I am a Government Bank Employee with more than 30 years of experience and I have opted for Flipkart Axis Credit Card.
The documentation has been done on 14th September, since then no update is given.
As per the representative it takes max 7-10 days but its been more than that and no resolution.
Even the representative took my salary slips two times saying its getting cancelled?
So a Government Employee Salary...

I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum...

Money in different ways .The consolidation charges are changing on monthly basis and recently I received a whopping consolidated charges of 1500 without any prior information & valid reason .This clearly shows that the bank is concentrating on ways to illegally take hard earned money from it's consumer.Pleade change the name to "Abuse " bank instead of "Axis ".Ashamed to be a consumer of this fraud bank for 5 years...

I have salary account in axis bank since July 2019, but yesterday they deducted 1625 and GST from my account without any notice and fun part is that I didnt even got SMS or email of this deduction.
its like thief or some loot, that they dont want that customer know abou this....

This is to inform you that I have an savings account with Axis from from last 3 years. Last Month (August)bank deducted over 2100rs from the account without in my knowledge even Bank statement not showing anything, I called to the bank they were keep saying system is down cannot fetch up the report.

This Month (September) again they deducted again 1, 969.49 + GST 354.51(GST) (Consolidated Charges). without in my knowledge.br...

I have been levied 600 of charges by bank i have a limit of 30k transation which is graded up to 2 lakhs .Then why the charges are made and this is tooo much from bank to charge frequently....

Last month axis bank deducted Rs. 1740/- and now they deducted Rs.2594/-, Almost Rs. 4300/- in just 2 months without any prior notice. When I try to connect with support for a complaint executive asks me to call in morning. WHAT THE HELL is happening here, seems the bank does not need customers. I want my money back. if you have already deduced money last month then what was the purpose of deducting the 2.5k this month....

I had a salary account from Axis bank since 2011 in 2015 I left the company where I had this account and in between where i used to have transaction here and there. Post which recently i had negative balance of Rs 250 and it was showing in account and I cleared this balance which was shown. Post which I made last month Rs 10 k and another 10k deposit in account and balance was clear till sep 25 and on 25 th same day I made deposit of rs 40k...

On 23rd September 2021 evening I tried to deposit Rs 40000 into my Axis Bank savings account No. [protected] through an Axis Bank ATM machine attached to Guwahati Kahilipara Branch but though the cash was accepted by the machine and when I pressed the confirm deposit button after few seconds the machine displayed that transaction timed out. Since that day bank office got closed by that time so on the very next day morning...

I have paid my credit card bill rs.23462 on 24th august and money debited from my account but it was not reflected in my credit card. After complaining I got refund on 18th september. So remove the late payment fee from my credit card bill. Please resolve the issue asap....

I had want to withdraw money from Axis Bank account on 27/08/2021 the money debited but cash not received from atm . Amount was detucted twice from account but I had got only one time refund .I complaint to Axis Bank but they had not taken any action till now....

I have ordered an item worth Rs.5028 (Order#[protected] on 9th September 20021 from amazon and return the product due to some reason on 10th September, 2021. Amazon has successfully processed the refund on 11th September 2021 with Refund Reference Number (RRN): 002252. But till today, (ie. 24th September). The money was not refunded to my bank account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I could not reach customer care...

I called so many times for use my redeem points and block my one of axis bank credit card but there is no proper response. Last call I spoke one of the phone banker they my card is not showing

Today I called couple of time in the morning they said sever is bussy. They always asking to call back and finally they said I am not axis bank card holder. They disconnected my call with out any notification

My account in AXIS Bank, that I closed around 6 months ago is still not closed by the bank authorities. I paid all the dues and after 6 months they are still asking for money....
