    Hi my name is Sunita Saha. Axis bank has informed me that my consolidated charges applied is -6327 rupees which was showing as negative balance on 28th July 2021, I transferred rupees 7020 and it got auto debited from my account and I got an email from Axis bank that my available balance is 693.03 after paying the consolidated charges later I transferred more funds to my axis account and it was working fine until 22nd aug 2021 an amount of rupees 14375.65 got auto debited without any prior notice and when I called bank they are saying consolidated charges, you can’t withdraw such a huge amount without my permission.

      Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank, even though it is registered. Everything like Gpay, Phonepay, works fine but the moment I go for international banking, the message pops up.

      I have been receiving all sorts of messages as my mobile number is registered. I even face issues while logging through the customer-id on the axis website. The same message pops "your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions axis bank" .

          Axis bank is displaying the following numbers as credit card customer care: [protected]/[protected]. Both numbers are not working. If something goes wrong with my card, I can not get any help from Axis Bank unless I visit a branch. This is definitely not acceptable

            I have negative balance as I didn't used the account in 1 year, I gave bank account closure form in Byculla Branch - Axis Bank where I have my account. They are saying clear negative balance & then close the account.
            By mistake some people are depositing money in this account & they are deducting amount continosuly & still balance showing negative.

              I got debited with 1699 /- without prior notice on Aug 03 2021. And the reason behind complaint is that we closed the account 3 to 4 months back by paying all formalities and dues. But still deducting amount in the name of protection policy is not legal. So please consider above information to resolve the issue and refund my amount.

                  Credit Card Number not updated

                  Recently I got a credit card but every time I do an online transaction it shows "Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transaction".

                  Have talked multiple times to customer executive and each one of them said that your number is registered. Even then it is throwing this error.
                  Been fed up with this and talking to customer executive who charge heavy amount on call.
                  Will cancel the credit card if...

                  Deducted amt as consolidated charges without any reason

                  They simply convert salary account to normal sb account without notice and deduct huge charges. ConsumerComplaints.in kindly help in return of my deducted charges....

                  Same problem for me also last month 700 rupees this month 600 rupees total 1300 rupees please refund my money to my account

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I had opened the salary account in Axis when i had joined Axis Bank in the name shoba Raju H later in 2016 i resigned the kob and joined icici bank. I had given the request for closer but the same was not process by the bank. Recently i got a credit of RS 20000 from LIC towards my Insurance policy to the Axis account but the same was not able to withdrawn since the account was in dormancy status when i gave the request to the nearest Axis bank Dharwad with name changes they denaied the same and didn't accept my Marriage Certificate for name changed saying its not valid document. Later i did the name change from Hubli branch and submitted the accont closer at dharwad which is still pending and the amount of rs 13k is taken towards charges. Eventhough after following up from almost 15-20 Days. Now they say the request is pending at home branch which is bangalore.. I had personally called, msg and requested on urgent processing since i had some medical emergencies at home.. now the whole amount of 20k had been taken as charges... Need clarification and reversal of the amount as i have worked for the bank for 9years i have served the bank for 9years in different locatin and different verticals.

                        Easy Pay transaction failure

                        I initiated transaction on Govt site via Axis Easy pay.
                        Transaction was success full at my end and my money got deducted but transaction got failed at Axis Easy Pay end.

                        I have not got any refund neither Govt site has received any amount.

                        Home loan account ***4556 shows two bounces on the years of Sep18 and Dec18. Those are failures from the IDBI bank and communication lies between Axis and IDBI bank. The comment shows as miscellaneous.

                        I do not have any fund issues for the same.

                        As those are internal issues and being customers I have not done any mistake on this. Also, I have performed NEFT to clear those payments.

                        So please update CBIL for removing those detail and correct the CIBIL score for the same as those are misc errors.

                            I am a client of your bank since 2015 & hold it as a salary account .But due to this pandemic I lost my job & on 12th 2021 June your bank deduct 600 +Gst charges (Consolidated charges) from my account without any intimation .Is this fair ?.When I called to customer care support they told me you have to maintain atleast 15000/- in your saving account( Salary is not being credited so long so it turned into saving account) which is quite impossible for me to maintain it.I am highly disappointed with your services. I am also running two S.I.P from axis bank.I request you to please pay back my deducted amount & assured me to never deduct such kind of charges otherwise I have to close my account as I m also running two S.l.Ps from your bank. Please revert me asap as in market there are alot of options who are openers for zero amount balance. I have maintained a healthy relation with axis bank so long almost 6 years if you people don't won't to maintain it then please I'll close my all account from your bank.

                            Why don't axis bank give me satisfactory solution? Is it my fault to loose a job or on sudden level you made new policies to gain profit.Any organization or bank only run by hardwork & believe of many people so I am one of them .I believe in your bank so invest money in it running two S.I.Ps .I want resolution
                            Is this kind of service you are providing to your customers.I need my money back not a copy paste answer.Sorry if I am being rude but it's your responsibility to take every customer as critical user but none of your team member called me up . Without any prior notice or information how can be you ppl convert salary account to saving account .I didn't get any mail or sms regarding that just check @ your end.I need resolution just pay back my money.In this pandemic situation where people doesn't having job, you just changed your policy just to gain profit .I request you to please consider it
