Axis Remit — Incompetent and fraudulent service

This service is a joke. They treat customers a joke. The customer service representatives are bad. It has been 1 month since i made a transaction for $7, 500 from usa to india and axis bank is still siting on my money! They send 10 emails everyday giving bull information. Their customer service is worse than that, they have no idea what in the world is going on, a bunch of bad people is an understatement. Never ever use this service. I have spent hours and days escalating matters and still don't have a resolve. Axisremit is full of crap! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Axis Bank folks,

I don't see any update/communication about this from your end yet. I know Axis Bank service is awful, but are you going to be doing anything about this? I'd be delighted to know!
