Folks, this is the worst bank i have come across in my life. It is a big call, and its true. It has been frikkin 3 weeks trying to transfer funds to my Mother. Opend an NRI account, and i received PIN on mail, after a month it was expired. Trying to call bank to get another Pin n Password, still didn't happen. I'm Frikken asking them " how to Transfer Funds to My online Axis A/c, i'm not kidding, The Manager of NRI section, dosn't even know, took 7 wrkin days to get me Procedure, and it was wrong. Finally after number of ISD calls to her, i got it. I transfered a Small amout(i never trusted her any way), now its been nearly 5 days, money have not reached or Vanished. They are struggling to fnd where my $$$ gone. I hav ebeen ringing bank, i get engage tone, Frikkin don't even have routing system ,where i put on a hold. when some one answer a call, she answers " Hello", what a frikkin way of customer service. I had to ask her, "is it Axis bank?" she goes "yes, Yes" hahaha. I can't belive still they could not work out how to transfer Funds from Australia to India. Its just pathetic sercice and don't know who'm to complain. If some one know how to reach " Mr know's all" let me know. If i explain my Problems i'm going through to them, all they say is " we are sorry sir" Frikkin i'm not expecting your sorry arse to show up with a " sorry" i want Action. Its AXIS bank in my home town Bangalore. What happend to Good old "UTI"?

I filled the iconnect form and i gave in hyderabad axis bank one week back but still now no response from hyderabad bank or from bangalore bank as i have created in bangalore bank, hyd bank told they will send that form which i filled but still now no response. Can you please take this as severity-1 issue and proceed...

I have no words to describe the horrible customer service and crooked delaying tactics of Axis bank employees.

    Poor service!

    sir,
    i have an account at your bank in cuttack branch.
    my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

    and i am currently in bangalore studying mba,so it's not possible on my part to go to my place frequently....

    I have an salary account in AxisBank and they have deducted Rs. 57 from my account without informing to me.Because in salary a/c there are not any charges for BillDesk type transcation. and The ATM machine at Changa campus ,Anand,Gujarat is not working properly, lots of complain for that but not any result.

    My credit crad number 471863bbbbbbbbb2 got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not pay the due amount. this month my out standing amount is 16800. but via iconnect on 3rd september 6382 rs got debited from my uti saving account . but as per credit card statement on 7th september its reversed . but its neither credited back to my credit card nor my saving account.


    regarding this thrice i went to MG road Main AXIS bank branch and complained to Miss. Shyamala. she said she will fix the proble. i did not get any response from her also. More than 200 times i called customer care. 4 times i went to malleshwaram Axis bank also. No one is ready to listen my problem .Is this the way you treat Customers? if know this before i would not take this card at all.my proble is like that only.


    un necessarily i am paying late payment amount. and now you blocked the card. i am really un happy by your service. so decided to go CONSUMER COURT. I am sending this mail(BCC) to vice president of AXIS BAnk and taking this copy and sublitting it to CONSUMER COURT.

    I know my mail id is not rigistered. i sent 3 times application to rigister my ID. but no response. i dont want credit card details i know you cant send details also because this id is not rigistered. but fix my problem . I have Credit card statement , my bank statement and the mail copy whichever i sent and customer care people with whom ever i talked. Till today i requested to solve my problem but bank didnt respond me at all. so only way for me to get solution is CONSUMER COURT. even though i paid bill y my card got blocked? y i ahve to pay extra late payment charge? I will ask all these things to bank throuh CONSUMER COURT.

