HI,
THIS IS RAJU GUNNAL FROM HYDERABAD, I HAVE THE AXIS BANK SALARY A/C NO. [protected] , ON FEBRUARY 2ND 2010 I HAVE GONE TO ANDHRA BANK ATM CENTER WHICH IS LOCATED AT MOSA BOWLI,CHARMINAR THERE I HAVE TO WITHDRAW RS/- 5000 , ON THE SCREEN I HAVE ENTERED TO WITHDRAW 5000 BUT THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED IS RS/-4500 ONLY , WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE SECURITY GUARD HE SAID THAT " THERE MIGHT BE THE SHORTAGE OF AMOUNT THAN WHAT YOU HAVE TRIED TO WITHDRAW" AND SOONLY I LOGGED ON NETBANKING I FOUND THAT THERE WAS RS/- 5000 DEDUCTED, I REALLY SHOCKED ,SO ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO AXIS CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING MY RS/- 500 SHORTAGE BALANCE, THEY GIVEN ME WITH SOME COMPALINT NO. AND ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 12 WORKING DAYS BUT FOR MANY DAYS I COULD'NT GOT ANY BALANCE BACK, AGAIN I CALLED THE AXIS BANK ON 31-MARCH-2010 THEY SAID THAT THE COMPLAINT STATUS IS STILL IN PROGESS-CUSTOMER CARE AGENT WAS NOT SURE OF WHAT EXACTLY STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT ,SO I ASKED HIM TO AGAIN RAISE THE COMPLAINT AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE COMPAINT NO. HE PROVIDED ME WITH THE COMPALINT NO. I.E. 9982516 BUT STILL WAITING FOR LONG NO RESPONSE.

AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME , BUT THESE TIME I HAVE RECEIVED NOT EVEN SINGLE RUPEE THAN WHAT I TRIED TO WITHDRAW, ON 10-APRIL-2010, I WENT TO HDFC BANK ATM CENTER WHICH IS LOCATED AT OPPOSITE TO ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT,MADINA,HYDERABAD, AT THIS TIME I HAVE ENTERED TO WITHDRAW RS/- 9500 THE MOVEMENT I ENTERED TO WITHDRAW THE ATM SCREEN TOOK SOME TIME MORE THAN THE NORMAL TIME AND AFTER 2-3 MINUTES IT SHOWN ON THE SCREEN THAT "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT" I DID'NT EVEN RECEIVED A SINGLE RUPEE, I REALLY SHOCKED AGAIN ,IN THE SAME ATM CENTER I INSERTED CARD AGAIN AND TRIED TO ENQUIRE ABOUT MY BALANCE I FOUND THAT THERE WAS RS/-9500 DEDUCTED I GOT FRUSTED ABOUT THESE KIND OF ATM MACHINES AND AFTER EVEN LOGGING COMPALINT WITH THE AXIS BANK NO RESPONSE, AGAIN I CALLED TO AXIS BANK CUSTOMER CARE AND RAISED A COMPLAINT THEY PROVIDED WITH THE COMPLAINT NO. I.E. 10008264 TODAY I WAS REALLY NEED OF THE MONEY WHICH I HAVE TO PAY FOR DD FOR MY EXAM, I GOT TEARS IN MY EYES THAT WHAT HAPPEN THESE AND WHY THIS HAPPEN TO ME ONLY, NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE WITHDRAW CASH FROM ANY ATM CENTER, I AM GOING TO USE THROUGH CHEQUE PROCESS ONLY.

I REQUEST AXIS BANK AUTHORITY TO LOOK ON THESE AND REVERT BACK MY BOTH THE AMOUNT , AS IT REDUCES THE BANK REPUTATIONS AND THE CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE ON THE BANK.

I REQUEST THE CONSUMER AUTHORITY ALSO TO LOGGE A COMPLAINT AND TRY TO RESTRICT THESE KIND OF PROBLEM FROM ATM CENTER OR BY BANK.

