    Fake loan account

    In my CIBIL report I see a personal loan of ₹ 1500 from Axis Bank which I never took. I had written to them. Since more than a month they are doing timepass asking for complete cibil report etc!!. I have provided them the fake loan account they have created in my name... Still no use. They are not closing it.

      As already shared that due to lost of job and not having any fund currently that's the reason that I am not in condition to pay my credit card ending with 6496 bill as its outstanding is 30K but due to shortage of fund and jobless I told to MR. Asim das of Axis bank that please support me so they provide me the settlement of 20K but as I told that not having fund so I need some time to arrange my Fund but axis bank is not giving support in that now its request please help me in this I make sure that by 20th FEB or before that I will clear my all payment on my card so its request please forward this matter to Axis bank as due to jobless still I make sure i will clear my due by that date.

        I tried to withdraw 20000 from Axis atm on 12.01.2022. cash is not dispensed from ATM but money debited from my account.

          I am out of india and my brother is chasing axis bank branches from past 4 week for my loan foreclose but they are unable to provide any solution. after this foreclose I am going to close my account too because this kind of pathetic services I can't tolerate.

                Hi,

                I received a a message saying "Debit
                INR 2.30 A/c no. XX7110
                PTL/SCG.VISA.POS/30.01.22/BHAIRAB FUEL S"

                I don't know for what reason they're charging individually for each transaction. If that's the case then why I am paying charges for the card annually. These are hidden charges and we're being robbed. I need my money back with proper justification.

                    I have already paid my due amount ( 1319) on before due date. But still deducted some amount from the debit card. Now in debut it is showing minis(-3k above). I not understanding what the reason. some charges were deducted that is fine. But why above 3k?

                    I have raised a issue many time, no one resolved the issue. Day by day amount it deducting from the debit card.

                      I have received a notice from you yesterday nate afternoon on Customer ID merger to be done by 31st Jan'22 .

                      I hope you will agree that it wasn't possible to fo the same even I would been unemployed .

                      So, please approve at least a fortnight time to do the tusk ( processing of Cust ID merger )

                      If my this letter facilitate the process and my full agreement of merging my customer ID, please acknowledge this letter / complaint as my confirmation, please do the same at your earliest.

                      By this time please do not restrict my account operation

                        I deposited Rs.5000 Cash using Axis Bank CDM at the end of the transaction I got a message transaction failed your money has been retained by the bank kindly contact your nearest branch so I decided to contact customer care of axis bank and the person told me to wait for 3-4 days for the issue to get resolved and kept bugging me to update my standard debit card to some premium card. I deposited the money cause I had an urgent transfer to make and this is what i got from the bank.

                            Axis bank deducted Charges in the amount of 10.03 inr on 23 Jan, 2022 from my account ending in 7690.

                            When inquired, they mentioned over the email the reason for the charges to be due to SMS Alert service.

                            I then called the Axis bank customer care (phone banking officer) on 25 Jan 2022 as I had DEACTIVATED the SMS alert service on my account in the year 2019. Customer care/phone banking officer over the phone call confirmed that SMS Alert is NOT ACTIVATED on my account and was surprised to see that these charges were deducted from my account.

                            I went back to responding and asking Axis bank to do the 10.03 inr amount refund/reversal, but they have been giving excuses in the name of SMS Alert service charges/fee.

                            As a last resort I am expecting you to help me in this regard as Axis bank is fooling customers like us time and again.

                            Hi, as per service request number 71693605, we wish to inform you that the SMS alert is activated in the system with threshold of Rs. 5000 if the transaction goes up from 5000 customer will receive an SMS alert as well as charges for SMS alert will be debited from the account so these charges are legitimate charges and applicable.                             I had checked with your phone banking officer and h mentioned to me the SMS alert service iS NOT setup/ NOT activated on my account, and hence I am NOT liable to pay any charges/fee.

                            I also asked and requested him to DISABLE and STOP this service on my account. He mentioned it's already stopped. I DO NOT WANT this service from you, then why are you forcing me unnecessarily to have this and later dictating it to me that these are legitimate charges when the customer is not opting for these.
                            I am not sure how many times I need to mention this: DISABLE, DEACTIVATE AND STOP this SMS alert service effective immediately.

                            And refund the amount ASAP as you enforced it on my account. I DO NOT WANT ANY CHARGEABLE SERVICE ON MY AXIS ACCOUNT ENDING IN 7690.

                                I need to pay 3120 rs. minimum due on 7th Jan 2022 ( Dec MONTH generated bill) but we are lack of money and paid at 08th Jan 2022. They got deducted 1180 rs. late payment and raised our minmium due as 7800rs. to pay on 7th Feb 2022.

                                I called customer care to reduce my minimum due but they told it was system generated and not able to change.

                                This is so terrible. again I am not able to pay means again they will raise the minimum due amount ??????
                                Where can I get support for this problem?? can anyone please explain...

                                  I have a salary account in Khanapara Branch, Guwahati, Assam. IFSC-UTIB0001297. Account No. [protected]. On 24th without any reason Rs. 817/= deducted from my account. Rs. 28 has valid reason but rest is without any reason. Where as I have no pending EMI or Cheque return. I am doing timely payment too but this is too much. They are deducting so much amount without reason and that needs to be mentioned. Do the needful immediately.

                                      I had done a transaction using Axis bank credit card and at the time of payment i received a receipt showing that i will be eligible for a cashback of 9000rs within 90 days, but still after completion of all emi and time duration of about 100+ days i am yet to receive my cashback, , , i can share the rest of details only if contacted by original Axis bank executive.
