Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am holding an account i.e. [protected] in your bank and this is reference with my application dated 7/09/2010 which I personaly gave to bank stating the complaint that I am not satisfied with your services because when I was opening this a/c in your bank I was not been informed by "Mr Sachin" who was the executive of your bank that the minimum balance of amount Rs 5000 is mandotary to maintain in acount otherwise Rs 700 will be charged. Deduction have been made continously from my account with informing me and I wrote and application to you as well regarding the same but no action has been taken yet.So I kindly request you to refund that particular amount and convert this account to Zero Balance Account. Whatever formalities are required you can let me know.

    I have book rail ticket on 03.09.2010 through MakeMyTrip. And payment done by my Debit card (Gold Card) against my account no [protected]. I have received payment details, where it shows Bank/Card Charges : Rs 79.When i telecom with MakeMyTrip they told me this is from my side. When i asked to Customer care executive of Axis bank he told me they charge around Rs 11.30/ per transaction.
    When I called at Panvel branch of Axis they told me it will credited after one or two days but it is not done. I have email communication with them but they don't give me satisfactory reply. Also when i went to Axis Bank Branch and meet Mr Dhananjoy Kumar Barnwal but it is not co-operative. Till date they are not credited my money after proper charges.

      I am banking with Axis Bank, Satna (M.P.) with Account No. [protected]. Last march bank debited Rs.1500/-+ST without any intimation. After enquiry they informed that due to non-maintaining minimum balance action has been taken. Sir, the a/c was opened under special scheme by bank providing Smart Priviledge Facility to the normal A/c applicant. But the same was converted into normal Smart Privildge Account with minimum Balance restriction of Rs.5000/- without any intimation. I applied to the bank in consultation of the Bank Manager to convert the account into normal A/c with minimum Balance restriction (quarterly) Rs.2500/-.

      Again on 25.09.2010, bank has debited Rs.2150/-+ST with the same reason although I have applied for normal saving a/c with minimum balance of Rs. 2500/-. But now the bank says I have no such account where minimum balance is Rs.2500/- and the deduction of amount from my hard earned money in the bank's custody without intimation (neither written nor telephonic) is right.

      Please do the justice and instruct bank to stop such unjustified/unauthorised practice.

        I had lost my ATM card before five months in an Axis Bank ATM.I called Costumer care and blocked the card.Next day axis bank Malappuram called me and informed that they have received my card and requested me to collect the card.I collected the card and requested them to activate,the staffs told me that I have to call costumer care for activation.I called costumer care for activation,but they wanted me to contact any branch.I contacted Malappuram Branch and submitted the request on 30th July 2010.Now it is 4 months over ,but my card is not activated.Once I checked my card in an Axis bank ATM I lost it again in the machine.Again I went to the bank and collected it.Since that I am visiting the Malappuram Branch around 10 times for this purpose.But still my card is not activated

          Early this morning I transfered Rs 281 through my Stock Trading Account (Pointer) with Ventura Securities from my Axis Bank Account. But I did not get any confirmation of transfer. Yet my Bank Account was debited and credited to some UBP XFER. I don't know what this UBP XFER is. Please Help. Regards.

          The same incident happend with me just now, I am wondering where my money is gone, I have jsut paid my CC bil Rs. 19500 but no confimation received from Axis Bank and amount has been deducted and a UBP/XFER ID shown, Please suggest.
          The same thing happened to me just. But I checked the receiver's account is credited with the money

              Hi,
              this is { Vikash kumar gupta } and I am the acc. holder of your bank in kolkata, and this friday I used your DEBIT card to withdraw Rs 10,000 and I used axis banks ATM that is located in { Bistupur near kamanicentre, jamshedpur, jharkhand }.
              problem was I entered the amout and waited for my transaction it was taking longer than usual so I pressed cancel several times and went out of the ATM as I required the money urgently, but as I entered the amount in the other ATM It showed me insufficient balance.now I wonder whether money is taken by the other User of the ATM after me or it is in the wastebox of the ATM .i tried you customer service no several times but failed to connect. please help as I am left in complete dark at this point of time.

                Respected Sir / Madam,

                My name is P.K.Seshadri Iyyappa residing at east tambaram, selaiyur and it is pertaining to a mortgage loan applied in the name of S.Srividhya to Axis bank at pallavaram branch.

