I had called AXIS Bank today @ 1:25 PM IST as i got a letter from them stating that i owe them money on the credit card when i dont even have thier card. I tried to speak to Sandesh who was the agent , he was very unhelpful & when i asked for a manager, he said that the manager is busy & i needed to call back after one hour, when i threatened to go to consumer court, he put me on hold & never cam eback. Please look into the same.

I have a salary a/c in Axis Bank, Shakesphere Saaroni, Kolkata Branch. On 7th June 2009 somebody has debited 45, 000 from my account wrongly against which i had already gave an complain in the aforesaid branch. The bank personel had comitted me that within one month the debited amount will be credited in ur account.

But till today ( 18th July) no money has been credited in my account, when i try to contact with concern person of the bank, they told that we are doing some action in this issue, but it will take time.

My question is that Why the bank has not given me the exact timebound for the credit. I had already mail to bank operational head regarding this but no response from the bank. really this is very pathetic service by the Axis Bank.

Kindly request you to look into this matter and take necessary action.

Axis Bank Shakespeare Sarani, particularly the operational head is notorious for bad service. Nobody in branch has a clue of what is going on.

Write to their central office complaining about your problem.You will get the money immediately.

    If so what is the progress?

      Hello,
      I'm Prem, I requested with Axisbank to process for my home loan, for that I issued a cheaque of Rs 3000 as processing fee, next day or the following day I decided not to use Axis bank's home loan, hence I verified whether they have started the process, they assured me that they are yet to process it, I requested them to stop the process for which they also guaranteed that my cheaque will not be processed. Later the month they processed the cheaque and took money, when I enquired they informed me its by mistake it happened and later on they say every month, its month end we are busy, we get you in the month beginning, in month beginning they say next week and etc... almost now it is 6 months plus, still they didn't issued my money back... what should I do now? Im also afraid how many of others are in this same situation!

      I have also taken home loan from Axis bank.
      I got net baking account to see all my home loan details including Loan amount, interest paid, outstanding balance ..etc…BUT nowhere I could see current interest rate against my home loan.
      Requesting Axis bank to mention current interest rate there also.

        I applied for Axis bank credit card in the month of Sept 2007. My Ref No. is 763710.Unable to get right info from the customer care. Never expected such poor service form Axis bank where Iam an account holder. I would like to know the status .Let me know , whether I should continue to wait or cancel the aplication?

        AXIS Credit Card — Bad Service

        Hi,

        I have been trying to to contact CC Exec from last 15 days to apply for Credit Card.
        No one is responding.
        I have yet to recieve statement towards credit card usage, kindly send it my mail id mentioned above & waive off the OD charghes [protected]. Credit card no.

        Axis Bank — Poor Customer Care Services

        I am pained and grossly disturbed with the kind of Costomer Care Services being extended by Axis Bank.

        Today I had tried to contact the Branch Manager, Axis Bank, Barakhamba Road on these Nos.[protected], 23311052 and 23311067 .All the time calls( I tried atleast 11 times, fact may be verified at their ends) have been picked up by the persons but it was shocking they were gossiping and hardly cared for connecting me to the desired Officer, whom I was trying to contact.

        I with my experience with the Nationalised Bank I rate their services much better than these Banks like Axis Bank.

        Being the Tax Payer, I hope I have all the right to ask about the action taken at their end for putting the system in order.

I Got Confirmation Message In My mobile On Oct-29th Saying that My Ref No:711347 has Been approved and i will be Getting the Card.Again on Nov-7th I Got a message Saying that My card Has been dispatched Via first flight saying i will Be Getting the Card in next 72 hours. I happen more than 15 Days. i Got a Pin No And everything To My residence Except the Card. Kindly Take Some necessary Steps To Get My Card (ASAP)
            And Make Sure That. My Card was mis used.

            I have been applied for AXIS bank credit card before three months. By starting of this month january credit card of AXIS bank has been sent me thorough courier people. By [protected] only I know that the credit card of AXIS bank has been sent. While your courier people came to my home by 12:30 pm of 9th january, at that time I was absent in my home. The Guy who came to deliver the credit card discussed with my colleague in my roomanuary 08,mean while he has given his mobile number to my colleague to contact him. Around 2'o clock I went to home and my colleague told me that a person from courier regarding credit cerd andhe gave his mobile number. I think his name is siraj exactly I don't know his name and his contact number is [protected]. I talked with him around 2:15 pm 0f[protected] regarding delivery of that credit card. But he refused to give me and also he told me that if he want's to give me the credit card I have give him Rs 500, otherwise he told me that he is going to surrender the card.             Thanks for your above said letter. As per the contents you have declined my application for “No Authenticity Verification”. We do honor your verdict but sorry to say that I am not able to understand your stand because:

            • I am having account in your bank since 2000 under A/c # [protected]
            • I am Passport holder since 2002 issued by Govt. of India.
            • I enjoy credit cards of six institutions.

