Regarding Complaint on ABYB program scam.

I am C B Biradar, an ABYBP student of 15 batch of manipal academy BFSI, banglore (Karnataka).

I got posted in SOL ID 3394 Bijapur M G Road branch Karnataka, Where from day 1 I had to do cold calling, Atm feedback nearly 6 hours a day and no Operations work. And which was not mentioned anywhere in my joining/offer letter.

Fraud loan in the name of employment

I am SHARAN JIT SINGH, an ABYB student of 15 batch of manipal academy (Karnataka).

I got posted in SOL ID 4358 BALLY CAL WB Br. Where from day 1 I had to do cold calling (i.e. door to door calling, shop to shop, and pitching products to the people who comes to the atm which is 500 meters away from our branch) nearly 6 hours a day and no Operations work. And which was not mentioned anywhere in my joining/offer letter.

    Hi,
    My Axis Credit Card limit is 2, 70, 000 ₹

    My May bill 2, 85, 683.06 ₹. Bank reverted me 17, 684 ₹ and after the adjustments it showed me that I have to pay 2, 69, 999 ₹. So I paid rest of the amount. Later I swiped the card of 2, 69, 999₹
    In June I got bill asking me to pay 2, 81, 953.17 ₹(extra 12, 553 ₹ Debit & GST Charges) instead of 2, 69, 999 ₹. When I called customer service they told me it can't be reverted because I did not pay full amount of May bill 2, 85, 683.06 ₹. I told them that 17, 684 ₹ was credited to my card from your bank in May itself as adjustments so I paid rest of the amount. They are saying that I have to pay full billed amount irrespective of later credited amount of 17, 684 ₹ and I have to wait till next bill cycle.
    My concern is why would I pay the incorrect debit charges done from your end and also which are reverted to my card from your bank in the same month?
    Is this not injustice? This is nothing but simply looting money from customer in this pandemic situation. Its been 20days I am calling, mailing them but they are not solving my issue. Meanwhile I am going to get next bill cycle of July.
    Request you to do the needful.

      Without informing us, Axis Bank had dedicted 600/- per month from my account for 1 year, simply saying CONSOLIDATED CHARGES for savings account. How can a normal person can pay such amount to bank. I need my money back. Please help me

        Dear sir/mam

        I took lone from axis Bank, last 3 months I cont pay from my side. And this month my salary credited to my axis Bank account and they deduct more than 13000, if they cut OK but not showing in my statement. And again it showing 4800Rs minus balance. Today I visited mahadevapura branch they told me to visit loan center, again I visited loan center they told me 1500 something over due is there. I don't know why they are hiding all information. And miss guiding me.

          Dear team,

          Being a loyal customer, holding the salary account since 5 years approx received SMS mentioned below -

          Your a/c no. * has been debited by rs. 59 on 13 July 2021. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. and again this charge was cut on 14 July 2021.

          I don't think I have issued any such mandate to verify
          Please help me to understand what is going on with my account? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately and revert the amount immediately.

            I did a transaction on Easypay payment gateway on e-nagarpalika website on July 14th 2021 using amazon pay. UPI REF Num is[protected].

            The payment succeeded on amazon pay but failed at easypay end. I got the following message.

            This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information.
            The incident ID is:[protected]
            The Event ID is:[protected].

            The amount was debited from my account and still hasn't been reverted. What needs to be done in this case?

              Bank executive applied flipkart credit card from my mobile app. No confirmation or intimation given to me. After 7 days select card delivered to me. I didn't activated this card and still unused. I have complained in branch and card is deactivated but not cancelled. I want to cancel it. I can not pay unnecessary charges for wrong product delivered.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding the amount INR 737.50 deducted from bank Account on 1st July'21.
                    these charges seems to be deducted for AXISDIRECT. i do not have any demat account in axis bank.

                    my salary account was opened by my company where i work and the demat account was provided free of cost . this is from dec.2017.
                    i have never used the account from last 3.5yrs and now they have charged my demat account which seems to be inactive and one more account seems to be active which i have never requested for.

                    kinldy look in to it and provide the money deducted for no reason back to my account.

                        Dear Sir/mam,
                        I had been credit card on Axis bank during 2006-07 or 2007-08.I had my salary account on same bank due to my serviceable transfer to field posting in J&K during the year 2009.I lost my credit card may b 2009 or 2010. i don't know that at that time some body get and misused that.Due to field service my salary account opened on SBI under DSP saving facilitate due to Defense service. Now during the my last leave I approached my Salary account branch for loan they said that u have a some credit issues with axis bank and then i approached my nearest Axis bank then they said that U have some of Rs 28762.44 credit dues against your credit card they gave me Credit card no -[protected] and I settled the amount on seam day still my CBIL credit history shows Written-off .So please Kindly Issue NOC .

                            UNable to understand your policies and practices. Without getting my debit card how come you had deducted its charges from my account for which i sincerely regret.
                            secondly no sms is being received since last two days for any payments or receipts from your bank for which again you had deducted in advance the sms charges
                            If such is the case please send in your terms and conditions for closure of my accounts with AXIS once for all as I wish to completely close mine and my families account with axis bank

                              Two weeks ago I applied for a Flipkart Axis bank credit card from Flipkart application. They took video KYC and requested documents that I submitted at the earliest. After all this I got an email from Axis bank saying:

                              Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Credit Card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours

                              This email was sent on July 5th, today is 10th July and yet I haven't received any update from Axis bank.

                                I PUSHPENDRA CHAUHAN purchased a product on EMI from Flipkart on AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD (Credit Card No-[protected]) in January 3rd 2021.
                                from that date AXIS BANK has been deducted my money for no purpose, I have been paid Rs. 700 as late fee, EMI jump fee etc. I don't know why nut AXIS BANK policies are the worst from all the banks. Once I asked the executive of AXIS BANK they told me to activate the AUTODEBIT but after that the situation is same the software is not deducting the EMI itself. When I enable the AUTODEBIT then I can feel relax that the money will AUTODEBIT. Even its executive is saying the AUTODEBIT is not enable from your side but I have screenshot that is showing AUTODEBIT is enable. I have attached that screenshot with this complaint. But nothing happened from there and they are forcing us to pay extra charges, I will say they are charging illegal charges. They are doing own will.
                                For the EMI they never warn me, they never notify me a single message that your EMI is due please pay it. All are their faults, their software's loopholes but they are imposing on me all their faults.

                                Kindly take a strict action against it and I want my money back which I have been paid to AXIS BANK. Thanks.

                                  I purchased oil from shiv service station dwarka Delhi, Rs 374, their are my transaction status cancelled but not reverse my money in my axis account on 11 may 2021.
                                  I'm complained this matter on axis customer service [protected] on dt 15 may 2021 and complained number is SAK[protected], but till 10 July 21 I'm not refund my payment.

                                    I already registered my mobile number with the axis bank. When I do a payment by credit card but I can't get otp for payment and I get a message of 'mobile number is not updated for online transactions'. But I have already registered my mobile number with the bank. Even I have visited the bank and they responded to contact the customer care. But when I tried several times with the customer care, the problem is still happening