                The bank advertisement details in the net shows it will be a hassle free loan, door step service etc. We have been told that the whole process will take around 15 days. but it has been more than two months and till now no response from the bank officials. This is actually after submitting all the relevant documents in time which are required.

                The staff ( may be the group which dealt our case) seem to be very casual on their approach not ensuring their responsibilities of intimating the customer regarding the status of the loan. Atleast they can answer the phones which are made to them but in vain.

                when i approached the branch two weeks ago an ASM took over my case and ensured the relevant action will be taken within 7 working days. Its been more than 15 days since then and again the same old story, NO RESPONSE.

                When i called up their AVP ( i think Assistant Vice President) he is not aware of the issue totally. He also assured me that he will respond to this but again the same story.

                Moreover it is clearly given in their rules and regulations that they need to respond to the customer not later than one month regarding the subject matter whether it is positive or negative.

                Since the requirement of money is more essential to me as we are stuck up with finishing a construction. It gives me enormous pressure and disturbing my peace.

                Now in this scenario you please suggest me what are all the possibilities or actions can be taken against those officials who are negligent, irresponsible.

                    REGARDING FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT
                    DEAR SIR I HAD SETTLE DOWN MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS PER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER OF THE COMPANY WHICH I HAD RECEIVED AND GIVEN ALL THE CHE QUES TO THE COMPANY AS PER THEIR REQUIREMENT WHOSE RECEIPTS ARE WITH ME. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME TO PAY IN 6 INSTALLMENTS AND OUT OF WHICH ONLY ONE CHEQUE GOT BOUNCED AND LATER AFTER TRYING TO CALL THE AGENCY TO COME AND COLLECT THE ONE CHEQUE AMOUNT WHICH GOT BOUNCED THEY DID NOT RESPOND AND AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF WHICH THE CHEQUE BOUNCED. I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT AS PER THEIR REQUEST. I THOUGHT THAT MY SETTLEMENT WAS DONE. LATER AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY HAVE SENT ME A NOTICE STATING THAT MY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS TO AXIS BANK AND KEPT SENDING ME LEGAL NOTICES TOO. I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM THAT I HAVE GOT THE SETTLEMENT LETTER AND AS PER THEM I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT. THEN THEY SAID THAT THE SETTLEMENT WAS CAN CELLED. JUST AFTER 1 YEAR NOW HOW COME THEY SAY THAT MY SETTLEMENT WAS CAN CELLED? THEY SAID THAT YOUR SETTLEMENT IS WRONG AND YOU HAVE TO RE SETTLE THE SAME AGAIN AND PAY FOR THE SETTLEMENT .
                    ONCE WHEN I HAD CLEAR THE PAYMENTS AS PER THEIR LETTER THEN WHY I WILL DO THE SAME AGAIN. DUE TO RECESSION I HAVE LOST MY JOB AND STILL I DO NOT HAVE JOB TO REPAY ANYTHING TO THE BANK. KINDLY HELP ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

                    Hi, My name is Anson Kinny. I have a axis bank creait card which i had settled in the month of october 2014. I had paid an amount of Rs 15000 to the agent. The agent who collected the payment informed me that this will be your last payment and i will receive the settlement letter by post in the next 7 business days. I have yet not received the letter and the collection agency keeps calling me to make the payment of the remaining amount. The amount i paid has been applied towards the total outstanding. I am tired of explaing that there is an error that has been done from the agency's end and they need to settle my account and issue me my letter. The agents who call me are extremely rude and say will get back to you on this and every alternative day i receive the same phone call to make the payment from different agents. There is no progress on the investigation. I informed them to escalate this matter to the supervisor and still nothing is been done. I am sick of these harassment calls.. please get my issue resolved

                      I am putting this complaint against AXIS Bank Home Loan dept.
                      In Nov 2009, I approached AXIS Bank for Home Loan. I purchased an apartment in Faridabad and made the initial downpayments. Then I got the Registration for the property and applied for Home Loan in

                      For loan.

                      My loan was sanctioned for around 18Lacs

                      I have submitted all the Original Documents (Agreement paper of my House) along with security cheques in the bank docket.

                      But AXIS Bank lost my documents and the disbursement could not happen.

                      Bank has already done TRI-PARTY Agreement with builder.

                      But its been more than 6 months since my application with the bank for Loan...and nothing is happening, Nobody is bothered to look into it. I am being pressurized from the builder to pay the money, which they are supposed to get as per the agreement.