            Sir, out of curiosity I shall like to know that without of any authenticity all these things have happen and moreover your bank too has opened my account in its branch just by chance. Am I correct?

                Please do not apply for AXIS bank credit card. This one of the worst bank doing Credit Card business. It seems this bank doesn't know how to do credit card business. My message for the bank chiefs. Please buy contact international banks doing credit card business in india successfully for training. Till then you can stop worst credit business.

                1. AXIS bank doesn't know how to serve customers on phone.
                2. AXIS bank doesn't know how and where/when to send statement and whom to send.
                3. AXIS bank might not have proper training for their customer care employees as customer care is not aware of things like TPIN, Change request etc etc.

                Dear Customercare,

                I am creditcardholder o[censored]TI bank bearing nummber [protected].I have received my first bill by debiting 400 rs as joining fee plus service tax 49.44.In second bill I has been debited 96.58 as debit interest plus 11.93 Rs.In my third bill I has been debited debit interest 24.41 plus 3.02.I has given three complaints till date (Monthly one complaint) and the respective customercare has noted the complaint given me a complaint number.After this every time customercare from Mumbai told that they has been reversed my joining fees every month.I asked the repective customercare to email me the same but this was not done.This depicts the service delivered by AXIS bank customercare.When I has spoken with customercare over phone I was informed that there is no integration between the two departments i.e Customercare with whom customer speaking by calling toll free number and the customercare from which we receives call from Mumbai.I was astonished by hearing this and how a bank can deliver a service to the customercare.Inaddition to to this I have also requested 2 times through emails to reverse ny joining fees and debit interest,customercare told that I am not having a registered email id.But the other day when I had spoken with customercare they informed that from now onwards we shall email the queries without a registered email id and given a complaint number 104395.

                Today i has paid 187 rs as requested by AXIS bank officials so that they will revverse all the debit fees towards my credit card.They have given one more compliant number today,finally i need to get reverse all the amount related to joining fees should be reversed as requested from the past 3 months.

                Please provide a written copy or email stating that all the above said fees are reversed to avoid these types of queries.Finally I would like to request the concerned authorities to reverse all the debited fees related to my joining fees of creditcard.

                  I applied for an Axis Bank credit card about 9 months ago,got it 5 months ago.Made my first purchase in the US for about Rs.48000.I had applied for the 5% auto debit facility which means that I pay 95% and the bank automatically debits 5%.I never got the bill for the month I had spent the money. I paid up about 46000+ which was the 95% amount.This was last month on the 08th sep.The bill due date was 9th.The auto debit did not happen and they charged me 1.5% interest on the amount which was supposed to be automatically debited which was Rs.2440 and increased the amount to Rs.4200+.Their toll free number was not working for a month and i was calling them from Delhi all the time.
                  Their customer rep. never gave me a solution till today.They never gave me a complaint number and always accepted that it was a system problem.They registered it as an offical complaint on the 26h of sep.,after I had spoken to them from about 01st sep.
                  Despite of my reminders,they did not auto debit the amount,they never gave a number of a responsible person.Today they increased the amount due to god knows how much amount.
                  This is the best part,the police say that you sort it out with your bank on your own,they dont want to get into this.When I dont pay up the escalated amount the bank hires a recovery team to get the money.
                  Now,when they had to auto debit Rs.2440 they did not do it.So the amount due for the next payment becomes Rs.4200+ and they auto debit Rs.210 something which is 5% and carry forwarad the amount to increase at 1.5 %.Does anyone know how to stop this?

                      somedays before i got a creditcard statement where the due date is 30.11.2007. So according that i have given my cheque of icici on dated 21 November where i dropped my cheque in Bimbisar Nagar, ATM (Axis Bank) But still they have not cleared (Till date 28.11.2007). Last time also they fined me concerning the late payment (Given complain in phone on 19.11.2007). while contact to customer care no one received. Is there any way to go to consumer court against this bank (if once again they will give me late payment notice with fine). If possible kindly give me customer care mail id of axis bank.

