Joining Fee debited on 26th October without dispatching credit card and then found send credit card[protected] without sending any message on mobile.
Pl. look in this matter because without receive, i can't use of this card for payment .

    Sir,

    This has reference to our interest in opening of Current account in your Bank as we have heard a lot of goodwill of your bank-so we

    planned to open account in your Bank at your esteem branch-Mukerian(ID:1278) Punjab...144211

    in name of my store: BEST2BUY THE SUPERSTORE, At Main Talwara road, Mukerian, Punjab.

    but to my surprise- we applied with all documents for account opening on[protected] & today is[protected] approximately: 23

    days has passed your bank is not able -even to generate the Account no. in our name nor they are able to tell us the status of account -

    wether it will open or not.instead they are just lingering on the the matter to next day.

    if this the quality of service provided to the customer then Iam sorry we will never ever recommend to any body to open account in

    AXIS BANK of any branch.

    Secondly, i will try to close my all saving accounts of myself, wife & dauhters account. and withdraw all FD.

    and will shift to any other bank.

    It is really very Pathetic service.

      Hi Manoj Kumar here, ([protected]) I have settled my credit card in Previously.
      I had the proof. But still the bank is unable to send me the "noc" for the same.
      Please dont tell me the standard process, i already gone through that.
      I have already discussed this with the customer care as well as bank executive, but still i am not able to receive "noc".
      When can i expect the noc letter from your end???

        Hi my name is parmod tomer. One 16th jun 2021 axis bank merged my credit limit to Rs 58000 of all my 3 cards without any intimation given to me at all! I was all through paying the bills on time and was using my credit cards since 2017 all 3 cards are from axis bank. I called up the board line number and the axis bank customer care almost 18 to 20 times, wrote several emails to their support team but i was not responded at all. I spoke to the escalation desk surendra singh rathore from Noida he harassed me further refusing to give me any reason sighting its "bank's descretion". I then asked my branch in pallavpuram (meerut) to get in touch with the team, they got in touch with the product team and they only said the customer has to pay! For a whole month i grappled into how do i suddenly arrange for funds because if the bank had to merge the credit limits why would it then not do it before giving me the cards? I mean they gave me the latest card and within a month all 4 limits were merged leaving me completely stuck with how to make the payment! I wrote to the principle nodal officer as well the nodal officer but no one has bothered to reply nor help or explain. I also was a victim to such sudden limit merges in july 8 2018 and september 22 2019 when i got my second and third card from the bank where they suddenly merged the limit to -128000 an -197000. On calling the bank the customer care raised a request number and i had email records thankfully saved but no one had an answer and then suddenly the limits de merged! However this time what happened was a huge nightmare because they trapped me after allowing me to use the cards in individual limits, refused to help me consolidate the amount to be paid, adding various hidden charges and even the minimum dues shot up owing to 45 or 48 thousand rupees a month.

        I requested them to help me in consolidating the debt since they had merged the limits and consolidated without telling me despite my good payment history. But now somehow i paid of 38000to the 3 cards and despite my request to shut my one card ending 7828 after paying the full amount penny by penny they have charged me with rs 2123 of acceleration!!! How blood sucking and miserable they are.

        My credit limit on the statements differ from the mobile app and after a month long harassment no replies, no help i have no other way but to write down my details here because this is a kind of a scam where bank allows you with individual limits and after you use them suddenly merges to scam you with excess charges and doesn't even tell you the reason! Please i beg for help and action.

          When i have opened the account it was informed to me it will be zero balance account now I getting charged monthly and there is ECS return charges on my account..

          This is what you guys are playing with the customer life.. i am paying my ECS manualy and when i approached your bank to cancel it they say to visit merchant when i visit merchant they say to approach bank .

          I work for advertisement company and this is my hard earn money and now my balance it showing negative balance.. and i had recived payment of rs 75000 from which 45000 got debited and adjusted against the ecs return charges and NMC charges..

          I am talking about my already deducted 45000 for consolidated charges i m mentally pressurised about this payment this is my hard money after lockdown i lost my job then i worked for company as a labour job for 3 month and this is the payment of 3 month total rs 75000 which is client deposited to my saving bank account and bank is deducted 45000 of consolidated charges please return my money otherwise i will going to suside with latter against axis bank goregoun west branch manager Rajesh Khandewal and operation head priya rane and axis bank MD (becouse of weast of bank charges) this is last option for me i dont have money for pay my home rent, grocery etc room owner already told me to last 10 to 15 days otherwise out from room. Please return my money this is my hard work money.

