I first have a salary account with the company at axis bank, which is account number (A/c no. [protected]) i never used that account after coming out of the company and i moved out of state to work. I called customer care to close the account. But he suggested the need to visit his own branch. I received the message every time because your account balance is zero and now that too. Now i went to the branch to close the account, they said that you have a negative balance, which is rs 6, 562, to maintain a minimum balance we maintained a negative balance. I showed my message that they gave zero balance. They are told that this is our trade policy. My friend told that according to rbi there is no negative balance in the savings account. I went to another time to show and close that account, but they explained why we need to follow those rules. And we have not received any such instruction from our bank, so you need a negative balance to close it.
this type of fraudulent customer and rbi by axis bank takes action against such fraudulent banks. My mobile number is [protected]... Please help
