Flipkart axis bank credit card not supporting online transactions

I have flipkart axis bank credit card
while any online shoping, I face this problem "Your mobile number is not updated with us for online transactions"
but swiping this credit card transacted successfully .
How can I shop online, please solve my problem....

Credit card number ending 3656

The bank service is really poor. The customer service is chargeable. And they keep long wait time so that we disconnect the call. Customer service agents disconnect call without any notice or by saying they are transferring call to supervisor. Tried to contact Relationship Manager and she called back and asked to contact customer service for requesting waiver and will get it.

Again got back to customer service and they transferred to supervisor who refused to give any amount as waiver.

Last month around 600 INR was taken due to a technical glitch by an auto debit from a financial institution. They refuse to accept what happened and do not want to give any money back whatever reasons they say by bank policies.

I have been Axis bank customer for more than 5 years now. The service gets poorer each time I contact them. They do not have call track or internal record about a customers communication with them. And argue that we haven't contacted them or phone was not reachable. hence didn't take action. If one branch is asked about the issue they say that we do not handle your account or cant help since your home branch is in another state.

Above the looted amount from this bank, we loose call charges and our good energy levels. With the pandemic around, banks and financial institutions behave in such an improper and inhuman manner. I'm going to cancel my account with them ASAP.

    Fake job offer and paid money but not received any refund

    Dear sir/ madam,
    Iam sneha, 24yrs old. I have got scammed.
    Upi fraud - total amount paid rs.59623.

    Hai this is my salary account and i had balance of 7480rs without initimation my account got closed i called cx care and in mobile app also my account is closed only they mentioned. Today is saturday and i have more plans with the balance amount also my family depends on my salary. Please kindly do needful to open my account asap

      Axis bank has specific way to loot customers in the name of charges

      I was having the funds on same day of EMI but due to axis bank fault..they're keep on raising ecs failed and making me to charged..

              My credit card ending 8952 my registered mobile no [protected], my email address [protected]@gmail.com
              Sir my credit card limit rs.152000, my total due is rs. 53649, my unbilled spend amount rs.00 but available limit show rs.28351 the remaining rs.70000/- issue. Today online transaction is rs.70000 but OTP failure so the transaction is not passed but the balance is not show

                I frequently received mail for account statement in the title of prabhudas makhija and sons huf. I like to report that I had never opened any type of account with axis bank.
                In the past I had approached to your branch near mansi circle ahmedabad but no proper response received.
                Pl look in the matter, in case any unpleasant situation entire responsibility will lies upon you.

                    I had made a purchase on Amazon using Axis MyZone credit card on 19th October 2020. I cancelled the order immediately and the amount was refunded on 21/10/20 by Amazon. In the meantime I had called Axis bank customer care regarding the EMI charges reversal / cancellation. They had mentioned that it will be taken care by the Amazon. Hence I called Amazon and they mentioned that it should be from Bank side and not their side. Then I called Axis bank customer care again. They mentioned that once the Amazon bank will refund Emi reversal will happen automatically. I waited for so many days and when the credit card statement was generated I could see the emi amount and interest charged. When I called the Axis bank customer care, then they say that I had to raise a request for EMI Reversal. Why wasn’t this told to me on the first call?? I have been trying from 2020, Axis bank is not resolving this issue

                        I am persuaded by two of the employees of Shyambazar branch to invest 5 lakh for life time in Max Life insurance company for which I don't have to submit any form 15G or anything else and after my death my nominee will get a reduced amount. They never mentioned that I have to submit life certificate every year otherwise I shall not get benefits further.

                        My point is why did they suppress the fact. Secondly when I have deposited 5 lakh why should I need to give life certificate every year ?

                        Now I find it would be easier for me to submit form 15 G. I don't have taxable income anyway. I am trapped now.

                            This is regard to a salary account which got converted to savings account which I was never informed about, they have the policy that if salary is not deposited for 3 months straight they change it to savings account. Even that was ok for me. But my account in Axis Bank was almost inactive for 1.5 years, it was last month when I deposited 10k and few of my friends deposited some amount too there for starting a NGO working in Blindness prevention.
                            Suddenly one day they debited Rs 6720 saying it is consolidate charges, when I enquired the same in their's phone banking services, I was assured that it would be reversed but it has been more than a month.
                            1st point I was not aware of the charges or conversion of my a/c into savings. They dont send message for that.
                            2nd point if I was aware why would I deposit 10k amount there instead of some other active bank accounts?

                            I just received a email from Nodal officer who I myself have emailed about the problem. Not resolved till now!!!

                            I am also witnessing same problem with my Axis account.
                            Bank has never informed that they have changed my zero balance(salary account) account to saving account. They have deducted around 5k from my account in the name of consolidated charges.
                            This I came to know recently, when I have updated my passbook.
                            I am requesting to bank to please refund this amount as soon as possible otherwise have to other action.
                            Please help on this .

                              Axis Bank BNA convenience charges

                              Rs.100 + GST has been deducted today from my Axis saving account. I have deposited the money in other bank ATM last month but was not intimated about the timing rules, this is not right that you are deducting the money without informing the customer . I am a very loyal and old customer of Axis Bank. Please waive off the charges and request you to return the money.

                                I had my salary account with axis bank in[protected] post which I had left the company and the account was non-operational. Recently I again activated the account calling customer care (July 1st) and in my account amount was in negative which I had paid off . After few days on[protected] I was been charged with an amount of 6779.66 stating consolidated charges with1220.34 GST summing to amount of 8k which is not an small amount for an medium class user.
                                I was not even given an intimation prior deducting so at least I could have justified or you could have sent an notification once account was again reactivated how come an customer come to know who want to access the account will get this sort of surprise.
                                I would sincerely and request fully want you to take action on this event as I am in serious need of money . Please also take action on the process so the needy one would not be affected by this sort of bank action. Looking forward for your kind reply.
