AXIS BANK is the most irresponsible bank I have ever come accross. I have my Salary Account with this bank. On 10th Sep they transferred Rs. 3000 from my account to some other Account in Tamilnadu. When I asked them they refused to accept the fact that it is their mistake. They had charged me 10% of interest for my outstanding amount & when I spoke to their customer care they are not able to resolve my problem and are asking me to make the min. payment due & agin call them so that they will take the request & try to reverse my extra interest but again no guaranty that it will happen.
