Hello, I am using this credit card from more than 6 months now. Recently I have made a payment o[censored]S$200 to website and it got declined. I tried it 3 times consecutively and all 3 times it got declined but at the same time it got debited from my credit card account. I have tried calling customer care numbers few times every time I am getting an answer that it will be credited within 2-3 working days and its been 10 days now. When can I expect to get it credited back?

    Dear Madam/Sir, This Is To Bring To Your Bank Mini Statement That Axis Bank Has Deducted Rs.572.5 (19/03/2016) From My Salary Saving Bank Account (A/C No:[protected]) Without Any Informing Me And The Reason Given By Them Is Consolidated Charges. Mine Is A Company Salary Account And Thus Sholud Be Free From All Charges.

    Request You To Take Action And Reverse The Amount And Credit My Account.

    Please Do The Needful Asap.

      I have an account with your greaterkailash -2 branch new delhi for a number of years since i moved to dubai i wanted it changed to NRE acc.Two months ago i gave in all the documents needed to Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal who is handling my account request.My mother who is living next door was following it up but to no avail, she is a senior citizen and handicapped made an effort to personally meet Gaurav Aggarwal she was handed a xerox copy of account closed from mumbai.After that 2 weeks passed but there was no answer from Aggarwal.She called the manager and after many promises there has been not even an acknowledgement call leave alone any action.She is harrased and at a loose end as to who to contact next. I cannot keep vivsiting the branch from such a long distance .I expect some action from your esteemed bank at the earliest to solve this problem as i am unable to do any banking which is causing great harrasement.I am giving all details as below //29th january 2016 submitted documents 25th feburary previous account closed Not got any funds which were in account when closed ACCOUNT NO.[protected] in the name of KARAMJIT SINGH S-159 GREATER KAILASH--2 NEW DELHI 110048 Hoping for some early action.

        I mr. Shriniwas krishna raju ([protected]).I have applied for an add on credit card on my father's name..But wrongly embossed on my grandfather's name.
        Card no. Ends with 1972...And also cannot activate due to wrong information updated in ur system...
        Came to know after confirming with ur call center representatives.After complaining online.
        I met to your credit card representative miss.Savita in mulund (West )branch who have provided me with add-on credit card. To whom iv informed regarding incident happened.
        And i have also provided all the necessary document to miss savita axis bank mulund (West).
        I'm trying to approach to your credit card representative since 4 weeks but no response shown or information provided regarding my add on credit card. And every time i had to approach to miss savita. And every time she says i'll call you back regarding the same..But no response.
        This is very much annoying and im disappointed with service rendered.
        Kindly look into the matter and hope for positive response soon as possible.

          Sir,
          kind to inform you that my salary account in axis bank branch y n road indore from last two years . axis bank offering me a personal loan of amt 2 laks from last six moths. many times i receive calls, e-mails and massages . ones day i receive one call from your bank and he guys convince to me for loan . so i was booked a loan of rupees 100000 he told me your emi is 4954*24 and you receive a amount after deduction is 98283 . deduction is only p.f. is 1500 and service tax is 217 . no any other charge and interest rate is 17% reducing. I receive a sms after documentation that was is it "Thank you for choosing Axis Bank.Your loan vide application id 4439190 is sanctioned for Rs.110000 at interest rate of 17%, EMI of Rs.3174 for 48 months". I call immediately to executive, he say my work is documentation only amount and duration will decide by head office . He say you receive after deduction amount is 107362. I agree but today's 106732 amount credited in my account. so me called to bank exe so he told me your company is not listed so ROI is 20% and deduction will be increased now my EMI is 3347×48 . So why me pay 9000 extra . Who will responsible for this. I want to cansalle my loan. Which amount be created in my account you can reverse it . I no need. If my company is not listed so why you offering me . This is your fault so you will response this is my bad experience in axis bank. You are not follow your commitment . cheet and make fool to customers I am not happy. ..

