I had given an application to get a Axis Bank Credit card,App. No. is 3507922 as on Sept 30th 07',but i have not received any type of confirmation whether i am eligible to get the card or not.When connected customer care it says it in pending status.when will i know the status ????

I undersigned NIRMAL KUMAR M am working in
SIGNATURE KITCHENS INDIA PVT LTD Chennai INDIA.

I applied for Credit Card in Group in month May 2007.
My application form was filled up by Mr. Gopal , from UTI BANK (His Mobile No. is [protected] ).

Till date ,I haven’t received any calls after verification and when i called up the customer care nobody is interested to pick up calls a couple of times.

When I inquired, Mr. Gopal asked me to wait for some days. He had forwarded my documents to your Mumbai Office. He informed that I would receive the Credit Card after all the formalities are completed.

In my last communication (before 15 Days) with Mr. Gopal, he told me that person from the mumbai would approach me for let me know the status. Till date nobody has contacted me.

I had submitted all the required documents. (Form for Credit Card with all the signatures, Xerox copies of : Bank statement for Last three months, Pan Card, DL, Telephone Bill, ). So about them?

Whether somebody could misuse them?

How am I assured against misuse?

I truly expect better service from your bank.

I applied for Credit Card in month 25,Oct, 2007.
My application form was filled up by Mr. Anand , from UTI BANK .
Miss . Roohi Called from pune office and his no. is[protected].

Till date ,I haven’t received any calls and when i called up the Miss. Roohi , nobody is interested to pick up calls a couple of times.

When I inquired, asked me to wait for some days. She had forwarded my documents to your Mumbai Office. She informed that I would receive the Credit Card after all the formalities are completed.

This is bhaskar sharma, now in pune,i deposited a sum of rs 8000 /-rs on the 27th in aundh atm branch. the next day i checked it and found a shortage of 1500 /- rs.i enquired and was told that there was a shortage of three 500/- rs in the envelop which could not have happened atall because i had rechecked it more than once!This bank is not trustworthy.i am sure i am not the only person with this same case an it will happen again.

AXIS (UTI) BANK CREDIT CARD — NO CARD BUT BILLS

i had applied for a credit card o[censored]ti bank 6 months back, everything was ok ,, one sms was came from uti that your credit card has been approoved and you will get it with in 10 days till date i am getting only bills doesnt receive any credit card yet, mailed many times but no response, called many time for the cancillation of this blunder mistake done by me... but always they just call and say that ur credit card will be cancel as soon as possible.... nothing is ok till date still getting their credit card bills sms which i am not having....
What is happening of my documents and what bank is doing no response getting from bank. I think this department is totally froud even my colleague is suffered due to this. He also had submitted documents to collection boy and he misused of his cvv number it has been proved but after that i got a confirmation call from bank but still no credit card received.

on 26th jan 2008, i used OBC ATM for transaction of 2000 Rs. but transaction was failed, i tried second time, and on second trial i got 2000 Rs. but when i checked my transaction slip there was total loss of 4000 Rs. from my account instead of 2000 Rs. To correct this i have submit the photocopies of my recent transaction slip along with complaint application in Dehradun, Rajpur branch but no favour till date. My A/C no. is [protected].

i have recently( 12 th feb 08) open a womens saving a/c in axis bank (G.M Road Branch Pune). Previously my customer relation officer misplaced my form and didnt inform me. After that i constantly approching to them branch and asking for a/c status and they informed me that you have to fill up another form. till the date i havnt recieved my welcome kit. please look into the matter. and when did i will get my kit!!! its veru urgent!

Axis bank Gold credit card — statement

My credit card issued on april 2008 and till now i didnt receive any statement. So i dont know how much amount i have to pay and dont know about the minimum amount due, balance.

This is a bull highly fraud bank customer loot service.
This is to inform you that I have withdraw Rs. 3000/- (Three Thousand Only) on my a/c no [protected] on dt[protected] from SBOP ATM Baddi Distt- Solan (Himachal Pradesh). But when I receive the receipt, there has been deducted 6000/- (Six Thousands Only) till I have received only 3000/-.

You are requested to look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest because I have hardly in need of money.

I have applied for a credit card but till date I haven't received the same.

Pl telll the status of the card.
I used axis bank credit card past one year. I paid the amount within the due date if it is miminum due or the whole amount what i purchased using this card. Past one year there is no problem. But suddenly i noticed my statement that my card credit limit was increased. What i thought that based on our usage the bankers increased my credit limit. But next month statement i shocked, reason is my credit limit was decreased and i am forced to pay my overlimit fee, service tax for overlimit fee. I enquired n number of times in customer care and email also, but no one take any response, but daily phone me for payments. Again i started my story to the collection departments, they reply sorry i takedown your problem to my higher offcial and will be back again.
i am your credit card holder for last 2 year almost but in this 2 years i never face any problem but from last 3 months i did not get my statement my card no [protected] then suddenly they send me a ststement along with late fine and all other stuff included in that so i decided not to pay untill they solved this problem tell me atleast one reason why should i pay