                        Some days ago I have received AXIS bank gold credit card. At the time of filling the credit card application form the bank representative told that this card is lifetime free card i.e you need not have to pay any amount for joining. But after getting the card I received SMS & statement bill written that I have to pay Rs 449 + Tax amount to AXIS bank as a joining fee. Then I have spoken with customer care & explain everything. He was also agreed with me & told that I don’t have to pay any amount to AXIS as joining fee & please ignore the SMS. Then the payment day passed. After some days passed & again another SMS came written like that "Dear customer, your Credit Card Bill of Rs 517.98 with due date 09-JUN-08 has been generated and will reach you shortly".                         Out of 30 days in a month your 2 ATM machines are always out of order for 25 days which is installed at Yamuna vihar DDA complex.

                        I am amazed to know you never check the complaint register what you have put in there, this really is ridiculous.

                        I really do not understand why your ATM machines does not accept my card sometimes.

                        I really do not how to proceed for getting the Cheque book for my saving bank account.

                        I am Swapnil.Parshurami from Mumbai; I applied for the Axis bank credit card.
                        I submitted all the required documents. I never received any feed back from Axis Bank.I tried calling the person who came to collect my documents but was not reachable
                        After waiting for a month, when I called Axis bank for the status of my credit card, I was dazed by the explanation of the Axis executive, it seems Axis never received documents; they were not able to find my login. I gave the name and phone number of the person who came to collect my documents, answer I got was, the person was on leave and no one in the whole Axis bank knows where is he, what are his pending works. When he is going to come back.
                        After waiting for a week, I called the person who collected my documents, and what a surprise this time he answered!!!. He said even he is not knowing why there was delay.
                        And ultimately I was asked to submit the documents again,
                        I was ready to apply again to Axis only on the condition if they can manage to handover the card to me within 10-12 days, since I already waited for more than 2 months.
                        Axis was ready to give the card but the chargeable one, and if I require free card I have to wait for another one month.
                        Such type of services and miscommunication was not expected from Axis. The Officers and executives do not know what is meant by Responsibility.
                        For the new card applications. I would like to suggest you all, pls go through the reviews of credit card complaints from whichever bank you apply, from google. And then proceed
                        I am fortunate for having seen the Axis service before getting the card, what if, I would have encountered such irresponsible persons for any problems or misuse after getting card????
                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I have deposited one cheque at Axis bank with Ramapuram branch, Chennai on[protected]. Cheque no. is 660937 of SBI Bank issued by Income tax department for tax refund. But still my account was not credited amount.

                        After i deposited cheque i came to oman (Muscat), So i am unable to follow up bank people. I requested to my friend to find the status. But he approached the Ramapuram branch bank people. They said that cheque was sent to Mylapur branch, as he is having account with myloapur axis bank branch.

                        Please let me know the status and why it was not credite. If it is returned, to which address it was returned and by which courier it was sent and the person to whom it was delivered. Please let me know all these details. Otherwise i will have to loose around Rs. 30000.

                        # Account opening time: 10days, I was told that my ATM card was sent to a different address, then had to go to the bank to collect it.

                        #Inward remittance: they took 5 days to clear a USD inward remittance, poor exchange rate + 350rs fee

                        # The worst part ; The a**hole at the forex counter cant allow me to send even 10$ to fund my e-wallet. That mother[censored]er was soo stuborn that i had to withdraw all my funds in impulse.

                        #Their Visa electron card never works online.

                        #The most arrogant d**k su**ing bankers ive ever seen work at Axis bank!!!

                        I was holding the CREDIT CARD of AXIS Bank. I have called them so many times to activate the net banking to pay the bills so I should not waste my time going to different centers for payment. There was no follow up after my call from the customer care and I waste all my money and got long bill of my mobile. I have also sent them many emails but no follow up after that also.
                        Even after closing the account they are still sending the bills to me. I have sent them emails regarding this but still there is no follow-up. I have all the logs if anybody is interested for the same.

                        I request everybody that NEVER USE AXIS CREDIT CARD. They are very very bad.

                          In the beginging of this October 07 month, I had applied for personal loan through your website and I got a call from one o[censored]r tele marketing person about personal loan.

