REGARDING FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT
DEAR SIR I HAD SETTLE DOWN MY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS PER THE SETTLEMENT LETTER OF THE COMPANY WHICH I HAD RECEIVED AND GIVEN ALL THE CHE QUES TO THE COMPANY AS PER THEIR REQUIREMENT WHOSE RECEIPTS ARE WITH ME. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME TO PAY IN 6 INSTALLMENTS AND OUT OF WHICH ONLY ONE CHEQUE GOT BOUNCED AND LATER AFTER TRYING TO CALL THE AGENCY TO COME AND COLLECT THE ONE CHEQUE AMOUNT WHICH GOT BOUNCED THEY DID NOT RESPOND AND AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF WHICH THE CHEQUE BOUNCED. I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT AS PER THEIR REQUEST. I THOUGHT THAT MY SETTLEMENT WAS DONE. LATER AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY HAVE SENT ME A NOTICE STATING THAT MY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS TO AXIS BANK AND KEPT SENDING ME LEGAL NOTICES TOO. I HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM THAT I HAVE GOT THE SETTLEMENT LETTER AND AS PER THEM I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT. THEN THEY SAID THAT THE SETTLEMENT WAS CAN CELLED. JUST AFTER 1 YEAR NOW HOW COME THEY SAY THAT MY SETTLEMENT WAS CAN CELLED? THEY SAID THAT YOUR SETTLEMENT IS WRONG AND YOU HAVE TO RE SETTLE THE SAME AGAIN AND PAY FOR THE SETTLEMENT .
ONCE WHEN I HAD CLEAR THE PAYMENTS AS PER THEIR LETTER THEN WHY I WILL DO THE SAME AGAIN. DUE TO RECESSION I HAVE LOST MY JOB AND STILL I DO NOT HAVE JOB TO REPAY ANYTHING TO THE BANK. KINDLY HELP ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

Hi, My name is Anson Kinny. I have a axis bank creait card which i had settled in the month of october 2014. I had paid an amount of Rs 15000 to the agent. The agent who collected the payment informed me that this will be your last payment and i will receive the settlement letter by post in the next 7 business days. I have yet not received the letter and the collection agency keeps calling me to make the payment of the remaining amount. The amount i paid has been applied towards the total outstanding. I am tired of explaing that there is an error that has been done from the agency's end and they need to settle my account and issue me my letter. The agents who call me are extremely rude and say will get back to you on this and every alternative day i receive the same phone call to make the payment from different agents. There is no progress on the investigation. I informed them to escalate this matter to the supervisor and still nothing is been done. I am sick of these harassment calls.. please get my issue resolved

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am putting this complaint against AXIS Bank Home Loan dept.
    In Nov 2009, I approached AXIS Bank for Home Loan. I purchased an apartment in Faridabad and made the initial downpayments. Then I got the Registration for the property and applied for Home Loan in

    RG City Center
    paharganj
    GT gupta road
    For loan.

    My loan was sanctioned for around 18Lacs

    I have submitted all the Original Documents (Agreement paper of my House) along with security cheques in the bank docket.

    But AXIS Bank lost my documents and the disbursement could not happen.

    Bank has already done TRI-PARTY Agreement with builder.

    But its been more than 6 months since my application with the bank for Loan...and nothing is happening, Nobody is bothered to look into it. I am being pressurized from the builder to pay the money, which they are supposed to get as per the agreement.

    I am not able to approach other banks for loan as well as AXIS Bank has lost my documents already.

    Please help me in getting the loan disbursed

      I am yogeswaran soundarrajan of NRE,I applied the home loan in Axis bank on April month and i received the loan Sanction letter on[protected]Loan Approval No. AXIS BANK/ (LNPHG)/1831/RAC-Pallavaram/10-11 ),there is a letter from my builder M/S.Prince foundation to release the first part payment as per the contract agreement and still there is no any release from the banker side,please take a immediate action to oblige with first part payment as per the loan agreement.

      Note:This how the NRE customer are treating in your bank?

