Respected sir/madam I have redeem my Axis edge rewards point by mobile Recharge option on 20th Dec. 2017 I have received message to my register Mobile for successful transaction. But till mobile is not Recharge. And also reward point deducted from my account. I have total 700 reward point out of them 5oo reward point I applying for Mobile Recharge purpose. But my mobile was not Recharge and my reward point also deducted Pl. Find tailing mail I received form axisbank edge side. Hope favourable response from your side. After every 15 days i am loosing 600 rs in the name of [censored]ing monthly consolidated charges ... after maintaining the balance it is still happening i am fed up with this [censored]ing axis bank and decided to close my account as soon as possible and i am going to raise a complaint with consumer forum