Credit Card — Non acceptance of cheque

Dear Sir/Madam
I am holding the credit card no [protected] with your bank. During the last two months I tried to pay my dues through multicity cheque of State Bank of India at your branch at Shahpur, Gulbarga district., where I am presently posted. Inspite of the cheque's local clearence and acceptance at all branches of State Bank, ICICI branch Shahpur refused to accept the cheque. Instead they suggested me to pay at Bangalore or Gulbarga. And just to pay the due amount I have to either travel to Bangalore or Gulbarga which are 500km and 70km respectively from my present posting. Kindly advise your Shahpur branch to honour the multicity cheque of State Bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mrigna Gupta having Salary Account with AXIS Bank, Green Park Branch, New Delhi with account no. [protected]. I have tried to with draw Rs 4500 from PNB Bank ATM (Maharani Bagh, New Delhi, and ATM ID W3150900) on 8th December 2009 at 18:45. I got message saying WITHDRAWAL SAVINGS, TRANSACTION DECLINED, RESPONSE CODE 072, and UNABLE TO PROCESS.
Just after this event again I tried for the same but the result was TIME OUT and no cash came out from the ATM machine. But from my account Rs 4500 deducted. I have given complaint by phone on 9th December 2009 to Ms.Shailja[protected].

Can you please check & provide the Complaint number to get back the money deducted from my Account as soon as possible.
Last day when i swap my credit card during shopping it decline the tranjection where its limits is high.
i will feel so guilty on shop.

      Folks, this is the worst bank i have come across in my life. It is a big call, and its true. It has been frikkin 3 weeks trying to transfer funds to my Mother. Opend an NRI account, and i received PIN on mail, after a month it was expired. Trying to call bank to get another Pin n Password, still didn't happen. I'm Frikken asking them " how to Transfer Funds to My online Axis A/c, i'm not kidding, The Manager of NRI section, dosn't even know, took 7 wrkin days to get me Procedure, and it was wrong. Finally after number of ISD calls to her, i got it. I transfered a Small amout(i never trusted her any way), now its been nearly 5 days, money have not reached or Vanished. They are struggling to fnd where my $$$ gone. I hav ebeen ringing bank, i get engage tone, Frikkin don't even have routing system ,where i put on a hold. when some one answer a call, she answers " Hello", what a frikkin way of customer service. I had to ask her, "is it Axis bank?" she goes "yes, Yes" hahaha. I can't belive still they could not work out how to transfer Funds from Australia to India. Its just pathetic sercice and don't know who'm to complain. If some one know how to reach " Mr know's all" let me know. If i explain my Problems i'm going through to them, all they say is " we are sorry sir" Frikkin i'm not expecting your sorry arse to show up with a " sorry" i want Action. Its AXIS bank in my home town Bangalore. What happend to Good old "UTI"?

        my atm card is valid till feb,2009. so what steps should i take inorder to get a new one. will i be charged any amount for this.

        I could not log on i Banking. After login it gives APPLICATION SECURITY ERROR !!
        This is regarding the complain towards the service which AXIS Bank is Providing to me .
        I have aplied for a credit Card 6 months before and they issued me credit card but as i was not present at my home i was not able to recieve it .
        Then i Placed a request for resending my Credit Card again on 5th July 2007(Request Number == 1650)and after that i recieved my pin twice but i have stil not recieved my Credit Card .
        I called Customer Care around 100 times and most of the time different agent provided me different information .
        I also talked to their Supervisor but still i Have no Response From AXIS Bank .
        Also wanted to inform i have all the recorded calls which different agent told me different thing,.
        And Sir To be very frank iam very upset to choose the Credit Card of AXIS bank .

        I have been holding credit cards of different bank for almost 7-8 years. Just because my salary account was shifted to UTI bank, so I applied for UTI bank credit card, and got the card some 8 months back. I find the service of you bank to be pathetic. For my saving account I have a relationship manager who takes care of my querries/issues (since I am a priority banking customer). But services for credit card is much worst than one can expect.

        I lodged a request to cancel my card, but somebody from bank called and told me that all my issues will be resolved. Its been almost 2 months, but I am still waiting for the resolution. I gain called back the customer service requesting for cancelling the card, but I have not yet received the call from UTI bank.

        I am absolutely fed up from the time I have received my Axis Bank Credit Card. From the beginning I have been sending the bank innumerable emails, sent registered a/d letter,have spoken to a number of officials of different Axis Bank (I am a salary account holder in Kolkata Branch and also have an account in the Golpark Branch in Kolkata), and have not once been able to talk to a Customer Care officer (although I have been kept listening to the music for more than 20 minutes on their toll free number). No one cares to read and reply to the dozens of emails nor attend to the that I have sent.

        The only thing that the Credit Card department can do properly is keep sending me their interest statement.

        I am so disgusted that I want to surrender my credit card. Please let me know what I have to do and where do I surrender the credit card.
        Two Issues i faced in Axis Bank:

        1)I have a Salary Account in Axis Bank. Branch is at Hyderabad. My Working place is Chennai. For the need my friend Deposit money in my Account from Chennai branch. They didnt took money for other bank deposit to Depositor. They took money from the Acccount with out notification. Is it Correct?

