I had taken a loan of 5oK from Axis Bank For which I had to pay an amount of 4501 from August 2007 to July 2008. In June due to insufficient amount in my bank account the ECS got bounced. I was asked to make a cash deposit which I did. In the months of Aug and Sept 2008, ECS of 4501 was presented though I had cleared the loan. When I called customer Service today on 22066077 I was told that Rs.177 was the amount pending, this amount was the charges for the ECS getting bounced, which is why ECS of 4501 was presented in the months of Aug and Sept. I was not intimated about this amt. pending. In the months of Aug & Sept Rs. 200 was deducted from my a/c for the ECS being bounced.Pathetic service.

I would also like to add that when I tried contacting the concerned dept. on this no.22066077 my calls were picked and cut off thrice.

    I am, Harish Bhardwaj, working as Sr. engineer with Denso India ltd, Noid a, India. I ahve salaried account in AXIS BANK LTD Noida.
    I have deposited Rs101000/- in ATM of Axis Bank, Sector 7 faridabad 29/8/08.The cash details are, two packets containing Rs40000/-each(40 currency notes of Rs 1000 )and 3rd packet containing Rs21000/-(21 currency notes of Rs1000/-.

    These notes were taken by me from cashier of AXIS BANK sector-7, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, in exchange of currency notes of Rs500/-who have counted twice infront of me.

    I also counted twice before depositing in the ATM.

    Today i received a telephonic call from AXIS BANK DELHI, telephone no.[protected] that they have received one note Rs1000/- found less in one packet i.e.39 notes inplace of 40 notes. I was surprised. How it is possible when these were counted many times .

    It is clearly highly doubtfull that employees of Axis Bank, who has collected Packets containing cash and who have counted them are doing fraud.

    Please suggest me to whom should i complaint. Either reserve Bank of india or local police or any other authority who can investigate this foul play of Exis Bank LTD Employees, who are involved in ATM cash related activities.

    AXIS BANK IS DOING FRAUD — AXIS BANK IS DOING FRAUD

    THIS BANK TAKES 3 DAYS TO CLEAR ANY CHEK, IT HAS THE WORST OF RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS IN ALL BRANCHES WHO
    DONT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE BANKING TERMS.

    DEPOSIT ANY CHEK AND SEE HOW THIS BANK HOLD THE MONEY FOR LONG AND INVESTS IN OTHER MARKET.
    i m jimmy working in PVt Company, company has a current account in axix bank sec 7 faridabad, we are using this account for our e payment (taxes) transaction, after using this account for few month we had to stop it because we lost our password by mistake, since that day we are using manully transaction through other bank. now we want to continue our epayment schedule from ur bank.
    pls show me the right way regarding matter as soon as possible.

      I had worked as management trainee for panace biotec in the year 2002. Now in the year 2007 I had decided to withdraw the PF which gained from panacea lying with the Govt. The PF amount to Rs 7000 approximately was duly paid by the Delhi PF office by cheque in due time. It was paid in two cheques in a break up of Rs 5000 and Rs 2000 approximately. However the rs 5000 cheque was credited by the bank in my account in due time. However the cheque of value Rs 2000 was reported by the bank(Axis bank) that it has been misplaced while it was send to Delhi (since it was an outstation cheque). I had repeatedly followed up with Axis bank-Garia branch-kolkata, where I have a savings account and this account details was given to the PF office of Delhi so that the cheque issued by them is in the name of this savings account. The issue of misplacing the cheque is almost 4 months old and everytime Axis bank tells us that we r looking into it and will be realised soon. My self and my father had given them several written reminders but till date the amount of rs 2000 is yet to be realised. I request you to please help me on this and help me to get this amount realised in my account with interest paid in fixed rate from the time the cheque was misplaced.

      The call centre agent told me that i have to contact my branch, when i spoke to Andheri branch office, I spoke to Maithili who said that the detail was still not activated. Later that evening it was activated.
      I was assured that my cheque will be cleared within 48 hours . When i spoke to them today- 16/10/09 they said that it will be cleared on wednesday 21/10/09
      i wasnt even allowed to speak to your higher authority. bank staff named Umesh strictly denied it.