      I have taken AXIS BANK Home loan on 12th Oct 2007. They have charge the rate of int at 11%. later they reduced the rate of interest but still my account is not refelecting with the same. Can You please help me in this or Can I get conact number of highe officials or Axis Bank's Assistant Vice-President Imtiaz Ahmed who has given the stmt about reduced rate of interest on 10th Oct (Publish in all news papers).       I took a housing loan from AXIS bank bangalore when I was working in Bangalore. Recently I moved to Hyderabd and would like to give the change of address to get all the communication to my new address. I am not able to contact them at the number that they have provided me. I am not sure how to get this done.

      This is Mohammed khursheed. I have applied for the home loan through Axis bank 40 days before which is in Hyderabad. The Manager Srinivas and the executives they are so reckless that they never responded to me and they have wasted my agreement time. I have been asking them my loan is approved or not. But they always told me that they it is still under process. When I went to there office and spoke to them, then they said that they need the Pahaniya documents for the last 15 years. However, they have deposited the cheque without completing the legal verification. I have requested for my processing fee and said that they will return the complete money but they have returned only Rs5000 instead of Rs 5618. I was not aware that these kind of cheap managers are running the Axis bank. None of the employee is Professional in AXIS Bank. I don’t know whether you guys can take any action against them or not. I am just writing this email to let you know the standard of your bank and the employees working in the bank. I am literally pissed of by your bank and the employees who did this kind of cheap activity.

      I had applied for one home loan everything went through clearly all the documents were correct and all legal papers were correct but loan was not approved as per the agent saying that because of internal reasons Axis Bank is not approving Home Loans and i wasted the time on this for one week by answering there calls and cooperating with them for every question they asked if they are not willing to give they could have informed earlier only, why check all the documents and making me wait for one week and say no at the end. This is a very bad situation to me. And i didint expected this from Axis Bank.

      I have applied a Land loan on December 15th 2009 for a value of Rs.12Lakhs.

      In my wife name we have taken loan in the month of September 2009 for 40 Lakhs.


      But now for this loan you people are torturing from the beginning. I have not opted for MetLife Insurance now they have insisted me last.


      When we taken a loan in the month of September its not there but now you people compelling for that. Axis bank work for MetLife or Axis.

      Even though i have agreed for MetLife insurance they promise to give my loan on 22nd January for Registration.

      But if i call them they inform "they are trying their best".

      I have cancelled my Exams and waiting for my Registration if its not going to happen tomorrow Axis bank will write a Exam for me or they will pay a compensation.

      This is way to treat Customer “very awful"


      Government Banks are better than your Services.

      I believe after this mail you will take up case in fast manner to register my land by tomorrow.

      I need a proper reply from your people.

      Axis banks is the Worst bank in the "WORLD" in terms of professionalism. I never find a such a bank where bank employees are not talking clearly with the customers. it was really a nightmare for me to get the loan approved from Asif ali road home loan branch,.

      I Rashmi, had applied for Home Loan from Axis Bank 6 months back. My verfication process was over and everything was going on fast.
      Suddenly, one day i got message from Axis Bank that bank was not able to santion my loan due to some technical problem.They told to arrange some where. Then finally i decided to go for taking loan from HDFC Bank.
      The problem is that bank was deducted my processing fee but till now the money has not refunded back.
      Its already been 1 month more , i have put request for the same but the bank is not taking any action for the same.

          As per IGNOU tieup with Axis bank, Bank will not charges on DD for IGNOU MBA courses ( IGNOU in favour of New Delhi), But Axis bank Delhi Road Rohtak has charges as 56 Rs. per DD on IGNOU favouring New Delhi.
          Today (17 Sep, 2010) Axis bank has issued two checks on IGNOU favouring New Delhi and charged as Rs 56 per DD.
          Please help me to refund my amount for Two checks (56+56=112 Rs).

            sir

            I have taken credit balance tranfer facility of axis bank credit card no [protected].
            I was given a draft no 660467 drawn in favour of my sbi card nom [protected] for Rs 8000/- but same was dated senven month backs as result same was dishonor. I have also intimated to them but there is no response .
            but DD amount of Rs 8000/- is debited o my account with processing charges of Rs 190/-.