Sir,



1. I would like to inform that I have a savings A/C in SBI Bank, A/C no is[protected], Branch – Dibrugarh, Assam. On 25 Mar11, I tried to withdraw Rs 1000/- from AXIS Bank ATM in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The details of transaction narration is -“ATM WDL- ATM 2803 AXIS BANK LIMITED NAVI MUMBAI MH IN Rs 1000/-“.



2. But the transaction was unsuccessful & I was not able to collect any money & I was told that the ATM was not working correctly at that time.



3. Therefore I request you to register the complaint & refund the amount to my A/C at the earliest.

    Ref to mail below, let me tell you that, it is absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for me that, as I have been using your credit card since 03 yrs also holding a savings account in your bank which is also very old, thus inspite of giving & updating my new residential correspondence address with you via E-mail which is stated below, May I know the reason, how did you send Blue Dart delivery boy to our Regional Head office in Dalhousie for delivery..? and the Blue dart delivery boy was quite reluctant to deliver the card there as I have been transfered to kolkata Airport..As self have spoken to one of your senior staff called Mr.Mukesh yesterday morning I was told there is no house number mentioned in the given address which is reallu absurd as there is no house no as such, May i know the reason that, how come other important docs are getting delivered to me at my residence address given herewith..

      Dear Sir,

      Below mentioned e-mail conversation with officials of AXIS Bank Ltd. and IRCTC is self explanatory but offiicals of AXIS Bank Ltd. are least bothered to take prompt action whereas IRCTC people has taken prompt action.
      AXIS Bank officials are not crediting RS. 1410 in my savings account.
      Your kind intervention is required in this matter urgently for crediting of Rs.1410/- in my account.

      Axis Bank — no refund

      On 4th april i went to axis bank atm janakpuri branch to withdraw 3100/- cash , were only rs 100/- came and the remaining rs 3000/- didnt come at all, i waited inside the atm for 15-20 min, but the cash didnt come out, however it did cut down my actually amount in my acount to 7253/- , later i got to know from the security guard that the atm was not working , and there were many cx who faced the same problem, he then gave me form to fill and asked me to fill it up and to submit it, which i did the very next day, on 5 th april, the complain no[protected] was provided to me and the bank person asked me to wait for 3-4 days which i did, however the amount 3000/- was still not refunded to my acc, so i called up the branch and was informed that since there were many cx who faced same problem the very same day, it would take some time and would come after 14 days , again i waited but nothing happened , then i went to janakpuri head branch and asked them what is the matter , they then informed that the atm people have said that there was no extra cash in atm that specific day (4th april).and that according to their records the amount of 3000/- is deducted because it has been provided to the cx, however i was there for like 20 min , but no cash came out, the bank people are not ready to show me the cctv clippings, and they dont even have the denomination of the amount present in the atm of that particular day, nor they have any record were as how many notes of 100, or 500, 1000, have come out in that transaction made on 4th april around 9.30 in evening.......iam totally helpless i want my amount to be refunded, there is no point that i would lie to get 3000/- from bank, but i actually didnt get that amount from the atm machine, now what should i do?

      Axis Bank — Regarding Refund of Payment

      I’m holding a salary account with Axis Bank Kalina branch.

      My A/c no is [protected].

      Availing the Electronic transfer facility I have transferred Rs.10000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to[protected].

      During this transfer due to TYPOGRAPHICAL error I have punched the beneficiary’s A/c number as[protected].

      I requested them to rectify this error by transferring these funds in to my A/c.

      I have already put a written request to the Kalina branch on 13th May 2011 to Miss Lata.

      Till date I have not received any reply.

      Hence would seek your kind attention in to this .

        Please refer to the above subject



        (1) On 07 April'10 while withdrawing cash of Rs. 5000/- from ATM at Barrackpore it

        showed transaction failed.



        (2) When I tried to withdraw cash of Rs. 5000/- for second time from same ATM then it was

        successful transaction.



        (3) After cash withdrawal I received an SMS on my mobile phone about my second

        transaction through ATM which was successful.