        2) Axis Bank wrongly feed my wrong Mobile number for Mobile Banking. I didnt receive any sms notiification for Mobile banking. I didnt need on that. they took charge for that. I De-Activate (it's an another Story). I didnt used that mobile banking and didnt got even a single sms, they took some 100 bucks. Is it correct?
        I have some problems with my debit card which you given me. I could not draw my salary through your ATM because the PIN number you have given me is incorrect and you people are given us incorrect PIN number and I was so disappointed with your service.         I applied for the axis bank credit card, sometime before, initially at the time of taking the card they has not intimated me of the initial charges which I have to pay, they simply told, it was free for the corporates. Now when I have received my credit card, i haven't purchased anything but, they have sent me the mail, to pay for annual charges and other joining fees. When I call to customer care for this query, no body is attending the call.


        So, now I am not in the mood of going with that anymore, plz cancel my card, as I am not going to pay anything.
        My credit crad number 47xxxxxxxxx got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not pay the due amount. this month my out standing amount is 1xxxx. but via iconnect on 3rd september 6382 rs got debited from my uti saving account . but as per credit card statement on 7th september its reversed . but its neither credited back to my credit card nor my saving account.


        regarding this thrice i went to MG road Main AXIS bank branch and complained to Miss. Shyamala. she said she will fix the proble. i did not get any response from her also. More than 200 times i called customer care. 4 times i went to malleshwaram Axis bank also. No one is ready to listen my problem .Is this the way you treat Customers? if know this before i would not take this card at all.my proble is like that only.

        This is to inform you all that, i have recived a SMS stating that my Silver plus Credit card bill for this month is of Annual fees and Services Tax for rupees near to 900/-

I asked the Axis bank credit card agent people that, I need only life time free card and they told me that they offering life time free card without any initial fee.         Sir/Madam,

        Please refer to my captioned home loan account and my complaint of non-returning of security cheque of Rs.6.00 lacs bearing no.776857. During my personal meeting/telephonic discussions with one of your officers, it was explained to me that the said cheque is not available in the records of Axis Bank Ltd. When confronted with the original receipt issued by the bank (Shri Ajay Sharma, DSA) of having received the said cheque, a letter dated November 07, 2007 was issued thereby advising me to have the payment stopped against the said cheque no.776857.

        It is astonishing that the cheque in question was handed over to your bank and I am being asked to have the payment stopped against the said cheque whereas the same has been lost at your end. It is gross negligence on the part of the concerned dealing officer of the bank.

        Please note that in case the above cheque (no.776857) is misused in any form, Axis Bank Ltd. (formerly UTI Bank Ltd.) shall be solely responsible for the same, as the bank has not returned the said cheque to me in spite of making full & final payment on 29.08.2007 and lost my original cheque at their end.

        Hi everybody,
        This is regarding the iconnect that AXIS bank provides for net banking.
        This is a Horrible site that they have. i wake up one morning and try to move funds to my Sharekhan account, it shows "shopping Mall" error. when i contacted the MG road branch they asked me to use "Third Party transfer" which again didnt work. i also took the email id and phone number of the person who suggested me this idea. But she just doesn't pick up the phone and neither does she reply to my emails.
        This is the worst part of it.
        Now i'll have to go all the way to MG road just to get another suggestion which also doesn't work.
        There is no point of contact for anything i feel or they might just be passing the buck.

        As, I Mohammed Younus an sbsal account holder of your bank in
        koramangala branch in Bangalore have deep regrets against your branch,
        that as I have issued a cheque of your bank to a clear my credit card
        balance have rejected it stating that the signature is not verifying.
        And I am using this facility for first time from your bank and this is a
        new account and there is lots of enough balance in my account. So your
        Branch staff should have called me as I have furnished all details of me
        and my contact no. As There is no problem from your branch but
        unnecessary the other Bank will charge me.

        These people at Applied Bank are imposible to deal with!!! They keep charging me $32.00 over the limit fees a month, in advance, after my large payments have been made on time!! I agree with the other person up above me that emailed "...but once they charge the 10.95 monthly maintence fee they slap the over the limit fee." He/She is exactly correct!! I have tried to reason with these people and they have NO common sense. Just rip-off sense. It is not worth getting a card from them, you are only looking for problem with them. Unless you like to give your money away to a greedy company------STAY AWAY.
        I have 7 credit cards and I have no problems with any of them, like these greedy lying, *@!#*#DS.

        As former employee of applied bank i recomend complaining to the better business bureau but more impotantly the bank regulatory body "the occ"...http://www.occ.treas.gov/. This federal organization that regulates the banks. This company is just plain sleazy.

        they indoctrinate the underclass with their credit cards. These people are poorly educated and really can't handle any type of credit card. They charge rates as high as 29.99 per cent, over the limit fees ranging from 32 to 35 dollars as well as 32 to 35 dollar late fees. They give credit cards with limits as low as $350.00, soon their customers are over the limit paying 29.99 per cent interest. Some pay an initial $100.00 membership fee. Some pay a 10.95 monthly membership fee. These poorly educated people do not have the education to understand the small print.

