Hi,
I am Rana Majumder, one of the Axis bank personal account holder from Kolkata with the Account Number XXXXXXXXX233507. On[protected], when I've dropped to your ATM counter for some cash,

there in Mini Statement I found Rs.1, 350.00 have gone from my account which I never spent myself. So, next

day I searched my account online and found it slashed by AXIS BANK it self in the name of 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'.

And there is no details of the charges for which I should be paying. I don't know is it my undesired contribution

for for 'their' Puja Bonus. So I called up my Branch for details. Some lady pick up the phone in a single

ring, I asked her about the charges and as a obvious act she cut off the line without answering me. Then I called

minimum 50 times in that number and again I was amused with the result, because, maximum time it keeps

ringing for someone to pick it up, but some of the calls was received but no one was answering after hearing my

voice. I can understand, who wants to hear harsh words day before the puja. But can anyone tell me why I sld

also be greet like this before my puja holidays. Ok at last a guy pick up the phone and called himself

Vikas (real/unreal), he was in a big hurry, still I asked him, ' I've an account in your branch and today I found

Rs.1, 350.00 is deducted from my account as 'Consolidated Charges for A/c'. So can you tell me what this

'Charges' is or send me a detail of it through e-mail, as I've one endorsed e-mail ID with my account'. He quickly answered me he will surely mail it to me in my email ID and greet me with good bye to cut off the phone (as I told earlier, he was in big hurry). BUT NOW! I was just ASTONISHED and stopped him asking, are you people ANTAR-YAMI or what, how do you will mail me without knowing my mail ID or my account number OR at least, at least My Name. or It may be 'you' have some kind of voice recognition facility.
So next, I provide him with all of my details and request him to send the detail by today only. As a smart CCO he replied he will surely do, as he know it will give him /me some instant relief.

But I knew I will receive nothing by today or tomorrow. But how dare someone take off my money from my account without my consent which I put with you on trust. And I also found, its not only me. Some more of them, with whom 'they' did those DISTRUSTED thing being in a place where all people put their hard work incomes. I need Answer.

Rs.1603 was deducted from my acc with the excuse "consolidated charges for a/c"
n till now i didnt get any justification

AXIS BANK LTD is very poor service bank and very
thrsty about money they not care about their csutomers.

I have account more than 8 years but they not given me any
CC for my current account or any single two wheeler loan also not approved by this bank

I said we need to take action on this bank and remove this
from our country. Its very bad to cut payment without consent or sending info to their account holders

Its big problem they need to notice account holder that they are going to cut their due payment against cosoldated charges
before 7 days unless account holder can be in big problem if he travel and trust on his balance in their tours . i think so many account holders facing this problem i also face same problem when i have balance in my account i received payment 6975/- and next day they cut charges and my balance is 5100 approx and then later next day they cut charges 1450/- oh its very bad think mean cutting charges amount is 3500 i got only 50% amount from this payment.

I know charges of bank in india but this AXIS BANK CHARGES IS VERY HIGHER AND HIGHER AND HIGHER ONLY

PLEAS DONT OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK LTD
INDIA ITS VERY UNCOMMON BANK AND USEFUL TO HIGHER CLASS .

I AM VERY ANGRY WITH THIS BANK SYSTEM AND
ALSO WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FROM THIS BANK.

    When ever any consumer has any query then every customer contact to customercare (phone no given by you) and consumer believe on the executive's answers. This is the procedure that every innocent consumer follows.
    The same process followed by me and I am in trouble. Please look at the matter
    MyAxis bankcredit card previous bill (19/4/08 to 20/5/08) amount of Rs 36207.44 that contains 14032.00 rs of balance transfer amount (this amount was not supposed to pay on due date). 21285.00 rs of ICICI Lombard policy (This amount was converted in EMI)
    Now in order to get information of bill amount I called to customer care no.and I asked that
    "How much amount I have to pay before my payment due date" then he replied me
    *"From the total amount (that was 36207.44) deduct balance transfer and EMI amount (that was 14032+21285= 35317) and rest of amount you have to pay"*
    I did not satisfied with this answer so a called again and that time other executive answered the same so I calculated according to instruction
    36207.44 (Total due amount) - 35317 (sum of balance transfer and EMIamount) = 891. So I paid 891 rs before due date.
    I was surprised when I saw this month bill that contain 643.46(interest) & 276 (late fees). So I am not responsible of any extra charges because I could pay more amounts but I followed the instruction given by your executive.
    I knew that we need to pay minimum amount specified into bill so same i told at the time of conversation with your executive then he replid that "If the total bill amount changes then minimun amount has to be changed, " then i asked that, ok tell me how much amount i have to pay then he replied that "now u need to pay 5% of 891 rs" after that i paid total amount...