                          When I asked about the interrest rate applicable to me...they said that the interest rate will be 15% and then I had applied for a loan worth Rs 2.5 lacs subject to certain conditions.

                          When I forwarded her all the documnets that were asked, the lady confirmed that my loan will be processed on the basis of the documents @ 15%.

                          After that I had cancelled all other application for loan with other bank. I had provided all the required documents to ur people including my certificate for MBA but still they never replied me for more than 2 weeks.

                          I called them repeadtedly for more than 10 times to inquire about my loan and finally i was informed that my loan has been sanctioned at 21% instead of 15%.

                          This is just not acceptable . I was getting loan at 17-18% from other banks they would have given me the loan long back.

                          But because of Axis people, I am suffering like anything. I m tried calling them a lot but no one is responding to my call and even answered very rudely sometime.

                          If this is the kind of service they provide to their customer, then I cant say anything but I m really very very disappointed with such behaviour and have lost all my confidence on Axis bank.

                          I had placed my complain with the Compliance Officer and called both Cheenai and Mumbai office for a couple of time but in vain.

                          Now after this kind of experiance with Axis Bank, I can say only one thing about them. .."CHange ur quality,not just name."

                          Final words, AXIS Bank has got pathetic customer service offerred to its customers.

                          I provided him the address is: 13/1 Hazra Road, Kolkata 26, but he mentioned there 13/2.so just cause of the mistakes of that guy I haven’t received the courier i.e. My Welcome kit.

                          I need some money so I walked up to the bank to request to do the needful for me then there I found 2 ladies 1.Madhu Chandra (Branch Head), Vinita Sarkar (Operation Manager), They was not even talked to me & they just told me that that’s the RBI rules & u cant withdraw the money so go & talk to the RBI…
                          They didn’t allowed me to withdraw the money…
                          So now, that’s the mistakes of the banker & I am suffering here.so what to do next,
                          Should I have to go to the Press or should I have to give all the matters to the Newspaper.

                          That all this bull sheet things are happening in the Bank, As this Axis bank is claiming that that is going to be the best in India….
                          So, I hope you will do the needful…
                          So plz do the needful, otherwise, I wok in TRI MEDIA VISION, Newzeland as a manager, & make sure that it wont comes on my reputation cause of the mistakes & misbehave of the banker. Not my fault

                          my self is Dinesh Desai and I am account holder of your vastrapur branch, gujarat, india.
                          I have withdrawl 1700/- RS from ATM of Axisbank situated oxford tower, Gurukul.
                          one note of 500/- is in two piece with double number, when I have submit the complain. I have bounsed between ATM and Branch office. and It would be very disgusting that they have refuse my witness also security guard. we have been answered that our ATM is very trustfull and no chance for this such type of complain.please tell us who is your right choice your satisfied or dissatisfied custmter.also please tell us who is your standard witness. as you are not validate even your security guard.there is no possible that every time we have a camara with us.
                          It is disgusting that we as a customer, suffered from this such type of comlain.


                          please do the needful if you wish your customers satisfied. or we have no other choice to change our option.
                          I have not seen a poor service of a private bank like Axis bank. Why this bank is running ? this bank should have banned. It has poorest service in all the banks of it's class.
                          I was fed up and closed my all accounts with this bank. I suggest others to do so.

                            Sir i an getting calls from recovery agent for payment against credit card. When I ask him for statment he told we are not able to give the statment . i am getting calls after 4.5 years for this card .

                            They ask me to pay Rs- 4200/- against my card after long discussion he told me I should pay 1800/- and they will give me full and Final setellment letter. should i go further or i should ask some more details.

                              I applied for Credit Card in Group in month May 2007.
                              My application form was filled up by Mr. Gopal , from UTI BANK (His Mobile No. is [protected] ).

                              Till date ,I haven’t received any calls after verification and when i called up the customer care nobody is interested to pick up calls a couple of times.

                              When I inquired, Mr. Gopal asked me to wait for some days. He had forwarded my documents to your Mumbai Office. He informed that I would receive the Credit Card after all the formalities are completed.

                              In my last communication (before 15 Days) with Mr. Gopal, he told me that person from the mumbai would approach me for let me know the status. Till date nobody has contacted me.

                              I had submitted all the required documents. (Form for Credit Card with all the signatures, Xerox copies of : Bank statement for Last three months, Pan Card, DL, Telephone Bill, ). So about them?

                              Whether somebody could misuse them?

                              How am I assured against misuse?