        Their collectors are trained and punished if they call a customer and do not get a pay by phone for a 12.95 fee. The mail is the last resort for the customer. They even must pay a fee of 6.95 to pay over the internet or by phone(automted). Where is the gov't in regulating this sleazy [censored]hole.

        The ruse is this an opportunity to rebuild your credit. In reality these credit cards are a big sucker ball for the underclass. Applied Banks business style is legal usury! Complain. complain, complain to the "OCC". This the federal body that regulates the banks. Applied Bank deserves a 1 million dollar fine. The whole deal smells. Their owner Rocko Abinsinio is simply not worthy running this [censored]hole!

        This is to complain about a unexpected automatic money deduction happened in my Axis Bank Salary A/C today morning [05/06/2008] approximately at 11: 50 AM. It happened when I tried to withdraw cash from the Karur Vysya Bank ATM by using Axis Bank Gold Debit Card [VISA]. First I tried to withdraw Rs 5000 -/- using the Card, but it returned an error message “Time Out” after 2 or 3 mins and No cash was given out from the machine and also no receipt was generated. So I tried for the second time again for Rs. 5000 -/- but it failed with the same error message. After sometime when I checked my Account Status thru online, it showed that Rs 10000 -/- was withdrawn with the following details.
        1. [protected] CASH-ATM/5710/050608/11:53 5, 020.00
        2. [protected] CASH-ATM/5709/050608/11:51 5, 020.00

        Please look into this issue as soon as possible and retain my balance back into my A/C. I request you to do the needful as early as possible as I am in very bad need of this money and this also affects my personal financial issues.

        I have been using your bank A/c since last 5 years. From last feb 08, i have been using your another salary A/c's. I have lodged a request to discontinue the tele banking alert facility. It is really regret to inform that instead of my repeated request the charges of telebanking alert charges has been debited from my A/c on 30/05/2008.         My debit card expired on 29.5.08. Axis Bank, Jamshedpur has delivered and handed over my wife card to N. K Mishra on 10.5.08.
        Since, I was shifted to Delhi in the month of march, I did not apply immediately for change of my address.
        I requested for change of address and issue of my debit card to Greate Kailash branch on 3.6.08. But it seems that Axis bank is not bothered and posted my request very late to Jamshedpur branach and so far I have no idea when the card will be delivered to me.

        Axis bank - Poor and worst services — cheque clearances

        the cheque was sent to axis bank for clearance from andhra bank to pay for payee account. This the most worst and poor services of axis bank to send a cheque clearances to andhra Bank. So many times I have made calls to customer care and branch offices, axis bank phones always found busy. I mailed many times to axis bank regarding this. they never respond about this.

        In India in Ahmedabad, Gujarat the services provided by the AXIS bank are highly defective. The executives don't know what they're doing. For example, they would take a handsome amount if you want a statement of your own account. We signed-up for their net banking service "iConnect" which was suppose to arrive within 4-5 working days but even after 3 long months they only have execuses.

        i went to citibank to withdraw a money when i started to withdraw it asked me dip again i have done i didn't get money in my hand after that i saw it got detected

        i Mr jobin mathew working in aditya birla hospital is an account holder in axis bank chinchwad branch. on nov 4th atv 6:29 pm i try to withdraw 19000rs through citi bank atm nigdi atm centre pune . as i enter the atm card and try to withdraw the amount i didnt get any money but got receipt as dispenser failure try again later. and my mobile message shows that the amount is debited by rs 19020. i has given complaint regarding the matter to axis bank filled in a form. and also complained to the customer care number . this is informed to all necessary department on 5th november as today is 13th november still no further action is taken . when will be the amount be credited to my account .
        Telecaller They don't know how to communicate with the customer over the phone. Please train them on telephone etiquettes and also on customer values When they (Kavya) had called me, They had promised me that they will confirm with their respective managers and they would get back to me in an hour or in a day, But till date they have never called me, I have taken initative & I have called more than 30 times on[protected]the collection dept)Later I spoke to an executive KAVYA, she doesn't have the courtesy to listen to my concern.She hung up on the face, it was rude and embarrassing.
        If i call up on the same line once again they don't want to answer the call, because they knew it was me, Unfortunately if they answer my call they will disconnect my line instantly. Till date I have never experienced such a pathetic service, not only she even with her Team Manager Akshitha as well.

        I have an saving account in your bank and my account no is [protected]. I have a total balance of rupeess 31414 only.
        I have notice your bank had deduct small amount so many times like tax or something i dont know why and am not that much worried, that is not the case.

