This is regarding my credit card application which was approved on 21 September 2021.

I haven't received my credit card yet . In fact, i have chat with one of your represetative but he also could not find the details and he raised one complaint with ID[protected], but still no further communication.

Kindly help me with update

      Since last couple of days I contacted customer support team, Visited Bank to remove freeze from my saving account no.[protected] but no one is looking forward even after providing them so called DETAIL JUSTIFICATION along with my ID's and sign on form they gave me...but Nothing just a useless bank scaming customer to loot money...

        I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
        This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

          I have received the following message today, which says
          Message 1 at 3:48pm[protected]

          INR 59 debited from A/c no. XX4567 on[protected]:43:53 IST at Sign verf chrgs-(UTIB[protected]_. Avl Bal- INR 1007.07. Call [protected] if not done by you - Axis Bank.

          I don't think I have issued any such mandate.
          Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

          I want my money back. It has been chopped me in fake.
          And I want to you for strict investigation in this case, so that May this never happen to anyone in the future.
          It has been deducted from my account as fraud by Bank.

              I applied for a Flipkart Axis credit card on 26th September 2021. I was told that I will be contacted within a week to complete the KYC process. But the employee called on 11th October. And when I said that I want to cancel the card as I have already taken another card, her reply was "You are not the only customer, we have lots of customers."                 Dear sir,

                As of August month 2021 statement month I have made payment against my LIC credit card statement of Rs. 20, 069.03/- . I have paid Rs.20070/- from my SBI account as on 06.09.2021. I have checked in my mobile portal login till it shows as due Rs.20, 069.03 Due. Once payment
                done it should be cleared maximum 3 to 4 working day why it shows still now . So I have attached the payment done receipt and statement of SBI account for your reference. Repeatedly called customer care no response updated to nodal officer axis bank by mail no action taken

                1. MY detail below:-

                2. Date of birth : 13 November 1978
                3. Resisted mobile no. [protected]
                4. Account number or Customer ID:[protected]

                2.Document attached:-

                1. 21 August 2021 credit card statement as you have send.

                Note:- This was not the first time all the time same issue i face. Kindly resolve permanently

                  Hi,
                  It is with great regret that I have to mail you this. Let me walk you through all the events:

                  29th Aug : I got a call from your bank, and I did all the KYC and everything for VISTARA PREMIUM CARD.

                  1st Sept : Someone from your bank visited my house, did verification again.

                  Since 3rd Sept: I started receiving verification calls, I have added screenshots for the same. They were all saying the same thing, this is the last time verification. No more calls will be made after this. and then I got around 15-20 calls after that.

                  6th Sept: on one such call I requested the lady to cancel my card as I was fed up with your spam calls. She said ok.

                  7th & 8th Sept : I received two SMS saying my card application has been declined.

                  Meanwhile I was in contact with this Suraj guy, screenshots attached. I saw that I have been charged 1700 for my credit card, which I have never even seen, and for which I already received declined sms. I have been constantly informing him to do something about it for the past one month. He has stopped picking up my calls, and today he picked it up and said to mail you guys.

                  I am getting messages that money will be auto debited from my account for the credit card I never even GOT!!

                  Please rectify the issue, I want to make it clear, I never wanted the card and I have been strongly saying so to every person I got in contact with. I won't be paying the amount

                    My axis bank current account registered in my name longjam rosekenedy chanu open in axis bank bishnupur branch, manipur was closed without informing and without my consent. today i recieved a mail saying the account was closed based on my request. this is so absurd as i am using this account for all my transactions. and beacuse of such act from axis bank all my transactions are pending which will incur a huge lost on my business. moreover my balance 0f approx 41, 000/- is being freezed. so, kindly reactivate my account as soon as possible and unfreezed my balance.

                      I am able to use mobile app but unable to login to netbanking on web, I have tried using all the links (first time user, forgot password, enable loginid) but of no use.
                      It is showing invalid credentials

                                  Today around 3:25 pm I have received a call from [protected] and he claims that he is Vijay Kumar calling from axis bank Hyderabad head office, he has given me RAJKUMARI DINESWARI [protected] and asked me who is she, I said I am not aware of this name and mobile number, than he started abusing me what is the relationship between you and that lady in an inappropriate language, that I was not able to control my anger and even I started abusing him, first if all without my consent of someone give my name and mobile number am I responsible for that and my question is that when i said I don't that person how can he start abusing me.

                                      Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                      I am saving account holder in Axis bank (A/C – [protected] ). Date:5.10.2021 I was using bank's ATM located at BHEDIA, BARDHAMAN at around 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM To withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But suddenly the Transaction limit is over (Declined Transaction) and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000. Please Solve this Problem as soon as Possible.

                                      Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                      I am saving account holder in Axis bank (A/C – [protected] ). Date:5.10.2021 I was using bank's ATM located at BHEDIA, BARDHAMAN at around 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM To withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from my account. But suddenly the Transaction limit is over (Declined Transaction) and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 10, 000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 10, 000. Please Solve this Problem as soon as Possible.