        (4) For the first failed transaction no SMS received on my mobile phone.



        (5) I was astonished to see on internet banking that for the first failed transaction of

        Rs. 5000/- an amount of Rs. 5000/- was debited from my account in addition to

        successful transaction of Rs. 5000/- which was also debited from my account.



        Following are my queries regarding above mentioned points for your necessary action from your end please :



        (1) I have ECS scheme for billing from my same account, in case if ECS comes for

        clearance from my account and due to that transaction, which was failed and

        amount was debited and because of this if ECS returns back due to insufficient fund then who will be responsible and who will bear the penalty for return of ECS.



        (2) Why this amount has not been returned immediately in my account.



        (3) Why it is getting delayed i.e reversal of amount of Rs. 5000/- which was debited from my account for failed transaction.

          I have made an NEFT of Rs 959.09 agnist my statement of Jan 20th 01 to 20th as due
          but the payment is still not reflecting .
          number of times i have informed you telephonically
          number of time your desk call up and confirmed .
          i tried to use my card some where in Guwahati but it showed declined causing huge embarrassment for me .
          and mental harassment where i have to visit a doctor .
          which costed me Rs. 5000 please arrange to compensate me and regularize the same .
          this Rs. 5000 doctor fees put me into huge financial crunch and it was acute, since i was out side my home town .
          not only this you are claiming the entire payment with interest to me .

            My son Sri Bodhayan Dev had applied for globally valid easy credit card (secured gold card) and accordingly he has received his card bearing no [protected] on 9th March 2010 from Axis Bank Silchar Branch. Necessary verification of the same was done from Axis Bank H.O. quiet sometime back . But unfortunately he is yet to receive the PIN for ATM usage for the said card and for which the same cannot be used . So kindly do the needful so that my son gets the PIN at the earliest date .Hope a positive reply from your end urgently. With regards .

              My sincere advice please DONT APPROACH AXIS bank to get your account opened.
              I work for reputed MNC and its so obvious that Software Engineers change their jobs .. well does it mean that you get new Salary account created every time you change?

              I will narate my story with AXIS ..i need to claim my reimbursements which i spent for my family and i approached AXIS Bank branch near to my house for getting my ERA account done.(Employee ReImbursement account)

              1. All my colleagues who switched from different companies and who are still continuing with their previous salary accounts and are customers of ICICI and HDFC with no efforts got their ERA done within 2-3 days. But this so called international bank AXIS will create 'label' problems so your ERA will not be done. i.e, if you are workin with L&T you ll have label 'LT' with your sal acc and when u switch it seems the label will not be changed so i[censored] use same salary account in IBM you will not get your ERA even though you take seal and signatures from your current company and show the proof of your working there :)

              Oh is it!!! Then how s it that my other colleagues got it done from ICICI or HDFC?

              2. Personally I got signatures and seal from my current company on the ERA Form and i approached COX TOWN BRANCH,BANGALORE where i had my salary account and submitted the form ... its already 10 days now i still have not got any information about opening ERA .... this is how the COX TOWN BRANCH MANAGER,BANGALORE responding to his customers .

              3. They don't bother about accounts opened in different branches i.e, if you have opened your account in Delhi and you approach any Branch in Bangalore .. you cannot get your queries resolved.
              My salary Account is in COXTOWN BRANCH and if i approach any other branch near my house for getting my ERA done then it s not possible .. see if you are in USA n you want ERA done immediately then you should take a flight back to India ... lol :0

              4. NEVER APPROACH COX TOWN BRANCH MANAGER , BANGALORE ... He will never respond to customer needs and even after multiple follow ups - you ll lose your energy and money and time but you will gain nothing .

                  I want to open NRI account in AXIS Bank. Initially they told me that give us offer letter, passport photo copy with visa stamp. They replied that you will get your account number after one week. After one month they replied that your visa period is not enough to open the NRI account. But i am having many of friends working with me having NRI account for same bank & branch with same visa. We wait for five months. Then my visa has been stamped for 11 month, i submitted them again for opening of NRI account.
                  Again they replied that you will get account number in one week. Again same problem, they replied after month & this time asking of CERPAC copy. Let me tell you one thing that my friend with visa stamped for lesser peried than me opened his account in Chhattisgarh. I dont know what the hell people are doing in AXIS bank of Gandhidham branch.