                      I am not able to approach other banks for loan as well as AXIS Bank has lost my documents already.

                      Please help me in getting the loan disbursed

                        I am yogeswaran soundarrajan of NRE,I applied the home loan in Axis bank on April month and i received the loan Sanction letter on[protected]Loan Approval No. AXIS BANK/ (LNPHG)/1831/RAC-Pallavaram/10-11 ),there is a letter from my builder M/S.Prince foundation to release the first part payment as per the contract agreement and still there is no any release from the banker side,please take a immediate action to oblige with first part payment as per the loan agreement.

                        Note:This how the NRE customer are treating in your bank?

                        I have taken AXIS BANK Home loan on 12th Oct 2007. They have charge the rate of int at 11%. later they reduced the rate of interest but still my account is not refelecting with the same. Can You please help me in this or Can I get conact number of highe officials or Axis Bank's Assistant Vice-President Imtiaz Ahmed who has given the stmt about reduced rate of interest on 10th Oct (Publish in all news papers).                         I took a housing loan from AXIS bank bangalore when I was working in Bangalore. Recently I moved to Hyderabd and would like to give the change of address to get all the communication to my new address. I am not able to contact them at the number that they have provided me. I am not sure how to get this done.
                        EVEN I HAVE Faced the same problem.

                        Hi TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

                        This is Mohammed khursheed. I have applied for the home loan through Axis bank 40 days before which is in Hyderabad. The Manager Srinivas and the executives they are so reckless that they never responded to me and they have wasted my agreement time. I have been asking them my loan is approved or not. But they always told me that they it is still under process. When I went to there office and spoke to them, then they said that they need the Pahaniya documents for the last 15 years. However, they have deposited the cheque without completing the legal verification. I have requested for my processing fee and said that they will return the complete money but they have returned only Rs5000 instead of Rs 5618. I was not aware that these kind of cheap managers are running the Axis bank. None of the employee is Professional in AXIS Bank. I don’t know whether you guys can take any action against them or not. I am just writing this email to let you know the standard of your bank and the employees working in the bank. I am literally pissed of by your bank and the employees who did this kind of cheap activity.

                        I had applied for one home loan everything went through clearly all the documents were correct and all legal papers were correct but loan was not approved as per the agent saying that because of internal reasons Axis Bank is not approving Home Loans and i wasted the time on this for one week by answering there calls and cooperating with them for every question they asked if they are not willing to give they could have informed earlier only, why check all the documents and making me wait for one week and say no at the end. This is a very bad situation to me. And i didint expected this from Axis Bank.
                        Hi,

                        I have applied a Land loan on December 15th 2009 for a value of Rs.12Lakhs.

                        In my wife name we have taken loan in the month of September 2009 for 40 Lakhs.


                        But now for this loan you people are torturing from the beginning. I have not opted for MetLife Insurance now they have insisted me last.


                        When we taken a loan in the month of September its not there but now you people compelling for that. Axis bank work for MetLife or Axis.

                        Even though i have agreed for MetLife insurance they promise to give my loan on 22nd January for Registration.

                        But if i call them they inform "they are trying their best".

                        I have cancelled my Exams and waiting for my Registration if its not going to happen tomorrow Axis bank will write a Exam for me or they will pay a compensation.

                        This is way to treat Customer “very awful"


                        Government Banks are better than your Services.

                        I believe after this mail you will take up case in fast manner to register my land by tomorrow.

                        I need a proper reply from your people.

                        I Rashmi, had applied for Home Loan from Axis Bank 6 months back. My verfication process was over and everything was going on fast.
                        Suddenly, one day i got message from Axis Bank that bank was not able to santion my loan due to some technical problem.They told to arrange some where. Then finally i decided to go for taking loan from HDFC Bank.
                        The problem is that bank was deducted my processing fee but till now the money has not refunded back.
                        Its already been 1 month more , i have put request for the same but the bank is not taking any action for the same.

                            Dear Sir,
                            As per IGNOU tieup with Axis bank, Bank will not charges on DD for IGNOU MBA courses ( IGNOU in favour of New Delhi), But Axis bank Delhi Road Rohtak has charges as 56 Rs. per DD on IGNOU favouring New Delhi.
                            Today (17 Sep, 2010) Axis bank has issued two checks on IGNOU favouring New Delhi and charged as Rs 56 per DD.
                            Please help me to refund my amount for Two checks (56+56=112 Rs).