            I had issued cheque dated 05th Feb to the party on 03rd Feb. The parties supposed to deposit that cheque on 05th Feb but they have deposited cheque on 03rd Feb. The cheque presented on 04th Feb in clearing in axis bank. Axis bank supposed to stop that transaction because of cheque is dated of 05th Feb and they can’t process on 4th Feb. But bank processed the transaction and due to insufficient fund cheque got bounce. I don’t understand how a bank can execute postdated cheque transaction in current date. Now bank has debited Rs. 400 for cheque bounce charges.

              I have opened and operated my salary account with Axis Bank Ltd Panchkula branch long back, after that I have left the job in that area and the account is non operational since three months..no transactions taken place in the account more than three months, till now the account is now closed and requested several times to customer services and base branch to close the account with proper channel. Now they are sending SMS and creating trouble that they want to convert salary account into savings account to debit necessary charges from customer.

              They have send me account closure from which is not accepting by the local branches to delay the matter

              Very dirty services to customers...

                It suddenly through out with error message : Session time out.
                Everytime i sent mail to customercare and everytime they given me apologize letter, but still there no proper action has taken.

                Hi,

                This is Nikhil. I am also facing same issue since last few days and when called on customer care toll free number didn't found any relevant info.
                Also facing issue with Mobile application while accessing Insta Services saying 'unable to fetch your data, lease try after some time'.
                Never experienced such issue before. I am getting frustrated now, as important banking work is pending due to these issues.
                Hoping to get resolution on this ASAP.

                  My Savings Account was closed on 22/06/2015 (Axis Bank, Dardar (East) A/c no [protected]) . But till as on date I have not received the pay order for the same. I have personally visited Axis Bank Dadar (E) Branch 4 times, Wrote 10 mails, made 85 calls during this tenure of 9 months, But No response from AXIS Bank (Mr. Bhagvat).
                  when ever we make a call to Axis Bank Dadar (E) Branch, they used to Mr. Bhagvat is not in Branch, and even when i visited personally Mr. Bhagvat was not available in the Branch.
                  Last time I have personally visited on 12/02/2016, but no response from Axis Bank.
                  Finally I wanted the pay order which is with Axis Bank after Closer of Saving Accounting to Rs, 10, 000/- and Interest on the same.

                      In order to get a benetton bag i have deposited Rs. 20500.00 in my SB account no. [protected] in the month of February, 2016, but till date no response in the matter has shown by the banker. However a complaint has also been lodged in this regard but that goes in vain.                           Hello,

                          This is to Inform you that My amount 1300/- is deducted and I called to the customer care to ask the reason.

                          They gave the info that Amount is deducted for Debit Cards.
                          There are 2 Debit Cards applied and the same for that amount is deducted but I have not received any SMS nor Mail for First time applied My-own Image Debit Card and again after 3 Days I applied for one more new Debit Card and I got the same that 1Rs/- is deducted after 7 days I got the card but unfortunately before activating that card I Lost the wallet in train and immediately I called to Axis Customer Care and I complained they suggested to me to block it and the same I said to block it.

                          Today Morning when I logged-in to apply for Debit card, I noticed that 1300/- Is deducted.

                          My Point Is:
                          1) One Card I have received but not activated and it is blocked
                          2) Another card I have not received the Confirmation SMS nor CARD nor Mail nor the CARD
                          3) Normally for Debit card charge is less than 300/- but why 1300/-

                          This is not the first time that my amount is deducting, so far around 3500/- is deducted.
                          This is the reason I'm afraid of keeping the amount in account. Once the amount is Credited immediately I will take it off.
                          I'm requesting you to have a check into this and refund 1300/-.

                            This is in regards to unauthorized / misuse of my axis bank credit card no: [protected]. The last transaction on my credit card done yesterday dated march 14, 2016 - 22:23 hours for rs. 40, 000 at kashmir art gallery is unauthorized and not attempted by me.