                        I would like to share with you that my agony of applying for a home loan at Axis Bank has finally been relieved by Deutsche PostBank Home Finance Limited.



                        First of All, I would like to mention to you that Retail Assets Division of Goregaon lacks experience in how to communicate and attract customers. It may Because of the fact that being mere literate doesn’t mean being educated. Your staff members handling customers out there, is not well versed on the subject of retail banking and guiding the customer through the procedure to apply for a home loan.



                        I will never in my life approach axis bank again for a loan nor will I recommend it to any body, for your bank policies are highly non-flexible, there is no co-operation within you branches across states, pathetic poor communication with customers, last but not the least in-fighting between zones which will some day bring down your banks growth in this competitive world.



                        The RAC goregaon Branch does not understand what is meant by an Agreement for Sale, for when I had given them the document for same even before I had signed the same to suggest me the bank funding schedule, they simply slept and did not even bother to open the document. Instead they said Bangalore division would do the necessary evaluation and RAC goregaon would simply abide by it.



                        I would suggest future customers to be aware of such commitments being given without written evidence, for else honest tax payers like me wouldn’t have to suffer such agony of getting the sanction letter but not disbursement.



                        I had lost my piece of mind over an approved project, imagine what would have happened if it were an un-approved project.



                        I was charged Rs 5515.00 for issue of sanction letter, what is the use of such sanction letter if disbursements are not done, especially when the bank has a chance to dictate the terms and conditions even before the agreement was signed, and were well aware of the project that would be funded even before the agreement was signed i.e. Especially an approved project in your bank’s own list. I wouldn’t mind giving this amount as charity to a needy NGO than give it to your bank.





                        Overall I had a very bad experience and want to convey to you to take a note of the same, so that respectable customers like me don’t have to suffer by approaching axis bank. We all are working in a private sector industry where customer focus is the prime, one customer driven away will convey the same to hundred more, who will convey the same to thousand more… and one fine day, the bank will suddenly feel loss of business.





                        The Only positive thing about your goregaon branch was that they returned my documents all safe and sound, and refunded me the excess amount beyond Rs 5515.00 without troubling me. Honestly I was not expecting your bank to co-operate at all.



                        Hope you will take this in the right spirit and work towards improving your bank policies.. The wordings are straight from my heart and not meant to hurt any individual, but to point out flaws in your banking administration, its policies which drive away a customer’s piece of mind.



                        You can share the email with your MD, who would appreciate an honest Customer Feedback who has lost faith in Axis Bank.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have taken home loan from your bank amount Rs.2500000/- which in received on dated 11/11/09 in which one cheque of Rs.85000/-not received due to wrong account no. which was received after over the mistake was received on dated 17/11/09.Then I come to know that a Met Life policy of Rs.196251/- is also with this loan. I was not aware about its benefits when done. I received its bond paper on dated 07/12/09 and after going through the bond I found the procedure of policy was totally wrong. that my signature doesn't match on the policy bond document I wrote many mail on dated 23.11.09 to 26.03.10 of AXIS BANK but did not care.

                          So I want your favour in these regards.

                          (i) To cancel the policy

                          (ii) Rs. 19625 1 /- should be returned without any deduction.

                          (iii) Interest of Rs.85 thousand should be reduced as I got it on 17.11.09 and rate of interest is applied 28 .10.09

                          (iv) EMI should be calculated on Rs. 25 Laces.