    Plese look at this matter or suggest me where i can escalate this issue for if not satisfied with bank

      sir,
      i am the a/c holder of axis bank, i have withdrawl rs. 17000 on 26/09/2008 from corporation bank atm stated in laxmi nagar (new delhi). the corporation atm show the invalid trasaction, after this transation i am have not recive cash but my a/c has been debited by rs. 17000. i am also complain in axis bank but no action taken by the bank till date.
      please give me your priceless suggestion

      I Hitesh N. Modi having account no. [protected], Karelibaug, Vadodara, Gujarat. Presently I am at South Korea for study, and my wife Chetna H Modi used my ATM debit card to withdraw the money (Rs 20000) on 8th July, 5.10pm from ICICI bank, Bhanu Apt, Mulund West, Mumbai. AXIS bank ATM at that time was under repairing and that’s why she had used near ICICI ATM on the advice of AXIS bank security man and repairing engineers. However, while withdrawing money from the ICICI ATM, it suddenly showed network error on the screen and so money had not been withdrawn. In spite of this still money was deducted from my husband’s account in AXIS bank. There was no transaction receipt also from the ATM. However, before and after this incidence I had the receipt of account information which I am joining with this for explanation. Therefore, I request you to credit this amount as soon as possible and solve the problem.

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I am a employee of MTNL Nehru Place and my salary account is in SBI (Acccount no: [protected]) Kalyan Puri. Every month my salary transfers from Axis bank to in my account of SBI kalyan puri. Last month (September) I got the bonus which is Rs 11, 000 from MTNL as per my information. But the problem is about the not credited amount of bonus in my SBI account. I don't know where is the problem and whom to contact in this condition. I am not getting the right information either the Axis bank not got the amount from MTNL or the SBI not got the amount from Axis bank or there is any other problem...

        So, plz it is my humble request to help me to short out this problem.

          Axis Bank — Debit card stuck In ATM Officials are not returning

          I have used ING VYSYA debit card in AXIS BANK Kasturinagar branch wher in on[protected] the Card got struck in ATM when I asked to return my ATM card in Indiranagar 100 feet Rd AXIS BANK office VICE PRESIDENT of that BANK said he will not return my CARD. He says he will throw it in dustbin.


          VERY VERY UNETHICAL SHAME ON THEM.

          Axis Bank Tilak Nagar Jaipur — PIN Number

          this is pramod kumar from jaipur. sir i recently open a account in Axis bank Tilk Nagar branch jaipur. i received my kit on 4/12/07 and till now i didn't received my pin number for debit card. i made a number of calls to bank but they are not responding and they disconnect my phone. so now i am not able to withdraw amount through ATM maching. i am facing a lot of problem due to it.

          Axis Bank Gold Plus Credit Card — Providing Wrong Information, Charging exorbitant charges, No regards to customer grievances

          In june of 2006 i was approached by
          executives from AXIS BANK credit card cell and was offered a gold plus credit
          card. it was informed that people having a corporate salary account are
          getting this card for free and their would be no Joining charges or annual
          charges levied.
          2. In August 2006 i received an statement wherein Joining
          charges and annual charges were levied. I called up the customer care wherein i was informed that My request Number 33951 would be forwarded to the concerned department and i should pay the minimum due amount of Rs. 300/- which was paid immediately.
          3. There was no response on the above mentioned request number and despite mine regularly following up with the
          customer care no action was taken on my request, hence i stopped making any payment till such time as all the isssues be resolved.
          4. In december 2006 i got a call from the concerned department and was informed that a new statement would be forwarded to me after reversing all the charges like: joining fees, annual fee, late payment fee and interest charges, after clearing the same i'll be provided with a new credit card.
          5. In january i receive a statement wherein no reversals had been done and my money from my salry account was taken as a lien by the banks credit card department. I in person never gave a confirmation/permission for direct debit from my account. Despite assurances from their people and my taking
          pain in following up at regular intervals nothing is being done. On 4th January 2008 another request bearing no:142440 was registerd by AXIS executives over and above the previous request. Later i was asked to clear my actual usage after which the lien would be removed in three working days and the charges reversed on my card6. On january 16 i got a cash
          deposit done of at the DLF Gurgaon branch of Axis Bank and
          received a menssage on my handphone on 18th Jan 2008 reflecting the same deposit being made on 17th Jan. On jan 24th i receive a mail from Axis Bank Customer care confirming the reversal of all the charges on my credit Card. Then on Jan 30th they make a direct Debit form my account for outstanding dues.