    I have an salary account and have visa gold card in AxisBank.In salary a/c of visa gold card there is no deduction of transactions,balance enquiry and many more. I withdrawed Rs. 600/- from Bank of India , my a/c got deduct of Rs. 600/- but i did not recieve cash from atm machine due to machine hangs. I did lots of complaints in Head office Mumbai and also at the branch where is my a/c is held .     I,Sunil Kumar Sharma working in Defence and presently posted at Delhi. I am having a salary account ([protected]) with Axis bank Port Blair from last 4 yrs. Near about a month ago I had applied for a personal loan and submitted all the necessary papers as desired by the agent. A week ago I received a call from the agent stating that I have to submit a HR certificate or some kind of tenure certificate certifying that I will remain posted in Delhi upto 2010 then only my loan file will get clear. In this regard I spoke to Miss Rosy (Loan organizer of Axis bank at Asaf Ali Road branch, New Delhi) on her mobile [protected] explaining her inability to render such certificate because same is against the rule of any defence organisation. No uniform personnel can render a certificate by himself that he will definitely remain in a particular station upto a particular period because he can be transferred out any where at any movement as per service requirement. However a uniform person is generally posted at any station for a period of 2-3 yrs and same can be further reduced or extended subject to the service exigency or any pressing requirement of the individual, if merits but being a defence uniform personal no one can himself give it in writing to any agency that he will continue to be in this station upto a particular period. What I believe that any loan can be paid from any where and it does not matter where you are posted. I don’t understand why Axis bank is pressing for this certificate. I had earlier also availed a personal loan at Port Blair from UTI bank and same is cleared by me without any fail after reporting in Delhi. Sir, If your bank can not provide a personal loan to your salary account holder and insisting a defence person to submit such certificate then I think there is no further use of holding a account in your bank. Till now I and many of my friends were very much happy with your services and feel proud to be a account holders of Axis bank but this time after getting a such illogical and sad response from your bank I as well as my other friends circle working with me and holding account with Axis bank really became un happy and decided not to be continue with Axis bank. My loan papers are still with Axis bank and I humbly request your bank to return the same on my address. I will very shortly close my account in your bank.     This is in regard to my account # [protected] opened with UTI bank as a salary account (zero balance) by my organisation named Weigh Biz India Pvt Ltd. I left that organization back in 2005 & since then there is no transaction made on this account. I had sent a request to close the account some where around September-2005 by sending a letter to UTI bank (Thane Branch). But i have realsied that till now that account has not been closed. I am having the copy of letter with me which i sent earlier for account closure.

    My debit card number is not accepted by the bank when I want to add the number into paypal. What is the reaosn? How can I see my address when I opened my account?
    I have an ongoing Home loan running with Axis Bank and on construction basis payment plan on simple interest to be charged with the amount disbursed till date. It was running fine until last Friday when Axis bank have deducted 13738 ruppes from my Account in ABN AMRO. They have till date disbursed 698735 Rs and was suppose to disburse 145000 on 2nd of July. However for the month of June 08, the interest was not suppose to be more than 6150. I understand that they have wrongly calculated and deducted a double amount from my account. I have several other commitments and is highly worried that due to this high negligency of this bank, I might have to pay penalty with other cheques awaiting to get placed for payment. I would seek an immidate solution and return my monye without delay before i migt have to take an action against Axix Bank.

    i have a zero balance ac in ur bank n the day before i have noticed
    that the amount of rs 1652 n 207 is deducted from ac. i visited to khar west branch and they didn't give me a good answer and they are not answering properly they are saying that my ac is from Jaipur branch so i asked them give me Jaipur branch number but AS USUAL they didn't say anything . what i have to do please guide me my contact number is [protected]

    I have been having account in AXIS bank since 5th sept.2008.

    On 29th november '08 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 120/-was deducted and service tax @ 12.36% i.e. Rs. 14.83 was deducted, Again On 30th december '08 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 750/- was deducted and service tax @ 12.36% i.e. Rs. 92.70 was deducted...then, In 30th march '09 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 750/- was deducted coming again and service tax @ 10.30% also i.e. Rs. 77.25 was deducted How was this amounts deducted ?? Can you please help me to short out this matter ???

    I had applied for the Axis Bank saving account on 10th of May, 2009, my account was opened on 12th June, 2009. I was waiting for my ATM card but I didn’t receive even after a month. I then enquired the call centre and I was informed that my address has been entered incorrectly and that I should visit the Axis bank at sector-18, Noida and collect my welcome kit.

    When I went to the particular branch, I was told that it could not be handed over in person and it could only be delivered to my address. To my disbelief, I was asked to fill up a form to change my address with the correct one. I was surprised to hear this as I had already provided the bank with my correct address along with the proof. If Bank didn’t entered it correctly, it should be their responsibility to verify and correct it rather than me filling up a form to change my address.

