    I opened a current account on behalf of my company . The account was opened in Sept 2021 at Axis bank mylapore Chennai branch.
    I have not been granted transaction rights despite repeated requests and branch manager getting my sign on various documents ( physical )

    I am unable to use my account even though it is active and has sufficiant balanc

      Credit card settlement

      Respected,

      I done a settlement with axis bank credit card ([protected]) in last year July 2021 settlement amount was 45000/- against bill of 91349/-.

      I paid all payments on time last payment done at - 28 July 2021

      i have all payments proofs and settlement letter now am getting calls for payments again from bank or recovery agents.

      Hello Team,

      Axis Bank team has issued an unsolicited Flipkart Axis Bank credit card to a wrong address and person with my name on card. The card is on use by somebody and the axis team has send mail to me on 19/01/2022 for the outstanding bill of the same card.

      Tried reaching with axis customer care, but it went in vain as none the executives came on call.

      Never expected such pathetic experience from Axis Bank.

        Need noc

        Dear team,
        Hi Saravanan here, i have settled my credit card in MAY 2019.
        I had the proof. But still the bank is unable to send me the "noc" for the same.
        Please dont tell me the standard process, i already gone through that.
        I have already discussed this with the customer care as well as bank executive, but still i am not able to receive "noc".
        When can i expect the noc letter...

        I have completed all my payment on 2 aug 2016 itself completely but the account was not closed t

        I have asked for the cibil masking amount on July and August he process is completed and the account for closed properly on July 17 2020
        But again the card showed open status next month.

        The account is not closed....

        I had opted for Axis bank Select credit card, to which I paid INR 3000 + GST as joining fees. I was promised INR 2000 Amazon voucher from them within the 15 days of my first transaction within 90 days.

        I had done my first credit card transaction on the 28th Dec, 2021, today its 19 Jan 2022 and I have not received my joining kit yet, which they have violated their own terms and conditions.

        I have called their customer care thrice, but in vain, they are only requesting me to wait for few more days, but as per the terms and conditions as specified in their website I should had got git by the 13th Jan max. I feel a scam being done to me as they sold me their product but not sending me the promised product.

        After frustration I have asked them to cancel my credit card and refund my amount to which they again generated a ticket but not receiving any calls /confirmation from them. (service request no.[protected].

        I have received call from the complaint department and have been instructed to install an application in my phone and link it to generate amazon voucher.
        I am paying INR 3000 + GST for the service and the expectation is to get me work on it.
        Why will I link my device? There is a lot of security constraints. As per the pitch in my customer care while selling card I was informed that I will receive amazon voucher via sms.
        why cannot the Axis bank send me a simple amazon voucher as promised?

        It is also not right to force a customer to install an application after selling their product. If this is the only way, I should had been informed earlier.

        Its been 10 days, Axis bank had assured me that I will receive my amazon voucher by today (10 days), but I have not yet received it.

        I have called the customer care for complaint 3-4 times, so many service request generated, but not resolved yet.

          I had mistakenly Transferd Money from my account to Unknown Person (Want to transfer to my Friends account But mistakenly Transfered to that Unknown Person) On the same day i send the mail to ICICI CC(customer Care) as well called up CC and informed that i had a made mistake but CC told me that amount credited within 15 days, It s almost on and 2 month is over but i have not received my money, i ICIC Bank asked me pls contact with axix bank Need your help...details already shared in trail mail.

            I had applied to flipkart axis bank credit card before 2 months ago. Their executive had contacted me and had collected my KYC documents also. I had received the application number then. After that, since now, I haven't received any contact from them regarding this. I am also not able to track the status in their website as it crashes always and nor able to lodge complaint in the official site. My application number is C1-[protected]-C1. Please look into the same and do the needful.

              This is to inform you that I cannot pay the amount which is due on me as my loss of job and has fallen under hardtimes since pandemic, but I want to settle this and can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt. I had already written a month back but no soln recd.