      Its middle of the month and my salary is still pending because of your lethargic behaviour.
      I want to know why was my account not activated for 15 days in the first place. Why was i made false promise on 10th that my cheque will be cleared in 48 hours. I expected your "esteemed" bank to be professional but it is worse that any government bank. I am facing so much problem due your negligence. I want an immidiate response from you and fix my problem ASAP

        I had tried to book my air ticket online in airarabia airlines by using my axis bank credit card. But after three successive attempts the transaction got approved but at the last moment when I was to receive my e-ticket it got reversed. Not withstanding that, each time the amount that was charged to credit card was more than the amount that has been credited back on reversal of the transaction. So I was incurred a loss of Rs 5500 without booking my ticket & for doing no transaction. Can you please help me out.

        I have got a credit card from axis bank before 1 moth for this i had a Fixed Deposit of Rs25000/- in Axis Bank.I have got all the PIN and any other documents.During using credit card it asks about my date fo birth and i am providing my correct date of birth but the system shows wrong information.For this i had made complaint in my Axis Bank, kota & Axis Bank Jaipur also.But they are not able to provide any information in this matter.Two times my credit card has blocked.Due to this i am not able to make my etickets or other transactions.

        So, i am requesting from you to close my credit account and refund my Fixed Deposit Amount.Iwant to say one thing that Axis bank is providing WROST services for Credit card.

          Debit from a/c without instructions Rs 42000

          This is to bring to your notice that my account has been debited for Rs 42000 without my instructions.
          i had recd a mail from axis bank stating that my account would be blocked if i dont upgrade to new SSL server for secure banking for which i clicked on the link which was exactly same as of axis bank netbanking, it prompted me for customer ID and password. After an hour i recd a message from axis bank that my account has been debited...

          Axis Bank meal card not accepted

          Hi,

          I had received an Axis meal Card from my company. Every month Rs 1100/- gets added to the card. Axis Bank claims that this card is accepted at over 40, 000 registered food outlets. I have tried using this card at various places like Spinach, Food bazaar, Vishal megamart (food). None of these outlets are able to access this card and I have to always pay by cash.

          This is with regard to an unauthorized transaction from my Smart Privilege Bank Account in Axis Bank, Lok Vihar Branch, Pitampura, Delhi on 11th August 2008 which has taken place through Internet Banking.

          That the Branch Manager –Mr. Vikas Anand himself called me up in the evening at 7:30 P.M. on 11August 2008 and informed me that the aforementioned unauthorized transaction has taken place from my account.

          After receiving Mr. Vikas Anand’s call I directly went to AXIS BANK branch wherein I have my Account i.e Lok Vihar, Pitampura.

          Though the Branch Manager had left by that time and Mr. Hemant (Bank Official), who knows me well as he is the same person who had assisted me while opening my account, showed me my Account details and the person in whose Bank Account the money from my account has been transacted in an unauthorized manner.

          That a person named D’ Cunha from the Compliance Department called me from[protected] on 12 August 2008 and confirmed that an unauthorized transaction has taken place from my account on 11 August 2008 and the money will be restored to my Bank Account within a week’s time. I requested him to send me a written confirmation about the same but he outrightly refused to do so

          That I also informed the Deputy Manager of Axis Bank-Lok Vihar, Pitampura- Ms. Sapna that I have been receiving security alert emails on my personal email account- [protected]@rediffmail.com confirming that my AXIS Online Banking Account has been violated and someone with IP address 81.102.72.19 tried to access my personal account

          Ms Sapna advised me to log- in with my User Id and with a wrong password, so that the account gets deactivated and I did what was advised to me. Thereafter I didn’t get any such Security Alert emails.


          That on 14 August 2008, the Bank asked me to sign an undertaking to the effect that I had put my account details on the net, which resulted in the fraudulent transaction.
          That I declined to sign the same as the unauthorized transaction has taken place due to security lapse on the part of the Bank. My account is a saving account and I have never carried out any internet transaction vide my account. Further, the transaction has been done by a third party not associated or connected to me in any manner whatsoever.