                            The intimation of the misuse was made by me in the next 30 mins on the banks customer helpline and the card was blocked by the bank as notified by me.

                            Attached is the acknowledged copy of dispute form duly filled and signed by me along with the letter submitted by me at your axis bank, dindoshi branch next day morning on march 15 - 09:30 hours

                            Have further sent the intimation via email to all necessary credit card email ids intimating the misuse. All this was done before the merchant had settled his account as was notified to me by the dindoshi branch.

                            Inspite of me intimating the bank through all mediums i have received my credit card statement with this amount debited to me. The misuse was made online without me having received any otp or confirmation request which is enough of a security deviation from the bank.

                            Would need your assistance in resolving and closing this without me having any liability in payment towards this misuse intimated well in advance from my side, .

                                Axis Bank Limited is the third largest private bank in India. They offers internet banking services, personal banking services including accounts, cards, loans, investment options to personals, corporates and NRIs.
                                So i have one savings account in axis bank.but i noticed some of the fraudulent transaction made by bank from which many of the people will not aware of it.
                                i highlighted some of the transaction made in my account but not shown in my account statement . explanation of transcriptions are as below:

                                1) firstly, my account balance was 460 Rs. on 18th march 2016.
                                * on the same day i withdrawal 100 Rs from ATM .
                                so my balance was 360 Rs.
                                2)on 19th march 2016 at 10:24 pm again i went to ATM to withdrawal 300 Rs.
                                but system show me that you have insufficient balance [ I mean how this can be possible without any notification of your balance deduction activity ].
                                system show me that i have 160 Rs. So again i withdrawal 100 Rs.
                                and my balance was 60 Rs.
                                3) on 20th March 2016, i logged into axis bank online service they showed my balance as 360 Rs. & i made one transaction of that money money that transaction statement shown in my mini statement .


                                So here is my question that that
                                1)why bank doesn't showing all that transaction made with my account on 19th March 2016?. not even ATM withdrawal transaction .
                                2)why system showed me message that i have insufficient balance ?

                                I talked about this all things with customer care executive .but they answered that there is no mistake in their system. i have also call recording of that conversation .

                                So issue arise with this all this thing is that bank made some anonymous transaction with their customer account & they didn't Notified us by sending SMS or by showing details in mini statement .

                                this is totally fraud with customer .

                                    Sir,

                                    This month I made the paid the full payment on Mar 2 and the due date was Mar 11. In spite of that every day atleast 4 to 5 times I get this payment haarassment calls and also SMS asking to make payment. I registered a complaint with AXIS credit card customer service. Complaint number :[protected] on Mar 15. No relief. Still get this harrassment calls.

                                    Is there a way to lodge a formal complaint ?

                                      I satya kolisetty, writing this complaint with deep pain and agony, for not getting a proper redressal for my request/complaint and pain for unnecessarily charging amounts on my credit card.

                                      For the statement period of 19/01 to 18/02 my credit bill for credit card num 4514 **** **** 6413 is inr62239 which is supposed to be paid on or before 09th march.

                                      For which i have made a internet payment of inr 37000 and inr 25000 emi conversion, which rounded to inr62000 and when i see my bill feb bill i'm like clueless for the debit interest charges made levied on my bill of inr 3750 as debit interest charges and 550 for service tax on the same for not fully paying the january bill.

                                      Just for the inr 239 unpaid amount(For the january bill), debit int + service tax of inr 4350 is levied on me. Which is not at all fare.

                                      Later on i came to know that even if 100 rupees is unpaid the interest will be calculated on the whole bill amount.Adding to that the customer service executive advised me lodge a request and has raised a request on behalf of me to the account head, this is made thrice from last month.

                                      All the time i'm requesting executives to raise a complaint and executives giving me a assurance saying it will get reversed sir no worries and just aft 2 days when i call them, they are saying the same word -sorry sir the request has been declined.

                                      Kindly request you to please reverse the debit interest charge and service tax which is 4350 and help me out.