              I can able to give 30% of my debts/outstanding. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues whenever i get the approval letter from bank. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

              I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side alongwith settlement letter.

                I had order amd ryzen 5 5600x 4th gen 6 core desktop processor on[protected] from amazon of amount 29999. The order was[protected] which was delivered on 8 nov 2020. Due to defected items, i return the product. Then, the amazon initiated the refund on 15 nov 2021. Till today, the money is not reflected in my bank account.

                  I've applied for a credit card online on axis bank's portal on 30th December 2021. I've submitted all the relevant documents to the bank personnel in person on 31st December 2021. I still haven't received any confirmation regarding the card approval or dispatch.

                    I had the proof. But still the bank is unable to send me the "noc" for the same.

                    Hi This is Sarfaraz here, I already have Axis Bank Vistara Platinum Credit with Add On Card, my total limit is Rs.60000, and i got a offer from axis bank app that I can get another card with credit limit Rs.60000 and i have applied i received my NEO CREDIT CARD WITH JOINING Fee Rs.250+Gst and Annual Fee Rs.250+Gst
                    When i am trying to use my card getting declined and the axis care executive are telling ne my card has been merged i can used only higher limit card have been clubbed with another card... Axis Bank has done this job without informing me else i couldn't have apply for new card.
                    They have wasted my precious time and hard earned money and also trusts my sincere request to you kindly look into this matter and resolved the problem for your reference please find attached files

                      Please refer to Axis Bank Interaction ID [protected] dt 22 December 2021 and Interaction ID & Interaction ID [protected] 04/01/2022.
                      Also please refer to Phone Call From Axis Bank Fast Tag dt[protected] and the CALLER COMMITTED THE WALLET WILL BE CLOSED WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUT NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR TILL DATE. ARE THEY MAKING JOKES WITH THE CUSTOMER?
                      The following option was chosen dt[protected] with all documents like canceled cheque etc were already sent but no action till date-
                      2. Wallet closure - The wallet along with all linked tags will be closed and entire balance in wallet account will be refund along with security deposit
                      Unfortunately you are silent on the issue raised to go for complete closure of Axis Bank FasTag issued to me.
                      I want complete closure of my wallet ID [protected] and want to surrender my FastAg issued by Axis Bank. But unfortunately you are not showing any customer friendly attitude towards my request.
                      I Need immediate action as due to your nonsense attitude I am unable to use another FasTag in my car.
                      Failing the same you are liable to be paid for all compensation of double toll payment by cash as theAxis FastTag is not required by me and you are not allowing me to use your other Fastag by putting on hold my suspension/surrender request without any action.
                      What is the reason behind Your deaf and dumb attitude?
                      Please take immediate action and suspend this FasTag issued by your Bank.

                      First The iisue was raised in https://www.consumercomplaints.in/ and then raised the issue at local Branch of Bank. Then local Axis Bank Konnagar Hooghly Branch Representative came to my office with a Physical Form when I shoot the same information to branch head mail to Local Branch. They again collected Cancelled cheque and all my ID proof, Residence proof etc(KYC). Today the FasTag wallet was closed but the have charged on my yesterdays trip at toll plaza from my security deposit. So far closure message not sent to me and I cam e to know from https://www.consumercomplaints.in portal. Thanks for your prompt initiatives to highlight the issues publicly. But I tell you be careful while buying Axis FasTag. Worst serivce and support system. Horrible experience.

                            The bank paid to the merchant without my knowledge and I was only made aware after the charges showed in my bank statement, i had to collect a cheque from merchant after several follow up requests and settle the credit card dues.
                            Now Axis Bank has charged my account with Rs 20, 236 in charges. Please reverse these charges and clear my account.

                              The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.

                              The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

                              A deduction of rs 11996 (Brn-pymt-card) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

                              I've paid all bills and charges before or on time always. Still such deductions are being done.