        But recently, I was completely stunned with the experience that,
        I try to withdraw money from HDFC, First I try to withdraw 25, 000 and no cash was received then I try 20, 0000 again no cash was received and finally i try 10, 000 still the same, no cash was received, but when I did a balance enquiry, its say insufficient balance. I ran to my baank, and when i check, one of your emplooyee says your account has been deducted 30, 040 ruppess, when I narrated all the things, she even hardly response after requesting again and again, she finally gave me a reference number and asked me to check after 45 days. I was completely shocked with the response and service of axis bank.
        I again went to baank with the written application about the incident for the quicker actions on my case, but the response is very much same. the employees are not active nor interested.

        Please check into this and credit my money back to my account
        I will be thanksfull. I am totally broke now. that is my saving from long time.

        i am the new account holder, open a/c in newly opened branch at chandrapur maharashtra, i received cheque book in wrong name, hence i return it to bank personel, he promise me to supply fresh corrected cheque book and passbook with in 3days, but since 30 days i am waiting for the same & i cant use my a/c

        Dear Sir,

        Myself Shamsher Alam had contacted to one of your account opening agent named Bappi Ghosh on 24/12/2007 for opening a zero balance account in collaboration with Reliance money for trading purpose’s, I signed on the form as he told me and also given him an ICICI bank cheque for account number[protected] of amount(one thousand approx) having cheque number 725196, instead of opening a zero balance account he opened a saving account having account number [protected] later due to insufficient fund my cheque got bounced and after few days later he came to me and told that by mistake he had opened a saving account, so please once again sign on the form and this time he will open me a zero balance account, he also told me that he will close my saving account and no need to worry about it. Later he opened zero balance account having account number [protected] but after few months I received the statement of saving account which he had opened by mistake, then I realized that he didn’t closed my account and have done fraud with me, moreover in the statement I found some lien amount that shocked me. After receiving the statement, I once again contacted him and let him know about the whole matter but again he told me that I will do the needful but he had not done anything. This is a pure case of fraud by your sales agent Bappi Ghosh, who told me that your account has been closed. Earlier I had also sent you a mail regarding this case but I didn’t receive any response from your side.
        One month back i tried to use my atm card, There was fault in the machine & my card remained inside, The bank management told me to collet my card after 5 days and use after 2 more days, I again used my card as i was told, Machine showed invalid transaction and the card remain inside, Again i rushed to the bank, and the employee said that there was a fault in unlocking, After few days i got my card, back and after a sufficient time gap i used my card with repeatation of same event, So i want to congratulate this poor machinary and manual services, and beg to return my card in proper way..

        I am using Axis Bank Credit card no “[protected]” from more than one year. Somewhere in the month of Dec 08 I received bill amounting Rs. 280/- as late payment charges. I refuse to pay any late payment charges because best of my knowledge the cheque was deposited on time. I am completely unaware about late collection of cheque or late clearance.
        Next to the month I got another statement with the debit interest charges of Rs. 3670/- (total bill amount Rs. 4685.93). Reacting to this I called your customer care dept. and spoke to Vishal on 7th Feb 09 (05.27pm to 05.39 pm), I got an assurance that it is noted and this shall be taken care of.
        From last two months I have not received any feedback from customer care, issue was not resolved, not kept on hold and I kept receiving new invoices with added charges.
        I decided not to call CC dept and chose to call Grievance Redressal Cell. Today I spoke to Inderjeet and came to know that my verification data is not correct, and I was informed to send some proof of my date of birth.
        I do not know when it comes to lavvy charges and interest you do not have any issues and you do not even think about it. When it comes to redressing queries of customer you have many administrative issues.
        I thought of getting in touch with Grievance Redressal Cell to get my issue resolved but I got nothing out of it except some administrative formalities.
        You are requested to check my payment track, never in any month my payment got delayed by a single day. I know the issues of credit cards and that the reason all the precautions were taken from my end to not get into defaulters list.
        I am in need of personal loan very urgently and because of Axis card payment issue every bank is refusing to lend me the personal loan. You are perishing my credit track and ruining my credit history.
        You are requested to check the issue and resolve it by Saturday 4th March, 2009….

        I am the HR of Thiraviam Engineering Private Limited, Thoothukudi. We have salary account in Axis bank for 150 employees. And we have applied for 40 employees before 6 months and also before one month.
        By following up the Axis bank salary account service people, they told they have lost the applictions and we reapplied for salary account. The problem is the account is not opened yet and we receive irresponsible answer from Axis bank.

        Our company has planned to open salary account for 150 more employees next month in Axis Bank.
        But this problem in axis bank will make us to cancel all the salary account in usage and applied one's within 10 days if the applied employee's ac did not open before 25th March 09.

        So finally the total account with Axis bank will be cancelled if there is no response from Axis bank, Thoothukudi.

          I have an salary account in AxisBank and they have deducted Rs. 57 from my account without informing to me.Because in salary a/c there are not any charges for BillDesk type transcation. and The ATM machine at Changa campus ,Anand,Gujarat is not working properly, lots of complain for that but not any result.

