I am being continuously harassed by Axis bank for payment for a credit card which was never activated. There is no way I can block the card as I don't know the number of the card and customer care says they cant help me as my phone number is not registered. The Axis Bank team is saying that the card is showing as blocked but they are still charging me every month and continuously harassing me for payment. Please resolve...

I applied for Flipkart axis bank credit card. Which I received on 18 Oct 2021. But I am unable to set a card pin . It shows an error Invalid User Credentials. Please help me to solve the problem...

But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. I had an salary account from axis bank .They deducted Rs.9000 from my account, has an consolidated charges, without no intimacy.
Used account for company purpose. I need to have refund.
This proves that no person is suppose to take an account from Axis bank. If axis bank is not providing me refund, will close the account.

I bought a loan of 7.5L in Oct 2019 and closed it OCt 2021. I have the statement with me as closed. Now i want to close my axis bank account. But it is showing a negative balance of -24000 and went to branch to close it. But they didnt accept to close it and asked me to pay full negative account balance. It shows error sending SMS, Generic Failure.
I contacted the network operator and they told that everything is fine from their end.
I tried to change my mobile device.
I recharged my mobile number multiple times wasting all my money.
The app just did not allow me to login.

I need to use the Debit Card, the limit for online usage can only be modified from the App, which I can't do due to this...

Suddenly charges were cut from my account

And was noticing that it's started on 2nd month

2nd a month they cut 250 + GST
Then 400, then 600, and now 1037

Please review this matter and I think it's not right...

My registered number is [protected].. today 2000 approx amount is deducted from my account...for consolidated charge...it is too kuch money... people are working very hard to earn money...and u r deduction the money like anything... kindly revert the amount...I want my money back...
