Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Chackravarthi.

I had taken a Home Loan for a flat purchased in Chennai (Katupakkam) from Axis Bank (Mumbai) in September 2019.
The Loan Account Number is PHR[protected].

I gave a closure request for the outstanding loan amount of Rs.33, 20, 811 on 10-Jan-2022. The loan got closed on 15-Jan-2022.

I paid an amount of Rs, 53166 (Rs.45056+Rs.8110 GST) for the Policy [protected].

Even though I surrendered the Policy within 2.5 years of my 15 year old loan tenure I got the surrender amount of only RS.16028.

I have the 2 questions

1) Why is the Life Insurance Amount very hefty?
2) Why is the surrender amount very less even though I closed the loan within 2.5 years?

I am really not satisfied with the surrender amount and one more problem is that they have credited the amount to my Home Loan Account which is already closed, I dont understand the rationale behind this?!

Very poor Customer Service for a very high premium amount.

I had to go the Axis Bank Home Loan Centre in Kodambakkam (Chennai)
for at least 5 times and still my issue is not sorted. I dont know hpw long it takes to credit a surrender amount to my correct bank account.

      I have made a transaction on 23rd Dec 2021 of Rs.1000 through upi to add amount to the paytm wallet. However the money got deducted from my Axis account but the Upi transaction failed. It was said the amount will be refunded within 7 working days. Today is the 25th of January 2022 and i have still not got the refund. I have called up Axis bank customer care several times but no solution was provided. They have only be telling me to file a complain online which is not happening or visit the branch and file a dispute. In this digital era who has the time to run to the bank several times for such and issue? And moreover all the other private banks resolve these issues over the phone. I have not faced such an issue with any other private bank which i am facing with axis bank today. There is no resolution from the custome care. Last person spoken to was Mithun the RM

        “ Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that INR 19.48 has been debited from your A/c no. XX on[protected]:31:35 at TIPS/SCG/MCC/22.01.22/AKAL FILLING STATI.”
        As u can see that i have got this msg on 24/01/22 for the payment against filling station which was done on 22/01/22 they have been deducting money without my permission.I have been new user with this bank but i have been using cc and dc of other banks they never charge any cost against any transaction so why should i pay to them when i have paid them for issuance of my card and for msg alerts why don’t they alert me before
        I want my money to be refunded and they should ensure that no amount would be deducted in future
        I have great experience with other banks and never faced this issue but i have got worst services from axis bank

          Axis Bank- unauthorized charge tips/scg/ mcc

          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/21.01.2022. Deduction of Rs 4.72 is done dated 24/01/2022 and Fuel purchase of Rs 1000 from Swapna Fuel Mart and was done using my AXIS DEBIT CARD on 21/01/2022.           After settlement amount paid not received NOC

          I had made a settlement with Axis Bank credit card collections team who issued me a settlement letter received from axis bank official mail after which I had made the payment and now that person saying after 45days received NOC before payment said I will get after 1day I wil received NOC now he's not responding my call..
          Can u plzz look at this issue Plz send NOC LATER

          Why I am getting an SMS that my registration has been terminated visit to the nearest branch and they said talk to the customer support. where should I go now. Actually I have submitted a fraud complaint and my card's has been blocked itself while the fraud transaction has been happened now I have recieved the new card and when I am trying to register to the application it says that it is terminated what to do now.

            Axis Bank is very poor in maintaining EPF and EPS related matters. I had faced issues while employed with the bank (concerned officer behaves rudely when any concern is raised and sought for resoluton), as well as after exiting the bank (Contributions not credited as reflecting in passbook). It has been three months after I have exited the bank and still EPS contributions are missing for eight months.

              Last year I got their Flipkart partnered credit card made and since then I have spent around 1.5 lakhs from that card but till now I haven't got any reward points for my spendings.

              Can someone intervene and solve this issue ?

                First, their customer service center told me that I am eligible for a new credit card on the base of an old credit card. but now they said that I will not get any credit card. Already they charged 799 and the annual fee is 499.

                I am paying this amount without even getting a new credit card.

                  Axis Bank sent me a statement for a credit card which is permanently cancelled more than a year back. This card I never received or used.
                  Such a card was never showing in my netbanking app.
                  I got shocked to see the statement. So I called customer care. The executive said it's Annual fee. I asked him how can this bank generate annual fee for a card which is permanently canceled. He said I have to pay that money.

                  Are you guys exists to loot customers money ? How can you generate Annual fee for a card which was permanently closed more than a year back ?

                  During the year 2020, Axis was my salary account. Still this bank used to generate lots o[censored]nwanted consolidated charges in my account and loot my money.

                  Now trying to loot money via a permanently closed credit card. Tried to call RM for help. But RM was busy with other customers and got automated reply soon will call me back. But never received a call back.

                  Such a pathetic customer care and worst bank. Find some ways to loot your money.

                  Please don't fall into their traps and buy their products. You can never close them. They will generate bills for you years after closing those services.

                      I have applied a saving bank in axis bank. where they have deducted 354 rupees from my accout against issue debit card without intimate me. also they didnt ask me before.

                      Please send back me money back or close the account either.

                      I dont want to add with such bad regulation.

                            I order a product from amazon on 10 June and the order was cancelled and the amazon issued a refund to me on 18 October which was expecting to be reflected in my bank account on 23 October 2021 but still i was not received the refund. I have the refund reference number which was given to me amazon when they initiated the refund. I attached the photo of amazon confirmation mail along with the reference number.

                                I opened a current account on behalf of my company . The account was opened in Sept 2021 at Axis bank mylapore Chennai branch.

                                  Credit card settlement

                                  Respected,

                                  I done a settlement with axis bank credit card ([protected]) in last year July 2021 settlement amount was 45000/- against bill of 91349/-.

                                  I paid all payments on time last payment done at - 28 July 2021

                                  i have all payments proofs and settlement letter now am getting calls for payments again from bank or recovery agents.

                                  person who done my settlement name is Mr....

                                  Hello Team,

                                  Axis Bank team has issued an unsolicited Flipkart Axis Bank credit card to a wrong address and person with my name on card. The card is on use by somebody and the axis team has send mail to me on 19/01/2022 for the outstanding bill of the same card.

                                  Tried reaching with axis customer care, but it went in vain as none the executives came on call.

                                  Never expected such pathetic experience from Axis Bank.