          Now i request you to kindly give me a clarification appropriate for your actions or i would be froced to take the bank to consumer courts and if needed take the issue higher as well.

          Axis Bank Gold Plus Credit Card — Request to waive over-due charge / Ref: Credit Card being NO. 4718-6101-0012-6227/SKY-0902-04124

          Sir,
          With reference to above I dropped a cheque being No. 913519 on 30/08/2007 in due time against the charges of Credit Card for the month of July07

          Unfortunately over due charges have been imposed in any account. Mails were sent twice requesting to waive over charges. No action has yet been taken. I request you kindly to waive the overdue charges otherwise I shall have no alternative than to refer the matter to the Banking Ombudsman.

          Dear Sir,

          My name is Tapanendu Shaw and my Axis Bank Credit card no is [protected]. I have received a Statement of Rs. 449.44 as Joining Fee And I am yet to make any transaction with it and not even use this card.
          I have applied it forcefully after a several times insisting me by sales person Ms.Ranjana of Axis Bank Credit by phone and She was assured me there is no any hidden service fees including Joining Fees or Processing Fee and It is given me Fully Free of cost. But they have debited a total of Rs.449.44 as Joining Fee + Service TAX . But the sales person told me that it wont be having any joining fee or annual fees or processing fee. When I talked to the customer care they told they will wave of the charges which hasn't been done so far.
          This is serious Complain of Cheating and please solve this problem
          I want cancel this Axis Bank Credit Card for ever. Please avdise

          Axis Bank — Irritating service

          Customer services is very bad.

          I have tranx. fro ATM 1000/- Rs. from SCO 29 Sec 14, ATM Id :S1AC05613 Gurgaon.
          I have recived Rs 500 and Rs 100 in heavy damage condition,When I go to change this Rs. in bank then manager and Cashier says that put these rs in back to ATM.No satisfication of customers how to deel with them.

          Axis Bank / AFL Couriers — WRONG DELIVERY OF A/C KIT

          But AFL COURIERS delivered my a/c kit on B-56, PHASE-2, NARAINA, NEW DELHI-110028 (PHONE NO.[protected]as AFL COURIERS told me, they delivered that a/c kit to a person named SOHAN SINGH. I called on the said no. but receiver told me that there is no person of that name.
          now AFL COURIERS ignoring this matter.

          plzz solve this matter.

          I have apllied for closure of my Demat a/c. no. 12916108 in Dec. 2007 with a reminder for closure of this a/c. on 14/03/2008.
          But the Bank is still asking & deducting DP charges from me.

          As per the payment instructions I had droped a cheque of Rs 2224/- in your drop box situated at your branch in sector 10 panchkula on 29-6-08 against the minmum payment of the first statment.
          the details of the cheque is No 168377 of HDFC Bank sector 20 panchkula datede29.6.08.
          AS the cheque did clear after five days I called the customer care and enquired the situation. when it did not clear after 10 days I started contacting ths customer care for locating the cheque for presentinfg in my bank for clearing
          On 9.7.08 when I contacted for the above reason I was surprised to know that my card has been blocked for non payment and I was instructed that to pay Rs 4658/- to resume the card .
          I had no choice but to pay . hence I remitted online from your bank Rs 4700 to my credit card account on 11.7.08 This I did to aviod late payment charges and other levies before the bill is genarated.
          I have recieved today in my mail the latest bill and was shocked te see that all axtra charges were levied.I would like to state here that though I made an earnest attemp in trying to clear the cheque but all went in vain as there no proper cordination in this case to locate the cheque ( why sshould I suffer fir this)which would saved all my effortes ultimatly I have given a stop paayment requist to my bank for the above said cheque.
          Under above fact I dont see any reason the I have to be panalised by leving aLL extra charges.Hrnce please consider to waive all extra charges. I would be greatful if you confirm me you action on my mail ID.

          saving a/c — Rules

          Dear sir,

          I am Mrityunjay kumar srivastava, is highly disappointed from the services of Bank publically. since last one week i visiting sector 49, sector 2 branch sbi bank noida to deposite some money, but incumbent clerks at cash counter is not coperating with the customers with manners.and deprived me to do relative opration.saying outsider from other area is not allowed for any type of operation.Even i am an indian. can you explain me what this outsider concept that your employees are not coperating.
          Let me know about this new invented circular of the bank. I think these employees are big blob stigma, hope the bank authority will take some stern action to make the public convenience.

          Sorry to read what was happened with you. But they did the same with my account too and deducted 1, 350.00 without my consent. There are some more sufferer, if you search by 'Axis Bank Complaints' in this website. So, I think it would be better if we all get together and send a Mass complain to RBI about this. How on earth anybody can take off my money from my account without my consent.