                          (v) Deduct Rs.1700 from my installment (Regarding Metlife Policy)

                            Hi im Nadeem and im Using my Axis Bank A/C no: [protected] for the past 1.6yrs and i dont have any complaint till now And its a Zero Balance Accout given to me by my Office, But now i got ditected of RS.87.94 Consolidated Charges for A/c, and Service Tax @10.30% on Charge debited rs. 9.06 . And Now My Account's Effective Balance : -1, 162.06, Lien Balance : 1, 162.06. And this type of Incident happend to my Friends also even their account is also Office A/C which we ca take all our Salary, but i dont know Why This AXIS BANK taken those amount from my a/c.

                            Hi,

                            I have a saving A/c with Axis bank Relief road Br. (A'bad). I was put the complaint to bank on 17/02/10 for lost of my ATM card actually my card was corrupt in the ATM machine at Surat (Belgium Tower) then transaction was made through ATM card and cash withdrawal amount Rs. 6000/- and Rs. 5000/- from my account through ATM card from differant bank ATM that was fraud because my card was lost.
                            Even i was complaint to bank Deficiancy Department at Sivalik, near C.N.Vidyalaya.
                            but till there is no reply from bank.
                            I was gone to Karanj Police station(A'bad) and Mahidharpura Police station (Surat) but they declined and told me Police can't help you this is ATM machine problem you go to bank or consumer forum or vigilance.

                            Pls do the needful .

                              I am HARI OM having my bank account No. [protected] in Sector-3, Rohini AXIS Bank. I also have the debit card No. ----2520 of the same bank.

                              On[protected], at 20.32 I withdrew Rs. 5,500/- from ATM Machine from D.C. Chowk, Rohini (Sector-9). After that machine didn't release the card and I left the card in the machine. Afte getting bank statement it came to my notice that the purchase of petrol of Rs. 2500/- have been done with my card through any body else. I also intimated to the AXIS Bank Branch of Sector-9 for stolen card and requested them to show that who had stolen my debit card from the ATM. In reply of the same the BM had informed me that the CC TV were not funtional on that day due to some repair work.If the CC TV were functional that movement the theft cane be cought.

                              It is requested to find who had made this purchase and return my Rs.2500/- as early as possible. Police complain had also been lodged at Prashant Vihar Police Station but nothing fruituful came into light.

                              I hope that the timely action would be initiated otherwise I have to move consumer court or RBI Complian Cell.

                                Axis Bank — poor service & harrasment

                                I am S.K.Kaushik, a salary account holder in Axis bank C-scheme Jaipur. I am continuously being harrased by bank. In my account details I have given my office address, now i am going to be transferred and i submitted request of transfer of address of my residence. For that I have submitted three ID proof i) My voter card id with the address of my residence ii) my driving licence with the residence address iii) Papers of registry of my house by my own name. But they dont bothered they are adament only to submit the water & electric bill. My problem is that i have recently purchased my house and not changed the name of old owner in water & electric supply bills. Now i have transferred and address is not changed. For this only myself is being suffered.
                                Further my cheques from the bank are continuously being returned with the remark "Signatures are not matching" Whereas i have meet number of times in the bank but nobody gives response.Very funny thing is two Account payee cheques issued for my home loan installment at the same date, one of them was cleared & other was returned.I have suffered with penalty.Moreover i also faced late fees problem of my son due to return of another cheque, which was issued in favour of an institute.

                                  This is the complaint which I would like to highlight against AXIS Bank - Credit Card department. There is an illegally credit card has been issued in my name and handed is over to some other guy 3 years back which has a current overdue amount of approx 54,000/-. I get to know about such credit card when I applied for a Housing loan in LICHF, Noida by sending my signed documents to my father from UK. LICHF, Noida told my father that there is some credit card in my name which has an overdue of Rs. 18,000/- while I was sitting in UK. My father tried to get the complete info about this credit card from LICHF, but they rejected to disclose all the info about this card. After which I get to know about the CIBIL department, Mumbai which could give me the exact information about my all Credit Cards. I returned back from UK on 29th Jan this year and tried to get the report about my Credit Card history.

                                  This report gives me the information that the card is being issue by the Axis bank in my name and without even intimating me about this from last 3 years (Dec-2007) about it. Although, I have never applied for any card from Axis Bank. Thereafter, getting the reports from CIBIL, Mumbai - I contacted Axis Bank customer care department to let them know that I am not the culprit and they need to investigate about this card and the fraud guy to whom you have handed over the card.