    However, to expedite the process, I agreed with the bank manager and filled up the address change form and submitted it to the branch. I enquired about a week later as to why I haven’t still not received my welcome letter. To my disbelief, I was told that the address mentioned against my record is still not matching.

    After complaining, some how they manage to correct my address and sent a checque book on 4th of August 2009 to me. I was worried about service so I decided to take my cash (5000) back and close the account. With the cheque I tried to transfer 5000 INR from Axis to my other account, but that cheque bounced due to insufficient fund.

    How would I know about my balance amount without any debit card or net login?

    After Contacting Axis I got to know that some amount has been charged for the debit card without my knowledge, however, I have not received any Debit Card yet. Now my balance amount after deducting cheque bounce fine is 4508 INR.

    It was not told to me that Bank will charge me for the debit card, moreover, why should I pay money for which I have not received? I don’t think I should pay fine for the bounce cheque. Please let me know how can I get my money and close this account.

    If I the problem is with Axis, why should I pay this amount, I want my money back. I have already informed “Zonal Head” of Axis bank, but no action has been taken.

    Changing Internet banking User ID

    There is no option to change axis bank internet user id, unlike ICICI bank provides it. Its difficult to remember the user id one provided by bank.

    I really frustrated to access this axis savings account. I am trying to keep my account active mode but sometimes unfortunately I couldn't. Even though whenever I tried to maintain the account always bulk amount getting deducted from my account without any information which is unfair. In this pandemic situation hard earn money if you guys are taking it from the customer just like that and if we contact customer care no proper response and keep holding customers call. The way taking charges from my account more that 4000rs at a time is really unbearable.kindly help me how to get this money return please. I dont have option how to connect to accounts depapartment .

    Hello Sir/Madam,

    I'm Khadar sheriff, i have been maintaining an Axis bank savings account since Aug 2011 in J P Nagar, bangalore. Lately i have observed that bank is deducting Rs 30 every month as " Consolidated charges for A/C" from my account.
    They are also charges extra for NACH which i'm paying for a loan. There was no information provided to me regarding these charges nor any intimation. The bank is finding one or the other reason to siphon off money from people's account. Please help me get my money back.

      Hi, I applied for credit card in the month of august. The agent and informed me that I'll get the card within 20 business days. 20 business days got over. I called the agent who I had submitted my documents and told him that I didn't get any reference number or anything. Then he asked me to call the telebanking number and tell my date of birth but I called the customer care no one picks the call... then now few days back I call saying that it is from Axis bank for verification. And I got a sms saying the reference number. Then I got another call saying that my credit card has been approved and will get in 5 days, now 5 days are over. I called the cust care.. No one picks the call.. What the hell is this.. Axis bank has got a such a and irritating service... pls guys if you want to take any credit card pls never go for the AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD.

      HI i had applied for the cc monhths back, rolin back my memory it was 5 months back and still i have not received my card. I was surprised to receive a statement from AXIS bank stating i have to pay 450 Rs .

        AXIS bank has the most pathetic service one can get....i've been waiting for my online transaction facility to be enabled since two weeks.... where i was promised 1 day by the tele executive.... and none have the knowledge to give correct info...even the branch employees are clueless of a lot of things..
        This bank operates like a pure pre independence banks.... and in their advetisements they claim stars...
        I wouldn't reccomend any one this bank.
        I am one of the victim of Axis Bank LTD,
        I have visited Axis bank for Activating my Wifes Debit card, Since we were in States for 1.5 Yrs, After reaching there they asked us to go Main Branch, Mean while i was having one Fixed deposite got matured from there, One of the associate showed us the FD Under name of MatLife showing That it is of AXIS Bank only, She cheated us by telling that i have to keep depositing 25000RS. In that FD and i will get 10% Interest rate on that amount and after 3yrs i wll get @85000RS... I have recieved documents after one week showing that i have invested money for 20 yrs and i have to keep depositing RS.25000 For 20 years and will get money return after 20 yrs, with Proof...
        They were explaining different and actuality is different.. They guys suckss...