          Please mail me, so we can make a forum to protect our rights.

          I have always maintained a good a/c bal in my A/c but still i dont understand that AXIS BANK have deducted 750 + 92 as Consolidated Charges from my A/c .           I have not activated mobile banking, although when any transaction is made to my account then no sms is comming to my cell.

          I am Shreeyash having zero balance salary account with Axis Bank MIDC Andheri. I transferred Rs 7, 000 from iconnect, I have zero balance salary account with Axis Bank but they transferred twice Rs 14, 000 the amount and I got a feedback from Axis Bank it was a technical fault from their end and now its have negative balance. Thank god it was my dad's account only otherwise I would have lost this amount, But this is not the end.
          This gave me a bitter experience as I signed cheques and I have monthly EMI's as well with other banks or lenders, they won't consider this and definitely they will charge me like hell or sue me for just small amount.
          I hope we all understood the problem and consequences as well. How we all can feel secure whether amount is small or huge we would require security. I would expect solution not only for me but for all o[censored]s. Thanks

          Axis banking — Charges for services not used

          Hi,

          I opened an account with axis bank. I was told that i can use mobile banking service for 3 months for free and later it will get disconnected. If i want to continue to use it i need to send a msg and they will charge 120 odd rupees.

          But later i got to know that they charged Rs. 120 despite the fact that i didnt opt for it neither did i send a msg. I have been trying to contact the customer care from last 3 months and no one is responding to my message/mail.

          I dont know what to do now. Can someone advise..

          I am working with Multi National Company in Gujarat. My wife had salary account in Axis Bank (Recommanded by her company). She left company, and after three months she checked account details in her account in Axis Bank. She found 577.61 + 71.39 = 649 Rs Unahorized debit from Bank.

          When she went to bank and ask to check and credit this amount back to account, staff replied very rubbish. She ask one woman "I want to meet Branch manager". When she met branch manager(Not identified), she was also lady. She told my wife to complaint anywhere. She meant bank will not credit that amount back. She didn't give her boss's contact number/email id.

          My wife gave one application to bank to credit that amount but still no response from bank.

          I think "People should aware of Hide charges of such type of Banks, It was very sad experience in my life related to banking serice"

          I always maintain a very good amount in my A/C.. Still today Rs 500 + Service tax has been debited.. Need strong clarification ASAP or i will take this forward towrads RBI..
          My account in axis bank is a salary account and guess what they have deducted Rs.2550 from my account as consolidation charges, not only from my account they have done the same thing from my friends account too.They have deducted Rs.5000, Rs.3000, Rs.1150 from my friends account too saying the same reason.What the hell is going on with this bank?
          I have faced the same problem. Today only they have deducted 4700 from my account as consolidation charges only. Also they have deducted service charge of 500 rupees.           I have faced the same problem with axis bank account, some unknown charges are deducted from account without any clarification or without any prior notice. What kind of consolidated charges the bank deduct from account + bank also charge 12.5 % service tax above that, how may taxes & charges we should pay. Even the charges amount is also not fix sometimes it is Rs. 75.00 or Rs. 60.00 or any other odd figure.
          Some action has to take against this scenario. The bank management have to take some strong decision against all.
          Otherwise Axis Bank will also spoile its image in banking sactor like some other private banks.
          It willl happen very soon.

          I Completely agree with you guys.

          The Bank has deducted Rs.8, 900/- from my A/c. Upon follow up, they said non-maintenance of minimum balance attracts Rs.750/- penalty and Rs.100/- PER transaction.

          Its more of a PENAL Bank account rather than savings a/c.

          Corporate Credit Card - Axis Bank — Non Issuance of CCC - Axis Bank

          1. Handed over necessary documents for 'Corporate Credit Card' (Application Form Bar Code No. '[protected]') on 27.01.2009.
          2. Submitted photo (as demanded later) by hand on 02.02.2009.
          3. e-Mailed to Axis Bank on '[protected]@axisbank.com' on 16.02.2009 on the above issue and Axis Bank acknowledged with reply. Demanded identity proof.
          4.Sent by me the photocopy of all the documents (incl. Application Form) on same day.
          5. No reply from Axis Bank. Again sent a Reminder-I on 19.02.2009, seeking reply within 23.02.2009. Otherwise, help will be taken from other Org.
          6. Replied by Axis Bank through e-mail on 20.02.2009, seeking additional 10 working days.
          7. 10 working days elapsed on 06.03.2009. But neither reply nor card is being sent by Axis Bank.
          8. Finally, I've mailed for solution to '[protected]@rbi.org.in' on 07.03.2009. But no reply.