          However, after my persuasions the Bank amended the undertaking striking the clause that “I had passed on my password and sixteen digit debit card number and which resulted in the fraudster taking the money from my account” (A copy of the amended and signed undertaking is enclosed)

          Again, on 1 September 2008 the Manager Operations – Ms. Ankur has asked me to sign the undertaking to the effect I had passed on my password and sixteen digit debit card number and which resulted in the fraudster taking the money from my account.

          That I have again declined to sign the same as the unauthorized transaction has taken place due to security lapse on the part of the Bank.

          Additionally, on August 26, 2008 I had a conversation with Ms. Mughda, Compliance Department, Mumbai and she assured me that the money will be reversed into my account with in a week’s time.

          Again, on 1 September 2008 I had a conversation with her in regard to the same and she is again reassuring me that the money will be reversed into my Bank Account with in a week’s time.

          However, instead of taking some concrete action against the fraudster, the bank and its officials are wasting my energy and time and are pressurrising me to sign the undertaking.

          The acts, conduct and behavior of the bank officials make it abundantly clear that they are hand in glove with the fraudster - AMIT THUSSOO.

          In view of the above, take note of the following:

           That there has been a security lapse on your part of due to which the fraudulent transaction has taken place;

           That the Bank is fully aware of the fraudulent transaction and the Bank Manager himself called to inform me about the same and confirmed the same;

           That Mr. Hemant who works in Lok Vihar, Pitampura Branch informed me that the unauthorized transaction has been done by some Amit Thusso who is working with LG Electronics, Greater Noida and has a salaried Account with Axis Bank;

           That the Bank is trying to shift the blame on me despite there being no proof of my involvement in the said transaction. This is an absolute shock for me that the Branch Manager –Mr. Vikas Anand and other officials of the Bank has been consistently telling me that I must have put in my information/data i.e.-USER ID, PASSWORD, TXN ID and DEBIT CARD on some unprotected site or using an unprotected net access system and put in my details onto the AXIS BANK site;

           That the Bank is not willing to sort the matter unless I again sign the undertaking to the effect that I had myself passed on my account details to the fraudster;

           That I have never-ever done any kind of transaction using my AXIS ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNT and I have never put in my personal data on any site as I use this account as my savings account and this can be very well checked from the history of my transactions done with the bank;

           That I have no connection and have not been involved in any manner in the above disputed transaction using my Axis Online Banking Account;

           That the fraudulent transaction has been done by a third party unknown to me and has happened due to security lapse on the part of the bank;

           That the Bank is not willing to take any action despite the undertaking signed by me stating that the Bank will initiate appropriate legal action against the beneficiaries of such amounts;

           That there has been lack of cooperation and coordination from the side of the Bank;

           That the Bank is unnecessarily delaying the matter and harassing me;

          a fully agree. this is a cyber crime.i personally hold the bank responsible for this problem as their system in not secured.
          I got Iconnect 2week before.After getting the password i change the transaction password and login password .ater change the password given by the axis bank i can't able to login.So please send new iconnect to me as quick as possible.Thank you
          I too received fraudulent mails many times with a link to a web site appears to be Axis Bank. If you open Axisbank.com the site will be having minor changes. On keen observation on the Address bar, one can notice the address and it is not Axis bank site.

          I tried to redirect the mail to Axis bank also, but the Ids given on the web site is not correct.

          Beware of such mails and don't disclose your user_Id and Passwords on the links given there.

          i am facing the same problem and the bank is not co-operating with me, they are insisting me to sign the said formality which state that i had passed my id and password over internet, but i had not done any such thing .

