I am using flipkar axis bank credit card from last one year and i always do payments on time, never delay any payment, one day i got msg from axis bank credit card representatives that you have a offer on credit card that you can apply for 2 credit card through some step which he send, i applied for the same and after 20 days a got my 2nd neo credit card with limit 36k. But when i had activated my card and try to use it it shows that your card has insufficient funds. I checked on the portal and it shows me the limit. So i called the customer service executive after a 30 min heat arguement he said you have only one limit of 2 credit card and your both credit card is merged. Without my intimation how these fraud scammer can merge. I told him to transfer this call to senior, he said that i can't transfer it my senior, this is our policy. What kind of policy is this if i am not satisfied with your response obviously you have to transfer but that didn't transfer the call. And he ended the call, please help me with this. Take some needful action
