I opened my account in kast month and due to kyc issue in adhar, Axis rejected my account and told to refund the amount.this decision is taken after 10 days of opening account and after 10 days I got another timeline of 7 days to get my money refunded of 16590inr. But it's more than one month and still I didn't get my money.

    Requested to Close Axis Bank Credit Card, but the Bank is purposely not closing the account, moreover they have charged Renewal Fees, and are charging Interest and Late Fees on Renewal Fees every month.
    They have debited Minimum Due of Statement from Axis Bank Savings Account as well, without intimation.
    Moreover they have dented my CIBIL as well, for not even a single rupee of spending on the Credit card.
    Need immediate revalidation of CIBIL and compensation for this harassment.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I accept that I took some time to repay the outstanding credit card statement.

        But when the amount which was due for the credit card was credited to my account, half of it went to the lien amount.

        Now I am not able to pay my dues towards the credit card. Customer care is apparently a premium number that I have to talk to.

        It has easily been a spend of 100rs towards connecting the call, only to be rerouted elsewhere,

        Please resolve the same.

        Looking forward to not closing the account and staying with AXIS BANK

          Axis Bank all of sudden without any information put my account in Hold with a negative balance of the whole amount due .

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            My name is Renold Lopes
            I am NRI account holder of Axis Bank and I have joint account with my wife.
            We opened NRE and NRO accounts at the same time while in India. I don't know why but NRE account is joint and NRE account is only on my name. It's for sure mistake of the bank.
            Now I want to make the NRO account joint but the bank manager Mr. Thatipamula1.[protected]@axisbank.com says you have to be in India to do that or you have to open separate account for your wife??? So strange.

            Ok, we sent him the forms for opening separate account attested by practicing doctor in Canada who is authorized to attest the documents.
            He is asking for the following:
            Authorized branch official of your overseas bank
            Notary public abroad; or
            Indian Embassy/Consulate General of your overseas country of residence
            Court Magistrate.
            Judge.
            Authorized officials of overseas branches of Scheduled Commercial Banks registered in India.
            At this Covid time it is difficult to get support from all of these.
            Now my question is when my wife is having NRE account with your Axis bank why all these cumbersome procedures to trouble existing customers.
            The manager is very slow in replying and this problem is going on for last 2 to 3 months, can you imagine?
            Can you please look into the matter Please.

                In my axis bank credit card their was unauthorized transection happend.
                approximately amount is 25, 000 . and the deduct service name google proxima bita.
                there are not any single confirmation by my side.
                date of the incident is: 13/may/2020 to 12/june/2020
                i am multiple time talked with customer care . they didn't given proper answer.

                  Hi,
                  My name is Sharan Kumar Chand, I applied for flipkart co branded credit card from axis and receive it few days back and trying to generate a pin and activate my credit card. I am unable to do that for past 5 days because of invalid credentials error.
                  I followed the steps provided and sent an SMS to generate my first time user credential to login into axis bank net banking. Everytime I try to login I get invalid credentials error. Getting this error for both registered mobile number as well as new generated first time credit card customer ID. Tried using the phone banking as well to generate the pin but there also it's getting rejected because of invalid credentials. I am entering the correct credentials but it's rejecting with invalid credentials every time. I have the physical card with me but I am not able to use it because of this issue and there has been exactly no support from axis bank to get this issue resolved. I tried reaching out to them over twitter and got response initially but afterwords they raised a complaint number : 70059158 and after that there has been no response from them. I have been trying to reach out to them beg them request them for some support of not support then termintate this credit card so that I can apply for some other bank credit card but no there has been no response. Please help me here.

                  Hi, I am receiving the following error for the valid credentials

                  I received a call last week stating I will get a new credit card in replacement in a week but i haven't received it yet or any update on that. Instead the complaint was marked as resolved. Sharing the error as requested. This is the error I am getting in mobile banking to generate the credit card pin, while logging in to phone banking with first time user id sent to my registered mobile number or even using my mobile number.
                  i am having same error, is your issue resolved?
                  Same issue I'm too facing. Not able to generate pin for my axis Flipkart card. IVR is telling wrong activation code.

                    बैंक द्वारा मेरे खाते से अनाधिकृत तरीके से tips/SSG/non mcc/ के चार्जेस के तौर पे एक बार 2 रुपए और दूसरी बार 79 रुपए काटे गए है।
                    बैंक में पूछने पर यह चार्ज आईआरसीटीसी द्वारा लगाए गए है ऐसा बताया है।
                    जबकि मैने आईआरसीटीसी से पूछा तो वहा से बताया कि यह चार्ज बैंकने काटे है

                      I had opened a digital savings account in Axis Bank with online video KYC on 14th Oct 2021. Since the customer service was horrible and I did not get the benefit for which I had opened the account, I submitted a closure form on 18th Oct 2021 even before receiving the welcome kit. I did not get any notification or update on account closure. When i contacted customer care yesterday, they said it will be closed by the end of the day and I will receive a notification, but I not. When I checked my account today, it has negative balance deducted for debit card. Since I had closed the account before receiving the debit card, they should not charge me for it. Request you to ask Axis Bank to close my account.