          Kindly help me. I want to return back either my all the documents or 'Corporate Credit Card'.

            AXIS BANK is the most irresponsible bank I have ever come accross. I have my Salary Account with this bank. On 10th Sep they transferred Rs. 3000 from my account to some other Account in Tamilnadu. When I asked them they refused to accept the fact that it is their mistake. Later they agreed to it but still said to transfer the amount back they need an underwriting that I have not transferred the amount. I even gave the underwriting and finally got the amount transferred. But then came to know that my Account has been debit frozen. Then again they asked for an application to open up that Debit Freeze. Even after giving application and rigorously following it up as on date also I cannot transact from this Account. My aCc No is [protected] with Axis Bank, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi. I even followed up with their office at Barakhamba Road but was of no use.             With the change of name from UTI Bank to AXIS Bank has not given any boost to the services offered by the bank. With repeated requests to the bank for issuing me a chequebook has been on deaf ears. Any request with the bank has to be made one month in prior to get your job done as the customer service of Axis bank can only forward requests to the concerned department but no follow-ups and no action taken. AXIS Bank has got pathetic customer service offerred to its customers. My salary account has been in the bank for last 2years now and whenever i have to request for a service i am turned down by an answer to contact the branch or the request has been forwarded. Looking forward for no business and not suggesting anyone to have any account with such a pathetic customer service bank. A normal mail within INDIA takes 7days and i have request for a chequebook on 15/10/2007 and till date 27/10/07 when i call customer service,all they have to say is that they are sorry the request was been forwarded but "NO ACTION TAKEN", will be forwarded once again. This aint the first time this has happened, only one message to AXIS Bank with reagrds to the competition it has got in the market today...... "Improve on quality,not on your name"
            I agree, I've lost my bloody card and I can't even get connected to anybody to tell them! And the hold music sucks big times, as if that's not enough. Just how long can I listen to it!
            I have always been a well wisher of Axis bank . When my freinds used to tell me about delays in transaction , i never use to belive bcoz it was the only Axis bank ATMs which is available at most of the areas and use to provide quick services to me atleast . But this time it has happened with me that i have dropped 5 checks form badlapur ATM centre on 15/01/2008 the checks were not deposited in other persons account and till 22/01/2008 . I had to face terrible situation . A normal transaction is done within AXIS bank in3 days . Its have troubled me alot and was not in the poistion to answer that person. on 22/01/2008 i spoke to your staff of thane branch and he helped me out with immediate transfer of money the next hour , Thanks to him.I just want to know the reason why the transaction was not done in its due period from the AXIS bank account to AXIS bank. I want you to take it seriously and reply .

            I have requested for a cheque book on 17th August 2009 and got a request no 9387814, after 4 days when i asked on customer care no 22839971 then they told me to wait 2-3 days, becase it takes maximum 7 days time, again i asked on 26th then they told me they are launching a complain and I shall must get within 2 days, today is 28th August 2009, still problem exists on same place, when I asked in my local branch at kakurgachi branch -kolkata, then also they are unable to solve my problem, I asked about courrier despached details to trackout my checque book, that also axis bank unable to give the docket no. Now I fall a very big problem because I have to issue some cheques in favour of a financial institute to get a loan but I am totaly unable to issue and Axis bank is not serious about it, they are not feeling my problem and always say that they are launching a complain but result is ZERO.
            I opened a savings bank account (A/c. No. [protected]) with Axis bank, R.A. Puram branch, Chennai on 03.09.2009 and received my cheque book and Debit card on 06.09.2009. It was also informed to me by a letter dated 06.09.2009 that I will receive my ATM card pin and internet banking details shortly. I was in a bonafide belief that I will receive the ATM pin and the net banking details within a day or two. But to my utmost shock and surprise, I did not receive the said ATM PIN and other details eve after a week. I immediately contacted the branch and enquired regarding the same. I was informed that they have to process the PIN in their head office located at Mumbai and that I will receive the same in a week. I am an advocate practicing in the High Court of Madras and due to the unavailability of ATM PIN, I was not able to withdraw cash from my account even during emergencies. Even after two weeks I did not receive the PIN and I once again contacted the branch and informed them that it is impossible for me to operate my account without my ATM card and net banking details since I was not even provided with a pass book. I have to rush to the bank each time to even check the account. It has been almost 2 months since I had opened my account in the bank and it is sad and heartening that I still haven’t received the ATM PIN which is supposed to be the basic facility provided by any bank. Contrary to the tall claims and assurances made by the representatives of the bank regarding top quality service, I was made to run to pillar to post to even obtain a ATM pin. I have made a written complaint to the bank and also applied for a duplicate pin but nothing has been processed. I have also given a complaint to their customer Grievance cell but nothing has happened. Having no other option I have also given a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.