                              sir

                              I have taken credit balance tranfer facility of axis bank credit card no [protected].
                              I was given a draft no 660467 drawn in favour of my sbi card nom [protected] for Rs 8000/- but same was dated senven month backs as result same was dishonor. I have also intimated to them but there is no response .
                              but DD amount of Rs 8000/- is debited o my account with processing charges of Rs 190/-.

                              So I request them to issue me new draft for above or cancel the same by reversing all charges debited to my above Card

                                Hi Axis Team,

                                My Name is Karan Singh and I have accounted with Axis Bank in Palam Village Branch.
                                This is to inform you that in this branch my pension account and my Pension Acc No. DL/CPM/37064.
                                But for the month of Feb 2010 my pension not credit in my account, I also complain to my Branch Manager but he said please wait please wait…. I am very upset from your side.

                                Team pleases looking into this matter and resoled on urgent basis.

                                  I have an account with Axis Bank Ltd, Office of JS (Trg) and CAO, 'E' Block, DHQ P.O., New Delhi - 110011. My Account no is [protected].Your bank has not creditted my salary in my account for the month of Jul 2010 Rs-13, 492.00 and Aug 2010 Rs-13, 492.00 (Total Rs-26, 984.00), which is remitted by Naval Pay Office to my account no- [protected]. I already made the complain one week ago but no response.

                                  You are requested to investigate the matter and resolve the issue immediately at your end. I would appreciate an early response.

                                    I want to invest my money somewhere at that time 1 of the axis bank person came to me regarding sleep in piece account wherein i need to deposite 1000/- Rs. on monthly basis.I completed all the formalities in the month of May 2010 & that guy told me my first installment will hit my account on 7th of June 2010 But unfortunetely that was not hit on 07.06.2010.Then i ask that person once again when it will deducting from my account he told me in the next month it will definately will deduct on 07.07.2010 but again same thing happen.Now i ask that person once again what happen to my mutual fund account he told me madam may be they forgot to submitte your form give me your signature on another form.That time i refuse to give that & i invested my money somewhere else.Now in the month of August on 28.08.2010 i got letter from Karvi computershare pvt.ltd. stating my mutual fund account has open & from 7.09.2010 onwards my EMI will go immediaitely i sent email to axisbankmutualfunds as well as karvicomputershare Pvt. Ltd.that i dont want this policy now as i already invested my money with some other invester then on next day i am trying to contact those people but after a lot search i found 1 no. i.e.[protected]Priyanka from axis mutual fund) she told me to send hard copy of cancellation letter to karvy then they will deactivate this policy.On 31.08.2010 i couriered that letter to karvy hyderabad.Then too they deducted that 1000 rs. on 07.09.2010 without my permission & now they are telling me that account will close after 1 month then i will get my money back.See i am from poor family i need to take care of my house my in lows & my husband now i am not having sufficient money to satisfy our daily needs i cant wait for 1 month to come my money in my account please help me out.

                                      Dear sir , i m ignou student i made a dd of 8200 by case .When i went to axis bank for cancle of dd they denied to cancle it they asking for bank account open only on the name of person made the dd.i m not eligible to open a bank account plz help me. 4 months have passed since i made this .So i request u to plz help me i need that money .I will be gracefull of this act .

                                        In this regard kindly note the following.

                                        Total Purchase as per your Statement Rs 68883.00
                                        Less:- Total Amount deposited Rs 61050.00
                                        Balance Rs 7833.00

                                        According to your statement the balance is Rs 21357.56 Which includes Rs 5475/- late payment fee & Balance is your interest of Rs 8049/-

                                        Previously I have written you regarding my late payment fee.You have reversed only Rs 1050/- out of Rs 5475/- As a credit card costomer I never told you that i will not deposit any amount.you have never send any costomer care executive for any settlement.Therefore
                                        you are requested to send an executive to solve this problem.If you don't withdraw the marking of lien from my account my all cheques will be bounce back.If you agree i can deposit Rs 4000/- at a time and the balance amount as instalment.Please waive my late payment fee.

                                        I WISH TO INFORM YOU THAT MY CREDIT CARD NO:[protected] NAME:SACHIN M PARIKH. AXIS BANK HAS DEACTIVATED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ASKING ME THERE IS NO DUE IN MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE SENDING ALL THE DOCUMENT BUT YET NOT ACTIVATE MY CREDIT CARD.