                  I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 46, 870.17.

                  This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time from 4 months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.You can check my past payment i never missed any bill to pay.I always pay my bill on time.I Just want to settle on my bill which is generated till now.After that from next months i paid my remaining emi dues on time.

                  I can able to give 50% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 50% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                  I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                        This is regarding a deduction of amount 1152.00 rs on 18 of Aug 2021 saying BRN PYMT CARD (Card no random) without any notification through SMS, Email, as enquired in Local Tilakwadi Branch Belgaum, Manager suggested to submit application with proof, did as suggested, Later on conversation with manager, he quoted the debit was for emi on debit card purchase of item from amazon, which was made on 16 Aug 2020 and was also cancelled, I have submitted all proof and also visiting branch frequently for status, but still i have not got any clearification regarding the same, no proper reply or details or any order id of which it was debited, from my end all things are clear, need clearification on the same.

                          I visited Axis Bank, Rourkela(UTIB0000262) today at around 14:15 hrs.

                          The employees totally denied my request for the concern. Also they started mocking over it and it was clearly visible that they were quite disinterested in resolving as they "tried to act as quite occupied with things".

                          On repeated request from my end, i wrote an application regarding my concern, even this was totally ignored by the employee.

                          Totally joke made for the loyality of the customer. We expect minimum decency and guidance. Every facility has some process and we expect only the route to that.

                          Previously, for just geeting my passbook availed, I had to visit the branch 4 times, yes you read it right, 4 times! The situation is in very sad state. With all o[censored]s trying to move towards digital payments, such behaviour from the officials puches us back and encourage us to use rather so that we can exempt ourselves to visiting banks.

                          I just imagine if the behaviour was such with me who is technologically sound, i am afraid regarding their behaviour with someone who is not.

                            Dear sir/Madam, Good day!
                            This is with the credit card ends with 5408 which is associated with the axis bank savings account ***9701 at Tiruvannamalai branch.
                            As per the October credit card bill my outstanding amount was 86841 rupees, I transferred 85thousand to my Axis bank account(****9701) in that 75 thousand was kept as a lien amount on October 16. Later, on the same day I paid 9thousand and 3thousand as a credit card bill online for my credit card.
                            We made multiple visits to the branch to do the recovery from the lien amount to my outstanding credit card bill so that my credit card bill will be settled, but there is no resolution even after nearly one month.
                            We spoke to customer care on the same issue multiple times. They assured me that it will reflect in a couple of days to my account but nothing has happened yet.
                            We are extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this behavior, and on top of that they charged 2 thousand as a late payment bill and now they generated again 76thousand bills for my credit card.
                            We kindly urge you to intervene in this to get the speedy recovery from my lien amount and my credit card bill amount has to be settled with that and the late payment also has to be reversed.
                            Kindly check the issue and do the needful.

                                I have Axis Bank Account From Past month(Oct 2021 to Nov 2021) around Rs 8600 has deducted in the name of Consolidated charges from my account even before that I have check my bank statement there is no negative balance was there but don't know how after crediting my bank account bank started deducting this much amount i need refund of this amount

                                  Hi Everyone,

                                  I have opened axis account on 8th September 2021, after a month when I didn't received my welcome Kit I called vendor and they asked me to submit signature digitally. They said once this is done I will receive card in 4-5 days but I didn't received. Therefore, I visited branch on 28th October and they confirmed that there is some glitch internally due to which I didn't received.
                                  They said after 2-3 days I will receive mesage from courier service but I haven't received till now.
                                  Today os 8th November and I'm still following up with branch and vendor.
                                  Worst experience till now.

                                    I order a product from amazon on 18 October and the order was cancelled and the the amazon issued a refund to me on 18 October which was expecting to be reflected in my bank account on 23 October 2021 but still i was not received the refund . I have the refund refrence number which was given to me amazon when they initiated the refund. I attached the photo of amazon conformation mail along with the refrence number.

                                    order a product from amazon on 18 October and the order was cancelled and the the amazon issued a refund to me on 18 October which was expecting to be reflected in my bank account on 23 October 2021 but still i was not received the refund . I have the refund refrence number which was given to me amazon when they initiated the refund. I attached the photo of amazon conformation mail along with the refrence number.