            Axix Bank, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi — Non issue of Cheque Book

            My SB A/C No. is [protected]in Axis Bank. Since I have made a request to issue me a Cheques book for the last 40 days. So far I have not received the same. I have also made so many calls to the Bank on phone but of no use. Kindly help.

              I am working in Central Excise Deparment, Lalbaug, Mumbai-12 salaried person and last 4 years i am regular saving account holder of AXIS (UTI) Bank.AXIS Bank has closed ATM centre in lalbaug, oppopsite bharatmata theatre. Due to closed this ATM Centre, lot of saving account holder are disturb for withdrawal of salary cash. When i opened a salary account in 2005, repesentative o[censored]TI representative, we opened a ATM Centre near your office location i.e.lalbaug and gave surety to our department, will not shut the ATM centre in your lalbaug area Near your office location. About 50 saving account holders has opened account in AXIS (UTI) Bank.

                My self Vishwanath Pavin, working in WArtsila India Ltd- A Finland MNC.

                I had Applied for Ur Axis Bank Credit card on persistent of your representatives.As a matter of fact all of documents were submitted i.e Address proof, PAN card xerox, credit card statement, etc.

                After some verification calls, i was informed that credit card will delivered in 4-6 weeks.
                Later i received a letter from axis bank stating that my application has been rejected.

                The content of the letter reads like this

                I do honor your verdict but sorry to say that I am not able to understand your stand because:

                • I am Passport holder since 2001 issued by Govt. of India.

                  Sub: Non-receipt of PCC for South Africa
                  Ref: File no :M 022580 dt 29-Aug-2008

                  I have applied for PCC on 29-08-08 by paying a fee of Rs.300/- at Passport office, Hyderabad from where I have applied and got my Passport under Tatkal Scheme. At the time of applying for PCC, I was informed by passport official that I should initiate the PCC process from Police Station, Guntur, which is the nearest police stataion and all my pre-passport formalities had been complied with from This station ONLY.

                  I have coordinated with Guntur police station, and arranged for Police enquiry and necessary report was sent from Local police station on 14.09.08 vide their Courier no CNO/100/SB-pp/DIS/2008 dt 14.09.08 vide Sno 209/209 to passport office. Hyderabd. In fact, I got it done with great difficulty, in view of the traditional, inbuilt obstacles involved in getting the things done through a Police station. But, even after the lapse of 20 days, I have not received my PCC alongwith my Original PAssport, which is with PP authorities, Hyderabad and I am scheduled to leave on 06 th Oct, 2008 to South AFrica and unless I get this PCC, my Journey time may be at stake and my career will hit badly.

                  In the above context, I request your goodselves look into this issue and arrange for PCC & Passport immediately, to enable me proceed with my Career build or If my personal presence is required to comply with any formalities, I dont hesitate to come to passport office, as my Career is important to me at this point of time. Pl understand the gravity of Situation and do the needful, for which I am greatful to you forever.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                      My name is Deepak Kumar Acharya. I am working with ICA INFO TECH PVT LTD. ICA have more then 1000 salary account. My salary account opened in AXIS BANK LTD & account is activate from last 1 year. Axis bank offered me there credit card with 10, 000 Rs limit.Credit card number is "[protected]". I used it many time & also make partial payment for that. But from last 5 month i have not received any statement from Axis bank, so i can know my actual outstanding. I called them 4 to 5 times but they didn't give me response. In this duration I got 1 call from Axis bank regarding payment of credit card, i ask from tele caller please let me know my full outstanding, so i can able to pay my whole outstanding without delay. But she told me "i will let know after 1 hour, there are some problem in system."
                      But i have not received single call from Axis bank. Suddenly Axis bank deducted my 13922 Rs from my salary account without information, without my knowledge. And i have not given any ECS to Axis bank. If they have any prove that i have given permission to Axis bank then show me.
                      Presently my account balance is 0 Rs. Whom gave Axis bank this right without customer permission they can deduct amount. After this i called Axis bank then they told me month end is going on that's why we did this activity & apart from that they don't have any answer.
                      This is shameful action by axis bank.. I want justice. This way is right or not... Please make it hurry i don't have sufficient money to survive with my 6 family members.