                          Hello, I didnt share any OTP, but received a call and he just said abt the
                          credit card limit and I didnt share any information Later when I checked, the
                          amount got cut from my credit card in 4 transactions to RSP BANK IT
                          Banglore and paytm wallet Noida . Call received from - +91 [protected]
                          SMS received from - [protected]

                          Once I realized it . I blocked my card and created incident in Axis bank. Also raised it to Cyber crime and submitted the FIR to bank.

                          Now the bank says they cannot do anything for the otp/pin shared transactions, but I didnt share any details.

                            Pls. be informed that I have not received any kind of refund from Axis Bank side for Order No#[protected] for the Item Aristocrat Sienna Polycarbonate 55cms Grey Hardsided Cabin Luggage Qty (1) Sold by: Cloudtail India Private Limited (Rs. 2, 419.00) purchased from Amazon.in. Refund initiated date 11th September, 2021 and the Reference No is 043775.

                            After a lot of discussion with the Amazon Customer Service Team, I filled a dispute with my Bank (Axis) but they have sent me an email stating that they have not received any money with the details I have given them.

                            Attached for the email correspondence with Axis Bank and Amazon.in

                            I need your urgent assistance in this matter. As I have not received the refund.

                              I had a savings account with Axis bank India. They are charging unnecessary charges to bring my balance below minimum balance and then is taking the rest of the money in name of I don't know what. The minimum balance requirement was 5000 rs and I had above 5700 rs in my account. Then they charged me with 800+ rs for some charges and then took the rest of the money as well in the name of no balance. This has happened to me before and ongoing to close the account, they were saying I have to pay 500 rs to them to close the account and they assured me that the charges will be only around 250rs quarterly for the atm card charges. And now they have taken 5700+ amount from my account even without my notice. This is complete fraud on the part of the Axis bank to take the money from the poor consumers who had only limited money in their accounts.

                                Axis bank itself is committing fraud by stating that the minimum balance for the account was 5000 rs. And I was keeping the balance and then they charged me with Consolidated charges of 873 rs which brought my balance below 5k. And now the rest was also taken without my consent, I don't know on what basis. This is absolute ridiculous as I went to the bank and they assured me that there will not be any charges other than Card charges which come to around 250 rs quarterly and now all the money is gone. This is complete fraud on the part of the axis bank and even for closing the account, they charge 500rs. I went to close the account once because of this happening before and now this is the second time.

                                    I am using flipkar axis bank credit card from last one year and i always do payments on time, never delay any payment, one day i got msg from axis bank credit card representatives that you have a offer on credit card that you can apply for 2 credit card through some step which he send, i applied for the same and after 20 days a got my 2nd neo credit card with limit 36k. But when i had activated my card and try to use it it shows that your card has insufficient funds. I checked on the portal and it shows me the limit. So i called the customer service executive after a 30 min heat arguement he said you have only one limit of 2 credit card and your both credit card is merged. Without my intimation how these fraud scammer can merge. I told him to transfer this call to senior, he said that i can't transfer it my senior, this is our policy. What kind of policy is this if i am not satisfied with your response obviously you have to transfer but that didn't transfer the call. And he ended the call, please help me with this. Take some needful action

                                      Hi,
                                      i have apply for a home loan For construction of my house in axis bank in 24 July 2021 they received all relevant document from me for loan they sanctioned 1017000/- For Home Loan i got no-reply text regarding that on 2nd august 2021 after Mr. Utkarsh & Mr. Laraib keep telling me your loan is under process start your work disbursal is been done once Technical, F.I & Valuation done after i started my work later all procedure done in September 1st week Both axis bank employee keep telling me your file is stricken in legal it will take 2 days, 2 month gone they nor rejecting my file & nor Ready to return my document back, nor they pass they just hold & ignoring me for this i am in deep trouble i have taken money from market to construct house right now half house is constructed. if i will apply from some where else who will bear excess cost of interest that i borrowed from market.

                                      as i am privilege customer of bank faced such problem while applied for pre approved home loan, if they ready to process amount then okay otherwise they provide compensation for delay in processing & giving false & fake commitment.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I paid on amazon using my axis bank debit card on date 26 July 2021 with an amount of inr 6400/-. Later this order was returned and amazon has generated a refund for this amount with reference no. RGWEI3AZ0000KRE3H4I1 on 26 September 2021. However, i have not received the refund from bank end yet. Request you to please see in this matter as soon as possible