          Axis Bank — Unauthorised Transaction

          I am having salary account with axis bank, there is a transaction showing in my statement of Rs 500 on[protected] withdraw form KANDIVALI HDFC ATM but this transaction is not done from my side, i had given one application letter to KALINA BRANCH on 10 june and also i spoked to cutomer care execative but they are not helping me out, Kindly do the needfull or suggest me the right way

          Dear sir,
          with reference to above subject i am pramod laxman ghag i having saving account no [protected] in your bank at vashi branch. yesterday I had visited to your branch with operation head regarding misused of my account for Vodafone account through on line.
          And it was start from Saturday night and I come to know on Monday (15/11/2010) so immediately contact to your vashi branch by telephone. he advice me first block your account than i called to goregaon branch (E) they advice to me faxed to us one application for block the account and its we forwarded to vashi branch and immediately i done.
          But they not forwarded on same time due to careless of your staff I lost more than Rs.60,000 which is I want refund from your bank already lost around Rs.950000.
          please give replied or I want to take next step.

            Axis Bank — Non delivery of credit card

            I have got a sms on aug 5, 2008 from Axis Bank that my card has been deliverd by Expressit courier service.The delivery time was between 72 hours.Still it is not deliverd. I don't know to whom I have to contact.
            If such type of courier services are present then
            It is better to send anything by postoffice.

              I was asked by Axis Bank to apply for a corporate credit card. I wasn't very eager but I was pursued by them. I submitted a complete application with all required documents including my salary and existing credit card details. The verified everything via a telephone call, but later on sent me an SMS that my application has been declined with no reason what so ever. As far as I know, the bank is supposed to inform the decision with the reason for any such declines. I've sent a mail to them but they haven't even responded. I want to know the grounds on which they declined the application.

                Hello,

                This is Vijay Kumar Garla from Bangalore. All this is startedd when I want to change my home loan from ABN AMRO to AXIS Bank. I felt ABN is charging more interest rate and decided to move to AXIS BANK for less interest rate. I was fallen to their cheap marketing trick. I have called-in the AXIS bank for processing my home loan and they have arranged an executive from the agency called PVMONEY. They started processing my home loan on June 15th 2008 and it is not comleted till today (i.e Aug 28th 2008). They have taken processing fee of 6250 rupees from my account with in a week from the date of processing. They never call-in and tell the status of the processing, infact if I call them they tell that some more documnets are required for further processing.

                Today I called lady with name Shoba, asked about the reason for the delay. She is saying I am th reason for the delay. I have told to escalate to the next level, she said there are none and I've to tell to her only all things. After a big fight she gave one mailid (and not ready to give contact number), I really dont know who he is and what he can do about it.

                My appartment is from reputed builder and it is BDA approved project and the loan I was asked is less than 30% of market value of the appartment. The EMI I am going to pay is less than 20% of my monthly income.

                Hope you can imagine the AXIS bank operational excellence and service/value to the their customers. I have lost my mental peace, time and money because of this. It is clear case of cheating a customer by AXIS Bank.

                The loan ref no is AXISBANK/(LNPHG)-110240/PVM/06/217/RAC - (Bangalore)/08-09.

                what is the procedure to log a complaint on this...?

                I have recently tacken a loan from Axis Bank (Loan A/C No- PH[protected]. I had requested repeatedly for a NOC letter for transferring this loan to another Bank.

                So far I have been just dropping mails repeatedly for this purpose. There has been no reply from Axis Bank. I would wait for another couple of days before approching my next step.
                TAKE HOME LOAN FROM AXIS BANK AND " GHUM TE REH JAO GE ON THE AXIS "

                WE HAVE UNFORTUNATELY TAKEN A HOME LOAN FROM THE AXIS BANK WAY BACK IN SEP / OCT 2006. HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NO [protected]

                WE HAVE A NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING ISSUES REGARDING MY HOME LOAN WHICH I HAVE ASKED THE BANK FOR REDRESS THROUGH PERSONAL REPRESENTATION IN THE OFFICE OF MR MANISH GUPTA, AXIS BANK [HOME LOAN DEPT], BHANDARKAR ROAD, PUNE IN DEC 2007 AND THROUGH REPEATED EMAILS TO - AXIS RAC <Customercare.[protected]@axisbank.com>; ANIL DIGHE <anil.[protected]@axisbank.com>; Manish.[protected]@axisbank.com; SINCE THE EARLY 2008. TILL DATE NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING !

                THE ISSUES ARE ENUMERATED BELOW

                NO RESPONSE FROM AXIS BANK, HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT, ON THE ISSUE OF : -

                A> WRONG CALCULATION OF INTEREST ON HOME LOAN - THE CALCULATION SPREAD SHEET WAS GIVEN BY ME ON TWO OCCASIONS TO MR MANISH GUPTA - I PERSONALLY LOADED ON HIS COMPUTER ONCE.

                B> WRONGLY ROUNDING OFF OF DECIMAL PLACES AND CLAIMING IT TO BE A RBI DIRECTIVE. THE COPY OF THE DIRECTIVES WAS REQUESTED - BUT TILL DATE THAT HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN.
                AND THE SAME ISSUE WAS CHECKED WITH THE AXIS BANK [SAVINGS BANK ] - WHO AGREED WITH MY CASE.

                C> NOT INFORMING AT ALL OF THE CHANGE OF RATE OF INTEREST - HENCE DEPRIVING ME [THE CUSTOMER] OF THE CHANCE TO CHANGE / REVISE MY [HIS] EMI AND HENCE MAINTAIN THE TENURE OF LOAN - HENCE CAUSING A LOSS

                D> THE INTEREST IS CALCULATED ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS IN THE MONTH [INTEREST * NUMBER OF DAYS IN A MONTH / NUMBER OF DAYS IN A YEAR]. 2008 BEING A LEAP YEAR AXIS BANK HAS CALCULATED THE INTEREST FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY FOR 29 DAYS, BUT……….. THE DENOMINATOR WHICH ALSO HAS TO CHANGE TO 366 INSTEAD OF 365 HAS NOT BEEN DONE – THIS SUITS THE BANK AS IT COLLECTS INTEREST FOR ONE EXTRA DAY – THIS PROCEDURE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY AN EMAIL SENT TO ME FROM AXIS BANK. THIS AMOUNTS TO ABOUT RS 480 ODD IN MY CASE! IMAGINE THE QUANTUM IF YOU CONSIDER ALL THE LOAN ACCOUNTS THE BANK HAS. THE AMOUNT OF GAIN IS COLOSSAL / HUGE - CONSIDERING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE EFFECTED.

                E> CLAIMING THAT THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THE SAME WAS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF APPLYING FOR THE LOAN AND SUBSEQUENTLY THE REVISED COMMUNICATION ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED ALONG WITH MOBILE NOS AND LANDLINE NOS.

                I PRAY THAT THE BANK BE ASKED TO RESOLVE THE OUTSTANDING ISSUES AT THE EARLIEST AND THE BANK BE ASKED TO COMPENSATE DUE TO - THE LAXITY AND IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR SHOWN BESIDES CAUSING CONTINUED EXTREME HARDSHIP AND IMMENSE MENTAL AGONY - WHICH AMOUNTS TO LACK IN SSERVICE PROVIDED !                 Axis bank has also stopped my disbursement.

                  If I am not wrong, I initially told you about the poor (rather no response) response from the phone banking team of AXIS bank and when I was in India you told me to call you for 24X7 service for any issue what so ever. Were those just the words for luring customer and for the first impression thing?

                  I am also in Banking Industry for now more that 5 years and please don't pressure me to tell the whole meaning of "BANK". It is not the one time thing rather it is the life long thing.

                  I really feel very bad not just because I lost money, it is because I feel cheated.

                  How can you say that there is no bank which is not charging any thing on the remittance as of now in India and Axis bank have the least remittance charges in the Indian Banking Industry.

                  ICICI is an Indian Bank and charge just SGD $5/- on transactions below SGD $2000/- and NO CHARGES on the transaction over SGD $2000/-

                  AXIS bank charged SGD $30/- for one transaction and the rate which I got is SGD $1 = INR 30.4 which is lesser (few points only) than ICICI bank.                     Its really very pathetic experience I have faced with the AXIS Bank credit card service.

