I PUSHPENDRA CHAUHAN purchased a product on EMI from Flipkart on AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD (Credit Card No-[protected]) in January 3rd 2021.
from that date AXIS BANK has been deducted my money for no purpose, I have been paid Rs. 700 as late fee, EMI jump fee etc. I don't know why nut AXIS BANK policies are the worst from all the banks. Once I asked the executive of AXIS BANK they told me to activate the AUTODEBIT but after that the situation is same the software is not deducting the EMI itself. When I enable the AUTODEBIT then I can feel relax that the money will AUTODEBIT. Even its executive is saying the AUTODEBIT is not enable from your side but I have screenshot that is showing AUTODEBIT is enable. I have attached that screenshot with this complaint. But nothing happened from there and they are forcing us to pay extra charges, I will say they are charging illegal charges. They are doing own will.
For the EMI they never warn me, they never notify me a single message that your EMI is due please pay it. All are their faults, their software's loopholes but they are imposing on me all their faults.
Kindly take a strict action against it and I want my money back which I have been paid to AXIS BANK. Thanks.