          My credit crad number 471863bbbbbbbbb2 got blocked. the reason as per customer care is i did not pay the due amount. this month my out standing amount is 16800. but via iconnect on 3rd september 6382 rs got debited from my uti saving account . but as per credit card statement on 7th september its reversed . but its neither credited back to my credit card nor my saving account.


          regarding this thrice i went to MG road Main AXIS bank branch and complained to Miss. Shyamala. she said she will fix the proble. i did not get any response from her also. More than 200 times i called customer care. 4 times i went to malleshwaram Axis bank also. No one is ready to listen my problem .Is this the way you treat Customers? if know this before i would not take this card at all.my proble is like that only.


          un necessarily i am paying late payment amount. and now you blocked the card. i am really un happy by your service. so decided to go CONSUMER COURT. I am sending this mail(BCC) to vice president of AXIS BAnk and taking this copy and sublitting it to CONSUMER COURT.

          I have an salary account and have visa gold card in AxisBank.In salary a/c of visa gold card there is no deduction of transactions,balance enquiry and many more.           I,Sunil Kumar Sharma working in Defence and presently posted at Delhi. I am having a salary account ([protected]) with Axis bank Port Blair from last 4 yrs. Near about a month ago I had applied for a personal loan and submitted all the necessary papers as desired by the agent. A week ago I received a call from the agent stating that I have to submit a HR certificate or some kind of tenure certificate certifying that I will remain posted in Delhi upto 2010 then only my loan file will get clear. In this regard I spoke to Miss Rosy (Loan organizer of Axis bank at Asaf Ali Road branch, New Delhi) on her mobile [protected] explaining her inability to render such certificate because same is against the rule of any defence organisation. No uniform personnel can render a certificate by himself that he will definitely remain in a particular station upto a particular period because he can be transferred out any where at any movement as per service requirement. However a uniform person is generally posted at any station for a period of 2-3 yrs and same can be further reduced or extended subject to the service exigency or any pressing requirement of the individual, if merits but being a defence uniform personal no one can himself give it in writing to any agency that he will continue to be in this station upto a particular period. What I believe that any loan can be paid from any where and it does not matter where you are posted. I don’t understand why Axis bank is pressing for this certificate. I had earlier also availed a personal loan at Port Blair from UTI bank and same is cleared by me without any fail after reporting in Delhi. Sir, If your bank can not provide a personal loan to your salary account holder and insisting a defence person to submit such certificate then I think there is no further use of holding a account in your bank. Till now I and many of my friends were very much happy with your services and feel proud to be a account holders of Axis bank but this time after getting a such illogical and sad response from your bank I as well as my other friends circle working with me and holding account with Axis bank really became un happy and decided not to be continue with Axis bank. My loan papers are still with Axis bank and I humbly request your bank to return the same on my address. I will very shortly close my account in your bank.           This is in regard to my account # [protected] opened with UTI bank as a salary account (zero balance) by my organisation named Weigh Biz India Pvt Ltd. I left that organization back in 2005 & since then there is no transaction made on this account. I had sent a request to close the account some where around September-2005 by sending a letter to UTI bank (Thane Branch). But i have realsied that till now that account has not been closed.           My debit card number is not accepted by the bank when I want to add the number into paypal. What is the reaosn? How can I see my address when I opened my account?
          I have an ongoing Home loan running with Axis Bank and on construction basis payment plan on simple interest to be charged with the amount disbursed till date. It was running fine until last Friday when Axis bank have deducted 13738 ruppes from my Account in ABN AMRO. They have till date disbursed 698735 Rs and was suppose to disburse 145000 on 2nd of July. However for the month of June 08, the interest was not suppose to be more than 6150. I understand that they have wrongly calculated and deducted a double amount from my account. I have several other commitments and is highly worried that due to this high negligency of this bank, I might have to pay penalty with other cheques awaiting to get placed for payment. I would seek an immidate solution and return my monye without delay before i migt have to take an action against Axix Bank.

          I had applied for the Axis Bank saving account on 10th of May, 2009, my account was opened on 12th June, 2009. I was waiting for my ATM card but I didn’t receive even after a month. I then enquired the call centre and I was informed that my address has been entered incorrectly and that I should visit the Axis bank at sector-18, Noida and collect my welcome kit.

          When I went to the particular branch, I was told that it could not be handed over in person and it could only be delivered to my address. To my disbelief, I was asked to fill up a form to change my address with the correct one. I was surprised to hear this as I had already provided the bank with my correct address along with the proof. If Bank didn’t entered it correctly, it should be their responsibility to verify and correct it rather than me filling up a form to change my address.

          However, to expedite the process, I agreed with the bank manager and filled up the address change form and submitted it to the branch. I enquired about a week later as to why I haven’t still not received my welcome letter. To my disbelief, I was told that the address mentioned against my record is still not matching.

          After complaining, some how they manage to correct my address and sent a checque book on 4th of August 2009 to me. I was worried about service so I decided to take my cash (5000) back and close the account. With the cheque I tried to transfer 5000 INR from Axis to my other account, but that cheque bounced due to insufficient fund.

          How would I know about my balance amount without any debit card or net login?