        I have experienced same situation with NRO Account alos, When i open account Their associate Swetang Patel ( Who knows nothing about Banking system) told me that my currency willbe saved
        in US Dollar, If i deposite US Dollar in that bank.. So when i did not check Currency rate when i have
        deposited US Dollar, On that day Us dollar rate was minimun..Now when US Dollar rate is rising I am planning to get that dollar, They says it is converted in to Indian rupees with the rate on which i have deposited that in to bank,

        Swetang was telling me that, he was not aware with terms and conditions of the account, when i said that he was telling me that i have discussed with his manager, , his manaager Mitesh never talk to me about that account.

        Mitesh and Swetang now not taking responsibility of the situation, I have asked to return my US Dollar which i have deposited, they says i will get it but the amount will be as per current rate..


        Thay both are bloody fool...and they are cheater...

        Ankur branch of Axis bank is Subji Mandli... There is nothing professional


        Please guide me to teach lesson to these cheater guys..

        Send a detailed report of their poor service and cheating ideas, to the Chief Manager of the Head Office with a copy to Reserve Bank of India. You may also, think of filing a complaint with CONSUMER FORUM or Court which will defintely teach them a lesson, by imposing a fine for their Idiotic actions and will also help you to have your money which you've losen.

        Wrong Credits, Poor Service and Cheating - This is what AXIS BANK is all about. Concerned people should feel shame about it for their worst services to customers. They will only find their places in hell.

        Axis Bank Ltd — Poor Customer Service

        Though I my account holding branch is Jayanagar, I gave an Address change request plus request for new Debit card at Shanthinagar branch in December 2010.

        Within 1 week got confirmation on sms on receipt of address change etc and changes will be done. On checking after 2 months , it is found that the address change is not done and I do not receive any communication on my statement etc at my address. Conveniently an amount of Rs.110/- has been debited for a Debit card which I have not received till date.

        On calling up the Jayanagar Branch just now regarding the matter , the lady who picked the call refuses to give her name and asks me to call later . Very unimpressive customer service .

        Kindly resolve my issues on priority . Would appreciate a call on [protected]and resolve my issue .

        Axis bank is doing very very poor service to the customers. I have a saving account in AXIS. I am always maintaining my account balance in that account. But they are charding the Consoliadated charges every quarter.

        I send a mail and called thro call center number. But they are not responding or attending calls. If someone attend the call, They are trasferring as 1 engling, 1, 9.

        9 number - It will ring and give me some mucis no body will respond for long time also.

        I am suspecting that this bank is one of big Fraud Bank in India.

        Better You people do not create account in AXIS bank.
        Victim of Axis bank. They never send FD receipt. If you want to prematurely close FD, they will ask for receipt since they don't have provision to close FD online even though it is opened online. I asked if I can transfer account to another branch for which they will ask address proof. If you have address proof(e.g bank statement) they will ask another proof. If you show second, they might ask third proof. Make sure you carry all documents with you including policy/birth/education cert.(you never know which one they will ask).

        Pathetic bank..
        Fraud Bank. Without any information deducting money from my account stating that consolidated charges and GST. How dare this bank can take once hard earn money from there own account? If we call customer care no one will response proper and put out call on hold or ask us to dial different numbers..

          My card no [protected]. I was offered 45 days free health insurance from 15th Oct 07. I was about to reply regarding non acceptance of the same i.e., before 45 days. But on 22/11/07 I have received SMS stating that premium of Rs.500 would be debited to my card account. As I am not interested I request you not to debit the same to my credit card account. All other banks are offering credit cards without charging any annual charges. I called to customer care also several times. but there is no response.               I have withdrawl 500 Rs. on dated 19/09/2007, But because ATM machine error the above mentioned amount was not received by me else it was gone back in the machine.

                No advance intimation about the bill of Credit card due bill till the last date of payment

                Please resolve the issue of negligency of the Axis bank representative, I have paid bill amount of 12000/- (Twelve thousand rupees) which I have incurred, but still axis bank representative asking by sms to pay amount of Rs.2421/-. I 've not understood the situation. What's going on please investigate the issue. On the other hand the bank did not inform me in advance for payment but I have paid the amount in advance.                 i am not received my credit card from last one month. every time i call to customer care of axis bank they told me that my address is wrongly entered,thats YOUR'S fault, not mine. yesterday when i called to axis bank, they told me that it will takes 10 more days to update your address.

                Would appreciate if following matter is solved as earlier as possible.