            So I request them to issue me new draft for above or cancel the same by reversing all charges debited to my above Card

                  I want to invest my money somewhere at that time 1 of the axis bank person came to me regarding sleep in piece account wherein i need to deposite 1000/- Rs. on monthly basis.I completed all the formalities in the month of May 2010 & that guy told me my first installment will hit my account on 7th of June 2010 But unfortunetely that was not hit on 07.06.2010.Then i ask that person once again when it will deducting from my account he told me in the next month it will definately will deduct on 07.07.2010 but again same thing happen.Now i ask that person once again what happen to my mutual fund account he told me madam may be they forgot to submitte your form give me your signature on another form.That time i refuse to give that & i invested my money somewhere else.Now in the month of August on 28.08.2010 i got letter from Karvi computershare pvt.ltd. stating my mutual fund account has open & from 7.09.2010 onwards my EMI will go immediaitely i sent email to axisbankmutualfunds as well as karvicomputershare Pvt. Ltd.that i dont want this policy now as i already invested my money with some other invester then on next day i am trying to contact those people but after a lot search i found 1 no. i.e.[protected]Priyanka from axis mutual fund) she told me to send hard copy of cancellation letter to karvy then they will deactivate this policy.On 31.08.2010 i couriered that letter to karvy hyderabad.Then too they deducted that 1000 rs. on 07.09.2010 without my permission & now they are telling me that account will close after 1 month then i will get my money back.See i am from poor family i need to take care of my house my in lows & my husband now i am not having sufficient money to satisfy our daily needs i cant wait for 1 month to come my money in my account please help me out.

                      According to your statement the balance is Rs 21357.56 Which includes Rs 5475/- late payment fee & Balance is your interest of Rs 8049/-

                      Previously I have written you regarding my late payment fee.You have reversed only Rs 1050/- out of Rs 5475/- As a credit card costomer I never told you that i will not deposit any amount.you have never send any costomer care executive for any settlement.Therefore
                      you are requested to send an executive to solve this problem.If you don't withdraw the marking of lien from my account my all cheques will be bounce back.If you agree i can deposit Rs 4000/- at a time and the balance amount as instalment.Please waive my late payment fee.

                        Just to let you all know that due to security reasons the customer ID is not provided to anyone via phone (customer care)

                        Instead you could try send an SMS in the below format from your registered mobile number

                        CUSTID XXXXXX010059X634 (CUSTID space account number )

                        To 5676782 or [protected]

                        Please note if you send it from a non registered number you will not get the custID

                        Reason :

                        1.Any one can get any ones cust id using the above format, as many people leave bank account number on webpages like this one and can empty our account in seconds .

                        Hence due to security reasons its not shared

                        For customer id you say to SMS CUSTID A/C no to 5676782. but the SMS doesn't get sent and we do not get the ID.

                        The customer ID gets changed and we are not aware of it. if you yourself change the customer ID then its your duty to inform the account holder about his new customer ID.

                        I needed a personal loan, then Axis bank called me one day and said they can give it to 10.5 to 10.75% .
                        They made to go through hell for several documents, going to my bank to get sign verification doc keep doing it so that all other options you will throw off due to time you are spending here. On the last day they asked me cheques and two guys called me, not sure who, second guy said he has document copy of loan too. So I asked him to come. I was about to hand over cheque when I saw the % of interest its 13.5 .
                        Then I had no option to reject inspite of I need money immediately .. Then some one else call and ask why you do it. Now it will goons calling you. Not the nice lady who who engaged you till date, She will switch off phone.
                        Entrie thing is outsourced to third party people AXIS bank noway involved.

                          Dear Officer In Charge,

                          My name is Dr.(Ms.) Barnana Sarkar. My Axis Account number is :[protected]

                          My Axis ATM card was taken in by the Axis ATM machine due to power cut during transaction on 22/08/10, 8.25am ,
                          ATM ID S1AC4301 RECORD NO. 1807 WITHDRAWAL TRANSACTION DECLINED 056.