                    From the month i have taken this card I have been calling up the call center for one or the other reason as soon as I get my monthly statement.

                    To my surprise in the first month I found that there was a joining fees that was levid on my card (as it was communicated to me that it will not be charged)

                    After some days I got the message that the amount has been paid( I was not aware who paid the amount)

                    When I received my Axis Bank Savings Bank statement I came to know that the amount was deducted without my knowledge. When I conatcted your customer service they said my axis bank account is linked to my credit card and auto debit facility is activated.(I never opted for the same).
                    I requested to calcell the same. They said as it was too late they cannot stop the auto debit for the coming bill but will cancell from the next bill onwards.
                    I said OK and asked them to take out my bill amount from my bank for that month. Being under the impression that the amount will be automatically deducted from the bank I did not pay the bill.

                    But again to my shock I got a message after the due date that my credit card bill is due and I need to make the payment. I called up the call center again and they nicely told me that as my auto debit facility was cancelled I had to make the payment. (I was asked to do VISA transfer for which I spent Rs 25 more)

                    I had explained the whole thing and told him that I should not be charged with any late payment charges and he said ok.

                    But I received my card statement I saw that not only the late payment charges were levid but also the interest for the period were levid, which aounted for Rs603. Almost 4 months passed every month I call up but no response.
                    I lost my money, my time in calling and following up for something which never happened

                      For last 24 days or so, we have been requesting an Axis Bank Representative (Mr. Deepak Sharma, Merchant Services, North Zonal office) to sort out a matter for us. We have been calling non-stop and writing reminder mails and we are just being harassed without any concrete action or advice. Every time we call we’re just asked to wait for 2 more days.

                      At a merchant outlet in Gurgaon (Charming, Ambience Mall Gurgaon) where Axis Bank has installed their Credit card machine, my wife’s Citibank debit card got swiped thrice for an amount of Rs 8475.00 and every time it showed that the transaction is invalid. On the contrary, the purchase amount has been debited from my account thrice, over and above an already valid transaction of Rs. 8475 which I paid using my second card. Deepak Sharma was informed of this and he asked us to submit a confirmation letter.

                      On 11th August 2008, I e-mailed to Mr. Deepak Sharma, Merchant Services, North Zonal office, Axis Bank, a scanned copy of the letter issued to me by Citibank validating the 3 transactions of Rs. 8475.00 each and providing the trace numbers of the transactions. Also Citibank’s monthly bank statement issued to us for the month of July 2008, again confirms the 3 transactions where the amount has been credited to Charming Gurgaon (merchant outlet).

                      Though Deepak Sharma mentioned that these transactions are not valid but if he is so confident of this, we requested him to issue us a ‘No Encashment’ letter confirming that these transactions are not valid. Either Axis Bank bank should issue us this letter so that I can go ahead and take legal action against Citibank for making wrong claims or your bank should reimburse our money (an amount of Rs. 25425, for 3 transactions of Rs 8475 each).

                      It's extremely frustrating as I'm chasing people blindly and wasting my time and money. I am hoping that you’ll look into the matter and get this sorted out. Please also suggest if I need to approach this situation legally.

                      I apply Jaipur development authority scheme name are rajat vihar yojana- Jaipur in 10/09/2007 but by axis bank, ashok marg, jaipur mistake i have loss my original D.D. & my form. My D.D. No. are 795786 and my form no. are 69196 . i want to cancel my dd but i had lost my original D.D. then, i request for duplicate dd, for the purpose of cancellation, it has been issued by the Ajmer main sbi branch, now his demanding are Jaipur development authority written letter me he has no problem for cancellation the D.D.

                      Sbi branch manger had told me to get the written cancellation by Jaipur development authority and they had given me in written. Now in spite to cancel it they telling me some technical problem in their software, so they are not able to cancel it 26 Feb09. I am hand to deliver the entire documents sbi branch manger in bank dated 26 Feb09 with cancellation letter JDA.

