I have applied for axis bank credit card, even I have received but unable to use axis application, it shows this customer ID doesn't has this facility.

Even I have visited the branch, but still it has been resolved.

It's already a 2 week.

    I applied for flipkart axis bank credit card. Which I received yesterday. But I am unable to set card pin . It shows error Invalid User Credentials. Please help me to solve the problem.

      I have not been using my account since April 2020. Recently I have deposited 18000. Already there is a negative balance of about 1200. After that deduction also again 10000 debited and the reasons showing consolidated charges. Already consolidated charges deducted from my account then again deductions happening, why so. I do work in night shift, I spent the whole night earning money. you guys simply deducting without noticing. If I saw the previous statements there is no negative balance at all.

      If the statement reflects a negative balance why would I go for it and deposit the money? I won't do that. You guys are like cheating customers. I don't want to say these words but you people are making my thoughts to say like this.

      If you really care about the customer, then return the money you debited from my account.
      Is this the way you treat your customer? 10, 000/- consolidated charges mean. This is really a big amount for me. Hope you understand my situation.

        Placed an order for set of curtains quantity 3 in no from Amazon on 5th of october.ahad to return the same back due to color difference issues.Hence placed a return request of the same and the product was picked up and I was supposed to get my refund by 19th of october as per mentioned on the site.I havent got the refund till now.Whwn contacted customer care they say money initiated from Amazon's end and gave me a reference I'd.

              Dear axis bank team,

              I purchased an item and paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 14/10/2021 with an amount of inr 188.46/-. Later I returned this item and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no # 74056631293129285019215 on[protected] . However, i have not received the refund from your end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible.

                Hi, it was -600 rupees was in my account after getting confirmation from my branch i have updated axis bank account number to EPFO AS I WAS FACING FINANCIAL ISSUES SO DECIDED TO WITHDRAW MY PF .BUT when money got tranfer to acis bank they have deducted 5.3 k with GST. ITS disappoint me to be part of axis bank which is force me to deactivate my account . I want myMony back...and stop looting customers, you will not repay after selling your self one day so carefull...

                  its too high charges and i need each charges details as per bank policy.

                    I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                    This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.. I will complainant to RBI not take easy.. few days ago I had visited nearest axis bank I am asking my balance details they told -625 I am asking to bank people they told consolidated chargers immediately I had credit amount for postive balance and I request him to close my account.. but now they told after 10days your balance is -7995
                    I can't pay that why I am paying that much amount.. please show me any reminder letter send for this matter.. I didn't receive any letter.. how can you people doing fraud...

                      Hi,

                      I had an salary account from axis bank .They deducted Rs.9000 from my account, has an consolidated charges, without no intimacy.
                      Used account for company purpose. I need to have refund.
                      This proves that no person is suppose to take an account from Axis bank. If axis bank is not providing me refund, will close the account.

                        From January my health has been very bad. Because of my health situation I resigned from my job in April. So Im not able to pay EMIs for the last 4 months. I sended my friend to Axis loan center with my signature attached documents like Adhaar, Bank statement, my health reports and last payslips. I need a few months moratorium to continue payments of my EMIs. But loan recovery agents are continuously calling and visiting my home and forcing me to pay dues. Present my financial and health situation very badly. If still recovery agents forcing and harassing me to pay dues, my last option sucide only. Please kindly give me a few more months to clear my dues. I can again provide my health reports and needed documents also.

                          I bought a loan of 7.5L in Oct 2019 and closed it OCt 2021. I have the statement with me as closed. Now i want to close my axis bank account. But it is showing a negative balance of -24000 and went to branch to close it. But they didnt accept to close it and asked me to pay full negative account balance. I left my job in Jan 2020 and didnt use my axisaccount since then. Now its a huge amount of money and I cant afford at any time to close it. Im jobless and need your support in this. Requesting you to close this without any charges and would be happy to contact at any time.

                                I am not able to login to my Axis bank account from App

                                It shows error sending SMS, Generic Failure.
                                I contacted the network operator and they told that everything is fine from their end.
                                I tried to change my mobile device.
                                I recharged my mobile number multiple times wasting all my money.
                                The app just did not allow me to login.

                                I need to use the Debit Card, the limit for online usage can only be modified from the App, which I can't do due to this...

                                And was noticing that it's started on 2nd month

                                2nd a month they cut 250 + GST
                                Then 400, then 600, and now 1037

                                      Every month i face consolidated charges. But this time it is beyond. Today, bank charges rs906(consolidated charges)+ rs163(gst). Actually, i am a student and sometimes i failed to maintain min balance but that doesn’t mean they charges more& more money at the name of consolidated charges. Axis bank is one of the worst bank. This bank is only for the business in the market not for the service.