                          Transaction was declined after power resumed. This Axis Bank ATM machine does not have a power back up/inverter.

                          I blocked my card the same day. I made the complaint to the Axis Bank, C.R.Park Branch (ph:[protected]. I submitted a written application with photocopy of my passport.The person in charge (Bhavna) was very casual and mentioned me that she will call me in 2-3 days , and in case she does not I should call her on this number to check.

                          After calling her up for ONE WEEK, there was no response. My work timing do not permit to visit the bank on a regular basis as expected by the Axis employees who do not take the courtesy to call their customers who have already given a written complaint.

                          After two weeks of phone repeated calling Mr.Sudhir informed me that my card has been collected from the machine but it has not been 'registered'. Therefore he cannot tell me when I shall receive the card back and I should keep calling to ask the status of the card.

                          Until now I am a harassed Axis Bank customer who after repeated phone calls DID NOT receive her card back, who did not lose her card but the Axis ATM machine with no backup took it in, and the Axis employees are inefficient enough not to bother to do the needful. Or perhaps this is called 'customer care' in Axis Bank.

                          This email is my last resort to request you to please look into the matter and prevent me from further discomfort due to the 'services' provided by Axis Bank. It is highly unprofessional treatment from the bank and discourages the customer and disreputes the name of the organization.

                          Kindly, take prompt action and return my Debit Card, or else I would be disappointed enough in the Axis Bank Customer Care services and would take required actions to cease all transactions with Axis Bank and close down my account to save further botherations.

                          madam, in your complaint you given your bank account number. its very dangerous. in such cases the number should be given only to bank officials. not to public. this is public forum.

                            My company sent money from Panama to my account on 31 Aug 2010, which i didn't receive yet. I visited my bank (Axis - Serampore Branch) and they told me they know nothing about this type of transfer and Mr. Saurabhmoy (Axis Bank) asked the details of the transfer to his email account.
                            I called customer care and my complaint no. is 4372284.

                            Still now the complain is in open mode and Mr. Saurabhmoy didn't reply my email( i sent two emails).

                            THIS IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AXIS BANK OFFERING.

                            My account have been offend on 23/04/09 throung HCL . but still I'm waiting for ATM Card .
                            I was told that would be delivered on Address, when it was not deliverd at my address I contect to my Official person whether it received or not . they told me yet not received ( that word was after 15 day) .
                            then I contect Axis bank Noida customer care but their most land line number's are fake and some few were not been picked up . after I got Mr Anurag ( his No. [protected]) he given Docket Numer of courier with which ATM being deliverd ( docket No.-[protected]) . but with this docket no. it contain a credential letter only there was no ATM card . this all porcess has taken 1months but not responce .
                            After all, tired and lost . I contect to my official person they contect to bank and all come Unanimous consent to againg apply for new one . so that 27/jun/09 I apply for new one . but still the condition same .
                            so Plz help me .
                            Axis bank customer care service is THE WORST, they dont respond to any of the queries and provide invalid information.
                            All the phone numbers provided on their site are invalid and if we visit the branch, staff is too rude and not ready to serve their customers.

                            If you want to escape from all such problems i will advise not to choose AXIS Bank for banking.

                              Axis bank is having worst system. the IT of Axis system is worst then any local hardware reparer. its server always remains down, every entry takes hell lot of time. the employees are getting soooo frustated but no one is there in top management to listen to them. Shikha sharma is just focussing on sales but she never cares for her employees. the bank is worst than crap.the server is too slow.the bank softwares are as slow as snail.
                              hey shikha try to solve the IT system problem to make your employee happy...