                      He say meet me 3&4 Feb. 09 I will give u some solution this problem. But after that he telling me you are D.D. paid the 27 dec07 to Jaipur development authority, Jaipur
                      Sbi branch manger show me the D.D. status he is all ready the amount to JDA, Jaipur.
                      Then I call the JDA, Jaipur he say I am also give the authority the axis bank for all pending amount paid the direct to be client.

                      Have you ever think about my time involvement in this work it is really surprising that such an efficient department of yours is not heeding to my complaints. I am facing this problem from 2 yrs, cant you people take it seriously, I have been wasted a lot of money by going up and down, and two yrs interest. Now it’s faithful that you pay me the actual amount with the interest lost and the expenses board by me.
                      Please get the needful done without any further lose of time or I have to take some serious action against your department.

                          Respected Sir, I have made a Fixed Deposite of Rs. 75000/-(Rs. Seventy Five Thousands Only) from Mall Road, Kanpur Branch and at that time Executive had said that for a senior citizen there is a 1% extra benefit in fixed Deposite account. As it is clear that for a normal candidate the rate of interest for geater than one year and less than two year is 9.5% So in this way the rate of interest for a senior citizen should be 10.5%, but I am sorry to inform you that executive have given me only 10.25%.
                          which makes problem to me.

                            Dear AXIS Bank Customer Service

                            On 16/08/08 in the evening my credit card was declined. When I called your call-center agent I was told that due to security reasons the same have been blocked. I was also told the reason being automatic blocking by system as it permits 14 swipes per day. The fact is that I had done only 5-6 transaction that day.

                            Yesterday (19/08/08) the above episode gets repeated after making 5 transactions. The facility to talk to your customer service agent was also not available at around 5 p.m. in the evening.

                            During both the days I had to stop marketing. I find the AXIS bank card totally unreliable. What is the utility of the card If I can't use the same when I need it. What if my situation was emergency in nature.

                            1. May I know what is the system.
                            2. Why I was not told about such security system.
                            3. Before blocking the card why can't the system take my consent over call/SMS or alert.
                            4. Is there any system where I can unblock the card immediately or tell the system not to block.

                            and the you people send the
                            card to my address which is
                            4-4-172 Kali Mandir Bandlaguda.
                            Himayathsagar road.
                            Indra reddy nagar redddy
                            nagar colony. Pin 500086

                            And when ever i call customer service
                            u people tell me that the Blue dart
                            cant deliver the card because my
                            area is out of delivery area.
                            And the customer service people
                            told me to go to teh bank
                            and ask the bank people to
                            send an e mail. So that they will
                            send the credit card to the branch
                            which is at Mehdi patnam Hyderabad.
                            I wend to theank numerious times
                            and still i an facing helll. I dont have
                            my creidt card since Jan.
                            And when ever i call the customer care to AXIS
                            Bank they give me all stupid reasos.

                            I want my card dont let me beg
                            u people.

                            I call up the customer service
                            everry morning and still they
                            give me all stupid reasons.

                            They give all fake promises. I went to the bank and they also sent the customer service an email to send the card to the Mehdi Patnam ( Hyderabad) branch
                            still you people didnot send the credit card.
                            I allways call Axis credit card customer service everry morning . I spend atleast 50mnts Still You people are least bothered to send the card.

                              I have a Savings Bank Account (No. [protected]) with Axis Bank at Jajpur Road Branch [MICR Code:[protected]], Jajpur Road - 755019; ORISSA. This is online connected as I have been transferred to KOLKATA recently. Every fortnightly I am checking my balance. On[protected] when I have checked my account, it was found that on 21st July'2008 there were two Internet transactions bearing Transaction Nos. ICONN/4983346/[protected]/210708/120 & ICONN/4983247/[protected]/200708/120 of Rs. 22, 000.00 & Rs. 50, 000.00 to an unknown account. This is totally fraud and I don't know about this transactions. Never I have leaked my password to anybody and never I have replied any fraud Mails. Also I have never done any Internet Transactions through my account.But, the Bank is trying to blame on me. One thing to note that, on 8th August '2008 when I, ve checked my Account then the message appears that "I've last logged in on ____ June '2008", but I've forgotton to take a print of that. Now I can't take a print out as the Bank has already closed my online transaction. My point is that on 21st July '2008 when the incident occured before that I've logged-in my account and on 21st July '2008 I've not logged-in.
                              This is shear proof of serious security system failure of on-line transaction of Axis Bank. When I've enquired one personnel of that Bank, I got the news that one Sanjeev Kumar Garg has transfered this amount to his HDFC, Khurja Branch.

