[Resolved]  Axis Bank — yet not received

Address:Rohtak, Haryana, 124001

I have applied for axis bank fastag and also make the necessary payment for the same on 19.01.2010. My fastag account number stands activated vide no. [protected]. Despite of reaching customer care and writing mails no satisfactory response has been received from their end as till now i didn't get my fastag.

Kindly provide when my fastag will be delivered.

I had ordered axis active band and still i have not received the band, the estimated delivery date was 18th jan 2020, but still didnt receive the product.
I ordered this product on 3rd jan and my amount got debited, 2400rs, but the app does not show any update,

I have applied for fastag from axis bank on 17th Jan 2020 and still i havent received any physical tag. Today is 22nd Jan .I daily travels through 3 toll plaza.. If i don't receive my tag in 2 days who will be responsible. For extra pay at toll i want govt to look in to these matter seriously.

On 24th November 2019 i recharged an amount of ₹200 to my fastag wallet (wallet ID [protected]) through bhim app upi ( transction id[protected]. This amount is debited from my account but didnot credit to wallet. I gave several complaint to axis bank. They not responding sincerely. So i requesting you that please solve my problem.