                                  The department (Axis Bank, Risk Credit Cards - Pre-Aquisition, Retail Bank) investigate and look forward to all the documents and form which are there with the Bank records. They called me in there office at Barakhamba Road, Delhi to meet me personally and wanted to ask some questions regarding it. There I saw the application form has the BIGGEST flaws which is clear mentioned in the application form. The permanent address has two cities mentioned one after another - Moradabad, Bareilly with wrong PIN Code. Can any body from the whole India can please get this kind of address for me. The FI (Verification) department, has never investigate the application that my present address is not completely correct. The application was stating that the present address of the applicant is Near Atta Market where as my present address at that time was Near Telephone Exchange. This type of application is being passed by the bank. Apart from this, the card when delivered has to be handed over to person only after looking at the original identity proof of the person to whom the person is receiving the card. But they don't have any such info about this. They told me that the card is being delivered at the office address and has the office stamp on it. Although, the address at which they have delivered the card that was never had my working location. That was my companies BPO location and I was working in the IT company. How the hell should be able to know about such delivered in my name. All the statements are also delivered at the same address where the card was delivered. All the signatures present in the whole application doesn't even matched with my signs. The mobile number which was given in the application was not mine. Office address mentioned on the application form is not my office address location. The SIM card - Mobile number used by the culprit was surrendered 3 months ago (Dec-09). What the hell these AXIS bank guys where doing when the culprit was continuously using that number for more than 2 years after he made the purchase from the credit card. Not even this, I was coming ahead to resolve this issue. They didn't even take any interest in investigating it earlier before I come into picture.

                                  If the bank has taken up the steps earlier then the guy who was doing this fraud must be under the arms of police till now. As, the purchases which were made by that guy was in LifeStyle, Noida and also from Mobile House - he purchased a mobile. Which could have traced the guy and must have caught him much earlier.

                                  The investigation is still going on this. And I am still waiting for there investigation reports on this.
                                  This is the worth case, I have seen the whole life which happens with me. Will communicate the whole info as I'll get the updates on this.

                                  This is to update you all here that after the above conversation happen with the Axis Bank at Barakhamba Road branch, Delhi. Now, there are stating to me that the two documents (DL & Salary Slip) belongs to me and they don't bother about the wrong Permanent Addresses, Signatures, incorrect Landmark for the present address, they are straight away blaming me that I am liable for the payment of this illegal credit card.

                                  I am a fool who is not being received any credit card nor i have every applied for it and they are stating to me that i am liable to pay because i got the information about such credit card after 3 years from LICHF, Noida and gone in front of them to investigate about such illegal credit card issued in my name. And since they were not able to catch the actual guy and now wanting me to fulfil there recover amount.

                                  I am really disappointed with this type o[censored]nprofessional and unethical behaviour by the Axis Bank in the current cyber world. Where nothing is impossible if they really wanted to find the actual guy they can easily catch him but they have a simple option here to "Mentally Harass" the customer who comes in front of them for the compliant and get the amount (The most easiest way for this "FRAUD AXIS BANK").

                                  The day when i reached to the Barakhamba road branch they told me that the Sim card ([protected], Airtel Prepaid) which is used in this fraud was disconnected in Dec; 09 and can be traced about IMEI number of the mobiles used. To get this information from Airtel office they could ask me to log an FIR thru which they can trace the whole information from the Airtel office. But they never asked me to log any FIR nor they wanted to trace down the Airtel number.

                                  Apart from this, one mobile was purchased from Mobile House thru this credit card cost around Rs. 7, 500/-. When i narrate the whole story to one of the Merchant's Manager (Life Style, Noida), he told me that whenever any customer uses credit card and the purchase amount was above 5, 000/- then we always ask the customer to provide any identity proof for that and we always keep the bundles of the such identities photocopy for the Banks.