                        I, Mrs. Rosamma Cherian would like to bring the following facts to your knowledge for taking corrective steps at your end :

                        1. I have given an FD application form duly filled along with a cheque for Rs. 2 Lacs
                        and other documents on[protected] to your Dewas for a period of 3 years
                        deposit at an interest rate of 9%. The amount was debited to my account and
                        credited to your FD account on 0703/2008. Your Dewas Branch people told me
                        that deposit receipt will be prepared at Mumbai and the same will be received by
                        me within 3 – 4 days at my residential address.

                        2. After 8 – 10 days due to non-receipt of the Deposit receipt I contacted your
                        Dewas Branch and they told me that I will get the same within 2-3 days.
                        The same reply they were given me upto 10th April, 2008.

                        3. On 11th April, 2008 they told me that the duly filled FD form was misplaced
                        somewhere in the Bank and I have to fill up another FD Form. On 11th April, I have
                        given another FD Form duly filled in along with other details on the assurance
                        from your Dewas Branch that I will not incur any financial loss.

                        4. After several follow-up I got the Deposit receipt dated[protected] instead of 07-
                        03-2008 i.e. the amount debited and credited to your FD account and for 2
                        years instead of 3 years. On contacting for corrections they told me that for 3
                        years period I have to fill another FD form and the interest amount for the period
                        [protected] to[protected] will be deposited in my account.

                        5. I regret to inform you that yet I have not received the interest amount payable
                        to me for the period from[protected] to[protected] days) i.e. the dates
                        between the FD amount credited to your bank and the FD receipt date at the
                        rate of 9% for Rs. 2 Lacs

                        6. On enquiring for the same at your Dewas Branch every time they are telling that
                        the same will be given from their Mumbai Office.

                        This is the treatment I received from your Dewas Branch . Is it the correct way for taking care of the Customers by a reputed Bank like you ?


                        I would now request you to credit the interest amounting to Rs. 1750/-(Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty only) for 35 days interest ( for the period between 7-3-08 to 11-4-08 i.e. the difference period the amount credited to FD account and the FD receipt date ) @ 9% for Rs. 2 Lacs to A/c No. [protected] or advise your Dewas Branch to pay the same.

                        Your kind intervention is solicited to settle the above case because as yet I have not received the interest amount inspite of the assurances of your Dewas Branch nor I am getting any proper reply from them.

                        An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                        We opened our 3 a/c in your Axis bank from your employee miss. Ekta & she opened our a/c at zero bal a/c in oct 08 our a/c no. is as follows

                        in which we deposited the amount and no cheque is issued by us then also Rs.5000/- & Rs. 1568 were deducted from our a/c
                        Our a/c is opened not more than 2 month & Why bank is deducting the amount. And from whom we opened our a/c Miss Ekta we call her she nither answere our phone calls also when we complained about her than she SMS us about that the bank has done the wrong entry & amount will be deposited in 1-2 days.
                        But still the matter is pending. Also we enquired about the Miss Ekta she was a fraud girl & she made full in her past job in Yes bank also & they terminated that girl.
                        So I request you to please look the matter & reply us as soon as possible..

                        I regret to inform you that after several follow-up also I have not received the Deposit receipt of my FD dated 14 Aug 2009 of Rs.25000 at Kalyan nagar branch Bangalore Karnataka state.
                        The amount was debited to my account on the same day itself.
                        Branch people told me that deposit receipt will be prepared at Mumbai and the same will be received by me within 3 days at my residential address.
                        Almost 13 days over still not getting any replay.
                        Pls advice how to goi ahead ??

                            Hi,

                            I have applied for Axis bank home loan on 01-Aug-2008 and also I have paid the initial processing fee Rs. 5618/- on the same day through city bank check. I was told that the processing will be done in 15 working days. It's been almost 2 months and still it's not done. Whenever I ask my agent he tells me that it will be done within 10 days, but I never got the actual status. Also my agent told me that the processing fee is 1% and I have to pay 0.5% document changres and also 12.25% tax on the entire amount. It means only the processing fee is 1.5% + 12.25% tax. I have applied for loan of Rs. 2400000/- so I have to pay Rs 40448/- as processing fee only. I have checked on the axis bank site and they have mentioned that the processing fee is 1% and no extra charges. I tried to enquire in the Axis bank but not getting proper information from any branch.
                            My query is how to get proper status about my loan and also how to know the exact info about the processing fee.

                              I have opened my account a month back in UTI bank & having account no.[protected]. Local bank ( Kakinada, Andhrapradesh) says that my debit card pin has been posted and delivered but that wa not happend. Even I have sent an e-mail as follows for which there is no response.

                              Iam unable to access my debit/ATM card as it has been locked .The validity of the card is upto Sep-2009.Kindly activate the same as I am unable to do any transaction through ATM for the past 4 months.(FYI that i have sent a letter to the chennai office, but there was no response from there)please contact through mail.