                              In this regard I want to know what I' ve to do now to reimburse the amount to my account as soon as possible. I've already send mail to the Bank & get a answer. Also an written application has been received by Axis Bank, Kolkata Branch.

                              Please help me/suggest me what I've to do now ?

                              Fraudulent Money Transfer from my account.


                              I have a saving account in the above banch,

                              i tried to logon my online account on 10th of dec-08. but i cant, then i try to withdraw money using check, but that check i bounce, then i check my last transactions.

                              i found money transfer to [protected] account. this is HDFC account unknown account.This is totally fraud and I don't know about this transactions. Never I have leaked my password to anybody and never I have replied any fraud Mails. Also I have never done any Internet Transactions through my account.But, the Bank is trying to blame on me.
                              i'm also faced same problem with same account resently.
                              My nephew aged about 17 years has been kidnapped by anyone since 2 days. But failed to find still now. some phone numbers are recovered from her personal diary. we guessed a young boy of about 22/23 years has done this.

                              & vodafone-[protected], [protected]

                              We have not lodged a FIR in police still now . we want cold compromise

                                Dear All,

                                Beware from AXIS BANK fixed deposit scheme. They have set the iConnect net banking so as that whenever you make a request for on-line Fixed deposit account they simply forfeit your money by displaying the "REINVESTMENT" option after completion of transaction, however there is no any option in there Fixed Deposit request page. I am a pray of this behavior. I call the bank for clarification by nobody picks up the phone.

                                At last but not least. Withdraw all your net facility from iConnect or if you want to use it, than only use basic services only.

                                  I am not using any account from Axis bank, but I am recvng mails and mesaages from bank telling my internet bank authorisation is voileted, I am trying to call customer care, the dirty customer care service the number is always busy,

                                  worst customer care and bank,

                                  I am getting confuse who is using my account, I never made any transaction, I think the bankers are cheating us, I don't know to whom I have to contact, Some body can help me Please...
                                  I have multiple bank a/c OBC, HSBC, HDFC, AXIS... This is the worse bank i've ever seen
                                  No person will respond to the mails or queries. Internet banking will hardly work. Customer support dont attempt to listen or understand your issues. I am in US now, I'am been trying to get issues resolved from past 2 months but i am hardly getting any support or acknowledgement to my mails/calls.
                                  when i reach India first thing i will do is to close this a/c and use other a/cs of mine!

                                    One year back I took a silver plus credit card from axis bank. Then went on for purchase, for rs 6000 for office purpose. I had been paying my minimum balance till this year april 2008. I had to change my address due to personal reason. I called them up to get it updated and give my statements in my new address. None of them even bothered to update now it is August 2008 my statement is still pending.

                                    The real issue does not end here. For them it is just a statement. Now the interest and intersest plus late payment .. then interest plus latepayment exceeding credit limit that fees all togather has piled up. I was asked by my office to produce the statement of card so that they could pay me and settle the issue. Now I call them again. I have not recieved the address update, nor the statement. Company is refusing me to pay the money without statemnet. NOT BUT NOT LEAST, THE ENTIRE OUTSTANDING IS LEINED ON MY ACCOUNT, WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. It was their mistake not to give the statement .. and here comes the last issue.. the entire amount is 13000 and my salary is 10000.. i could not take a single pie of my salary out because of their negligence.

                                    Could someone suggest wat to do.. this happens in axis bank, bangalore.