          After Contacting Axis I got to know that some amount has been charged for the debit card without my knowledge, however, I have not received any Debit Card yet. Now my balance amount after deducting cheque bounce fine is 4508 INR.

          It was not told to me that Bank will charge me for the debit card, moreover, why should I pay money for which I have not received? I don’t think I should pay fine for the bounce cheque. Please let me know how can I get my money and close this account.

          I'm Khadar sheriff, i have been maintaining an Axis bank savings account since Aug 2011 in J P Nagar, bangalore. Lately i have observed that bank is deducting Rs 30 every month as " Consolidated charges for A/C" from my account.
          They are also charges extra for NACH which i'm paying for a loan. There was no information provided to me regarding these charges nor any intimation. The bank is finding one or the other reason to siphon off money from people's account. Please help me get my money back.

            Hi, I applied for credit card in the month of august. The agent and informed me that I'll get the card within 20 business days. 20 business days got over. I called the agent who I had submitted my documents and told him that I didn't get any reference number or anything. Then he asked me to call the telebanking number and tell my date of birth but I called the customer care no one picks the call... then now few days back I call saying that it is from Axis bank for verification. And I got a sms saying the reference number. Then I got another call saying that my credit card has been approved and will get in 5 days, now 5 days are over. I called the cust care.. No one picks the call.. What the hell is this.. Axis bank has got a such a and irritating service... pls guys if you want to take any credit card pls never go for the AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD.

              AXIS bank has the most pathetic service one can get....i've been waiting for my online transaction facility to be enabled since two weeks.... where i was promised 1 day by the tele executive.... and none have the knowledge to give correct info...even the branch employees are clueless of a lot of things..
              This bank operates like a pure pre independence banks.... and in their advetisements they claim stars...
              I wouldn't reccomend any one this bank.

              I have visited Axis bank for Activating my Wifes Debit card, Since we were in States for 1.5 Yrs, After reaching there they asked us to go Main Branch, Mean while i was having one Fixed deposite got matured from there, One of the associate showed us the FD Under name of MatLife showing That it is of AXIS Bank only, She cheated us by telling that i have to keep depositing 25000RS. In that FD and i will get 10% Interest rate on that amount and after 3yrs i wll get @85000RS... I have recieved documents after one week showing that i have invested money for 20 yrs and i have to keep depositing RS.25000 For 20 years and will get money return after 20 yrs, with Proof...
              They were explaining different and actuality is different.. They guys suckss...

              I have experienced same situation with NRO Account alos, When i open account Their associate Swetang Patel ( Who knows nothing about Banking system) told me that my currency willbe saved
              in US Dollar, If i deposite US Dollar in that bank.. So when i did not check Currency rate when i have
              deposited US Dollar, On that day Us dollar rate was minimun..Now when US Dollar rate is rising I am planning to get that dollar, They says it is converted in to Indian rupees with the rate on which i have deposited that in to bank,

              Swetang was telling me that, he was not aware with terms and conditions of the account, when i said that he was telling me that i have discussed with his manager, , his manaager Mitesh never talk to me about that account.

              Mitesh and Swetang now not taking responsibility of the situation, I have asked to return my US Dollar which i have deposited, they says i will get it but the amount will be as per current rate..


              Thay both are bloody fool...and they are cheater...

              Send a detailed report of their poor service and cheating ideas, to the Chief Manager of the Head Office with a copy to Reserve Bank of India. You may also, think of filing a complaint with CONSUMER FORUM or Court which will defintely teach them a lesson, by imposing a fine for their Idiotic actions and will also help you to have your money which you've losen.

              Wrong Credits, Poor Service and Cheating - This is what AXIS BANK is all about. Concerned people should feel shame about it for their worst services to customers. They will only find their places in hell.

              Though I my account holding branch is Jayanagar, I gave an Address change request plus request for new Debit card at Shanthinagar branch in December 2010.

              Within 1 week got confirmation on sms on receipt of address change etc and changes will be done. On checking after 2 months , it is found that the address change is not done and I do not receive any communication on my statement etc at my address. Conveniently an amount of Rs.110/- has been debited for a Debit card which I have not received till date.

              On calling up the Jayanagar Branch just now regarding the matter , the lady who picked the call refuses to give her name and asks me to call later . Very unimpressive customer service .

              Kindly resolve my issues on priority . Would appreciate a call on [protected]and resolve my issue .

              Axis bank is doing very very poor service to the customers. I have a saving account in AXIS. I am always maintaining my account balance in that account. But they are charding the Consoliadated charges every quarter.

              I send a mail and called thro call center number. But they are not responding or attending calls. If someone attend the call, They are trasferring as 1 engling, 1, 9.

              9 number - It will ring and give me some mucis no body will respond for long time also.

              I am suspecting that this bank is one of big Fraud Bank in India.

              Better You people do not create account in AXIS bank.
              Victim of Axis bank. They never send FD receipt. If you want to prematurely close FD, they will ask for receipt since they don't have provision to close FD online even though it is opened online. I asked if I can transfer account to another branch for which they will ask address proof. If you have address proof(e.g bank statement) they will ask another proof. If you show second, they might ask third proof. Make sure you carry all documents with you including policy/birth/education cert.(you never know which one they will ask).

