Spelling mistake on Credit Card

Just received my credit card with a spelling mistake. My name is "Hemalkumar S Bhavsar" but the name printed is "Hemalkumar S Bhavsa". I have been charged rs. 500 and now i have a wrong name on it. I also called up at the branch and was told that the only option you have is to apply for a new one!

I have carefully given correct spelling of my name while applying for the card. It is bank's fault! It isn't fair to charge me second...

    I have opened a salary account with Axis bank while working in a corporate office. Today when i went to axis Bank they told me that i have an outstanding due amount of Rs.6000 which was charged for not maintaining a min balance which was not intimated to me while opening the salary account. I lost the job due to COVID and couldn't continue with maintaining the bank balance. Your bank executive at the time of opening the account never informed me that the account will be moved to savings account and that i have to maintain a balance of 10000. I am not in a position to pay the due amount. Request you to kindly wave off the amount. My account details are mentioned below:

      Have already provided the minimum balance required. And was told that my lien balance will be cleared immediately. You scam people in paying the money and don't do it yourself

        It is really very disappointing when you not receive your refund amount and if you raise complaints or Dispute via online, axis bank ask you to wait 120 working days for solving the issue.

        So, dont use axis bank debit card for purchasing anything online and dont buy anthing from amazon.

            I have opened an Axis Bank salary account online 3 weeks ago. Still, i didn't get my debit card . The customer service people don't know about the status. Really poor service from the Bank.

              I am happy customer of Axis bank from many years but today I was not happy with what happened at above mentioned branch. I visited branch today to submit documents for purchase loan and loan executive was kind enough to explain process clearly. as its work from home for me I had to carry my laptop today and I got a call so I did open my laptop and started using it in customer area. one of your front office executive lady asked me directly not to use laptop and to go out of the bank premises. I know I was using your office premises but I didn't expect such a reply from your employee. kindly look into this immediately and improve customer service. rude behavior of your employee will damage your brand. awaiting reply.

                My credit card was delivered to the office address instead of home address. The customer care font have any information regarding the tracking. Pathetic service by axis. I am going to close my salary account if credit card is not delivered to me at my home.

                  Credit Card NOC

                  Hi Team,

                  Hi Alamelu P here, I have settled my credit card in June 2021.
                  I had the proof of my payment receipt as well as my settlement letter. But still, the bank is unable to send me the "NOC" for the same.

                  Please don't tell me the standard process, I have already gone through that.
                  I have already discussed this with customer care as well as a bank executive so many times. But still, I am not...

                  I have using axis credit card and i missed due date due to medical emergency for my uncle and aunty, I was hospital with them and also i didn't receive the notification and call for the due time.

                  I contact customer care and i explained about my concerns to executive Mr.Manoj but he didn't listen my concern, he replied me you should pay for extra charges after he transferred to senior level person Mr.Gautam patak in MCR location. he asked about my uncle and aunty medical records for proof.
                  I can ready to submit the medical record but is this way to play to human emotional.

                      मुझे फ़ोन करके वेस्ट जनक पूरी बुलाया गया और मेरे घर का लोकेशन पटेल नगर है मैं फिर भी चली गई।मेरा इंटरव्यू लिया गया मुझे बोला गया की आप सेलेक्ट हो गए हो अगर आप रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस देते हो आपको यह आपकी पहली सैलरी में रिफंड हो जाएगा मैने 995 rs.दे दिए जिसमे से 200 लिया गया और बाकी के pytm लिए टोटल 995 ले लिए ।मेरे पैसे मार लिए उन्होंने please help me

                        So I had an urgent payment due for the payment of my Son's college fees & I did not receive even a single message or email from Axis Bank regarding the deduction of consolidated charges from my account at all, now I have to pay his fees in about 2 days, I just found out that Axis Bank deducted 7, 622.26 INR just in consolidated charges & 1, 372.01 INR as 18% GST on that charge, which after totalling is equal to 8, 994 INR of my hard earned money just directly deducted, the deadline is soo close that I don't even have time to arrange the funds spoke with their customer care even they are not properly helping, just they share a link showing the various charges that will be taken as consolidated charges, But, it's not possible for everyone to remember it, they should atleast send a notification that the amount will be deducted or atleast after deducting should send some notification like for other transaction, this is absolutely terrible, I have had account in different banks, this has never happened with any other bank they inform before hand, 8, 994 INR with GST being deducted for consolidated charges is not a joke it's huge amount our hard earned money without any prior notice they are deducting it which is absolutely horrible. I have attached the SS of the deduction as well below.

                            I have a fastag account with axis bank and my fastag wallet was wrongly deducted with adjustment entry fee of Rs. 210. When i raised a dispute on this they mentioned it was a faulty transaction and that they have raised chargeback request and I will get my redfund within 22 working days. I don't know why people do mistake in seconds and to correct it takes so much of time. The dispute was raised on 21st September and today is 20th November, but still my refund has not happened. When I checked over Customer care, the representative mentions to drop an email.

                              Hi, My name is Shaikh Nabiul, I am writing this complaint regarding 15243 Negative balance in my savings account. When I called axis bank customer care they told these are consolidated charges for non maintenance of minimum for 2 years. I tell them As per RBI rules Bank cannot make negative balance in savings accounts due to not maintaining minimum balance. They tell you have to pay this amount. In this way axis bank cheating there customer and looting there hardly earn money. I have no job since 2 years that is why I am unable to maintain minimum balance in my account. Bad Mein Mujhe vah Kam Pasand Nahin Aaya To Main Usko Kaki Mujhe Pasand Nahin Hai kam. Unhone Aisa kaha ki aap ko cancel fee pay karni padegi. To Fir main 750 rupees and GST 215 rupees payment Kiya. Aur unhone mera Aadhar card mangwaya proof ke liye, Sar mere pass Sare payment ke screenshot maujud hay. Aur abhi uska number switch off a raha hai.
