I've filled petrol of 1500 rs on 5/11/2021 from Jai Hanuman filling station and money debited from my savings account on 8/11/21. Why they debited money without any information. Please solve my issue. Here I'm attaching the screen shot and my registered mobile number is [protected].

    This is regarding a deduction of amount 1152.00 rs on 18 of Aug 2021 saying BRN PYMT CARD (Card no random) without any notification through SMS, Email, as enquired in Local Tilakwadi Branch Belgaum, Manager suggested to submit application with proof, did as suggested, Later on conversation with manager, he quoted the debit was for emi on debit card purchase of item from amazon, which was made on 16 Aug 2020 and was also cancelled, I have submitted all proof and also visiting branch frequently for status, but still i have not got any clearification regarding the same, no proper reply or details or any order id of which it was debited, from my end all things are clear, need clearification on the same.

      I visited Axis Bank, Rourkela(UTIB0000262) today at around 14:15 hrs.

      The employees totally denied my request for the concern. Also they started mocking over it and it was clearly visible that they were quite disinterested in resolving as they "tried to act as quite occupied with things".

      On repeated request from my end, i wrote an application regarding my concern, even this was totally ignored by the employee.

      Totally joke made for the loyality of the customer. We expect minimum decency and guidance. Every facility has some process and we expect only the route to that.

      Previously, for just geeting my passbook availed, I had to visit the branch 4 times, yes you read it right, 4 times! The situation is in very sad state. With all o[censored]s trying to move towards digital payments, such behaviour from the officials puches us back and encourage us to use rather so that we can exempt ourselves to visiting banks.

      I just imagine if the behaviour was such with me who is technologically sound, i am afraid regarding their behaviour with someone who is not.

        Dear sir/Madam, Good day!
        This is with the credit card ends with 5408 which is associated with the axis bank savings account ***9701 at Tiruvannamalai branch.
        As per the October credit card bill my outstanding amount was 86841 rupees, I transferred 85thousand to my Axis bank account(****9701) in that 75 thousand was kept as a lien amount on October 16. Later, on the same day I paid 9thousand and 3thousand as a credit card bill online for my credit card.
        We made multiple visits to the branch to do the recovery from the lien amount to my outstanding credit card bill so that my credit card bill will be settled, but there is no resolution even after nearly one month.
        We spoke to customer care on the same issue multiple times. They assured me that it will reflect in a couple of days to my account but nothing has happened yet.
        We are extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this behavior, and on top of that they charged 2 thousand as a late payment bill and now they generated again 76thousand bills for my credit card.
        We kindly urge you to intervene in this to get the speedy recovery from my lien amount and my credit card bill amount has to be settled with that and the late payment also has to be reversed.
        Kindly check the issue and do the needful.

Later this order was return and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no.[protected] on[protected] However, i have not received the refund from your end yet.             I have Axis Bank Account From Past month(Oct 2021 to Nov 2021) around Rs 8600 has deducted in the name of Consolidated charges from my account even before that I have check my bank statement there is no negative balance was there but don't know how after crediting my bank account bank started deducting this much amount i need refund of this amount

              Hi Everyone,

              I have opened axis account on 8th September 2021, after a month when I didn't received my welcome Kit I called vendor and they asked me to submit signature digitally. They said once this is done I will receive card in 4-5 days but I didn't received. Therefore, I visited branch on 28th October and they confirmed that there is some glitch internally due to which I didn't received.
              They said after 2-3 days I will receive mesage from courier service but I haven't received till now.
              Today os 8th November and I'm still following up with branch and vendor.
              Worst experience till now.

                I order a product from amazon on 18 October and the order was cancelled and the the amazon issued a refund to me on 18 October which was expecting to be reflected in my bank account on 23 October 2021 but still i was not received the refund . I have the refund refrence number which was given to me amazon when they initiated the refund. I attached the photo of amazon conformation mail along with the refrence number.

                    I applied for clean science and technology ipo in july via google pay. No shares were allotted to me and the mandate got expired on 27 july. I contacted stock broker many times and they said that they requested axis bank to release the amount. I wrote a mail to link in time regarding ipo as per the suggestion of stock broker. They told me to raise a request with bank and they will unblock the money. But axis bank officials are telling me to contact customer care who never picks up the calls. I feel they are misleading the customers. My money was blocked from the last four months.

                    I spoke with the branch members and they assured me that the amount is released. But even today the amount is still showing as blocked and is not released. Axis bank is lying clearly and many new investors are being cheated by Axis bank
                    It's been a week since i received your reply but i still didn't get any response from axis bank. I dont understand why axis bank is doing this to their long term customers.

                      It has been really unpleasant experience from axis bank in few months. I am having axis credit card & for which I am trying since last 3months for autodebit facilities via branch, then via app & now internet banking. However it has just made my life hell.

                      Branch people didn't did it, late fees & interest charged.
                      Spoke to customer care but they are helpless
                      supervisor mr. juniad told to uninstall & reinstall app, did it but now authentication is problem as card is expired & internet id disabled.

                      Everyone uses APP they upgrade it & just continue who is user userid any more. They are talking about digital but have they ever tried to find out real problem faced.

                          Debit card ATM withdraw did not work

                          I could not withdraw money using my Axis Bank ATM debit card, getting message "We wish to inform you that your transaction could not be processed due to card chip not read. To facilitate safe transactions, Axis Bank processes requests by using chip details only."

                          When i contact customer care, they suggested to replace card, also I need to pay the annual charge and replacement charges. Since i had already paid the annual charges...

                          Axis Bank Negative balance in Saving account

                          My axis bank savings account has turned negative of 16 thousand rupees because of non maintenance of negative balance.
                          When I raised the question with Axis bank customer care they that In RBI website it is mentioned "It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance."

                          But they are not responding...

                          Regarding Flipkart Axis credit card

                          I have applied for Flipkart Axis credit card from Flipkart app on October 30, 2021 and done with Video KYC. On November 1, 2021 Documents were picked up and I got both email and SMS saying application was approved and card details will follow shortly.                           Today i want to go to Dahnu. I have Axis bank Fastag. I try to recharge fastag but not able to rechage. I try for 30 to 40 minutes with 2 mobile but not recharge. Lastly i have to paid doubke toll at toll naka and bought new Kotak Bank Fastag.
                          When i called on Axisbank Fastag tollfree number about to complain, they said you have close Axisbank Fastag and continue with new kotak Fastag and disconnect call.
                          So my complain is that i havd refund my money ehich i paid double toll and new kotak fastag charges.
                          Very bad service and reply. Also my impression down against toll person.
                          Kindly resolve my query.

                            Worst Customer care

                            The Axis bank vytila provides worst customer care service. They didnot answer customer calls and complaints.
                            Before one month i give a documents for account opening but they dont give me any updates. The entire branch team is very very bad. This kind of staffs will make your customers dissatisfied....

                              I opened a OD account with axis bank in sept 2020 . On that time employee of bank Surya Rathore told me that I can stop this OD account any time but if stop this OD account with in a year than bank will take charges but after I have completed 1 year than another bank employee vikas sharma asking for for closer charges that is 35400 . It's huge amount and I didn't have any information about for closer amount . So Surya Rathore mis sels these account to me and many times of branch visit I didn't get any response form bank side . Bank employee said that I need to submit my closer amount els we can't give you your property paper so I have submitted that amount to bank account because they pressurized me .So I am submitting my all details here please look that and resolve my issue