              Pathetic bank..
              Fraud Bank. Without any information deducting money from my account stating that consolidated charges and GST. How dare this bank can take once hard earn money from there own account? If we call customer care no one will response proper and put out call on hold or ask us to dial different numbers..

                am not happy with the service provided by AXIS bank, am a credit card holder am not receiving my monthly statements. i contacted Cochin, Chennai, Mumbai Branches. they are not aware of what to do.
                thing AXIX bank is made up of BIG FOOLS.

                My card no [protected]. I was offered 45 days free health insurance from 15th Oct 07. I was about to reply regarding non acceptance of the same i.e., before 45 days. But on 22/11/07 I have received SMS stating that premium of Rs.500 would be debited to my card account. As I am not interested I request you not to debit the same to my credit card account. In case you debit I will not pay the same and I would like to state here that I am not responsible for the same.

At the time of applying for credit card, It was informed that No annula charges will be charged as such it is absolute life time free. I accepted after confirming especially about annual charges and also the credit limit of the card is also less than what I expected. I am also having other bank credit cards with credit limit of more than one lakh without any annul fees and charges. I received a call to pay annual charges. I replied and refused to pay. All other banks are offering credit cards without charging any annual charges. I called to customer care also several times. but there is no response. I decided to cancell the card if annual charges are charges or to continue if the annual charges are reversed.

                    Respected Sir/Madam,

                    I have an salary account in your bank at Nagpur branch. My account no. is [protected] and debit card no. is [protected].

                    I have withdrawl 500 Rs. on dated 19/09/2007, But because ATM machine error the above mentioned amount was not received by me else it was gone back in the machine.

                    Whereas the same amount was deducted from my account.

                    I had also contacted AXIS Bank branch office in Nagpur and submitted a written complaint letter enclosing photocopy of ATM Machine transcation slip.

                    Your bank staff told me that the money will be credited in your account within two days but till yet no action has been taken.

                    Kindly do the necessary action, pls credit the above amount as early as possible, do the needful.

                    I am salary ac holder and my house located at Near Gandhi Putla Nagpur. Near Gandhi Putla your Axis ATM facility is available. But most of the time their machine is not working. An emergency your ATM machine is out of service.. Either machine problem or light problem or internet problem. I have small child and I never go anywhere to withdraw the money either from Ladakganj or any other ATM booth.

                    You are requested pl. look into the matter most urgent at the earliest & solve the same.

                    If you can not provide the best service to us then inform us I will inform to my company to close all our manager, staff & worker A.c from Axis bank.

                    I hope you will do the needful at the earliest. Otherwise I will complaint the same to your higher-ups.

                        Please resolve the issue of negligency of the Axis bank representative, I have paid bill amount of 12000/- (Twelve thousand rupees) which I have incurred, but still axis bank representative asking by sms to pay amount of Rs.2421/-. I 've not understood the situation. What's going on please investigate the issue. On the other hand the bank did not inform me in advance for payment but I have paid the amount in advance. Then also they have again asked me to pay the amount of 2421/-.

                        Same with me here .Really they dont send statement in time else some one call their customer care .

                        Even They dont have online portal for tracking individual 's account .

                        Most dissappointing thing happened with me is when I had applied Gold plus card i was being told to get free return flight voucher for which I have already sent them booking request .But till now they did n't respond on this matter ,when I called Custome care they commited me to call within two days but its already few weeks passed off .


                        I would like to suggest new applicants not to go for this Bank credit card to until they prove themselves as a good service provider.
                        I applied for an Axis Bank credit card about 9 months ago,got it 5 months ago.Made my first purchase in the US for about Rs.48000.I had applied for the 5% auto debit facility which means that I pay 95% and the bank automatically debits 5%.I never got the bill for the month I had spent the money. I paid up about 46000+ which was the 95% amount.This was last month on the 08th sep.The bill due date was 9th.The auto debit did not happen and they charged me 1.5% interest on the amount which was supposed to be automatically debited which was Rs.2440 and increased the amount to Rs.4200+.Their toll free number was not working for a month and i was calling them from Delhi all the time.
                        Their customer rep. never gave me a solution till today.They never gave me a complaint number and always accepted that it was a system problem.They registered it as an offical complaint on the 26h of sep.,after I had spoken to them from about 01st sep.
                        Despite of my reminders,they did not auto debit the amount,they never gave a number of a responsible person.Today they increased the amount due to god knows how much amount.
                        This is the best part,the police say that you sort it out with your bank on your own,they dont want to get into this.When I dont pay up the escalated amount the bank hires a recovery team to get the money.
                        Now,when they had to auto debit Rs.2440 they did not do it.So the amount due for the next payment becomes Rs.4200+ and they auto debit Rs.210 something which is 5% and carry forwarad the amount to increase at 1.5 %.Does anyone know how to stop this?
