch,which holds my account.After I request them to atleast find out,the location of the card,whether it will go to the home branch or nearest branch,they agreed half heartedly.
Why can't the customer get a clear location of the card,customer care says something else,branch says something else.
Also my sugggestion is as soon as the captured card comes out of the machine,It should be updated with the customer care department,so that the customer gets to know the real location of the card.
After calling customer care 3-4 times and branch ones,I doesn't have any clue which branch to go to get my Debit card.

i have account with axis bank .also i have internet banking facility. i am trying to register for netsecure. (without net secure can not use any online transections) always coming error page. i informed to all of the banking customer support personnals but no action was taken only this bank is very worst service in the banking sector i advise to everybody dont keep account with axis bank .nobody will response for your problems