                                I am a saving bank PRIME A/C holder, senior citizen card holder of AXIS bank having my pension A/c . my a/c no. is [protected] . I visisited twice to punjabi bagh branch in last 3 months, but could not get my pass book updated for their server down . Money could not be drawn on 1/9/10 at 10.15 AM as the server is down . NO monthly statements are being sent to Prime A/c HOLDERS till date. What is the use of giving SENIOR CITIZEN CARD , IF bank can not provide services ? There is no care of customer delight , whenever servers are down. Are the bank employees not suppose to take care of A/c Holders during these hours or sit comfortably in their air conditioned office seats ? v.k.chopra

                                      once i have lost my debit card and i visit in Naraina Vihar branch (11 jun2010) and apply for new card.
                                      after one month when i asked the status of my card to bank employee they told that they have lost the application and i have to reapply. i did same and requested to deliver that card in Naraina vihar branch.
                                      after 20 days (24 July2010) when i asked about card in Naraina branch they make a lot of excuses like they have to mail in my base branch or have to send the executive........

                                      till now (27 aug2010) i have not received my card and i m suffering from last 3 months due to excuses of employee of naraina Axis bank.

                                        Attached herewith letter received from you on 21.08.2010, i am sorry to inform you that the outstanding is manily due to wrong interest and lare payment charges debited by you the matter is already discuss with your representative many times and already requested to cacelled the card.

                                        As you are aware that i am frequently using this card and making timley payment for each of the statement generated by you (except for bill generated on 01.02.10) and due to oversight it was not paid on 09.03.2010 (Due date 22.02.2010).

                                        I received the bill (dated 01.03.10) for Rs.41133.13 i discuss the matter with your representative he inform me to pay Rs.19002/- (against the bill generated for Rs.41133.13 - Rs.20000 paid on 22.02.2010 - reversal of few charges) and the same of paid on 23.03.2010 (by net banking)

                                        When I received the bill (dated 01.04.10) Rs.22150/- including interest and late payment, i immediately contacted your representative and they informed that interest/charges not reverse at their end and i have to pay the charges so i paid the Rs.19444/- (Excl. Interest and Late payment) and informed that to cancelled the my card.

                                        Till that date you are charging interest and late payment fees.

                                        I M SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE RETAINING GOOD CUSTOMER.

                                        WHILE APPLICATION OF FORM YOUR REPRESENTATIVE NOT INFORMING ANYTHING ABOUT THE CLAUSE 31 AS MENTIONED IN YOUR LETTER. I HAD ALREADY PAID ALL MY DUE RELATING TO PURCHASE ETC.

                                        my sbi credit card no [protected] on which i had paid mobile bill and paid money on[protected] at u r dobivli atm centre cheque dated[protected]. but i m been charged for late payment on u r fault of late collection , your people's phone call from delhi i also paid rs 200/- which is not reflcting in my statement also paid on asking that u people have not received my cheque so far despite giving on right time they asked me to pay rs 200 /-so i will not have to pay late fees despite paying both i m been chaged late fees 393.26+238.89= 632.15 which i m not suppose to pay been charged despite on time payment by me on late collection or deposit by you so i request you take back this charges other wise i will be forced to return u r cards back to you.

                                        sir i am ankur lodha, husband isha naresh jain having a hdfc bank credit card no.-[protected].from 2008.
                                        i paid 1, 68, 000/-in 17 stalment as per bank officer mr.amit joshi told me that you paid min. a 9000/-per month as per he told me.in the last 17 month no call from hdfc bank at all, and the collection agencies for all month is globe agencies andheri(west)mr.manoj is collected every month.now when i pay the last amount he said me that this is the final payment and you gat a zero balance statement sa soon as possible or i send the letter to you.after a month when no letter is coming, i think that something is wrong. after a few days a call come from hdfc bank mr.nikhil call me and ask me about the payment i told the whole thing to him whern i meet him in the bank office at andheri east, he told me that mr.amit is cheated to a lot of customer and he is doing fake comitment to the customer.now mr.amit has suspended by bank, there is a article of his cheating by a customer in mid day paper also.now i ma shocked that what about my payment, now i request you to that plz look into this matter as soon as possible and take necessary action against bank.as the bank officer cheated why every time customer has suffered inspite after pay the payment.plz sir help me.
