    As told by you it take 10 working days which is completed from the date of approval, Still it is not showing in my Axis bank account and dispatch details not provided to me.

So, why the deducted charges and also inform you that this account is my Salary account and as per norms and conditions of RBI the Axis bank not deducted any charges out of inform to client.         On September 7, 2021, I purchased "Qube by Fort Collins Women's Jacket" from Amazon. The order ID is[protected] and the price was INR 719
        It was delivered on 11th September. The size was small so I returned it immediately. The delivery boy came on 12th September and collected it.
        After few hours I got a message that my refund was initiated and it would be processed in 3-5 working days. But it never happened.
        I contacted Amazon Customer care they said that the refund was initiated by them and they also gave me a reference number, which is : 012657
        It is already 15 days, and still, I haven't got my refund.

          Axis is worst and waste of the bank, I am trying to login mobile banking, but your registration has been terminated, contact nearest branch, I did tried so many times, I did contact into branch also, simply they told try again sir, what is the use, I never saw this type of waste and worthless bank.

            My account was first saving than I left job and it automatically got converted to saving account. Axis bank did not notified me about it and continuously deducted amount from it. Yesterday when I called axis bank customer care they told it needs to be converted to salary account. I want whole refund as every month it harssed me since Mrch 2020.

              I am struggling with my finances since July 2020 because I am receiving my salary after 40 percent deductions and still getting salary after deductions. It’s very difficult for me to manage all expenses and pay credit card payments every month. I made all the payments till July 2021 but now my situation getting worsen day by day. I told them to settle it, but they are denying for it. Now they are calling me day/night 24X7 and threatening me to visit home. They already visited once.

              I am the sole earner in my family of six. Due to covid my financial status, my job is in dark uncertainty. I am not able to concentrate on my work due to these threatening calls.

              They threatened me to come tomorrow to my residence and told me call police or anyone from anywhere. We are coming to collect requested amount.

                I did IMPS transaction of Rs. 17600/- on 28 SEP 2021 and it got debited from my account but it is not credited to beneficiary account. When i called axis bank customer care they told me that this transaction will get completed within next 2 days and after two days again when i called axis bank customer care, now they are saying it will take 35 days to complete it.

                I do not understand, "is this international standard bank or what ? ". really find worst ever bank experience with this Axis bank.

                    I Am non axis bank customer and i have axis bank credit card.I Can't Login in Mobile Banking, Regarding this issue I have already drop a mail but They could not get resolved it. All the details like Credit Card Number, Expire Date, ATM pin are correct then message show " Entered Custid or Login Credentials are not matching "

                    I have tried with net banking but nothing happened. Showing error " Invalid User Credentials" On Customer Care Call Or at Chat support all possible way to solve issue I tried but problem still exits

                      I have taken a car loan from Axis bank despite them having a mandate over my mother's account and regular payment of Emis we arr getting harassed by regular phone calls asking whether we have sufficient balance or nor since last 7 days.Since today mornings there have been calls made every ten minutes despite payment of Emi regularly.Kindly look into it or will pursue this legally at the district consumer forum.

                        While trying transfer to my UPI. It is saying account blocked and frozen. While calling the customer care they said visit the home branch, but i am out of city, Not come up to 15 days. I had do KYC and submit all the documents in my Mobile banking. Can you process this issue in Online.

                          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like INR 1.9 debited from A/c no. XX7686 on[protected]:00:41 IST at PTL/SCG.VISA.POS/27.09.21/ESSAR VISVIN.. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in petrol bunk, hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                          If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on messaging right why can't do this .

                              Axis Bank charge 4004 rupees without any text from my account .

                              I contact customer care they said it's the charge for not maintain your account balance.

                              But during account opening time the bank agent didn't inform me about any hidden charges.

                              I'm not so rich please give me my hard work money I really need it.
                              Please help me I don't afford this type of charges.

                                I had a business and had opened the current account for my business which was with Axis Bank.

                                Because of the recession in my business, I decided to close the business in the year 2017.

                                I deposited the cheque bank, the one which was hand over to me. And it was destroyed in front of me and was destroyed by the assistant manager. I withdraw the whole amount out of that on the account closure day.

                                The bank maintained a file for the closure of the account. They had all the documents including the Application to close the account, my account statement, cash withdrawal receipt, etc. this file also includes the application date proof.

                                They don’t provide me any relevant documents for the same.

                                After a year-long down the line, I again filed a complaint in 2018 and they provide me the proof which is being attached.

                                The details of the account and additional information is being provided below :

                                I went to the branch many times but every time they don’t solve the issue. The manager is confused as he is the one who is the witness of my problem.

                                The main problem is now the bank is putting a penalty on monthly basis and as GST provisions are also attracted and GST is applied on the penalty.

                                Now this balance is around -40, 000 and my saving account balance is around 46, 000 but my axis bank mobile app is showing 6000 only.

                                The negative balance is being adjusted with the positive balance.

                                I had compliant the same issue to the RBI Complaint Portal. My complaint register number is [protected].

                                Please solve the problem. As of now, I am facing a lot of problems. Revert back with this solution and please help me.