But next month statement i shocked, reason is my credit limit was decreased and i am forced to pay my overlimit fee, service tax for overlimit fee.                               I am Mrigna Gupta having Salary Account with AXIS Bank, Green Park Branch, New Delhi with account no. [protected]. I have tried to with draw Rs 4500 from PNB Bank ATM (Maharani Bagh, New Delhi, and ATM ID W3150900) on 8th December 2009 at 18:45. I got message saying WITHDRAWAL SAVINGS, TRANSACTION DECLINED, RESPONSE CODE 072, and UNABLE TO PROCESS.
                              Just after this event again I tried for the same but the result was TIME OUT and no cash came out from the ATM machine. But from my account Rs 4500 deducted. I have given complaint by phone on 9th December 2009 to Ms.Shailja[protected].

                              Can you please check & provide the Complaint number to get back the money deducted from my Account as soon as possible.

                                  Folks, this is the worst bank i have come across in my life. It is a big call, and its true. It has been frikkin 3 weeks trying to transfer funds to my Mother. Opend an NRI account, and i received PIN on mail, after a month it was expired. Trying to call bank to get another Pin n Password, still didn't happen. I'm Frikken asking them " how to Transfer Funds to My online Axis A/c, i'm not kidding, The Manager of NRI section, dosn't even know, took 7 wrkin days to get me Procedure, and it was wrong. Finally after number of ISD calls to her, i got it. I transfered a Small amout(i never trusted her any way), now its been nearly 5 days, money have not reached or Vanished. They are struggling to fnd where my $$$ gone. I hav ebeen ringing bank, i get engage tone, Frikkin don't even have routing system ,where i put on a hold. when some one answer a call, she answers " Hello", what a frikkin way of customer service. I had to ask her, "is it Axis bank?" she goes "yes, Yes" hahaha. I can't belive still they could not work out how to transfer Funds from Australia to India. Its just pathetic sercice and don't know who'm to complain. If some one know how to reach " Mr know's all" let me know. If i explain my Problems i'm going through to them, all they say is " we are sorry sir" Frikkin i'm not expecting your sorry arse to show up with a " sorry" i want Action. Its AXIS bank in my home town Bangalore. What happend to Good old "UTI"?

                                    My credit crad number 471863bbbbbbbbb2 got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not pay the due amount. this month my out standing amount is 16800. but via iconnect on 3rd september 6382 rs got debited from my uti saving account . but as per credit card statement on 7th september its reversed . but its neither credited back to my credit card nor my saving account.


                                    regarding this thrice i went to MG road Main AXIS bank branch and complained to Miss. Shyamala. she said she will fix the proble. i did not get any response from her also. More than 200 times i called customer care. 4 times i went to malleshwaram Axis bank also. No one is ready to listen my problem .Is this the way you treat Customers? if know this before i would not take this card at all.my proble is like that only.

                                    I,Sunil Kumar Sharma working in Defence and presently posted at Delhi. I am having a salary account ([protected]) with Axis bank Port Blair from last 4 yrs. Near about a month ago I had applied for a personal loan and submitted all the necessary papers as desired by the agent. A week ago I received a call from the agent stating that I have to submit a HR certificate or some kind of tenure certificate certifying that I will remain posted in Delhi upto 2010 then only my loan file will get clear. In this regard I spoke to Miss Rosy (Loan organizer of Axis bank at Asaf Ali Road branch, New Delhi) on her mobile [protected] explaining her inability to render such certificate because same is against the rule of any defence organisation. No uniform personnel can render a certificate by himself that he will definitely remain in a particular station upto a particular period because he can be transferred out any where at any movement as per service requirement. However a uniform person is generally posted at any station for a period of 2-3 yrs and same can be further reduced or extended subject to the service exigency or any pressing requirement of the individual, if merits but being a defence uniform personal no one can himself give it in writing to any agency that he will continue to be in this station upto a particular period. What I believe that any loan can be paid from any where and it does not matter where you are posted. I don’t understand why Axis bank is pressing for this certificate. I had earlier also availed a personal loan at Port Blair from UTI bank and same is cleared by me without any fail after reporting in Delhi. Sir, If your bank can not provide a personal loan to your salary account holder and insisting a defence person to submit such certificate then I think there is no further use of holding a account in your bank. Till now I and many of my friends were very much happy with your services and feel proud to be a account holders of Axis bank but this time after getting a such illogical and sad response from your bank I as well as my other friends circle working with me and holding account with Axis bank really became un happy and decided not to be continue with Axis bank. My loan papers are still with Axis bank and I humbly request your bank to return the same on my address. I will very shortly close my account in your bank. Immediately I went internet and check inbox there is a new mail in inbox from london company. I have taken printouts and given all to manager. manager said unto me there is fraud in that transaction. so u have yo wait some days to verify/clear this matter like that branch manager told me.                                     My debit card number is not accepted by the bank when I want to add the number into paypal. What is the reaosn? How can I see my address when I opened my account?
                                    I have an ongoing Home loan running with Axis Bank and on construction basis payment plan on simple interest to be charged with the amount disbursed till date. It was running fine until last Friday when Axis bank have deducted 13738 ruppes from my Account in ABN AMRO. They have till date disbursed 698735 Rs and was suppose to disburse 145000 on 2nd of July. However for the month of June 08, the interest was not suppose to be more than 6150. I understand that they have wrongly calculated and deducted a double amount from my account. I have several other commitments and is highly worried that due to this high negligency of this bank, I might have to pay penalty with other cheques awaiting to get placed for payment. I would seek an immidate solution and return my monye without delay before i migt have to take an action against Axix Bank.