                                In our showroom i applied for the axis bank credit card swiping machine, bank has given me an old machine, so i gave a written complaint to the bank to change the machine, but since last six months no action has been taken the manager has promised to change the machine, but no action.

                                So, we had not done any single transaction with the machine, but bank is charging every month for the machine, which we are not using... i went to close my account but they given a curd reply that i have to pay extra amount to close the acoount, so i am very fad up with this worst bank nobody is there to listen only money money... So you take the complaint and do the needful as early as possible.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have taken home loan of 17 lacs from Axis Bank from the branch Delhi RAC. My Home Loan account number is PH[protected] Costumer ID: 61077 Scheme: PH_LNHPG_FLOATIN

                                  My loan was sanctioned vide POWER HOME SANCTION LETTER No. AXIS BANK/LNPHG/LNTOP/AXIS/08/HL/14013/RAC-(Location)/06-07 dated 29 Jan, 2008 and Disbursal Letter Dated 01.03.08 attached herewith along with this mail in which date of disbursement is mentioned 15 Feb. 2008.

                                  As per your sanction letter I got a loan at 10.25% pa by using formula (3.0% below MRR, MRR mentioned in letter is 13.25%).I agreed with this and gave clearance for disbursement. In disbursal letter they mentioned interest rate 10.25%, but neither mentioned the MRR nor formula, so I thought the same formula was used. But now I received the papers recently from Axis bank stating that I got a loan at PLR = 12.75% & Discount 0f 2.5% hence my Rate of interest was 10.25%. Then I talked with bank executives, they explained me that at the time of disbursement MRR was reduced by 0.5% to a value of 12.75%, instead of giving me the benefit of this 0.5% they reduce the discount 2.5 % in place of 3.0% for keeping the interest rate same. But since disbursement they neither informed me about this change by letter nor by phone. And when I asked them about the discrepancy in the discount, they say due to system related issues, the PLR & Variance was wrongly mentioned in the account statement and this will be rectified. But till now they had not rectified that mistake and now they want me to pay an higher EMI or make prepayment at the interest rate i.e 11.25%. So sir kindly look in the matter, and I am also attaching the sanction letter & account statement for your perusal and necessary action.

                                  I am not the only person who is facing this problem, there are 7 more college of mine who is taken the loan from the same bank at same time having the same kind of problem.

                                    I had a shock of my life when I saw my credit card statement of my axis card.
                                    They had charged me 10% of interest for my outstanding amount & when I spoke to their customer care they are not able to resolve my problem and are asking me to make the min. payment due & agin call them so that they will take the request & try to reverse my extra interest but again no guaranty that it will happen.

                                    I am planning to go to the consumer court with all the documents & sue them.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      My name is Harish Krishnamoorthy working as a Research Analyst with Interberry Solutions, Cochin. My salary account is through Axis Bank and my customer ID is[protected]. I have applied for a personal loan at Axis Bank, Rajaji Road- Ernakulum on July 22 2008.

                                      This letter is to inform you that, till date I haven’t received a proper communication from the concerned persons from the bank whether they are able to process my loan request or not. For the past one month I’m hearing that they will finalize it in next week- next week. I don’t know how long the bank will take time to process a loan request. If they are unable to process they should have made a reply saying that they are unable to process my request.

                                      There was so much delay in verifying my permanent address and what I learned from banking officials that credit approval also have taken enough time due to their meetings and all. Whether they have official meetings or any other stuff’s. It should never take a big toll of customer’s time.

                                      Moreover, I have gone to the bank couple of times and they just made me wait sitting over there and saying same Ramayana that they will process it next week. Their attitude towards customer is damn bad and they don’t know even how to welcome a customer. Last time I visited the bank was on September 20, 2008. I have also lodged a complaint by mail on 9th of September to their mail id rac.[protected]@axisbank.com.

                                      Hope you will take my complaint seriously and do the needful.

                                        I have Salary Account with Axis Bank of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi vide my A/c no[protected], i have a loan from Centurian Bank Of Punjub for 30 months @ Rs 1552 each, and i was also given 30nos chq to Centurian Bank Of Punjub. But few times chques was dishonoured by the Axis Bank, when my A/c ballance is more than my installment. And also deduct by Axis bank Rs394 each and also claimed Centurian Bank Of Punjub Rs 450/-each. So that pl.help me as early as possible.
                                        No one will help you. You have to fight it out. You can complain to the Banking Ombudsman. You must write to AXIS bank, using a lawyer. Or file a case with the consumer forums.
