Two weeks ago I applied for a Flipkart Axis bank credit card from Flipkart application. They took video KYC and requested documents that I submitted at the earliest. After all this I got an email from Axis bank saying:

Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Credit Card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours

This email was sent on July 5th, today is 10th July and yet I haven't received any update from Axis bank.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The registered email that I used for the application is [protected]@gmail.com

    I PUSHPENDRA CHAUHAN purchased a product on EMI from Flipkart on AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD (Credit Card No-[protected]) in January 3rd 2021.
    from that date AXIS BANK has been deducted my money for no purpose, I have been paid Rs. 700 as late fee, EMI jump fee etc. I don't know why nut AXIS BANK policies are the worst from all the banks. Once I asked the executive of AXIS BANK they told me to activate the AUTODEBIT but after that the situation is same the software is not deducting the EMI itself. When I enable the AUTODEBIT then I can feel relax that the money will AUTODEBIT. Even its executive is saying the AUTODEBIT is not enable from your side but I have screenshot that is showing AUTODEBIT is enable. I have attached that screenshot with this complaint. But nothing happened from there and they are forcing us to pay extra charges, I will say they are charging illegal charges. They are doing own will.
    For the EMI they never warn me, they never notify me a single message that your EMI is due please pay it. All are their faults, their software's loopholes but they are imposing on me all their faults.

    Kindly take a strict action against it and I want my money back which I have been paid to AXIS BANK. Thanks.

      I purchased oil from shiv service station dwarka Delhi, Rs 374, their are my transaction status cancelled but not reverse my money in my axis account on 11 may 2021.
      I'm complained this matter on axis customer service [protected] on dt 15 may 2021 and complained number is SAK[protected], but till 10 July 21 I'm not refund my payment.

        I already registered my mobile number with the axis bank. When I do a payment by credit card but I can't get otp for payment and I get a message of 'mobile number is not updated for online transactions'. But I have already registered my mobile number with the bank. Even I have visited the bank and they responded to contact the customer care. But when I tried several times with the customer care, the problem is still happening

            For past 2 month, I’m unable to use Flipkart Axis Credit Card on Payzapp. On submitting OTP, it just says transaction declined by bank. Everywhere else this card works fine (both offline and online even on amazon smile).
            I already contact Axis Bank once, they refused to acknowledge any such issue and just told me to use the card again after 2 hours. However again same thing..

              I was debited an amount of Rs 335 as adjustment entry on 5/7/21 by Axis bank from FASTag account
              My vehicle had passed Paliyekkara toll plaza in Thrissur district in Kerala on 2/7/21.At that time I had a balance of 155 rupees in my fastag account
              On 5/7/21 they debited 335 rupees stating adjustment entry and now repeated messages are coming asking me to remit 255 rupees as it is overdrawn.Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful

                    The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                    The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                    I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around

                      I have applied through Flipkart for credit card. My application was rejected without knowing the reason. I contacted my axis bank branch manager even he dint helped me. My reference number is 11555783. Even on chat they dint helped me. Not good service by axis bank

                      What are internal norms of bank. I have filled my all details as prescribed by bank.I want to no the reason . Being prime Customar no benefits.
                      Mera credit card ki limit increase karana hai. Please. Main ek salaried person. Mujhe limil increase chahiye. Nehi to me axis bank ka credit card block karke dusre bank ka credit card lena hai.

                        A job recruiter, name Gopal Roy ( he introduced himself by this name) offered me by phone and tells about recruitment in your bank. He charged 200/- from me today and said, within 2 days i'll get call from the recruiters. I already have paid money through online banking and submitted my cv and aadhar, through WhatsApp; but getting no response from him, till now. Even he didn’t log in Whatsapp to see my e-docs, till now.

                            Credit Card Fraud Transaction

                            Dear Sir / madam,
                            This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my Axis Bank Credit Card for total INR 31, 493.94 on the 15th June, 2021. I'm learned about this transaction only on 22nd June, 2021. For past 5 months i never used my credit card.                                 I opened an ASAP account with AXIS bank last year (2020) with temporary address.
                                The account was closed without even informing me and I had good amount in my account.
                                I visited nearest branch of Bank, and has been told that you will have to ask branch you registered, which is not possible for me go .
                                The amount has not been received by me in any form not can i call their toll free no. as they have unregistered it.

                                If they can show lot of enthusiasm in asking for opening account, why is there not a concern to inform once before closing or asking for reversal of amount?

                                Let me know, how can I get my credit amount.

I am not able to get personal loan and emi details from the axis bank app. I tried customer care people for help. But they are not responding. The phone number they have is useless. It is costly to contact them through phone. So how can I get emi details?

                                      I get 20 to 30 calls everyday from an axis bank operator just to remind my credit card due date. So far I've blocked around 150 numbers of them then too they manage to call me from new number. Apart from 20 calls from new number, there is 70 miss call from block listed number. If we calculate 90 calls a day just for a reminder. Are you guys insane.I have always pay my dues on time. I've informed there representative also but they gave the same rebuttal 'your issue will bhi resolved'. But they keep calling me. Please resolve my issue.
