I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at Moti Nagar, New Delhi branch, bearing Current A/c. No. ******** I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and I consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since I do all of my own and family banking transactions through your bank.
I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against Mr. Amit Kumar Employee No. 70788. Kindly note the following SAD incident that has happened with me on different occasions.
1. On 28th September 2021 at around 3 pm, I was in your branch and when I was told to meet the said employee regarding my account. The officer certainly has no manners as he was not giving any reply and after repeated asking, he started shouting that I don’t know about your account and threatened me to hit physically. Your other staff and guard hold him to get physical, the same can be verified from the CCTV footage from your office. I was disheartened to see his smirking off face even when I was sitting in your cabin and you personally called him regarding our problem. He seems least bother to reply you.
2. On 13th March 2020, one of our customer initiated transaction o[censored]SD 6798 from Manila Philippines for supply of surgical products for which I enquire Mr. Amit Kumar for payment transfer details. He intentionally gave us wrong banking information and we lose that deal due to his personal interest. After several days, we came to know that he have his own company in the name of Lakshit Enterprises, Delhi having GST No. 07BBAPA8964M1ZC and intentionally take advantage of his bank seat to get the importer and exporter data for his own use.
It will be very harmful for customers as well as Axis Bank if their transactions and company details are not safe due to some miscreant employees.
Having said that, I hope your bank will take appropriate disciplinary action against said employee and ensure that employees behave well with its customers.