                                    On 29th november '08 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 120/-was deducted and service tax @ 12.36% i.e. Rs. 14.83 was deducted, Again On 30th december '08 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 750/- was deducted and service tax @ 12.36% i.e. Rs. 92.70 was deducted...then, In 30th march '09 statement, consolidated charges for A/C of Rs. 750/- was deducted coming again and service tax @ 10.30% also i.e. Rs. 77.25 was deducted How was this amounts deducted ??                                     I had applied for the Axis Bank saving account on 10th of May, 2009, my account was opened on 12th June, 2009. I was waiting for my ATM card but I didn’t receive even after a month. I then enquired the call centre and I was informed that my address has been entered incorrectly and that I should visit the Axis bank at sector-18, Noida and collect my welcome kit.

                                    When I went to the particular branch, I was told that it could not be handed over in person and it could only be delivered to my address. To my disbelief, I was asked to fill up a form to change my address with the correct one. I was surprised to hear this as I had already provided the bank with my correct address along with the proof. If Bank didn’t entered it correctly, it should be their responsibility to verify and correct it rather than me filling up a form to change my address.

                                    However, to expedite the process, I agreed with the bank manager and filled up the address change form and submitted it to the branch. I enquired about a week later as to why I haven’t still not received my welcome letter. To my disbelief, I was told that the address mentioned against my record is still not matching.

                                    After complaining, some how they manage to correct my address and sent a checque book on 4th of August 2009 to me. I was worried about service so I decided to take my cash (5000) back and close the account. With the cheque I tried to transfer 5000 INR from Axis to my other account, but that cheque bounced due to insufficient fund.

                                    How would I know about my balance amount without any debit card or net login?

                                    After Contacting Axis I got to know that some amount has been charged for the debit card without my knowledge, however, I have not received any Debit Card yet. Now my balance amount after deducting cheque bounce fine is 4508 INR.

                                    It was not told to me that Bank will charge me for the debit card, moreover, why should I pay money for which I have not received? I don’t think I should pay fine for the bounce cheque. Please let me know how can I get my money and close this account.

                                    I'm Khadar sheriff, i have been maintaining an Axis bank savings account since Aug 2011 in J P Nagar, bangalore. Lately i have observed that bank is deducting Rs 30 every month as " Consolidated charges for A/C" from my account.
                                    They are also charges extra for NACH which i'm paying for a loan. There was no information provided to me regarding these charges nor any intimation. The bank is finding one or the other reason to siphon off money from people's account. Please help me get my money back.

                                      Hi, I applied for credit card in the month of august. The agent and informed me that I'll get the card within 20 business days. 20 business days got over. I called the agent who I had submitted my documents and told him that I didn't get any reference number or anything. Then he asked me to call the telebanking number and tell my date of birth but I called the customer care no one picks the call... then now few days back I call saying that it is from Axis bank for verification. And I got a sms saying the reference number. Then I got another call saying that my credit card has been approved and will get in 5 days, now 5 days are over. I called the cust care.. No one picks the call.. What the hell is this.. Axis bank has got a such a and irritating service... pls guys if you want to take any credit card pls never go for the AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD.
