    A deduction of rs 634.46 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction as well.

    Please refund it ASAP, what is that deduction for?

      Hi team,
      I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my HDFC BANK ACCOUNT and money is not deposited into merchant's account.

      I got the details from my bank and amount was deposited into some AXIS BANK ACCOUNT as my merchant UPI is Axis Bank.

      Unauthorized deduction without intimation

      I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at Moti Nagar, New Delhi branch, bearing Current A/c. No. ******** I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and I consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since I do all of my own and family banking transactions through your bank.
      I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against Mr. Amit Kumar Employee No. 70788. Kindly note the following SAD incident that has happened with me on different occasions.
      1. On 28th September 2021 at around 3 pm, I was in your branch and when I was told to meet the said employee regarding my account. The officer certainly has no manners as he was not giving any reply and after repeated asking, he started shouting that I don’t know about your account and threatened me to hit physically. Your other staff and guard hold him to get physical, the same can be verified from the CCTV footage from your office. I was disheartened to see his smirking off face even when I was sitting in your cabin and you personally called him regarding our problem. He seems least bother to reply you.
      2. On 13th March 2020, one of our customer initiated transaction o[censored]SD 6798 from Manila Philippines for supply of surgical products for which I enquire Mr. Amit Kumar for payment transfer details. He intentionally gave us wrong banking information and we lose that deal due to his personal interest. After several days, we came to know that he have his own company in the name of Lakshit Enterprises, Delhi having GST No. 07BBAPA8964M1ZC and intentionally take advantage of his bank seat to get the importer and exporter data for his own use.
      It will be very harmful for customers as well as Axis Bank if their transactions and company details are not safe due to some miscreant employees.
      Having said that, I hope your bank will take appropriate disciplinary action against said employee and ensure that employees behave well with its customers.

        I'm writing in order to bring to your attention that a recent transaction carried out via my account has not been successful even though the said amount was debited from my designated bank account.

        I did receive the required OTP while processing the transaction, following which the money got debited from my account however the Mutual Fund house has confirmed that they have not received any funds until this afternoon (4th Oct'21).

                Lic Axis Bank Credit Card Credentials

                I can't you my lic axis bank credit card. In axis bank mobile app don't show my credit card. I can't active my pin ..when I call customer care they said me ..invalid credentials .what should I do ? I never use my card ..now I want to activate my card plz help me....

                I am hereby writing to inform you that in the month of June 21, I've ordered 2 items from Fipkart using my credit card with 6 month EMI instalments, due to some issues one order (RS 14726) was cancelled and the same amount was refunded directly to the Credit card account.

                From the day I am contineusly calling to Axis Bank customer support and reporting the issue but from last 3 months I didn't get any support.

                Also I've Emailed to Axis bank and registered complaint through Axis Bank App but no response.

                Now I've received a statement from Axis Bank saying that I need to pay both the amount 14726+13868=28594 + ABCD, I've re am trying to contact Axis

                The Statement is reflecting payable amount which as follows:
                EMI Interest - 255.95 x 6 months (WRONG).
                GST INR - 46.07 x 6 months (WRONG).
                EMI Principal - 4689.52 x 6 months (WRONG).

                It's a humble request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                Note:
                I've called many times on the given [protected] numbers but the call never connects to the helpdesk and there is no support from Axis bank.

                Axis people calls me 10 times daily about loans and the credit card limit increase but never got a call back about my Credit card issue.

                        On September 7, 2021, I purchased "Qube by Fort Collins Women's Jacket" from Amazon. The order ID is[protected] and the price was INR 719
                        It was delivered on 11th September. The size was small so I returned it immediately. The delivery boy came on 12th September and collected it.
                        After few hours I got a message that my refund was initiated and it would be processed in 3-5 working days. But it never happened.
                        I contacted Amazon Customer care they said that the refund was initiated by them and they also gave me a reference number, which is : 012657
                        It is already 15 days, and still, I haven't got my refund.

                            My account was first saving than I left job and it automatically got converted to saving account. Axis bank did not notified me about it and continuously deducted amount from it. Yesterday when I called axis bank customer care they told it needs to be converted to salary account. I want whole refund as every month it harssed me since Mrch 2020.

                              I am struggling with my finances since July 2020 because I am receiving my salary after 40 percent deductions and still getting salary after deductions. It’s very difficult for me to manage all expenses and pay credit card payments every month. I made all the payments till July 2021 but now my situation getting worsen day by day. I told them to settle it, but they are denying for it. Now they are calling me day/night 24X7 and threatening me to visit home. They already visited once.

                              I am the sole earner in my family of six. Due to covid my financial status, my job is in dark uncertainty. I am not able to concentrate on my work due to these threatening calls.

                              They threatened me to come tomorrow to my residence and told me call police or anyone from anywhere. We are coming to collect requested amount.

                                I did IMPS transaction of Rs. 17600/- on 28 SEP 2021 and it got debited from my account but it is not credited to beneficiary account. When i called axis bank customer care they told me that this transaction will get completed within next 2 days and after two days again when i called axis bank customer care, now they are saying it will take 35 days to complete it.

                                I do not understand, "is this international standard bank or what ? ". really find worst ever bank experience with this Axis bank.