                                  So, the same i ask to the Axis Bank and they told me that they tried but the Merchant is not willing them this information. What does this means? Axis Bank - Retail Banking Investigation Officer is refused by the Merchant to provide the details of the purchase made against any illegal card complaint investigation. To whom they are fooling here.

                                  They are not interested in investigating the issue. They don't wanted to use there power when they have full rights to investigate at every end. Even i am willing to help them in all aspects. But they know that now they have me and can Mentally Harass me and my family to get there money easily.

                                  I am true to my country and citizenship. And never did any fraud in my whole life.
                                  Please, guide me to how to take action against Axis Bank. What steps should i take to investigate this credit card issue truely and farely with a proper authorised bodies?

                                  I m also suffering from Axis Bank Credit card . I have done my mother's heart treatment on credit card . since i was making payment on the basis of sms received on my mobile. But I have demanded for sttement from Dec.10 to till date. I am surprised to see the statements it was debited overlimit fees to my account twicely, for which I had never given request.

                                    Well axis bank loan section in Tnagar branch chennai. a employee named priya
                                    is an worst kind of person.Even she did not know a basic thing how to interact with a customer.for a personal loan they are asking too many documents and which is not consistent even for SUPER CAT-A company.especially that priya making rude comments to the customer who is talking with her.Can any one suggest ways to make a complaint against her in his organisation.

                                    I applied for a home loan in axis bank, tnagar branch.. very worst service ever seen... especially from sharma... no proper details .. nothing clear in them ... they dont even know how to treat customers.. actually we applied for rs8, 25, 000.. at first they sanctioned and got cheques and other documents for this.. before t day of registration, they called me and said only rs 7, 70, 000 is sanctioned... we struggled a lot for it.. and also only because of them, registration is delayed, , for the second time, registration date is confirmed after a week.. on the day of registration, they dint cum to give us the sanctioned amount... nearly i made 500 calls for 3 hrs continuosly, but no response.. how hwctic.. not at all suitable to run a bank.. is this the way they treat us?? its cheating..please dont ever approach this bank for any purpose...

                                      I had edc machines of axis bank at 4 outlets of my SRI SAI SANKARA DENTAL CLINIC in chennai.The edc transactions were credited to my current account of axis bank.They charged me for non transaction of edc machine at one of my outlet.(but the actual problem was the machine was working there but they had given wrong tid and mid number to that machine.)
                                      I had made complaints with axis bank reg non transaction fees
                                      (edc machine) charged to my current account ( sri sai sankara dental clinic -[protected]) 0n[protected] and on[protected] for Rs 275.75 *2 =Rs 551.50.
                                      and after repeated complaint that the non transaction was due to poor edc machine service handled by venture infotek ( associate for edc machine maintanence for axis bank) the charges were reversed on[protected].
                                      My problem started again with one of the edc machine got corrupted and was not working. I complained to venture infotek on[protected] and the complaint no was[protected] .They didnt attend the complaint so I made one more complaint for the same problem on[protected] and the complaint number was [protected]. Even then they didnt attend the complaint. So I called your business branch at T.nagar and spoke to Mr.Arul
                                      ( PH NO 64502448 [protected] . The way he responded to the complaint was rude and i had to listen to his harsh words since my machine was not working and i was losing my business income because of non availabilty of edc machine. The problem was finally solved after my mental agaony and loss of business income on[protected] after 27 days.
                                      When the axis bank were prompt in charging me non transaction fees for no fault of mine and again creating loss of business due to non availability of edc machine at my outlet they should compensate me monetarily for the loss of income and mental agony.

                                        I wen there in Axis Bank (Panipat Branch) to withdrawal sum amount of 75000/- after withdrawal i was counting my withdrawal money Miss. Anita on counter she shouted on me that it is counted. Then I gone to the Mr Gehlot i think manager over there for the complaint of her but as seeing no response from the manager i came back losted my self. She said the security man "aap kisi ko bhi ander kaise jaaney dete hain". These word hurt me too much i feel that some one slap me.
